Best Coffee EverSo i am now tempted to bring my coffee maker with me to dinners and parties because it is that good. I have started a BYOC (bring your own coffee) trend. I do suggest you add a simple service to improve wase of device registration to your website. Forcing the end user to choose which Model Coffee machine from a list of names even when you know the machine is in the Virtuo product family is embarassing. Let the end user either enter the product serial number or let them scan the serial number drom the website, present a sample picture to the user for product model verification , and then register the machine. Or let the Nespresso app use bluetooth to pair the device like the nespresso smart app to register the device. why complicate things with two apps?.LindedavidVersion: 1.89.12

The Nespresso Vertuo pods have completely upgraded my coffee game!I’ve tried a lot of different coffee options over the years, but nothing comes close to these pods. Could be betterThe coffee sleeves have gone up two dollars each since the beginning of the year.I realize why that’s happening. My comment would be instead of giving away useless things Nobody needs like a cold drink menu or dessert bowls or other things that you have to buy a ton of coffee just to get it . I think it would be beneficial to your customers to offer a free sleeve instead of that stuff. And on the rare times you do offer a free sleeve. It’s always something you’ve chosen, which might not be something to somebody else’s taste so that’s useless. When you offer a free sleeve, it might be helpful if the customer was allowed to pick which sleeve they would like. Third app’s a charm?Like the other reviewer, I don’t understand why there are three different Nespresso apps on the App Store. Perhaps they were afraid of the blowback that may result from drastically changing the UI of a shipping app? In any case, it makes for a very confusing customer experience. Had I not stumbled onto this, I would’ve never realized there was a “new & improved” app. That said, at first glance I believe the new UI in this app is superior to the original app’s, as you can now filter on multiple attributes simultaneously. Also, as noted by another reviewer, defaulting to paid shipping when your order qualifies for free shipping is lame. Finally, the lack of credit card autofill in the payment method setup is extremely annoying. But at least it supports ApplePay..E000RVersion: 1.69.5

Convenience!The app makes it very convenient to order Nespresso pods. The included flavor profile breakdowns are helpful. The new delivery and recycling pick up is a phenomenal add to the app and Nespresso delivery service. I left off one star because I’d like to see Nespresso offer more promos and bonuses to long time repeat customers. I’d also like to see Nespresso offer the ability to pick your samples to try different flavors. The pre-packaged samples are always the same. In store @ Stanford Shopping CenterI’m ordering on line but I did go to your Stanford Shopping Center Location in Palo Alto, California and after waiting 20min for someone to call my name and trying to put this order together I was told they were unable to do so and I had to do it myself on line. I’m just a little upset I waited to have my name called then tried to put the order in so my daughter could take the pods on her flight but told I had to order it myself on line and they couldn’t assist me because I had $20 off the order. Customer appreciation stinks!The app is only slightly better than the website for ordering. Would have liked to add to my order but was unable to return to my order after putting in the credit card info. Previous orders of +$60 had free shipping. New user friendlyThis was easy to use and offered discounts I wasn’t aware of. Usually an app puts you thru hoops to try and apply discounts. The variety is great, fast delivery, and I don’t have a store close to my home. It would cost more than 7$ of gas to go to a store. But I will visit a store soon to sample coffees. A little better, a little worseThe old app was better by having each item in a list that was easily scrolled through and I could quickly find what I wanted. The new one using huge cards which might be good if you have no idea what you want but it’s a pain. The checkout process and flow is improved though. Shipping ChargeI just completed my first online order from Nespresso and I was charged 6.95 for shipping. From what I read on the website, shipping is free for orders over $50. Also I believe I read that free samples are provided with your first two orders. Credit card issuesI’ve used the same cc since opening this account. It expired. I changed the expiration date and still you couldn’t charge my account. BuggyAt almost every step in the store I’m shown an error. When I add a sleeve, it says it failed(but did add sleeve to order). Wouldn’t let me add my address or payment method, so I had to update those on the website. Even checkout told me it failed, then took me to the confirmation page that my order was successful. Not Particularly UsefulThis app could be so much more useful. The single button on my sometimes-finicky Vertuo Next machine is capable of illuminating orange or white and displaying 11 different status/error messages by flashing, pulsing, or steadily showing those colors. That’s a lot to keep track of. Apparently, this app at least tells you what the problem is, but it should be more of a utility. It’s lacking the capability to, say, program your coffee to start brewing at 7 AM in the morning, warm the water instead of fiddling with the single button, or just start brewing without, again, messing with the various functions of the all-in-one button. This app seems built primarily to reorder pods with ease. To me, it’s about 1% easier than just going to the website and ordering that way. Also, when I click on “my machine”, it shows that I have an Atelier. That’s not what this model is. I know, I know, the app doesn’t claim to do all those thing I’d like but, as is, I don’t find it to be particularly necessary. DisappointedMy past 3 to 4 orders have been a horrible experience. The order consistently is placed successfully and then five days later I get an email that says we are unable to process your order. It is now pending. On my second to last order I called them and they let me know it was because I was using my PayPal account to pay so on my last auto replenish order. I use my debit card.. My order was supposed to be shipped out on March 15. It’s now March 19 and I still don’t have a confirmation it has been shipped. I called the call service support today and they could not find my order even after I provided the order number on my end. Awful app/awful customer supportIt’s amazing that a coffee as expensive as Nespresso can have such a terrible app and a terrible coffee order experience in particular with their order replenish. It is ridiculous. I placed a rather large auto replenish order only for it to be delivered with 3 sleeves of coffee instead of the 40+ that I ordered. When I called customer service, I was told that the other coffee that I ordered was considered “specialty”. It is not, it is standard (Melozio). I called customer service and after wasting time on the phone with them, I told them to have someone knowledgeable call me back - of course that didn’t happen. So I guess I forgo the 10% discount!? 2nd time in a row that there is a problem with order fulfillmentWhile I like the coffee taste, the Auto Replenish orders are not automatic. For the last two orders, there have been an issues with processing the payment. The issue is not on my end. Supposedly, in January 2025, the issue was resolved. It was not, as the order for February 2025 has been put on hold. I do not understand why Nespresso is unable to fulfill the order. Simply not workingI had error in the website when updating my auto replenish order - Please reload the page or try again later. !!! After few tries I was frustrated and downloaded the app. To my surprise when I click on -/+ next to the capsule to change the amount, it doesn’t work ! I tried multiple ways… very disappointed ! What a shame for a company that big not to be able to create a seamless experience on the web and have to rely on a phone call or a chat to update an order ! Beware hidden chargesOrdering from the app is easier than from the website, especially since it keeps a list of your favorites, BUT when you are checking out, they will CHARGE delivery on orders that should be FREE. If you order $50 or more, your delivery should be free BUT delivery fees are ADDED AUTOMATICALLY unless you click on “delivery method” and CHOOSE free. Otherwise, you will be charged an additional $7 delivery fee no matter if you are due free shipping. You better believe that after soending $80 on coffee that $7 is bitter..MJudyGVersion: 1.96.10

Poor customer serviceWhen I received a large order to my home the sleeves were busted and the pods inside were also damaged- when I sent photos to the customer support line they told me to use them anyway despite the fact they could ruin my machine. One of the largest Companies in the world can’t hack it?Was still using the old app that never told me to download a new app. Once I figured out that there was a whole new app I downloaded it only to find out you can’t do Boutique pick-up. Cannot get the default shipping address changedI love the convenience of ordering with the app but I’m frustrated. We moved and this app keeps confirming our old shipping address. When I try to delete the default address the app says it won’t delete the default address until I have successfully shipped to the new address.
