TMNT:Shredder’s Revenge Mobile Customer Service

Honestly, when this came out at first I was skeptical because not everyone who makes video games about Raphael, Donatello, Michelangelo, and I have good intentions. Or at least that’s what Splinter said and I can’t go against what he said because he our master. Anyways, once I started playing I was pleasantly surprised with the game. The game helped the others and I learn new fighting strategies, which Master Splinter didn’t even teach. Friday nights are a on a whole new level when playing this and eating pizza. I enjoy this game tremendously when I can eliminate Shredder, Bebop, and Rocksteady without a sweat. I recommend it to everyone I know and everyone reading this. Just please don’t tell Master Splinter that I wrote because he says phones rot our brains or whatever.

So far game not bad only 8.99 for download. It’s pretty good deal for a phone app game. Especially if you can’t afford a switch or steam deck at the moment. Benefits of the game is you can play online with other players as well. The graphics aren’t slow at all and move very well. If I want I can get iPhone game controller as well. This maybe my new most played game besides call of duty. I like games that I know my phone can handle without buffering.

As a longtime TMNT fan, Shredder’s Revenge is everything I could’ve hoped for. It’s a nostalgic, action-packed love letter to the classic arcade beat ’em ups I grew up with. The pixel art is gorgeous, the music is fantastic, and the gameplay absolutely nails the vibe of the Turtles. That said, I love this game so much and really wish it had controller support on iOS. The touch controls are decent, but they can’t match the precision and comfort of a controller, especially for longer sessions or harder levels. This is hands down one of the best TMNT games out there, and adding controller support would take it from great to perfect.

Personally, Shredder’s Revenge is my favorite TMNT game of all time & I’ve played probably 95% of TMNT games out there, classics included. Playing on mobile is just as much fun as it is on console. I love the option of playing on the go if I get some downtime. The touch screen controls are pretty smooth, but I like to connect my Switch Pro controller when I play on the hardest difficulty & survival mode. PLEASE let there be a Shredder’s Revenge 2 in the future.

On Xbox, you can play with your friends, but I’m here the Mobile. It’s super fun and cool just like the Xbox but you cannot play with your friends because you need to beat the whole game. I beat the whole game on Xbox. Can you at least play with friends instead of having to unlock or beat the whole game?

This game feels great to play on touchscreen, and is not compromised from the Xbox, PlayStation or Nintendo consoles. However I’m experiencing an issue with the screen giving you the option to buy the game. The “Unlock Full Game” button is completely nonfunctional. It makes a sound effect, but doesn’t link me to the App Store page or confirm any purchases. Please fix this issue if you can, because I’m really looking forward to getting this game 🙏🏾🙏🏾🙏🏾

I honestly like it a lot. Really brings me back to the age where games like Golden Axe was peak gaming... (For the beat-em-up genre that is) but a bit of a nitpick is that I had to pay to unlock a good chunk of the characters, I know there's still unlockable characters you can play in game without paying, but still, it would've been better if you didn't have to pay for characters and more levels... But that's just a nitpick of mine.

While I appreciate the time put into the artwork on the top and side of the screen, depending on which device you’re playing on, please at least allow the option to remove the artwork and place standard black bars in their place. Otherwise the game is flawless and pretty much exactly as it was on PC. Side note, I would LOVE to see an Apple TV version. Five stars for black bars!

On day of release I reviewed saying the game was stuck, and I couldn’t purchase or move forward, but the app is fixed now and I was able to purchase the next day. For some reason not able to edit my first review. This game is absolutely amazing and so much fun to play. I have been playing every chance I get. Love it

The bad reviews are from small bugs that got patched out. Game works great, you can now purchase the entire game without it getting stuck, and the bug that wouldn’t let you get past the first level is now fixed. Definitely worth the download /purchase.

This is game is amazing. Playing the console version was really fun, now I get to take this game anywhere I want. With out buying the extra game, you get 4 characters and one level. Buying it would get you the whole game AND dlc. It's just a shame how they only give you the one level though. I'd play way more if I got more of a taste of the game.

This game is astonishing by how supportive it is you can just join a game and no one bats an eye or worry’s they trust you no matter what sure there is that average joker but it’s still fun! So fun I bought it 3 times now one here one on pc and one on ps5 it’s pretty seemless a role the cross play

I can't find my own setting mode. I only found it once. After setting it, I can't find it again. You should add a button to enter your own setting mode on the main interface. I hope you can do better.

The game is great, thanks to the developers, it can be played without being tied to Netflix. Before that, it couldn't be bought, but now everything has been fixed.

For some stupid reason, they think that this version does not support controllers unlike the Netflix version. I tried to add it to the apps home screen for faster access

The game is great… but since the full version cost 💵💵💵 people like me( have in app purchases disabled ) Have problems playing the full game. So maybe instead of paying for the game and more story and ect maybe just characters and character skins should cost money (like April and Casey but not splinter)

This is the greatest mobile game ever (although Huntdown & SOR4 are right there with it). Of all the tech advances in the last 20 years… Being able to have & play the best beat ‘em up TMNT game ever made in your pocket wherever you go is crazy!

TMNT: Shredder’s Revenge Mobile for iOS is evidence that it is possible to take a AAA experience and port it to mobile. The game, the controls and most importantly the user experience faithfully matches its console/PC counterparts in every way. Well done!

When I first got the game I wanted to play the whole game but it wanted me to pay so I can get the whole game so can you please not make me pay the full game any way I love the game

Poor connection when joining matches and being disconnected once in those matches. People being booted left and right within the game play. 6 is now down to two or even one when advancing through gameplay. Kills the dopamine nostalgia.

This is a great deal! You get all of the DLC and the main game all included with one purchase. Same quality as on consoles and very well managed for touch screens. Love it! Keep it up with these game adaptations to iOS

Perfect, perfect perfect game. It is not paid to win but pay to continue so it does kind of fault the theme of arcade style.

It’s hard to choose because Netflix has full game, but I don’t have Netflix and this game is basically just like a demo of the Netflix version but still pretty cool. Btw update Rottmnt skins pls thats my favorite show

This game is good, but has 1 major issue. It gets stuck in a loading screen when you try to join some online games. Other than that it’s a fun game.

This is a good game the game uses actual content from the TMNT story’s the only issue is you have to pay nine dollars to get the full game and if you do then it adds many new characters to play as.

Hello,You can add a feature, if this game is on PlayStation, then it can be transferred to iPhone as an application in which everything will be available.

Loved nearly everything about the game so far, but please add local co-op for this version, Bluetooth console controllers work with the game but you can’t use multiple for co-op :(

After paying to unlock the full game, I don’t appreciate seeing a “More Games” button on the Home Screen advertising your catalog. It would be far more appropriate to have this hidden in the options menu. It’s unlikely that you care about my opinion or that you’ll make the change. However, people should know that you continue to openly advertise after a user pays. If at all you make this change, I will update my review to 5 stars.

Amazing artwork! Bravo! Can you find creative ways to make the 1.89GB footprint smaller! And/or: when the action is near the bottom left, under the virtual D-pad and my very real thumb, can you scroll the display to the right so my thumb doesn’t cover the action?? Awesome and fun game. I am not at all a fan of side scrolling beat em ups, yet this held my attention until I completed the demo. Thank you!!! Not since Michael Jackson’s Moonwalker has my attention been held for a beat ‘em up.

There are no collectables on the map from what i can see, no co-op and only one level, will that ever be available for this version?

I am one of the biggest TMNT fans ever, and I absolutely love this game so much! I could go on and on about how great it is for hours, but to save time, I’ll just say that it’s an amazing game; If you’re a TMNT fan, you need to play this game! However, unless you don’t have a console or if you’re trying to save money, I would suggest just getting the game on console. First of all, when you install the app, you only get the first two levels, and then you have to pay $9 for the rest of the game, which is a great deal since you also get the dlc, but still. Also, the main reason I didn’t give this game 5 stars is because of the controls. The joystick is extremely small and difficult to use; it isn’t like other mobile games where you can just tap anywhere on the left side of the screen, you have to tap the specific corner of the screen where the d-pad (yes it’s a d-pad and not a joystick) is. Plus, there are so many buttons that all just seem to have been shoved into the corner in random places for no reason. It also doesn’t help that the buttons are extremely small, and I swear, the amount of times I’ve pressed attack instead of jump is ridiculous. Overall, if they would just make the d-pad a joystick that works whenever you tap the left side of the screen, and re-sized, re-spaced and lessened the amount of buttons, this would easily be a 5-star game

Great port ultimately but a few issues I’ve noticed from playing is it crashes frequently. Mainly when partying up, changing controls, or when you complete survival and leave the game open for too long. The online matchmaking is also horrendous! Cant even connect to a survival match without it immediately losing connection. Also i would appreciate a function where you can remap the touch controls like streets of rage 4. And maybe change the resolution so we dont have to have the sidebars. Other than that good game. Good port. Just would be better with these changes. Thank you.

No, don’t get me wrong. It’s good. I like it because my daughter had it on a Nintendo switch but it’s at her grandma’s house and Nintendo switch so when she asked me, can I get this for her? I agreed two minutes later she started crying. I asked her what was wrong. She said they told me I have to pay to pay the rest of the game. This is ridiculous. I wanted my daughter to be happy now you just made sad.

The one game that defined couch coop in the old times doesn’t have local multiplayer. Or should I say, it was removed. I play on my iPad Pro and I have a few 8bitdo SN30 controllers and i am unable to play with my son. I can play this game on a Nintendo Switch WITH LOCAL MP but for some reason they decided to eliminate that from the iOS version. (To the devs: Not everyone plays on a Phone, Bring local MP back)

I really like TMNT but I don’t like how they make you pay for more than half of the characters and content this got pretty annoying and I wanted to get master splinter but it costs money.

Only problem is rlly the controls. But these games have always been difficult to play on a phone. Also it didn't seem to save my progress but I think it's designed that way.

It’s getting old games teasing you locking a full game behind a pay wall. Oh here you can download and play the same level over and over and over but guess what you want more than that level you have to buy the game

Please let users install the iPad version on Mac! It nice to play on iPhone, but sometimes one wants to resume playing on a bigger screen
