Suggestion...I’m just wondering if the developers could add a feature where all incoming calls can be answered within the app itself instead of having to exit the call, go into the app, press record, and go back to the call to start recording. Good at firstThis App generally recorded without issue when calling personal cell numbers. But calling businesses or 800 numbers audio drops out once trying to merge calls. When the merge call button is pushed, audio on the original call that is trying to be recorded - goes mute. The call takes several attempts to merge and in the process the audio is lost. The person who answered the call cannot hear you and you cant hear them and they hang up. Not covertMost people looking for an app like this need discretion. 1)when receiving an incoming call, you first have to answer that call, then open this app, call the number and then merge the calls. I did this and it didn’t take too long but obviously you would not always have the ability to do this and catch the whole conversation. My biggest complaint about this though was halfway through the conversation the person goes “who is listening to our call?” I said what do you mean and they sent me a screenshot showing their phone screen saying they were in a conference call with me. Therefore their phone let them know I had merged the calls. Worst Customer Service EverDO NOT SUBSCRIBE. Used their free trial and was considering a plan. On the list of available options there were 7 different options in total. (Actually there were 10 but it looks like 3 of them were duplicates). They have “Premium” and an “Unlimited” category, both of which have options for prices per week and per month. The prices are different for each category, but there’s no information on what the differences are between the two. I contacted their “customer support” e-mail, and was responded to a month later saying “there’s no difference in functionality”. I responded and said if there’s no difference in functionality then why are they called Premium and Unlimited and why are they different prices? They took another month to respond and literally copied and pasted the exact same response.
