Dawn AI - Avatar Generator Customer Service

I wasn't sure what to expect when I first downloaded this app, but after generating my Avatars I was incredibly impressed. First of all, they obviously came out as some of the best photos I've ever had - I had no idea how good looking I was (lol!). It definitely boosted my ego a bit. What really surprised me was two of the pics had my hair parted differently from how I've always had it (due to the natural part), but these two pics had a style and part that was different and I really liked the way it looked. I went in to the stylist who normally cuts my hair and showed her the pictures and asked if she could cut and style it as in the picture. She was dubious at first, but when she was done we were both surprised at how well it looked! Since then, I've used this app on other people's photos and each one has been thrilled with the results with a few even discovering something new to do with their hair, makeup, etc. The app gives great results and is fun to use. Beyond just the Avatars Generated at first, all the other styles and artistic settings have been great to work with. Overall, myself and my friends and family have greatly enjoyed the app and appreciate the work of the developers.

I never do reviews but.. The developers did such an amazing job on this app, it truly outranks all the others I tried and I haven’t even paid for the subscription (and that’s not for lack of a dying desire to, just lack of funds currently) but I’d throw all my money at this app. Every time I do a new pack, I’m just as amazed and impressed as the first time and I’ve shared it with almost everyone I know and they were equally just “wow”ed. The way it transforms simple, everyday pictures into absolutely stunning art is just… I can’t even think of the words. It’s more like seeing yourself in a new facet of your beauty instead of going too far-fetched into a completely different universe, although I’m sure if that’s what you’re looking for, they’ve probably got the option. I hope people reading my review feel more inclined to download and try it because the creators deserve the utmost praise and should definitely feel proud.

This app doesn’t charge you any videos or money to create pictures. I spent three hours with my friend just going off with our creativity and we created some really cool pictures (which I used for wallpapers with the new Ios 16). It really is amazing to see what ai can do. Also with other people getting upset about the watermark, i’ve found a way to kind of ignore it, all you have to do it just go to the last page of all four photos and save that, then you just have to crop. This will only allow you to keep three of the non-watermarked photos but I believe it is still very worth the time. I don’t think that the app really needs a water mark because the pictures come out cool enough to the point that if your friends saw it, they’d ask how you made it either way. Sorry for the long words and stuff but i really am enjoying this app and i got my dad to use it too

Dawn AI is an incredible tool for the artistic world, and has produced hundreds of impressive, captivating images for me in only a week or so of using the app. It is possibly a glimpse into the future of art, which is inevitably AI driven, at least to some degree. Often times, this app will generate fully usable images that require no doctoring at all. That alone is pretty mind-blowing to me, that something could be generated from thin air from your own imagination. Other times the app generates a slightly distorted but half usable image. With a little photoshop, these can blossom into something quite beautiful. Either way, it gives you a base to work from which can save you a lot of time as an artist. That being said, I would give the app 5 stars but they started charging $2 a week for it. This caused me to cancel my subscription, spending over $100 a year to use an app is just massively overpriced in my opinion. Hopefully they go back to the free version because I would love very much to keep using this!

I test complex applications and occasionally apps as a profession and not only recommend, but when needed integrate it with my clients systems. Evaluating and exploring this app has been extremely pleasant. It does extremely well creating ai generated images and continuously updating new themes which is great for keeping it fresh. I tested it with images of my puppy and although it is not currently designed for that. It retuned images of of human that looked very similar to my puppy 😀. And produced a few that was very good and was a puppy. I suggest they create themes for dogs and cats which seems to be hot market. Continue with themes of the week to keep it fresh. So far, they are doing an excellent job and I expect they will continue to build on that. Five stars, well deserved.

I love the variety of different themes and such they have to offer from the first avatar set, but essentially I’ve noticed most of the avatars are essentially just one or two of the facial poses, with slightly changed smiles, added glasses, and cartoonizef in different formats. It feels like it’s basically the same output with different add ons which can lead to not having very interesting outcomes. I do however think the artistry is done well, I love the wildcard ones (me as a cat I’m guessing and me as a planet). I will come back and edit this review as I explore the app more. This is the product of being asked to review the app, within the first 15 minutes of downloading. I don’t know if the developer can choose but if able it would be best to toggle the “review us please” popup a little later in the users time on the app to get a better rounded review. Still great in comparison to others i tried so giving 4 stars.

I really like how creative and on point the designs are. That’s what draws my eye to it but one issue seems to be if you don’t pay after using your uses you have to wait until the next day which is not a issue. The issue is that it says I get 5 generations usually but today day I only got one and it said I get 0 generations today which is weird to me. That’s the issue I’m having now but overall it’s a great app I just hope they can fix the generation bugs. Also lol I have no experience in app development or anything like that but I think it would make this a lot better if you could replenish your uses by watching adds. You could limit the adds to five a day and each one gives one generation so for the ones not paying it would only be 10 but make them more actively involved. Again this is my opinion and I will continue to enjoy the app and look forward to its growth 👍🏾

I recently stumbled upon this app and was blown away at how good the photo filters came out. I looked amazing in every picture….well almost, st first anyways…I also added some other people’s photos to see there’s and majority came out well too. My only complaint would be that in a few pics some facial features are distorted and some don’t appear to have me or the other people I added in them at all. It’s like a completely different person. Now, the ones that are good are amazingly great! But it was disappointing to have not gotten the other ones as good. Also, careful when adding 2 people to one Avatar pack. The system can’t tell if your male or female I guess so some pictures came out wrong as well. Overall, super fun though. I’m gonna see about getting credited for the ones that are not so great or even me in the pic.

I’ve messed around with a lot of different AI image generators like DALL-E and Midjourney, but this was my first time using AI photo filters. It’s really fun! The images it generates are all very high quality, I especially like the artistic/painting style ones. But I wish there was a way to specify some of the details like your eye color, hair color, etc. For some reason, this AI is absolutely convinced that my eyes are blue even though I gave it 10 pictures of my face to work with and they are obviously green. The portraits look awesome, but I can’t use them for anything since my eyes are the wrong color in every single one of the images.

Granted I did my photo generation after my sister but it seems like they have all people of African American descent as having afros and dread locks. In one of the look generations my head was smaller than the body and the black woman they used to create the AI was one of my looks. I'm so disappointed. The only time my naturally curly hair was generated was for the Feminine Hairstyles looks. Also, I find it interesting that in order for them to generate my face with blond hair I had to have pale white skin. I'm canceling my subscription. Dear developer. BIack Indigenous People Of Color have different types of hair and want to be represented with algorithms that fit us.

This app has gone beyond my expectations,there’s other apps out there that do this but not like this. Its like it reads my mind or is watching me in the mirror. It picks up on the things I hate and somehow makes me love them. I’ve modeled a lot in my life but done it with a million insecurities,but I did it because people told me I had great bone structure or was unique and unusual That always sounded to me like I was odd or ugly. Thing that are unique was the way I described things I couldn’t. But Dawn A.I Thank You for introducing me to me in the many multiverses I exist. You kinda saved my life. Or maybe even lives.

So I have held off for a long time getting an AI app that does and this one says it’s free the other reason I’ve held off is because all the others are charging well I downloaded it after reading some of the reviews and let me tell you it is well worth your time and effort it is the best avatar app out there the AI creates such lifelike realistic pictures that I’m amazed that came out of an AI system you’re gonna love it I love the fact that if I wanna try different avatars I just have to wait for 24 hrs andI get to do it free I don’t have to pay anything if I don’t want to that is so cool good job guys rock on!!

This is an extremely well done app. What makes it even better, there are no in-app purchases. No ads that'll annoy you or disrupt your experience. The application is well designed, feels smooth, and the colors used to design the app feels great on your eyes, it's pretty. This AI generator seriously deserves the number one spot over other AI generator apps, they all require subscriptions or purchases in order to have fun and experiment with AI picture generation. This one requires 0 purchases and I am satisfied that I downloaded this app. The developer did a splendid job!

I’m not sure how you’ve created masterpieces that looked exactly like me, but you did and took me from air, water, fire, space, fairy tale, and even whimsical. I’ve never felt more beautiful. I’ll have to purchase and enlarge these gorgeous prints and adorn my walls with them. Thank you so much. I can honestly say, the team that created my photos absolutely love what they do. My ai series looked as if I am a Hollywood actress and these were the images were from movies I starred in. About transforming. Thank you so very much. I love you all. I wasn’t sure at first because I’d already tried ones that were so bad I looked like I was half fish half human in some avatars! I thought Dawn AI would end up being the same way, but was very impressed when I saw how good the quality was! The selection of themes is top notch! My only complaint is…. No Nascar or other racing team uniform options or backgrounds even. Give us something! 5 stars even if they don’t cut me in on the profits for saying such nice things! Great work folks keep it up, and put out some new stuff!

I liked their characters because I like that they looked modern, but they look like they were from the Roman days. They look like kings and Knight and I love that kind of stuff and so that’s why I gave it a five. I liked a lot of the characters and I tend to air on the side that they have because I like to mix up art and there’s just a perfect storm to mix up and make modern with ancient. What I didn’t like is I had to download each character separately, if it’s a pack why can I just download the whole pack instead of one by one?

Tried several different types of models. Dawn doesn’t do animals but for a possible human concept it was hilarious. Toddlers for the most part, come out older, giving you an idea of what they might look like later in life. Putting two models in one file was fun. It was like DNA splicing without the rad science stuff. Male model to hot feminine and visa versa was fun as well. For the week long price it is more than worth it. A.I. work is a very interesting concept and there are a ton of unexplored avenues to enjoy. As far as avatars go, Dawn A.I. takes the cake.

Aside from facetune and AIart, this is one of the few apps that makes genuinely convincing realistic AI avatars. However this app has a huge advantage over both of those apps. At $1.99 per pack theme, you are paying significantly less than a large amount of random categories selected on AI Art app for $7, where as with Dawn you receive less overall but within the category you chose at a better quality. Facetune has the same problem where price is a bit high around $3-5 for a large set of random categories, but not specific ones to choose. Let alone the variety of packs that Dawn AI has. Furthermore, repeating a purchase on AI Art or Facetune will result in almost exact copies of what was generated before. With Dawn AI, even within choosing the same theme may yield very different looking results that are still high quality. Best AI avatar app, hands down.

I was showed this by a friend and (in a hurry) I took about 6 photos of myself that were really not all that flattering and yet they were able to create some amazing model looking pictures from those unflattering 6 photos! I can only imagine if I uploaded 6 high quality great photos how cool they would be!!! I recommend taking a couple different angles of your face and look in different directions with your eyes and tilt your head differently that seemed to help my photos turn out differently.

Dawn AI is better than good, it is amazing! I’ve played with many of these types of apps before, but they are never worth a hoot. Dawn AI surprised me to no end with how incredible the results were! I’ve changed all me website, social networking and other profile pics… I mean, if they can make an old ugly guy like me look like a movie star, then why not? I’m no bot… I’m a real guy living in rural Oklahoma, and I’m here to tell you to give it a shot. You won’t regret it.

Sooo..I tried this bcuz I saw other people’s pics & thought they were dope. However, I don’t like the way mine came out. Although the a.i was beautiful it took away the two things I love, the most, about me. They took away my gap & my chubby face. I absolutely LOVE my gap & even though most people are ashamed of theirs…mine is adored bcuz it’s my personality piece. On almost every photo, they tried to add a tooth where my gap is & it looked weird. I’m not ashamed of me & I wish this app wasn’t either. 🤷🏽‍♀️

This A.I. program is magical, mystical, and transformational. Within minutes, you can take an ordinary photograph and transport the image back to ancient Egypt, the medieval kingdoms of Europe, or the majestic thrones of 25th century earth. You might find yourself wearing a cowboy hat, a crown, or a space suit. Each submission results in a new chapter of discovery and delight. But it should be improved in the next edition to include full body portraits. Subsequent advances should also allow the user to change the backgrounds.

There are many AI apps out there today that have almost productive technology compared to what you will see. Dawn AI uses several photos to make the most realistic composite of the persons image. To say that I am pleased with Dawn Ai regeneration process and product would be an understatement because so far I have yet to see Any app in 2023 and 2024, that can match the detail and future and present looks of the person’s face. Dawn Ai is worth a look.

This app gives out some really cool, realistic, good looking avatars. Simple to use and a lot of different styles to create. All you do is upload some of your own selfies (only need 10) and wait a few minutes to have them created. Best feature is the option to add a friends face to and Create duo avatars! I love it and every week I create a new style of avatars then upload as my profile pic on social media! Everyone loves it too.

I’ve tried many different art AIs, and they all sucked. I rated them all no more than 3 stars. But Dawn AI is different. They have so many different art styles, all so beautiful, and free. I would definitely buy the membership if I had the money for the soul purpose to help support the creators, because this is amazing. If you’re looking to create some AI avatars for yourself or friends or even your pets, this is the one to get. You won’t be disappointed!

It’s so frustrating to see the COOLEST version of yourself in an alternate reality with his chin cropped out or the top of his head cut off. I’d also like to see these avatars posed in their environments, but I only get headshots that show the barest hint of a shirt collar. The renders are great, but don’t label the filters sci-fi and fighter and sports if we don’t get any of that environment. The new version is more user friendly but the old version had more computer power. Maybe offer an online version too with more settings?

I thought I couldn’t help but find BAD photos of myself under the sudden pressure. They really weren’t great. But, because I gave it so many pics of myself this thing came back with absolutely fantastic pictures that honest-to-God look like ME (exactly me!) on good days. This is awesome. 100% useable and believable. I have no reservations at all about using this expecting people who really know me too, accept that these are my photos.

Depending on the prompts you give it, this could very well give Dall E 2 a run for its money. My only suggestion is allowing users to have their own profiles to post their generated images to (like Dream by Wombo or starryai, for example). That way, we don’t have to download every single image we want to keep and can instead post them and download them later. This app is so good that I’m afraid I’ll download too many images and eat up my phone’s storage lol. All in all, great app and I’m excited to see where it goes.

This app provides some pretty exceptional results if you can come up with three or four good photos. I hope they continue to develop it to allow for more options. The results for merging your photo into a particular historical period, for instance, doesn’t allow you to ask for a specific time period or civilization. But, for the time being, the broad categories built into the app are pretty good.

I think there could be a bit more information on how to use the prompts and maybe an option to select one of the results generated and generate another group based off of it. Other than that this app is great!

These avatars are stunning and LOOK LIKE ME! I did not even have to start a free trial or pay to see if the app really works! Thank you very much for giving the chance to the users to actually try the app to see if the avatars correspond well before trying free trial or any payment. It really worked for me, it is very impressive! I tried some other apps and the avatars were not looking so realistic!

I love that you don’t need to be a premium member. The pictures are amazing quality, I had the free subscription trial, so the premium does offer little more, and worth the $6.99/month if you can afford it. But unlike every other company whose sets out just to charge $20-$200 because it’s a trend right now, and companies like that think we are stupid enough to pay it. Thank you to everyone who makes Dawn AI work, you guys are amazing. I first downloaded the app because my moms name was Dawn and she passed away almost a year ago. I’m glad that I did, this app is very well designed

The App is awesome in the fact that this is the top AI self portrait App. I’ve used other AI avatar apps & they come close but no cookie. But here is where I strongly believe other apps may capitalize on Dawn AI. When I first discovered Dawn AI not only was it mind blowing there were two things I loved about the app. The first thing was the search bar feature. With this feature u could literally type what u wanted the AI to generate and it would. For example, if u wanted to see yourself as a rapper u would type that into the search bar. Then Dawn AI would generate a limited number of avatars of you as a rapper. This put the creativity in the users hands on top of the many features & new looks you could already choose from. The second thing was once your avatar was generated it didn’t all look realistic. Dawn AI would generate multiple painted, cartoon & realistic versions of your avatar. I’ve heard Silicon Valley technologists argue about the vast rate at which tech giants are changing technology just to make unnecessary improvements. Sometimes if it ain’t broke don’t fix it. But maybe there was a legit reason for the change. Either way I think we should at least have the search bar feature. I’m sure many of you have tones of ideas on how u would like to see yourself as an Avatar that just isn’t in the app. After a while the same old ideas get boring. We can only see ourselves as a baseball player so many times before we’re like “ ok this is getting old.”

I rate this only three stars because when you type something, example I typed “wolves laying down in front of cabin at night in the forest” became ABSOLUTELY CURSED. It becomes so cursed that it could be put on a horror book’s cover (This is NOT for everything you type). When I typed that, it didn’t seem to understand how the wolves body is built, it did about 10 wolves in a row laying down on blue towels. The background was good, it was just how weirdly the wolves looked and about the towels that I didn’t mention about. There was no cabin, just cursed wolves laying down in the forest on blue towels in DAY. Not night, day. I do understand this is an ai and they sometimes don’t get it to be exactly what your thinking of. But sometimes this scares me to see such cursed images generated. Again, this doesn’t happen every time, it’s not common or rare. This happens to sketches also, not all the time, but it can turn your sketch into horror with nothing horror described or drawn. Besides the cursed images, this app helps me a lot! I love the GOOD drawings it generates for us. Nice app, I recommend downloading, just watch out for those weird images.

I only used the free version, so my review is based on that. You can upload several photos to create one “avatar,” which gives you 48 random ai photos from those photos. Advice, don’t use photos with your teeth showing. They turn out a little creepy. Also, it doesn’t work well with people that have facial hair. My husband’s ai photos all basically looked the same because he has a goatee. Once you have your initial avatar, you can choose one pack once a day, or upload more photos for another avatar. I was able to uninstall the app then reinstall to use about 4 packs in a day with more than one avatar. In order to get more than 4 packs, you must delete your avatar and upload the photos again. (And maybe even uninstall and reinstall). Otherwise it says, “Ready in 0 minutes,” but never does anything. Each pack gives you 20 ai photos, but a lot of them look nearly identical, and some of them look nothing like any of my photos. Some of them gave me 3 eyebrow wrinkles (I have 2). My sister didn’t think any of her ai photos looked like her, but I could see her features in most of them. I even uploaded photos of my mom who passed away 10 years ago. It was pretty neat to see those pictures. They all made her look super young, though, and again, some looked nothing like her. The Vintage pack looked either nothing like me, or made me look chubby. The Statue pack looked nothing like me except the Wood statue, which looked goofy. The Manga pack had many angry faces. It does have a logo on the photos, but it’s not too intrusive. You can download each individual photo and also download a quick video of all the photos. Each photo is a closeup of the face, so it doesn’t show the body, which would be more fun. I would give it more stars if the photos were more unique in each pack and if it didn’t change the person’s face so much that it didn’t look like them, and if there were more unique packs.

At first I thought it was cool and better than most Ai apps, the subscription fee I felt was reasonable, until you realize you’re paying a subscription for nothing, you get “10 credits a day” even with the subscription, once it’s over you have to pay $1 for every pack you want to see. Not to mention I still haven’t received my new 10 credits in 2 days. so I basically paid a subscription for an unusable app that REQUIRES you to pay for it to work. Oh and you DON’T get a refund. Trust me I tried with apple. Stay away from money stealing apps. You can easily use this software for free on a computer. As well as any other Ai app that charges subscription fees like chatpgt type apps, they are charging for a service that is completely FREE on your web browser. BE AWARE YOU ARE GIVING MONEY FOR A FREE SERVICE TO SOME RANDOM PERSON WHO DECIDED THEY CAN STEAL MONEY FROM PEOPLE WITH AN APP CONCEPT. They do not use the money raised to better the app. Rather than to farm money off you fools and shut down the app when they feel they’ve drained enough of it. There’s a reason why this type of app is trending. $$$ don’t be blind. It’s FREE ONLINE.

I downloaded this app because it was a free alternative to other apps that require you to pay in order to generate images. The AI generated images it gives you are really good and accurate, but the app is inconsistent. It has made me redo the image generating process twice now because it crashes and then says my profile doesn’t exist. This is frustrating because the process usually takes long. My biggest complaint however, is that I used to have 5 chances to submit a generated prompt everyday, but now I have 1 a day. This is obviously to get the user to pay for their weekly subscription. The weekly subscription is also not consistent. On my phone it says it is $4.99 a week, and on my friends phone it says it is $9.99 a week. This was a perfect app a week ago that I recommended to all my friends, but now it is a one-time-use type of app, unless you pay weekly. Edit: Since writing this a week ago, the app is no longer free. It is free to download, but it won’t let you generate pictures unless you pay. Don’t waste your money.

The subscription services are beyond ridiculous at this point. A person can’t download a single app without it saying “hey bro, just pay $5-$20 per month”. This app charges $20 per month for such a silly niche service and it takes the joy out of owning a smartphone these days. I should be able to own more than 5 apps without them all costing me a combined $100 per month, on top of my phone bill, on top of my car insurance, on top of my gas usage, on top of my rent, on top of my groceries, and on top of my pre-existing subscription services that are actually worth paying for and have existed since before the subscription service outbreak. If you want a one-time 99¢ charge for the app, fine, because that’s the way it’s always been—but no rational human is paying $5 per week. Procreate is an app that keeps on giving hours of practice and entertainment for like $10 on my iPad and there are no subscriptions. What does this app do for $5 per week?

Let’s bank on narcissism of people who will be embarrassed by the output in the future, especially by their own children, calling them losers… Instead of for instance, allowing the old Don AI to generate some half decent, Robert mother wells, for instance… You see what I mean? Developers? You’re making money in the wrong way now you have ruined a good thing, that wasn’t that great to begin with… Still, you have to weed out all the garbage…LOSERS!… You could sell and an abstraction machine alone, which would hide all the AI idiocy for quite a bit of money as a standalone one off purchase? Give me a Robert Motherwell generator get the rights from his people right copy rights then give me all commercial rights to my output, then I would buy it for 100 flat just for a single artist generator and you could do this instead of subscriptions and generate Winslow homers René, Magritte, etc. etc. and please include the national park system information, photography wise to translate into art!… Big money, big money

Tried it for the 3 day trial and had to pay $1.99 to be and to make more avatars after a certain small amount was already done and you can’t erase any and just redo it either. Plus if you like any of the certain genre they want extra money for which genre you want to use otherwise it’s stuck to just their basic overall generation of avatars. The algorithm that they use for creating them is pretty interesting tho and they have a nice idea with this here but I just don’t think it’s worth the money they want with the way they have it. Under different circumstances…. If they made some changes to their pricing and not charge any extra for more avatar renderings or charge you for the genres you want specifically then I might’ve considered the purchase but not right now the way it is.

I want to really love this app but it needs some big dev to stop it crashing after 5 lookups or a few erases. It has all the makings to be a superior app for sure especially having an edit/erase functionality…. However the replace only gets it right less than 10% of the time and it crashes way too much. You should also build into the sketch area the ability to upload a pic , this would improve the ux greatly. Love the ability to type what style you want, giving 3 options with a 4th all combined image (suggest to drop that altogether it’s not valuable), also like the filter style choices. For what I pay…. It shouldn’t be crashing this much I would change my review to 5 stars if it stopped crashing UPDATE: Canceled my subscription. They took away the Art AI section. This is the only part I used. I’m more than disappointed

...everybody, including the app's own FAQ, is talking about a subscription to this app, and yet I can find no answers anywhere, including in the T&C, to some very important questions, to wit: - How long is the free trial period? - How much does a subscription cost? - How do I subscribe? I'm gathering from the vague hints I've encountered in the documentation that the subscription is just going to start automatically at some point; if so, this raises another question: will I be notified before it starts in time to cancel without being charged? All the vagary and opacity around this has me feeling like I'm about to be taken for a ride I didn't sign up for. To have some purchase sprung on me about which I will be notified only after I've paid for it. Creepy. I can't even find information on whether paying for the subscription eliminates the watermarks on the images or not. If I didn't like the images this app produces, I'd simply delete it and none of this would be an issue. But I do like the images and would like to know what continuing to use the app is going to cost me in various ways and forms. And I can find no information about that anywhere. What is *up* with that?!?

Don’t waste your time or money with this app. I’m using the paid pro version of dream, Unless you enjoy dealing with constant crashing. I’m using the latest iPad with the latest software version, and it never fails to crash after about the 4th or 5th art variation I type, I can always tell when it’s about to crash because after I hit the generate button, when the set of 4 images are running through their process they will just give that purple color and just keep running their process without actually showing any of the images, and the BAMM !!! The app crashes, and now I have to restart the whole process all over again, and have to type in all my search parameters, that is if I can remember them all because the crash completely wipes out everything, and you gotta start all over. It’s just a stupid waste of time

I AM paying to unlock all the features the app provides. I am giving this app 2 stars only because of the quality of the work it produces. I’m very disappointed and feel cheated because when you pay, you get 3 credits per day to use any of the packs they have. I use the app once to generate pictures and then it says that I have to pay again to use any of the other ones. What happened to my 3 credits a day that I am paying for?! Why make us pay to unlock features when we can only use them once either way?! I should have just stuck to it being free since you only get 1 free credit per day with the free edition. Save your money and just stick to the free version because you certainly don’t get all your credits when you actually pay.

Honestly didn’t expect much but seriously it wasn’t even close, it had me upload 4 selfies, took forever to render and even at that, couldn’t make a single image even remotely look like me. Looked like pictures of me if I filtered them through the ring. Wouldn’t let me retake the selfies after the fact or upload more pictures (even though I know they are clear, I have an iPhone 13). Long story short it was not impressive for photorealistic pictures of myself. The app sucked. Now if you want an astronaut wearing a dummy hat on a sandwich that’s different. But I have no use for random renderings of crap. The app ultimately would have been better if it just directed a bit better and allowed you to go back to the start once you click something. The navigational system sucked

The subscription service offered by Dawn AI is quite disappointing. You are limited to creating only 3 packs of avatars a day🙄,even though you can only use 2or 3 photos from each as the results are really bad. And the quality of the generated photos is horrible and cropped intentionally wrong, making it difficult to use them for professional or personal purposes. What's even more frustrating is the fact that Dawn AI asks for an extra $2.00 on top of the subscription if you wish to exceed the daily limit of 3 packs or 2-3 photos and how much you get for that 🙄 well you can already tell 3 more packs. This additional charge feels unreasonable and exploitative. Overall the subscription model of Dawn AI leaves much to be desired, and I would caution against subscribing to it.

The Avatars you make are pretty accurate so far but you can only make the standard stuff without paying. There are other packs you can get that make you have different outfits and hair styles but you have to have the 5 bucks a week subscription for it and that’s just ridiculous. It says you can get packs via the credits system where you get one a day but I’ve had it for 2 days now and I have yet to see this credit. All this would be so much better if you could actually use everything I mean come on. If you wanna make money off of it then use ads not this absolute absurd 5 bucks a week. That’s 20 bucks a month!

I’ve played with a few of these platforms and never have I been this disappointed. This app was definitely one of the more fun and versatile ones available. I’ve never had to pay a subscription fee or view ads or anything. They updated the app regularly with more features. They could have slapped a few ads in there in return for processing and I wouldn’t have minded. With this last update they totally changed the functionality of the app and upon loading it you’re met with a mandatory paywall. Not even capable of the same things it used to be. Uninstalled immediately. They could have launched a separate app but nope!

This app promises “thousands” of free images that’ll make of your 8-12 selfies. Sounds great right? Well it -did- until the app asked me for $10 -per week- to use it. And this is after a minute or so of being on the app. The first thing it does is ask for your photos and then immediately afterwards it asks for money. Super deceptive on the developers side. I’d avoid unless you feel like giving them $30-$40 a month for images you could get for free By the way I’m seeing people talk about giving the AI prompts to generate images. There are plenty of free tools for this use. You may have to use a website based though but it’s way better than $10 per week

The pictures themselves are really good, sometimes one or two in a pack might not render with your face correctly but that’s ok, my problem is that it says you get 3 credits to use daily, it takes one credit per pack, but it has only ever let me use it for 3 times the first day I paid for the app. Ever since then, it will only let me use use two packs a day, and today it only let me use it only once before it said I used up all my credits. I’m not gonna pay that much a WEEK to only get to use it once a day.

There were some nice images but I paid 1.99 multiple times to receive images that were so far from accurate. I’m so far from white skin and blue eyes and I just would’ve preferred a little more inclusiveness as far as skin tones and facial features. It’s decent though for those who are it would be great but with unique more ethnic features like mine it doesn’t do well being versatile with each of the different packs. I wanted a refund of course never heard back and silly me to keep paying for different packs expecting better or different results.

I downloaded this app as a trial and found that I really liked it so I subscribed to weekly plan. Now I’ve pretty much tried all of the filters and there’s nothing new coming, apparently. Additionally, the tech-support stinks. With the trial I loaded a bunch of random profile pics to see how it worked. I liked the results so I wanted to change the image base that the software uses with better profile pics hoping for better results. I send a message to tech-support, got a bot response, indicated I wanted to communicate with a rep and never got anything back. I canceled my subscription.

…i don’t like that fact that i only get 3 per day. I paid for 3 weeks now, but wasn’t using it because I for busy. I expected to come back and be able to generate at least 3 x days Ive not been using it. That’s why I gave it three stars. The verbiage is misleading with “unlimited”. Actually, I’ll give it 2 stars for this. Neat what it generates most of the time. Dunno why it turn my daughter into a boy/man in some. Also, not seeing all the weekly updates of the styles. Seems I’ve rotated through all of them already. The Video game style could use more variation.

Misleading app, paywall “ Subscription info Dawn is free to use-so go ahead, free your imagination!” There is no way to use the app for free, this is against ad standards Canada, if anyone cares enough report it.

Don’t download this app. You can’t get the basic functions or the AI function without paying a hefty price. Not sure why this app is being downloaded as free when you can’t use it without a subscription. Complete false advertising.

When I want to click on the option choose "8-12 photos" the application freezes and I have to close the application. I tried uninstalling and reinstalling it didn't change anything. I paid for nothing and they don't help me

As soon as you pay for it the picture you try to do after are all very blurry and you can’t change them so I basically wasted money on this garbage app

You have to pay the initial fee of 6.99 and then anything additional is 2.99 per avatar. Too expensive for what is does.

You have to enable automatic payments just to use the trial.

Just get bing ai. It’s way better and you can create pretty much get 100 creations a day

I like this app and all the different AI avatars you can choose, however I don’t like how you have to pay to download the couple avatars and other avatar styles. And you only have a limited amount of AI avatar styles you can download. Other than that, the app is ok. I just wish everything was free.
