Makes work easier!I'm an accountant, and Forma has made paperwork management so much smoother for me. I already use another app, iScanner, for scanning and organizing my documents, but this app perfectly completes my toolkit. Costs too muchOne time use. Had to pay for an entire year. Just sell me one use. After getting a reply from the developer I decided to update my review from its previous 1 star. Apparently there is a free trial I could’ve used and also you can use the app with basic features for free. I guess I missed this. But usually free trials don’t let you download the document which is the whole reason you needed the app in the first place. That ends up being a huge waste of time. Not sure if that’s how these guys operate or not. But after paying for a year subscription I logged in to use the app. I needed to fill out a form that was sent to me in pdf. I loaded it up easily but when it came to adding text to the document it was clunky. Imagine having to fill out 20 sections of text. For each section you have to attempt to get the cursor click to land in the correct spot which isn’t easy when the cursor is your finger. Then after you type the text you need to click somewhere else then click add text again and then try to select the proper spot for your next typing. It was a bit of a process and it took more time then I expected. But at the end I got the form completed and it was suitably good. So the app does work well enough. It’s probably better at other things then adding text to a pdf. I wouldn’t know. 3 stars..Version: 1.15
Incredible management appForma has become my favorite helper. For example, autofilling. No more repetitive typing in docs. THANK GOD! A few taps, and all doc is filled out automatically. It’s a lifesaver when you’re short on time. Editing tools are varied. You can add stamps, photos, signatures, custom watermarks. I can edit my docs anywhere. Also, there’s cloud sync so I can access files from any device. No laptop needed! I became more productive by speeding up routine actions. Even my boss noticed. Good work for the teamI’m sorry but I’m not sure if it’s the right thing for me or if it was just the way it is converted to a pdf file I think it was just some thing I had on my phone but it might not be that much of a difference between the other way I got the one I sent it to the wrong place but it’s not a big difference I just want to know what the right way to get the information to be right and the correct one so that way it doesn’t get lost and it doesn’t go back into the file so I’m sorry I will just keep trying to see it all together but I’m not trying to be clear on what you have in my own head but I’m just saying that you know how much you can see what you’re not saying something about the right way of doing this way of doing things..Version: 1.36
Using Forma as a New BeginnerIt’s been super easy to use without having to get “techy” to just figure out what you want done. I don’t work in an office environment so haven’t used the available or updated software etc like I used to do and it’s not always easy to work with the new ones. Frustrations usually arise from having to reeducate yourself and your just trying to get a simple solution. Perfect app, too expensive.I love love love everything about this app and its services. I initially got the free trail to edit the date on a piece of paper and it was smooth as butter. They offer tons of other stuff I soon fell in love with, the pdf merger and 10GB cloud storage specifically. However, at $40 a year it’s probably one of the best value out there for a platform like it, but still too expensive for me to justify. I’ll be keeping it for another year after getting the $10 for a year offer but once that’s over I don’t see myself spending $40 for it..Version: 1.26
EasyI absolutely LOVE how easy it is to use this app with my iOS. Sadly, the nature of the documents I need signed would be better if a stylus is able to be used rather than just a finger. Other apps offer this and it’s a great inconvenience that this app doesn’t—which is why I can’t move forward with paid services. Add that ability and competition will be blown out of the water!!
