Dynamic playBe VERY careful choosing your picks on dynamic play. This app will not remove players that are already announced to be sitting out of the game. Every other betting app will not let you bet on players already announced to be out. This affects dynamic play because the pick will be voided and not counted as a win or a loss. Which means your chances at getting your money back with the safer dynamic option are lower because your picks will drop to a lower pick which drops the amount of picks you are allowed to lose. Stole my funds STAY AWAY!!!I opened an account and placed bets for two days, losing a total of $3,000. On the third day, I had a significant win, bringing the account balance up to $12,000. However, when I attempted to withdraw $2,000, the transaction was declined. Shortly after, my account was locked without any prior email or notification. Upon reaching out to customer support, they informed me that additional information was required. I promptly provided all the requested documentation, but was told the matter was still under review.
Support later claimed that my account was linked to a device associated with another account, which allegedly led to the suspension. I find it quite concerning that there were no issues with my account when I was losing money, yet as soon as I started winning, they suddenly cited a violation of terms and conditions. After a week of having my funds frozen, I still have not received any updates.
I have now retained an attorney to pursue legal action. If you have an account with Betr Holdings Inc., I strongly advise you to submit a letter opting out of arbitration and the class action waiver. You have 30 days from the date you open your account to do so. Donating Money Without VoidsThis app is great IF , you can maybe play a 2 to 4 man lineup and win. However, if you place a $20 bet down to pay out a few thousand or more on an 8 man lineup…if you have 1 player (NFL for example) that gets pulled out of the game with a concussion in the first quarter and can’t play anymore the whole game, they dont void that player out. Example: Courtland Sutton always puts up 50+ receiving yds, First play he was in he went down and they pulled him out on concussion protocol and he couldn’t play the rest of the game.. even if he was in a 2 man lineup, you lost. No refund, no void , nothing. Even when all of the other apps voided him out (so his stats wouldnt count against you winning money) the Betr discord is full of people upset and they dont change anything about it. Alot of people arebquitting using Betr because of this, if you feel like donating your money and not winning this is the app for you . Pretty good appI want to love this app but there’s some good and bad with it as all apps. I’ll start with the bad is they def do not have the typical lines like the other apps. Most of it is boosted lines or no line at all. I wish they kept at least the main line and boosted as an option most of the time and adjust as needed. The pro is its a very smooth and easy app to us. They payout probably the fastest in my opinion and they are always offering promos. If they can keep the main lines on the board then it would be my go to app! Good App, but some things are really annoyingI love using Betr, but sometimes I feel like they have some very quirky things that really annoy me. For instance, any time you withdrawal funds, if it’s small the money shows up in you bank within minutes, but anything remotely large they will for some reason take their time with the payout.
For instance, I won a 100x bet. When I pulled out the couple thousand I won, it has been over 24 hours and is still showing as pending. However, a subsequent withdrawal of a few hundred dollars went through without any problems.
They also seem to make it intentionally difficult to contact support. Any link to contact the support team takes you to a collection of very short articles that are not helpful at all. The AI chat bot literally just references you to the articles, and the customer service email address isn’t even listed on the app or website, you have to dig through the terms and conditions to find it. And from my understanding the warehouse is like 50,000 feet in Miami, yet there is no customer service line or phone number at all?
Also, when I started it I liked it so much I gave my best friend and some family members referral codes; 3 of them signed up and one of them deposited $500 on his first deposit. I never got a single referral bonus as promised; and as I mentioned there is no way to contact support about this.
Very strange compared to other sports books I use. I still have yet to received my larger payout in over 24 hours now, and all my other ones that were smaller took literally less than 10 minutes.

MehI haven’t had ANY issues with withdrawing money like a bunch of people say they’ve had. My issue is with the fact they make it incredibly hard to win. You can’t chose multiple players on the same team to do the same thing (IE - Altuve and Alvarez to go OVER 1.5H/R/RBI). It’ll make you choose only one of them. So essentially if you know a teams bats have been on fire, you can only choose ONE to do anything good that game. Whereas PrizePicks allows you to choose everyone you want as long as you have at least one pick from another team.

However the support team is horrible. I deposited with one of my bank cards. Now I applied my new bank card to the app and I won a 100x bet. Withdrawal good odds goodI have no clue why some people are hating on this app. This is the best one out there as far as odds and payouts. Keeps getting worse on both functionality AND for betting optionsI really liked this app at first. However the past month started to glitch. It logs me out after 5/10 minutes but what’s worse is I am not notified I was locked out UNTIL I go to view my players and place the money wager. THIS IS FRUSTRATING TO THE MAXXXX because I will spend 30 minutes to an hour reading through wager options and selecting them. Go to enter my amount of wager then *BOOM* you’ve been logged out. Then log back in, not recalling exactly whom I had selected and start the process over. Spend another half hour selecting picks then logged out soon as I try to enter a wager. 1 hour or more wasted and no bets placed? Kiss off. I have other apps . Irritated customerThe agent who I spoke to told me to check the promotions page periodically to get betr bucks but I told him I check every single day for different promotions to get betr bucks to bet with. New generation scamI got the app and created the account in a minute. It’s super easy to be on the platform because this app or platform is new generation scammer. Unprofessional and Horrible Customer SupportEntered a free promo and won, was only for $3 but instead of receiving the $3 they took away $7.50 from my betr bucks. They released a statement saying it would be fixed soon. Today I log on and see I have been reinstated $4.50, but not the other $3 they took or the $3 from the win. I contacted support for a quick fix and was met with an unprofessional, uneducated man that made it way harder then needed to be then made me feel belittled for asking for the $3 I had won doing a promotion by BETR. Bonus Pay outs and big wins don’t payThey lie. I hit 100x and they froze my account. They tried to tell me to verify myself and send all sorts of proof which I have. Outdated/No Customer ServiceI signed up and was interested in giving the Betr App a try. But it has been a nightmare, I deposited $10 and tried to make a bet. 1st Failed attempt, can’t even add a bet to my betslip. Misleading/unethical business practicesTheir deposit bonus promotion requires you to bet your entire balance before accessing the bonus funds, which is fine in theory until you later realize that to use your bonus funds, your regular balance has to be zero. So any winnings you had? You have to now bet those too. See, the don’t tell you any of this initially. They hide it deep in their FAQ pages. So it’s there, you just really have to go looking for it. Which I’m sure covers them legally. Just avoid them. I’ve noticed issues with how and when they decide to post their lines as well. Uncertain waiting to hear backI placed a three pick bet on a football game and hit all three picks. Placed a 50 dollar bet and it paid out 250. I got on the app the next morning all my money is gone. Disappointing Experience – Lost Trust in BetrI initially had an ok experience with Betr, the app seemed user-friendly, and I was able to place bets without any issues. For the first few days, I was leading in my group, which was exciting and kept me engaged. However, things took a turn for the worse overnight.
After my event had already closed days ago, I was suddenly added to 10 new groups without any explanation or notification. This completely wiped out my first-place standing in all 8 of my original groups. It felt shady and frustrating. The lack of transparency and this sudden change made me lose trust in the platform.

Needs a lot of workIf you’re a serious sports bettor, don’t bother with this. There’s no parlays. No teasers. The odds show as “1.50x” instead of -150. App closes randomly for no reason. The sign up promotion is a deposit match up to $100, regardless of what you read or click online (a great example is this app page says $500 match, no, it’s $100). You have to bet your entire initial deposit before you can even touch the promo money. There’s no option to choose between promo money or deposited money once you’ve completed the promotion requirements. The only people that should use this are people that have no idea about sports betting and want to make ridiculous prop bets OR want to grind out bets $0.10 at a time… which I guess is who this is marketed towards. Can be a great DFS appBetr has the potential to be a great sports betting app, especially with the daily promos they offer. However, their reboot policy, particularly for MLB, needs serious improvement. Currently, there’s no reboot when a pitcher/batter gets injured early in the game or when a matchup is suspended due to weather. I’ve lost countless promos because a pitcher got hurt within the first three innings, a batter only had two at-bats, or a starting pitcher didn’t play the continuation of a weather suspended game.
Other platforms, like PrizePicks, handle this much better. They void discounted pitchers who get hurt, batters with two or fewer plate appearances, and games affected by suspensions. Don’t waste your time…I downloaded this app in hopes of expanding my Draftkings Pick6 and PrizePicks options and instead was met with disappointment. For context I am a 22 year old male living in California, I enjoy sports betting and similar gambling styles. Scamming/glitching appI signed up today after a month of seeing the commercials, I see the promo about them matching the money you deposit. After depositing the money and trying to place a bet the app kept saying it couldn’t access my location. I got through the protocol required to fix the problem and it kept sending the message. You can’t withdrawlI tried to withdrawl $150 on June 12th. They told me it would take 5 business days, so June 19th came and I still didn’t receive the payment. I wrote customer support and they told me to allow another 5 business days and if I don’t see it by the 25th to reach out. I contacted my bank and they said they don’t see it nor is it pending. DisappointingI’ve been on other DFS apps for quite a while. Really wanted to try this one out. Support Jake a lot and what he’s doing. But the payouts on this app are just not as good as others. The bonus 100$ is hardly a bonus with the payout deductions you get. And then I’m sitting on some bonus still and trying to make bets with it but it keeps pulling out of my withdraw able funds. Not better than PrizepicksI gave it a try with his ad saying its better than Prizepicks and overall its not. Yea it has a higher pay out but thats if you get all 8 of your 8 players stats correctly. If you miss one you lose everything while in Prizepicks you don’t get as high of a pay out but the max player picks is 6 not 8 and flexplay is an option and automatic on 5-6 players so you’re still able to win up to double your money if you don’t get all your picks correct. I also get paid out in minutes every time so idk what he’s talking about slow payouts. Good luckParticipated in the Caleb Williams London promo where you get $5 for every TD he throws if you bet people in the game, bet at least $10, etc. I met all the requirements…never got the money. Contacted customer support, thought I finally got a person then figured out it was some AI thing that just repeated its answers. They said I didn’t meet the qualifications, but tried to give me $10 of promo funds to make it right. I kept asking what part I didn’t meet and they kept giving me the same answer, until finally they said I didn’t opt in, which I did. Needs improvement multipliers are not goodI signed up thinking it was a great deal at 250 entry match but once I saw what the promotional cash was on the multiplier it is definetly the worst DFS app i have tried. This is the only app that lowers your entry mutiplier on promo funds and it is better to do a match deposit because of this reason. Also there is far less options on player props and no Alt Lines like sleeper or Prize picks. They do have discounts but usually not great ones and also have a limit on them lower than others DFS. Needs major improvement on the promos options only upside was the quick withrawal usually withing minutes. Also support is responsive usually fixes the issue quickly..JesseCHavez85Version: 3.21.19
Worst betting experienceSCAM. Let me start off by saying the interface of this ap is absolutely terrible and pales in comparison to other sports betting apps. The worst part however is that I won around $100, went to withdraw it and was denied the ability to withdrawal. Rather than have the opportunity to try a withdrawal again, most of my winnings disappeared from my account. After reaching out to customer service I never received a response. I can only assume they do not have any form of credible customer service. Most Fraudulent App Ever CreatedI created an account and supplied all relevant, required documentation. Then deposited $400 through a 50% deposit match.
I currently have to delete the app and redownload just to normally start the app without giving me a login error after initial login.
I also cannot select any players in Betr Picks to even place a bet as I receive an error message stating my lineup is full despite having NO player picks in the lineup.
My funds that I deposited are also locked in a “Fantasy Wallet”, so I cannot even use my funds for the “Picks/Sportsbook Wallet” as there is no functional way to switch modes as the app states.

TerribleI do not recommend this app to anyone . They restricted my account right after I made my first deposit and first bet ! Then when I asked to get my money back they sent it to the wrong address when I let them know before they were even sending it. So now I have to hope no one steals the check they are sending me to the wrong address and hope someone is a Good Samaritan and returns it back ! BogusThis is a scam!!!!! they removed some players that are playing and remove some of their stats so they make sure we lose no matter what. They don’t refund whose injuries or reboot. They won’t let is win. We are forced to use player stats and I caught them changing multiple too many times when I make good lines, trying to lower my wins. This is worse app i ever used!! Not Really Worth ItUnlike most sports books you can choose to go over or under. You’re only able to do that with the star players of the team. Everyone else you can only bet over. The promos they offer are pretty garbage compared to say PrizePicks or something. The daily discounts are shams. They’ll discount a pitcher from 6k to 5.5. Trash. If you do a 6 man flex and miss by 1 and have one prop even the even prop basically counts against you. So instead of getting double like most bettings apps you’ll get 1.2x. Unethical practicesI just downloaded and deposited a few days ago and I was told I get a free pick with my first bet. I assumed that my first bet would be a money back if it lost type of bet because there was no other information or free picks for me. My bet was also limited to $50 so it made sense to me. After placing the bet, I noticed that it never said anything about it being a sweat free pick. I contacted support to make sure it was, where they told me it wasn’t and that bets can’t be canceled after they are placed. Bad BusinessFirst off I deposited 100$ into the account which they were supposed to 100% match. Somehow they managed to double charge my account for that and not give me my match. Customer support experience has been unsatisfying.Daily discounted lines have been a blast to play, especially with two of my friends. We always get the same discounts and can look for good slips to build and share together. We’ve been doing it for months, same lines, same bets, same engagement.
Three days ago, I no longer receive any discounted lines. My friends do. I contacted support, and they offered no explanation other than place more bets and participate in promotions … even though my engagement hasn’t been any different from my friends. Literally, we place 99% of the same bets.
It’s totally killed my enthusiasm for the app. I no longer receive any discounted lines, while my friends get the same two discounts every day and can play together.
