Most annoying security features everAfter 3 years of pretty good service, over 6 figures of money put into the app. I’m constantly being locked out of my account where I have to change my password, no one can seem to give any real reason why it started happening and continues to happen. I tried to go through customer service, and ask it be escalated, so we can figure out a long term solution. Even stating that if I receive the same generic response as always, I would just simply leave the service and move to Ceaser’s, well obviously they don’t care. Because that’s exactly what they did, always closing out my tickets, closing out the chat, and I’m tired of changing my password 100 times . But their response was I should use one device only, but I have only used one device and they should be able to see that. But customer service in this day, is work from home, and it’s get the customer off the line ASAP so they can go back to watching TV I guess . 2.5 starsI use fan duel mostly for sports betting and the software and layout and how they give u real time stats and what not and that’s why I use them over DraftKings but as far as the casino I can’t say I never win but if it’s not rigged I don’t know what is I’ll play black Jack and i can almost tell what they are going to have and they win way more then I do slots sometimes I will win but you will go nuts trying to win anything……this is the absolute worst part and my biggest complaint is they have no rewards no rewards program no free bets just because you spent thousands on our site and thank you I haven’t played on draft kings and they still every month send me free casino money or free bets I guess they say hey we’re taking your money and why should we give any thing back I don’t know but all the other sites have some type of rewards program and one of the only reason I stay is because they do make cashing out pretty easy for me at least I’ve heard stories but I will say I’ve never had a problem cashing out I would give it 2 and a half of I could I have reached out to customer support many times asking for a rewards program and get the same answer will run it by promotions and I wish there was a way to lock out just the casino not my whole account.GetthatdoughhhVersion: 1.68.0

Great start, not so much afterFanDuel was a top 2 best apps the first month of legal sportsbook betting in my state. It had many exciting specials, boosts, and engaging bonuses. However, as soon as the first month ended, and I’m guessing they decided they’d hooked anyone they were going to, it basically dried up on those. For the past 11 months I’ve found that I almost never use FD, because many other apps are far more “exciting” as they continue to weekly have many boosts/deals/freebets that make me open those apps first, to see what they are, & then I just end up placing my other bets there too since I’m already there & feel like I’m being rewarded already. FD was my main go-to for a month, but I barely interact with it anymore, because everytime I do open it, there’s absolutely nothing extra going on that is remotely exciting (& the “boost” tab is always empty). So, after 11 months, I’ve finally decided that it’s not worth keeping around & am moving my money to one of the other apps I engage with daily. No rewards system whatsoeverI’ve been using FanDuel since 2021, my account balance is almost negative $10,000 since I started. Meaning I lose a lot more then I win. I like to parlay but other than that these guys give no free bets whatsoever. They are my number 1 Sportsbook just cause I like the platform and options they offer. Other than that they don’t Give anything back besides some profit boosts and no sweat bets on a few games every so often. JUST THIS MORNING ESPN Bet issued me a $25 dollar free bet and I hardly ever use their site. FanDuel has never done this. They don’t care about their customers only that you lose money on their site. Their customer service is terrible as well, they won’t assist you hardly ever & tell you they’re not allowed to issue any type of free bets and that it’s automatically generated. Which as you can tell after almost 10k in losses I’ve maybe been issued a free bet once or twice and that was years ago. Double deposits taken??I never ever leave reviews for anything but I’m very frustrated with FanDuel rn. I deposited a total of $105 through 6 deposits and when I checked my bank account from which i was funding my account deposits, my account was double charged. The charges that were accurate said FanDuel betfair. However, there were also charges for FanDuel jersey for additional deposits that I did not make and I don’t even live in jersey. I am a college student in bloomsburg pa, I set up the account in pa, and never have I been on the app in jersey so why is FanDuel jersey stealing my money?? I contacted support SEVERAL times and still have not heard back. If I never hear back and do not get my money back I will be telling everyone I know to not get this app which is a shame because up until this point I really liked FanDuel. Waiting to not travelI love FD and I think that it is far superior than its competitors, but I do think that there’s room for improvement in certain areas to separate it from other sportsbooks even more so than it already is. For instance I think that FD would benefit from dealing with players injured during games. Just like in a real game, if a player gets injured, we have SUB BETS. Allow bettors to pick 1 Sub bet per transaction so that if a player gets injured a bettor will have a substitute bet that will take the place of the bet on the injured player. There can be stipulations such as - if an injury occurs earlier in the game it is replaced with the sub bet or it can be void. I think this is an unfair advantage to sportsbooks if a player is injured in the 1st or 2nd quarter of the game and a bettor automatically loses that bet. Obviously there are other factors to consider. For instance, if a bettor has more than 1 leg in the same bet for the same player. One & doneSo I watched the Super Bowl like many others, before hand I had seen a commercial for this app. For new customers they were running a promotion. Basically pick a team and win a bunch of money (if you win of course) I Chose the winning team, for a max bet of $5 and I won $275. Easiest money I have ever made, hands down. I thought it was a scam all the way until I had the money in my account. I will tell you, Betting was some what of a pain. I logged in at 6 and had to have my bet in by 630 and I couldn’t log in. Essentially the system was over loaded during this time. Finally I got logged in and went to bet and it kicked me out. (Which seems to be a huge issue with this app) long story short, I literally got my bet in at 6:29. Seconds to spare, I was distraught over the stress I endured for 30 mins to try and get this bet placed. Totally worth it in the end. Would I do it again, yes. Withdrawal and customer serviceThis had to be the longest I had to wait for my withdrawal to be released. I definitely wasn’t done in this casino. Fix the logout issue!!Overall this app is pretty solid and easy to use. The one thing that has consistently driven me crazy is how it will tell you your session has “timed out” anywhere within 1 min to 5 mins after you just logged in. I have had plenty of times where I was in the app and put several bets into my bet slip, but didn’t confirm just so I could quickly look at my action app. Then I’d go back to FDsportsbork and lo and behold, my session timed out and I have to go back in and find those picks I would’ve made. Even though I logged in no more than maybe 1 or 2 minutes prior. But other times it’ll keep you logged in for seemingly 15 mins. It’s very inconsistent and I wish you could change the log out time in the settings. It becomes very annoying when you’re live betting as well because it’ll look like you’re logged in when you’re making the bet, then as soon as you hit place, it’ll tell you you’re logged out.PierreEscargot7Version: 1.7.0

Great app!!Downloaded this app a little while ago due to the casinos being shut down. Basically only play the slots not really into the sports betting events even though that’s the main for this app. Haven’t had any issues while playing if I ever got kicked out of the game when I logged back in the game I had previously played loaded right back to where I was when it kicked me out if I was in the middle of a bonus round spin or not. Withdraw was a lot faster then I suspected as well! Chose to receive a check and received it in the mail less then 7 days later!! Feature requestDear FanDuel team, I am writing to suggest a new feature for your betting app that I believe would greatly improve the user experience for many of your customers. I am proposing the addition of an "Auto Mimic Generate" feature, which would allow users to share their bets with friends for example and have the app automatically select the same plays for the recipient within the app. Currently, if someone wants to mimic a friends bet, they have to manually search for each individual play and select it. This can be time-consuming and inconvenient, especially if someone has placed a large number of bets. The Auto Mimic Generate feature would streamline this process by allowing users to simply share their bets with a single click, and have the app automatically select the same plays for the recipient. I believe this feature would be extremely useful for users who want to share their betting strategies and picks with others, as it would make it much easier for them to do so. Draft Kings vs. Fan DuelAs someone who has not been able to drive to Iowa to sign up and has been forced to use draft kings for the past year, let me say now that Fan duel was such a breathe of fresh air. The app is quick, easy and the best part of all you can actually watch the games. On the other hand, dk doesn’t allow you to watch games, sets horrible cash out prices, and is painful to use. On DK for same game Parlay’s if you add the bet to your bet slip and try to change one play. You will be forced to delete the entire parlay and plug in all the same info just to change one part of it. Draft kings is buggy, slow, and honestly just not set up for customer ease. The only thing DK has going for it is the helpful and quick customer service. Besides that, there is no reason one should be on dk and not on fan duel. Decent app, but FD is stingyI bet a lot in IL. And FD is probably my least favorite app to gamble on. What I don’t like about it is that they consistently have the worst lines compared to other Sportsbooks, and they also are stingy with their promotions compared to books like DK and Pointsbet. It’s hard to find value betting on this app because the vig is so heavy, so you have to be very picky with your spots on this app. For a professional better you will find your spots to beat them overtime, but for a novice better, these lines will steal your money if you don’t know what you are doing. I recommend DK or pointsbets to more beginner gamblers, much easier lines to beat and better promotions to help build up a small bankroll to play with. Only thing I will say is the interface on FD is very nice, and is top of the line in betting apps. SuggestionsOverall, easiest betting app to use and to navigate in my opinion. Love the boosts, the promos, and how quick it updates/follows the game. One feature I wish this had (and wish most betting sites had) is that on the bets it would show the competing bets and the game score at the time it was placed. This would be beneficial since some sports can be so volatile. (Example: You Bet the Over 30 at -115. When expanded, it would show the alternative Under 30 odds and game score at the time the bet was placed to note what your odds were). Lastly, I have a bad habit of accidentally placing bets when messing with the odds and payouts, and I know I’m not alone (particularly on parlays). It would be a nice feature if when submitting a bet there was a settings option that would offer a required 4-digit code/password before any bet could be submitted. Not going backDeposited on a Saturday night with a plan, 4 soccer games I liked. Good for me all the bets hit, time to withdraw right? Not so fast! FanDuel took 4 HOURS to grade my first bet. I had no opportunity to place bets on any of the other games I liked, cash out was frozen (they freeze cash out if the bet hits or pays more than your initial wager, another nice trick), and support was 0 help when I asked them to grade the bets for me. One of the worst casino apps I’ve ever usedPlease find another app to use. FanDuel is purposely delaying people on their money so they can lose it all back to them. I’ll admit sometimes I get carried away when it comes to gambling. I usually use fanatics sportsbook and casino because they have really good responsible gaming features. One for example is you can set your account so that you can’t cancel a withdrawl. If you withdraw your money it won’t let you cancel it which is great if you have little self control. Also 99% of the time when I hit withdrawl the money is in my account within minutes. Now with FanDuel it is the complete opposite. They will make you wait DAYS for your money. It’s the most ridiculous thing I’ve ever seen. The last 3 times I won money on this app they delayed me so long that I ended up canceling my withdrawl and losing the money back. I discussed this with friends who also said the same thing happened to them. Now I am starting to believe this is intentional. I find it hard to believe that we live in 2024 and these guy can’t get quick withdrawals like every other app out there. Don’t use this book I’m beggingPlease whether your new or veteran in sports betting I beg you not use fan duel it is the absolute worst anti player buggy book in existence. They do “no sweat bets” that’s the promo they really hang there hat on which would be nice if you could bet more than 10$. You can not. Another thing is when you use the promo and lose the bet you don’t get your money from the bet immediately sometimes it’s a day sometimes it’s multiple days sometimes they try to pull a fast one on you and you have to go into support to get your money back. The promotions are truly awful feast week is one of the biggest weeks for betting in the US I loaded up that Monday to check the promos. They gave 0 promos on any basketball and 1 promotion for a 20% live bet in that MNF game between 2 teams that score 12 points a game. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!Since June i’ve been trying to get verified on this app and every time I talk to customer service, they say the same thing. Pretty much a generic response that’s not really answering my question at all. When I put my information in on the verification screen it says we cannot verify you. I let them know that I’ve tried every combination of my name and address. I’ve tried every address that I’ve ever lived at and still somehow it is saying that my information is wrong. I have let customer support know about this multiple times now and all they have to say is that they go through a third-party company to verify all users. But they will not tell me who that third-party is or how I can contact them to see what information they have on file for me. I’ve been told by three different customer support agents that I should go to my county clerks office to see what information they have for me on file there. Okay, but could be betterFirst off, as some others have mentioned, Game Tracker at times can be inaccurate. I have screen recordings of the game clock rolling back during basketball games and even screen shots of Fan Duel saying a final score for a game and that the match had ended, when in fact the game is still ongoing. These things can impact your betting choices and cause you to make a bet on a particular outcome and lose your bet due to the misinformation provided by Fan Duel. They can tell you that Team A has 100 points and if you decide they’re going to get 110 points, but Team A actually only has 50 points and they don’t get 110 points, you’ll lose your bet. Fan Duel will say it’s your fault for not using other means to get accurate game information. Fan Duel has it in their terms that they’re not responsible for the misinformation, even though they physically provide you with the information. How ironic.. Anything to protect “The House”. They now also use Plaid as a payment process. I’ve had nothing but issues with Plaid ever since Draft Kings decided to use them. I switched to FD because once they started used Plaid, I was unable to get money deposited from my bank account, now that FD has picked up Plaid, again, I’m having issues added money from my bank account. Close your account for trying to win your money backI had fanduel for about 2 years and spent so much money only for them to email me and suspend my account for not answering a questionnaire about my spending on my account. I simply answered back to one of the questions that I wanted to just win money back that I’ve lost in general, and they closed my account saying that it is considered as chasing losses, so if you want to bet and lose your bet, do not try and bet some more or they will close your account for trying to win a bet. Use a different betting sportsbook to wager more, this is a shady app. Its good for props and customer service is not the greatest when you need your account back. They will end the chat and dismiss you if you’re trying to reinstate your account. Like I said the app is good for props just do not wager a-lot or go back for another bet, or they will look at it as a pattern. Many others have had this issue as well. All customer service do is redirect you through email and take a long to time to respond compared to other sportsbook, eventually you won’t feel like going through with the request or forget. Horrible Authentication ProcessI normally never write reviews but when I do it’s usually because it’s horrible. In this case, my first go to for sports betting was Fanduel because of their great promo offers and risk free bets. I turned 21 in October 30th and created an account with all the details verifying that I am 21 years of age legally in NJ. When I finally set everything up it came to the final step… Authentication that I am, indeed, me. Well, it didn’t go very well. First try and I get an error not even able to get to the QUESTIONS. So I went to customer chat support (with awfully long waiting queues depending on the day and random resets that have to make me re-queue, which is very frustrating) and everything went well, the guy reset my attempts and said I should be able to go. NOPE, same thing happened… “unexpected error” and I couldn’t even reach the question section yet AGAIN. So now I did same process a second time… SAME THING, UNEXPECTED ERROR. ScamThis betting platform will offer a sign up promotion, at the same time as other sign up promotions. And when you make your first deposit and wager, in order to get the promo. They make the promo disappear and they refuse to give you back the initial deposit. Compared to other betting platforms, this is a zero star system. Support was not helpful and this is a scam. Should be illegal to run fake “sign up” scams. They will say pre written “we pride ourselves on fairness and equality and blah blah blah”. However use your own brain, google sign up promotions. See what comes up. Tell me they didn’t leave old, out dated promotions out to get people fooled into signing up and losing money. You can cover yourself under “fairness” all you want. I signed up on the app with a specific promo that was in bright green letters on my sign up page. Then the moment I signed up, every trace of that promo disappeared on the app. It’s still on their website however I signed up and lost money already so I’m no longer eligible for a promotion. Didn’t have time to bet since.. tried logging in last week on my iPhone 7 and later my ipad mini to find acct was locked/suspended. Chat help said prob was fixed but still couldn’t get in. I changed my password, still couldn’t. Asked for help via email, they said all was ok but I’m still unable to get logged in- says my info isn’t correct. Cleared cookies and started over, still can’t. TrickySports betting was a lot easier before fanduel was around in most states They make betting tricky leaving out a lot of key players to bet on, the odds are cool sometimes better than other platforms but i just feel like they have a special team of monitors that make betting very tricky. Live betting is even worse they will show impossible bets that you have no choice to make combinations with that are not likely to win. Horrible rewardsThe app is one of the better betting apps in terms of software, but that’s about all its good for. When I first downloaded the app I had no issues using free bets or taking advantage of the boosts, but in recent months it’s gone downhill. Notifications don’t work for everyone and cost me a lot of moneyI’ve been using FanDuel for years and this has to be the worst year every. There notification system doesn’t work. They recommend using FanDuel Scout which is a joke because the alerts do not work there either. They way the NBA is right now with players sitting last minute or missing time and not being notified and other players are... Its definitely unfair and puts people at a disadvantage. I got pictures from people showing there notifications, etc. Also with league play if you don’t get to put a roster in by the start time you still should be able to enter a roster with the remaining players as long as there’s 2 or more games like they do for there late slate contest. You you miss that start time, whatever games start at that time then those players aren’t available is the contestants problem. They still should be able to enter a roster with remaining players. Terrible AppJust started betting on the fan duel app two days ago. By my 3rd bet I already had some shenanigans being pulled by the fan duel team. My parlay hits and I receive the money in my account but then a couple of hours later I see that the bet was voided and the money was removed from my account. Was having fun until this error literally made me loseMost of the time this app is the smoothest platform for online betting. However i had an experience today that will make me delete this account.
