Nice app, but not usefulAlthough the app itself runs beautifully, I strongly caution people against using its scoring system to determine what skin care products to use or not use.
The way that the technology scans for keywords and assigns scores is useless. If you read the sources it provides, the sources often contradict what the score suggests.
Secondly, a score of 100/100 may mean that the app has (either correctly or, more often, incorrectly) identified a product as safe, the score doesn’t actually indicate if a product is GOOD for your skin.
I’ve followed advice of experts and have a wide variety of Shiseido, Cle de Peau, Drunk Elephant, and Roche Posay products that are absolutely safe and effective. This app scores them very erratically, and for the alleged unsafe ones, I rarely see sourced evidence that they are actually unsafe.

Might be good for normal skinThis app gives product recommendations based on small details, but I wouldn’t recommend it if you have skin conditions. I have eczema and seborrheic dermatitis, and it suggested that the products I use for my scalp weren’t good, but the alternatives it recommended weren’t better, or could even be worse.
