You won’t know until you know.I can’t express how excited I was when I saw there was an app version of this. The Tech guy at my church searched far and wide for an atmosphere augmentation pedal and after his exhaustive search he said that there was nothing he found that came close to the quality of an Atmosphere pedal. We use it in our worship services and it really adds so much to the worship experience. There are different sounds that add anything from a sense of introspection to reverence to excitement to wonder and awe. I know it is Gods Spirit that does these things but anyone who has tried to use atmospheres knows how helpful the right one can be and how distracting the wrong one can be. Whoever curated these sounds really did an amazing job at doing just that. So, all that being said, when I saw that an app was developed with these same tones I was beyond excited. It is unbelievably user friendly and I have been using them for my personal worship sessions at home. This is the one!After trialing various pad apps for my iPad over the last couple of months, I’ve returned to this one as my choice for permanent use. Fantastic sounds and very intuitive to use. I added a volume pedal to the chain for even more control. The one thing that would make it perfection for me is the ability to advance through the set list with one of the many foot switches made for iPads. Sometimes when I try to quickly tap the next song by hand while playing my guitar I miss it and have to tap again. Oh well, I guess the actual pedal they offer would solve that problem so gotta start saving. Outstanding app! Update 9/3/24: So I was so happy with this app that I did save up for the physical Atmosphere pedal. What an amazing piece of gear. With the tap of a toe I can either pick a pad and key on the fly or scroll through a set list with ease. Saw your post about 50 5.0 reviews, how does 51 feel?I’ve owned an atmosphere V1 for a little bit, and just picked up V2. I bought the Soundpacks, and now this app. Why? Seems redundant right?? Not. At. All. I have found so much use out of all of Aerospace’s products, and this App is no exception. The sound quality of these pads are absolutely beautiful, they each have their own distinct character about them, and yet they meld together beautifully. The app is extraordinarily easy and fun to use. The layout is super clean and easy to read, while also having fun little features hidden through out. If I could give this 10 stars I would. Not a complaint, more of a feature request, I’d love it if you could make this app into a plug-in that hooks into GarageBand for iOS, right now I’m using a sampler with the soundpack in order to demo when I’m on the go, I’d love to just do it natively with this app! Great addition to fill out your soundI lead worship at a small church and have used the Atmosphere soundbox by Aerospace Audio for a little while. The pads and ambient soundscapes are amazing to give our small band (and sometimes just me) a much fuller sound. With AA’s release of the AeroPads app, you get this same magic on your phone, giving even more options. I love how easy it is to quickly set a soundscape in the key you need. The ability of the app to seamlessly transition between pads and keys is also great to help with transitions between songs. But perhaps the best part of the app compared to the Atmosphere sound box is the ability to build out sets. This is great for me during worship so I can already have my keys and pads set up and not have to worry about tapping a bunch to switch keys or pads in the middle of a set. Intuitive app, with dynamic sounds to match!I’ve been following Aerospace Audio for some time now, and their pads are next level. So I was psyched when I heard they were launching an app. It’s so easy to just open on your phone in any situation you may need some pads. One Small Request For Five StarsThis app is incredible. My buddy has used the Atmosphere pedal for over a year now, and since the beginning, it’s blown me away with its simplicity. Just realized they had an app version and this is a game changer. My only request for this app which I think would make it 5 stars is adding some capability to change pads in the set list using keyboard command (left or up for previous pad, right or down for next pad). This would allow you to use pedals like the iRig Blue Turn pedal to move up or down the setlist in the same way you can use it to flip through chord charts in other apps. Those pedals essentially connect to the iPhone or iPad as Bluetooth keyboards, but only send signals for left/up and right/down. Would make this that much easier to use for practicing at home or for super bare bones gigs..PeytonagrossVersion: 1.36

Been waiting for this and it doesn’t disappoint!Loving the app so far! Super easy to use and all the pads sound phenomenal. Perfect for a live setting to cover the empty sonic ground that might be distracting between songs. Excited to use this app regularly! Would love the option to upload your own pad patches! Also wish the Live View would save which favorite patches were assigned instead of resetting to Troposphere, Stratosphere, and Mesosphere each time the app is booted up, as well as the order in which they’re assigned. No audio unit (AUv3) support makes this amazing pad app worthlessI really really enjoy the sounds of this app! The fact that it can do major, neutral and minor settings for each key set it apart from all the rest, and the sounds are just amazing for my worship sets. The only thing that it is missing is AUv3 support so I can use it in AUM, Camelot Pro, Logic, Loopy Pro or any of the many amazing iOS DAWs/Hosts. Autopad can do this and is also universal for iphone, ipad AND Mac. But again the sounds from this app far surpass Autopad. I have bought your sound pack and I do use it for my worship sets, but adding audio unit and universal support will take it to the next level. BrilliantAbsolutely the best pads app out there. I’ve been following Aerospace for a while now and everything they put out is so carefully crafted. I just got this app and within seconds was able to figure out enough to get started with a live set. Perfect concept and works greatI love this app, we use it when we lead worship at camps and it’s just my wife and I. I think the only bad thing I don’t like about the app is that it will not work if you don’t have internet. We have been at a couple camps where there was no cell service or wifi, and the app simply does not open and it crashes everytime. But if I drive into town and get cell service, it launches fine and works great. So it leads me to believe it does not work without cell service… which is disappointing because it is a paid app. If this issue gets addressed it would be a 5-star app, so I hope it gets fixed..JustinDragVersion: 1.38

Not bad!The audio quality sounds great. Not used live yet. I did notice while in the “live feature” you can only have 3 of the 5 rounds which is frustrating to have to take one out and put one in the 3 to be able to compare and play. Other pad apps seem to have a little more customization ability but that could be a good or a bad thing depending on what a person is looking for. Another fantastic resource from AerospaceNo more awkward transitions between songs, no more dead spaces when you want to have salad, but not overwhelming ambience added to your set, and instant response with zero lag. Just an absolute gem of an app. We’ve set one up at the soundboard too to help fill in moments to close out our services when the band is done, but starting a playlist doesn’t feel right yet. Into the heavens…There is so much to like about this app and the entire product line from Aerospace Audio. I can’t begin to express how professional and awe inspiring these ambient pads are while leading worship at church. It takes everything to a completely new level. Incredible pads appSuper intuitive interface with great sounding pads. Using it on the fly is so easy or you can create setlists. I personally prefer the Live screen because I’m often adding songs or changing keys last minute and it’s really no more than one extra press, though often still just one press to change the key. Cool sound design but bad codingHey guys! You’ve made a really cool looking and sounding product. The only reason for 3 stars is the fact you cannot rely on it on a stage. I faced it three times when a pad just suddenly stopped working and the only way to solve it is to restart the app. I tried using airplane mode and many other ways and still all the same. Only one noticeable problemThe only reason this gets 4 stars and not 5 is this. After using the app in a live setting I have noticed a problem. There is a noticeable sound change when the sound loops to the beginning. I think this should be an easy fix with a crossfade/overlap. Great app, inter-app audio connectivity pleaseI absolutely love this app, but the most important feature that is missing in my opinion is audio connectivity with DAWs or instrument/plugin hosts so i can actually record my sessions with it. Sounds A+ — Functionality FThis app sounds amazing, on its own. Definitely more intricate and interesting than other pad apps. BUT!!! HOWEVER!!! These sounds cannot be triggered via AUv3 or even the older IAA protocol. In other words, as a stand alone they sound great. But they are useless in any other app. Only buy this if you want to use it entirely as a standalone, not to be utilized or integrated into anything. Such limited functionality is a critical oversight. Such a pity, since they sound so great. Will continue to use AutoPad instead. It plays well with other apps.
