Wow! Amazing Tone and FunctionalityThis app is amazing. As a pedal steel player Bm myself, I was more than ready to point out every little thing that was wrong with this app, but with every minute I spent playing around with it, and every little tweak of the tone, adjustment of the pedals or crying slide of the bar, I found myself more and more impressed. This is an actual emulator of a steel guitar, not just some silly midi sample bending app. There are a few very minor things I'd like such as a being able to set the volume curve when articulating with vertical bar gestures, and the amount of angle you want to tilt to engage the pedals, but that really is nitpicking. All in a fantastic app and the only steel guitar app I've ever felt was created by someone who knew what they were doing! If I could give a 6th star I would..Declan PalmerVersion: 1.1

Love love love it!This app is great it does what it claims to do. I’m a keyboard player and and think is fantastic even comparing it with much more exprés VSTs like Steel Pedal and Ample Sound’s Lap Steel and Ink Audio which are awesome but expensive and sometimes difficult to play with the many articulations included. This app is awesome, to the point and easy to play. My only wish would be that when we are using it with a MIDI keyboard we could still use the slider. I know we can use the porch wheel but it would be nice to be able to control the slides with the slide bar while playing the MIDI Keyboard. It’s incrediblePlease just give us a “virtual” fretboard such as the iFretlessBass plugin. While I appreciate the slidery thing (sorry, long time guitar player but I’ve never used one of those) I would honestly really like it if we could just play frets at different positions regardless of whether we are using a midi “plugin” or “keyboard” or whatever to control the AU. Besides, what’s wrong with “normal” guitar playing? Having both options would be great! Regardless, this fills a niche that needed to be filled. Great learning toolNot a bad performance instrument either. I’ve had all app versions since day one, but just recently got my first physical lap steel. Still working my technique, but this app has already taught me the basic tuning options so I’m progressing quickly. Still come back to this app to try different instruments, effects and amps to help decide what physical accessories to pursue next. It’s great fun to secretly plug this into my keyboard rig and drop in some sweet slides every now and then with the band. Never fails to amaze me with the reactions from the crowd. Sounds fantastic!I purchased this on my small iphone since i can’t install it on my iPad that is still running ios 13. I would really love to play this on my larger ipaf screen but i can’t upgrade that one anymore. Backwards compatibility with ios 13 would be really great if possible. I have all Yonac apps running on that ipad except for this awesome app. I can’t afford a new device. Playing on a small iphone is far from greay. Awesome app guys! Superb Sounding Guitar ModelsI haven’t had this app for long, but to my ears, the guitar models are the most realistic I have heard on iOS. The acoustic guitar especially. It would be nice to see MPE support. It would also be great to have a decent sounding banjo model(s), fretless minstrel banjo maybe? Although this instrument is not typically associated with slide guitar methods per say, the app when controlled with a midi controller (I use Linnstrument) is great for finger plucking and strumming styes. Love this app! One suggestion…This app sounds so good it’s hard to believe and is a blast to play. I play it mostly via MIDI keyboard and have one request of the developer: Any chance of adding sustain, expression and switch pedal capability to it? A must have app if you use virtual guitars!I use a lot of virtual guitars in the song writing process because of neuropathy (my hands go numb after 10 minutes of playing). If you use them as well, then this app is a must have! I loved the original, but it was IAA and had no midi control. Such a great guitar tone for an AUv3 appThis app is so much fun to play and this Pro version has MIDI IN! So you don’t have to use the slide user interface or start 2 and MdI into one instance while you slide into the 2nd. Try and catch the sale because this is the best in class for a guitar sounding and slide guitar playing app. It comes with most of the Tone Stack amps and Stomps too so lots of sounds are possible. It has a recorder thrown in too. I’m a big Yonac fan and I’ve been begging for these features to be added to the excellent Steel Guitar which sounds so good I want to play it from sequencers and keyboards and now I can..McdtracyVersion: 1.0

Great samples butWhy doesn’t it allow pitch bending on every midi channel? Only channels 1-4 does pitch bends. So setting up more instances in AUM to use it with my mpe controller doesn’t allow me to bend the notes triggering on the high channels. Please enable pitch bends to be able to be triggered from all 16 midi channels. (I need it for at least 8 though). Great Guitar Sounds!One of the best sounding guitar simulators I've heard. I'm using it with a MIDI strummer app and the results are great. Built in effects pedals sound great too! Almost greatLove the app, just one bug that really needs fixed. When I assign it to a channel in AUM, save the project, then open it later, the channel with Steel Guitar Pro won’t play. Needs MIDI sustain (CC 64)Without MIDI sustain, this app is basically useless for keyboard players. With MIDI sustain, it is the best rock and blues guitar app on iOS. Please add sustain and expression (CC 11) and a way to map the bend pedals to midi commands or key notes. You are 90% of the way there, but it is a 100% failure without finishing the last few details. You are losing thousands of keyboard users by not implementing sustain..DestinkeysVersion: 1.1

WowI have been hoping for this ever since the first Yonac Steel Guitar app came out. This one is a masterpiece for anyone, but especially for those who love the sounds that come from Steel Guitars. The fact that is is now has an audio unit is so bloody cool. And the sounds are wonderful. And finally the price is so low that everyone can afford it.
