Garbage appDon’t bother playing the slot machines. They’re soo obviously rigged it’s almost comical. You can play for hours upon hours and not get a single bonus game or free spin. You could be up $1,000 on minute, then the “algorithm” decides… “nope, no more winning allowed.” And 5 minutes later all your money is gone while winning absolutely nothing in return. Went into a room with $300, betting 40-60 cents, left the room 10 minutes later with $3.00 having not won a single bonus rd or free spin. They tell you that it’s fair by giving you the RTP of the machine but then make it clear that the RTP does not apply to individuals playing sessions. Customer support is garbage, good luck trying to speak with an agent. You could start at being 50th in line, wait an hour till your next up, then get kicked out and have to start all over. They give you like $10 in promotions every so often that will allow you to play for about 30 seconds before they take that right back. You will not win anything playing the slots! I guarantee it. Refer a friendI just found out my girlfriend I had her sign up on fan duel and I didn’t realize that if you referred a friend you could both get $50 credit and a $10Bet well she did sign up but we didn’t see the thing that said refer a friend she’s so excited about signing up that we missed and it was my fault I should’ve looked for it I didn’t realize that you did that and I was wondering if it was too late for the benefits of referring a friend she’s never bet in her life before and She only bet a five dollar bet but she would be glad to bed $10 more to get the bonus of me referring her so I don’t know how he would look at that I’ve been a member for a while and I was betting a little bit here and there but I got kind of laid up so I wasn’t able to bed very much anymore and now I’m back to where I wanna start enjoying it because I love bedding so I didn’t know if she couldn’t get a hold of you somehow and still be able to get that $50 credit for both of us $50 each? 2.5 starsI use fan duel mostly for sports betting and the software and layout and how they give u real time stats and what not and that’s why I use them over DraftKings but as far as the casino I can’t say I never win but if it’s not rigged I don’t know what is I’ll play black Jack and i can almost tell what they are going to have and they win way more then I do slots sometimes I will win but you will go nuts trying to win anything……this is the absolute worst part and my biggest complaint is they have no rewards no rewards program no free bets just because you spent thousands on our site and thank you I haven’t played on draft kings and they still every month send me free casino money or free bets I guess they say hey we’re taking your money and why should we give any thing back I don’t know but all the other sites have some type of rewards program and one of the only reason I stay is because they do make cashing out pretty easy for me at least I’ve heard stories but I will say I’ve never had a problem cashing out I would give it 2 and a half of I could I have reached out to customer support many times asking for a rewards program and get the same answer will run it by promotions and I wish there was a way to lock out just the casino not my whole account.GetthatdoughhhVersion: 1.68.0

Great start, not so much afterFanDuel was a top 2 best apps the first month of legal sportsbook betting in my state. It had many exciting specials, boosts, and engaging bonuses. However, as soon as the first month ended, and I’m guessing they decided they’d hooked anyone they were going to, it basically dried up on those. For the past 11 months I’ve found that I almost never use FD, because many other apps are far more “exciting” as they continue to weekly have many boosts/deals/freebets that make me open those apps first, to see what they are, & then I just end up placing my other bets there too since I’m already there & feel like I’m being rewarded already. FD was my main go-to for a month, but I barely interact with it anymore, because everytime I do open it, there’s absolutely nothing extra going on that is remotely exciting (& the “boost” tab is always empty). So, after 11 months, I’ve finally decided that it’s not worth keeping around & am moving my money to one of the other apps I engage with daily. Double deposits taken??I never ever leave reviews for anything but I’m very frustrated with FanDuel rn. I deposited a total of $105 through 6 deposits and when I checked my bank account from which i was funding my account deposits, my account was double charged. The charges that were accurate said FanDuel betfair. However, there were also charges for FanDuel jersey for additional deposits that I did not make and I don’t even live in jersey. I am a college student in bloomsburg pa, I set up the account in pa, and never have I been on the app in jersey so why is FanDuel jersey stealing my money?? I contacted support SEVERAL times and still have not heard back. One & doneSo I watched the Super Bowl like many others, before hand I had seen a commercial for this app. For new customers they were running a promotion. Basically pick a team and win a bunch of money (if you win of course) I Chose the winning team, for a max bet of $5 and I won $275. Easiest money I have ever made, hands down. I thought it was a scam all the way until I had the money in my account. I will tell you, Betting was some what of a pain. I logged in at 6 and had to have my bet in by 630 and I couldn’t log in. Essentially the system was over loaded during this time. Finally I got logged in and went to bet and it kicked me out. (Which seems to be a huge issue with this app) long story short, I literally got my bet in at 6:29. Withdrawal and customer serviceThis had to be the longest I had to wait for my withdrawal to be released. I definitely wasn’t done in this casino. Feature requestDear FanDuel team, I am writing to suggest a new feature for your betting app that I believe would greatly improve the user experience for many of your customers. I am proposing the addition of an "Auto Mimic Generate" feature, which would allow users to share their bets with friends for example and have the app automatically select the same plays for the recipient within the app. Currently, if someone wants to mimic a friends bet, they have to manually search for each individual play and select it. This can be time-consuming and inconvenient, especially if someone has placed a large number of bets. The Auto Mimic Generate feature would streamline this process by allowing users to simply share their bets with a single click, and have the app automatically select the same plays for the recipient. I believe this feature would be extremely useful for users who want to share their betting strategies and picks with others, as it would make it much easier for them to do so. Fix the logout issue!!Overall this app is pretty solid and easy to use. The one thing that has consistently driven me crazy is how it will tell you your session has “timed out” anywhere within 1 min to 5 mins after you just logged in. I have had plenty of times where I was in the app and put several bets into my bet slip, but didn’t confirm just so I could quickly look at my action app. Then I’d go back to FDsportsbork and lo and behold, my session timed out and I have to go back in and find those picks I would’ve made. Even though I logged in no more than maybe 1 or 2 minutes prior. But other times it’ll keep you logged in for seemingly 15 mins. It’s very inconsistent and I wish you could change the log out time in the settings. Great app!!Downloaded this app a little while ago due to the casinos being shut down. Basically only play the slots not really into the sports betting events even though that’s the main for this app. Haven’t had any issues while playing if I ever got kicked out of the game when I logged back in the game I had previously played loaded right back to where I was when it kicked me out if I was in the middle of a bonus round spin or not. Draft Kings vs. Fan DuelAs someone who has not been able to drive to Iowa to sign up and has been forced to use draft kings for the past year, let me say now that Fan duel was such a breathe of fresh air. The app is quick, easy and the best part of all you can actually watch the games. On the other hand, dk doesn’t allow you to watch games, sets horrible cash out prices, and is painful to use. On DK for same game Parlay’s if you add the bet to your bet slip and try to change one play. You will be forced to delete the entire parlay and plug in all the same info just to change one part of it. Draft kings is buggy, slow, and honestly just not set up for customer ease. The only thing DK has going for it is the helpful and quick customer service. Besides that, there is no reason one should be on dk and not on fan duel. SuggestionsOverall, easiest betting app to use and to navigate in my opinion. Love the boosts, the promos, and how quick it updates/follows the game. One feature I wish this had (and wish most betting sites had) is that on the bets it would show the competing bets and the game score at the time it was placed. This would be beneficial since some sports can be so volatile. (Example: You Bet the Over 30 at -115. When expanded, it would show the alternative Under 30 odds and game score at the time the bet was placed to note what your odds were). Lastly, I have a bad habit of accidentally placing bets when messing with the odds and payouts, and I know I’m not alone (particularly on parlays). It would be a nice feature if when submitting a bet there was a settings option that would offer a required 4-digit code/password before any bet could be submitted. You win some you lose someBut that’s playing smart, it took a long time to learn it’s all odds based on what you put in, wagered and all that it’s not like going to a casino at all it’s way more risky. I have had money come out of my account recently and I didn’t make any transaction for two weeks and the last one was me withdrawing money so I don’t understand what happened but I took the risk and that’s what you would be doing too🤷🏻‍♂️ but I have won alot off the slots! Decent app, but FD is stingyI bet a lot in IL. And FD is probably my least favorite app to gamble on. What I don’t like about it is that they consistently have the worst lines compared to other Sportsbooks, and they also are stingy with their promotions compared to books like DK and Pointsbet. It’s hard to find value betting on this app because the vig is so heavy, so you have to be very picky with your spots on this app. For a professional better you will find your spots to beat them overtime, but for a novice better, these lines will steal your money if you don’t know what you are doing. Improve appStop canceling cashouts when we’re winning and let me cash out when I click it not make me wait and then I can’t do it all of sudden. Display all sports and the correct scores on bet slips I shouldn’t have to go to outside sources to see scores like if I bet on a hockey game it’ll show the schedule time on my slip but not the actual live game, score, and time on the game, and when I win please make the money available that minute don’t make me wait an hour after the games over to see my earnings. Just one problemHistorically this has been my favorite betting app, but recently I discovered a problem that users may want to consider before using. I went to check scores and odds for basketball games, and it was showing a 6 point game with 12 mins to go. Based on that information, plus the odds, I decided to take the underdog. Well about 5-6 mins later I checked the score and it was still the same- but the odds had changed. I pulled up ESPN app and the game was over. So I contacted customer service to let them know that the scores/times are off, but the odds are live- so when people are betting and looking at the odds and the scores, they may feel that they are being misinformed. Customer service rep said their scores and times are tracked by a third party and they couldn’t guarantee the accuracy. They encourage you to check ESPN before placing any bets… I’m not sure how I feel about jumping from app to app while trying to compare scores and odds. Beware! Scam.Read carefully through peoples experiences and lawsuits trying to withdraw money. They essentially just keep forcing you to continuing betting with the pretext that you can only withdraw “winnings” but in actuality they just keep denying request to withdraw because of vague and arbitrary rules for what money can actually be withdrawn. Close your account for trying to win your money backI had fanduel for about 2 years and spent so much money only for them to email me and suspend my account for not answering a questionnaire about my spending on my account. I simply answered back to one of the questions that I wanted to just win money back that I’ve lost in general, and they closed my account saying that it is considered as chasing losses, so if you want to bet and lose your bet, do not try and bet some more or they will close your account for trying to win a bet. Use a different betting sportsbook to wager more, this is a shady app. Its good for props and customer service is not the greatest when you need your account back. They will end the chat and dismiss you if you’re trying to reinstate your account. Like I said the app is good for props just do not wager a-lot or go back for another bet, or they will look at it as a pattern. Many others have had this issue as well. Horrible Authentication ProcessI normally never write reviews but when I do it’s usually because it’s horrible. In this case, my first go to for sports betting was Fanduel because of their great promo offers and risk free bets. I turned 21 in October 30th and created an account with all the details verifying that I am 21 years of age legally in NJ. When I finally set everything up it came to the final step… Authentication that I am, indeed, me. Well, it didn’t go very well. First try and I get an error not even able to get to the QUESTIONS. So I went to customer chat support (with awfully long waiting queues depending on the day and random resets that have to make me re-queue, which is very frustrating) and everything went well, the guy reset my attempts and said I should be able to go. NOPE, same thing happened… “unexpected error” and I couldn’t even reach the question section yet AGAIN. So now I did same process a second time… SAME THING, UNEXPECTED ERROR. AwfulStraight out the worse app on the market, do not believe any of the positive reviews, I can guarantee you not one person could or would have a positive thing to say about the app.. Between the crashing and constant search for location garbage the casino is the definition of rigged.. Terrible app experience, even with chat help still can’t access account2 months ago open an acct and funded it. Horrible rewardsThe app is one of the better betting apps in terms of software, but that’s about all its good for. When I first downloaded the app I had no issues using free bets or taking advantage of the boosts, but in recent months it’s gone downhill. My biggest complaint is probably the smallest of value to FanDuel, but it’s the deciding factor in whether I choose to deposit money: Reward Machine. When Reward Machine first launched I’d get at least $2-$3 a week in free play which made me more likely to deposit a few bucks when that went dry. Over time FanDuel has decreased the winnings for the feature to an insulting degree. 3 symbols used to be worth 50 cents to a dollar, then 25-50 cents, and just this past week my fiancé and I shared a laugh when we both hit 3 symbols and won 5 cents. I also collected 3 trophies for the first time in months and got a whopping 40 cents. Scam, Awful Experience, Terrible Support, Worst OddsThey keep sending me email saying my account is locked due to repeated login, but they provide no other security information. This is the second time it has happened. Weird thing is the apps where I’m already logged in let me use them for a while afterward. Could be phishing but I don’t think so. The “free bets” are a scam. You’re just getting a second chance to lose your money. The odds at FanDuel are consistently worse than the other betting sites as well. The cash out feature only works when it is in their favor, not a big surprise there. On top of those, the app is a joke. Another cross-platform piece of garbage. Recently hit the opt-in button for a promo only to find that it never actually opted me in. And that my bet was not able to be cashed out. The bet I wouldn’t have placed if not for the promo. Super scam. Doesn’t even deserve 1 star.This app is a scam, they took my $150 bonus bet that you can only bet all at once after depositing $10 and betting $5, on a tennis match that my was already 6-2, 1-0, and 15-0, my odds were -145 and I would’ve won around $103 but as soon as I bet, my player let her opponent take every other point and then four ad in points in a straight row until finally giving her the game win to even the score at 1-1. And you think I’m going to keep playing after you already took $10 and $150 in dollars that were going to be an absolute win because I absolutely knew? Shady operatorsAfter running multiple problems with trying to withdraw funds, I was complaining to some friends about how overwhelmingly shady this whole setup appeared to be. Notifications don’t work for everyone and cost me a lot of moneyI’ve been using FanDuel for years and this has to be the worst year every. There notification system doesn’t work. They recommend using FanDuel Scout which is a joke because the alerts do not work there either. They way the NBA is right now with players sitting last minute or missing time and not being notified and other players are... Its definitely unfair and puts people at a disadvantage. I got pictures from people showing there notifications, etc. Also with league play if you don’t get to put a roster in by the start time you still should be able to enter a roster with the remaining players as long as there’s 2 or more games like they do for there late slate contest. You you miss that start time, whatever games start at that time then those players aren’t available is the contestants problem. They still should be able to enter a roster with remaining players. There are a lot of issues with FD right now and I recommend going to draft kings or find another platform to play on. FD seems rigged because they know they have an issue and they fail to fix it. Most annoying security features everAfter 3 years of pretty good service, over 6 figures of money put into the app. I’m constantly being locked out of my account where I have to change my password, no one can seem to give any real reason why it started happening and continues to happen. Was having fun until this error literally made me loseMost of the time this app is the smoothest platform for online betting. However i had an experience today that will make me delete this account. FanDuel is a scam, will lock your accountOn October 29th or thereabouts I filed a security concern with Fanduel. It appeared to me that someone other than myself was trying to login to my account, as I was required to change my password twice in one day even though I hadn't attempted to login. Support is abysmal (over 4+ hours holding & no support)This app is fine as long as you don’t run into any issues, I guess. Unfortunately, the account verification step in which you put in your address only has one line for address (so if you live in an apartment you cannot verify normally). They tell you to contact customer service if you have this issue which I did and… well it turns out that system is broken too. They do not have a phone # for you to call, only online chat. The online chat requires you to be present and clicking periodically or else it will time out. Even then, when you wait in the line the service times out when you get to the front so you are not able to chat with an agent about your issue. No customer supportI’ve been using FanDuel for about 6 months, I’ve been wagering for the past 15 years. I deposit money into my account with the intentions of put some money on the Michigan vs Washington NCAAF. To my surprise in Virginia they did not offer that bet, when I switch states in the app the game would show up (just not in VA). I tried to reach out to customer service but they do not have a help line, the email for customer support says that it cannot deliver the email to the customer support email fandual provides. Great for new users, terrible for current customers.It’s not all bad, the interface is easy to learn and use. The deposit/withdrawal system is quick and extremely simple, also you generally can’t find better odds elsewhere. That being said, there is so much wrong with how they market this Sportsbook. They probably have the best new user promos that you can find but when it comes to existing customers there are almost no promos and the ones they offer are typically irrelevant or not worth your time. No reason to have the appI live just across the border from Indiana in Kentucky, and the app is pointless to have because it always redirects me to the website if I want to see my bets. DraftKings allows me to see my bets from the app, regardless of which state I’m in. It’s annoying to have to log in to the app, only for it to redirect me to the website. Who cares if I’m not currently in the state that I placed the bet in? This is a huge disadvantage versus DraftKings, and I would recommend anyone on the fence to download DK instead as it is much more convenient. Until FanDuel is able to allow people to look at bets they have placed, regardless of which state they may currently be in at the time, I will recommend going with another option. Not to mention, it’s also a pain to sign up because even if you are in Indiana when you sign up, you have to log into the browser version so you can select Indiana the first time. ScamduelBefore you think about downloading Fanduel, just know that they’re the least customer friendly of any Sportsbook out there. They will purposely hide lines and make props unavailable based off of certain cappers placed bets. For example they will make accounts in which they know have a large following and then will lock the lines so no further customers can place bets (algorithm and tactic they use to prevent losing more money). They also will never void a bet even when a player gets injured extremely early in a game (another tactic they use to prevent losing money). They do this by having a “rule” in which if a player even steps foot into a game for 1 second, the leg becomes unvoidable, no matter if the player gets hurt on the second play. They train their customer support agents to reply like robots and always have an excuse to why the customer is never right with automated replies, and there’s nothing you can do about it. Dealing with Support is a nightmareApp was working great until I got a notification that my account had a location restriction despite I was betting from same location I always bet from. Went through all recommended troubleshooting before trying to instant chat support. Basically after “researching my issue I was sent the troubleshooting checklist that I had already attempted.” When I was told to look app version and my operating software on my phone the rep literally disconnected the instant chat because it was “quiet on my end” but stated they would be in contact soon. He won by DQ where every other sportsbook O have counts this as a win, apparently fanduel decided to void the bet. According to a representative, “you did not win the bet because our traders ruled no action as it was a DQ. It does not matter how other sportsbooks consider this result. To make matters worse, I had a bet on the opponent, Malkoun to win, which any logical person would assume would be voided based on the previous response, however, it was deemed a loss.
