Disclaimer: Period Tracker period and fertility forecasts may not be accurate and should not be used to prevent unwanted pregnancy. To forecast ovulation Period Tracker calculates 14 days before the projected start date of one's next period. Forecast accuracy depends on a number of factors including how regular one's cycle length is, when one actually ovulates during the cycle, and how many periods have been logged in the app. Anxiety, stress, diet, nutrition, exercise, environment, medications, age and other factors can also affect one's cycle from month to month.

Period Tracker Deluxe App Comments & Reviews

Period Tracker Deluxe Positive Reviews

Tracks much more than just a cycle...I appreciate P Tracker because it gives me a comprehensive review of past menstrual cycles, and the ability to properly plan ahead for trips and events. I no longer pack or prepare for a trip/event without first glancing ahead at my cycle, which is predicted based on past cycles. I work as a nurse, and encourage all women and girls to keep track of their cycle by using this app.. One can use this app for a snapshot of their overall health, or simply to predict their next start date. No longer am I fumbling through a calendar counting back, or guessing the first day of my last cycle to provide information. As women, we are properly asked about our cycle at every doctor, dental, and procedure appointment, and this app makes providing that information accurate and efficient. It provides start and stop dates, as well as symptoms; which help keep track of the health of our bodies. It compiles data entered to show patterns in physical and emotional symptoms prior to, during, and after each cycle. This is a tool that should be taught to women, to help improve the health of all women. It does so much more than keep track of a menstrual cycle, it also keeps track of other signs and symptoms; frequent headaches, changes in beast health, skin health, emotional and mental health..Version: 10.2

This app is a life saver!Ok, so in the past I haven't been the best at keeping up with my period. I wld get busy and forget to mark it on a calendar and wld be left guessing my next start date. I deal with extreme fatigue, depression along with other physical pain due to PMS. Now, with this app, when I start feeling like crap I can pull it up and see wether or not something is wrong or if it's just PMS. I LOVE LOVE LOVE The period countdown in the main screen. I can even use it to plan around that week before! That way I won't make big plans during my normally horrible week of PMS!! I always have my phone nearby and this app so easy to use! If I'm in a rush I can just click the app, tap the "just started period" and it's logged. If I want to go back later and log all of the symptoms (cramps, backaches, fatigue, hurting boobs...lol!!...yes you know what I mean!! ) it's easy to do. It also helps me track the changing symptoms as I age. I'm 45 now, and my body is definitely changing. This helps me keep a record. Not Just for me, but for my doctors. For you wanting to have more kids you track ovulation and so on. It's so much more that just a period tracker. It's been a life saver for me!! Thank you to developers of This app!!!! 👍👍👏👏🥇🤗😊.Version: 9.8.1

Used & loved for years... but native notifications are useless. This tracker is my tried and true favorite. I’ve been using it for years and it has helped me keep better note of my periods and any oddities in my cycle(s), etc. But I do have to complain about one thing: an annoying glitch with the native notifications. There are notifications from the native app, and then there are unique notifications one can set up for their own situation. For example, I set up two unique notifications to go off at 9 and 9:30 p.m. every night as a friendly reminder to take my birth control. These push notifications never fail, and they can be super useful for any sort of responsibility that requires constant attention i.e. a medicine, pill or activity. But then the app’s native notifications - which tell you when you’re X days away from ovulation or X days away from your “fertile” window - literally NEVER show up. When do they arrive? On the odd day that you decide to open the app. I personally just use the app to track my period and symptoms - so pretty much for 5-7 days out of the month. Then when it’s time to use it again, my phone freaks out and gets all of those native notifications at once, as if the app takes it as, “Well, better late than never.” It’s frustrating and I wish this glitch would get fixed..Version: 11.0.2

Great All Around Period / Cycle TrackerThis is a great all around app to track your period. I have severe endometriosis, which means I try to track my symptoms. I’ve tried other apps — even those made for endo — yet I always come back to this one. I can add my own weirds endo symptoms to track, but still super convenient & easy to use. I like the concept of the social link/section. *Only* wish is that you guys would add a “birth control” mode. Since I tend to use hormonal birth control pills to help keep my endo at bay when I absolutely have to, it seems to confuse the app when I have a random 167 day cycle occasionally, because I try to skip my period when I can’t rearrange my schedule around my period. I’m sure there are plenty other women who use this app & have the same wish (it could actually work as a pregnancy miscarriage setting. There’s a pregnancy setting, but nothing if you miscarried, which is very common especially with fertility treatments & did at one point find myself wishing there could be a way to track a pregnancy that did *not* make it to term. I’m short: Great app. Please add “birth control pill mode”.Version: 11.4.2

BEEN USING FOR 5+ YRS!I’ve been using this app for over 5yrs now & I absolutely love it. Super easy to use! I haven’t been on birth control for 9yrs and this app (along with condoms of course) has helped me not get pregnant. I can see when I’m ovulating & therefore know that a condom is a MUST. I’m married and our daughter is 8 - it’s nice to know which days of the month are safer for us to forego the condom all together without being super worried about ending up pregnant. It’s also nice to know when my period is expected to come - in case I do need a pregnancy test! It keeps me from worrying to stressing prematurely about possibly being pregnant. When I DO plan on getting pregnant again, it will be great to use this app so I can see when I AM ovulating and use that to my advantage. Also to know when I’ve actually skipped a period. I’ve gotten to know so much about my cycle and my body 100% bc of this app. Just a fantastic app overall! I couldn’t live without it!.Version: 11.7.6

Reliable, affordableI've had this app for about 5 years. Its assisted me to chart an irregular cycle, keep notes for reference on previous pregnancy losses and kept me informed on my current pregnancy which is going to term! I always recommend this app to anyone of childbearing age because you can keep track of when you spot, your period begins, your period ends, how long your cycle is, when you ovulate and any symptoms you have. It also charts your weight, how many steps you take and even some details of lovemaking (for TTC, of course 😎) It has both an absence mode, TTC mode and pregnancy mode. Pregnancy mode has been helpful because it provides an estimated due date, a countdown on how far along you are and a weekly update on where you're at in the pregnancy. Another thing I love about it is that, although its a little less fancy than apps like, The Bump, its not full of ads or articles pushing products. One improvement could be a photo album to track your bump weekly and a baby registry checklist and hospital packing check list which is why I only gave it 4 stars. Overall a great app and worth paying for!.Version: 11.4.4

My favoriteI absolutely love this app. Every app has its flaws & for this app it is very minor! This app is unbelievably simple. It is ALWAYS on point with calculating my period. Of course, there are months where my period is either a day early than what was calculated or a day later. Or it was exactly on point. Either way, i was expecting it because it was in that time frame of when I was supposed to get it. Even when my cycles changed, I loved how it calculated all of that information. if you don’t track your period every single time, do not complain that the app is does not work or it is stupid. It cannot keep up, if you cannot log your monthly. it’s also great if you are forget about your dates and when you got yours. I made my mom and sister use it and they like it. I love it and recommend it to anyone and everyone..Version: 11.4.4

Great but needs a new designI’ve had the deluxe version of this app for SEVERAL years now, and I love it a ton. I love how predictable it is for my cycles and how easy it is to edit compared to other apps. The only thing I do not like about this app is the very outdated home screen themes. They’re way too busy and look like something a pre-teen would enjoy. A year ago there was an update for a sleeker calendar, but I don’t think there’s been a big update since then. The themes have not changed since I started using this app 5 years ago. Please consider a more updated, minimalist, clean design like the other period tracker apps out there and this app would be PERFECT. 👍🏼 . My original post from a year ago: I've been using this little period tracker for about four years now, and I absolutely love it. I love the new simple design in the calendar; but I wish we could choose a simpler, more minimalistic design for the home screen to match the new calendar. The "appearance" options are outdated and too busy. That's my only suggestion! Love the app otherwise ☺️.Version: 9.8.2

Great for its intended purpose!I’ve been using this app faithfully since Sept. 2015, and it has definitely served its purpose perfectly. Because I’ve been using it so long, it’s very good at predicting my cycles, etc. My husband and I were trying to conceive last year, and we got pregnant on our first month of trying! This app was very accurate on my ovulation dates. Once again, it is probably because it has almost 5 years of data! I don’t use it for tracking my symptoms or anything like that, but I can always tell my doctor exactly when my last period was! Lol. The only reason I’m giving this app 4 stars is because after I switched it off from pregnancy mode when my daughter was born in Feb 2020, it has been very buggy. I cannot choose the date my period started, and it seems a little broken. I hate to delete it and restart considering all of the history. But it’s definitely not as functional at the moment. I am hoping the developers fix it..Version: 11.7.4

Tracking periods, pregnancy but not inclusive.I use this app often, I tracked my periods for nearly three years while trying to conceive and now my pregnancy. It’s easy to use and I enjoy the weekly notes while pregnant. I like that you can have a back-up of your info as well. I do have to say it’s disappointing that the wording isn’t more inclusive of various types of families that don’t have a mom and dad. My wife and I (two-mom family) are expecting our first. It would be better if the “for the dad” section was more inclusive “significant other tips” or “parenting partner info”. Another way to alleviate this problem would be upon registration to note what type of family you have so info can be personalized (single parent, two moms, two dads, mom/dad, parents who identify as transgender, or would rather use a pronoun such as “they” vs he/she). This could be easily created through an algorithm. I recommend the app but the creators need to provide a more inclusive app for all individuals/families especially for the pregnancy piece..Version: 10.2

Notifications don’t workI started with the free version and loved it so much that I quickly got the paid version and have been using it fir a few years now. The verdict over time: It does its job and generally has a very straightforward interface. When I was tracking symptoms and vitamins/meds each day, it had a great system for that, and I could add & save literally anything that I wanted to track by later toggling a switch. I even peeked into the community forums once or twice and found a vibrant and supportive community there to talk relevant topics if I needed it. My only real complaint is with the notifications, which I set up about a year ago. I thought it would be great to have an app send me reminders of things that are linked to my cycle—when I want do a breast self exam, and so on. I set up several. For whatever reason, I have never gotten a notification at the appropriate time. Most never arrive anywhere *near* the appropriate day. I just got one that’s roughly 15 days off. For a while I thought that it was necessary to log into the app each day for its clock to reset and notifications to pop up appropriately (negating the “set it and forget it” benefits of notifications), but it doesn’t even seem to be that. Notifications pop up randomly, regardless of when I’ve last logged in. I would recommend this app to others, but it would be a tepid recommendation. If they fixed the Notifications, *then* we’d be talking a really great app..Version: 11.7.6

The Best! Like a BFF app'This app knows all the most intimate details about my life! It's so helpful when life planning anything- from vacations to birth control to understanding my emotional state. Before this app I wouldn't anticipate symptoms of my period and would be confused and emotional until my period would come. It also helped in family planning- giving me a 'flower day' to focus on. It was also a helpful pregnancy calendar and journal of events and feelings. I wish the app would support a way to format and produce a journal-like document offline (as a *.pdf for example) as all my most intimate and tender thoughts and emotions are living in this app. Please continue to make this app a comforting and intimate place to put all the information my adult brain can no longer keep track of. Thank you!.Version: 11.7.6

Using this for 13 years now, and it’s still 5 starsI’ve been diligently tracking my cycle with this app since 2010, and I couldn’t be happier with it. This is the most reliable app that has ever been on my phone. There was a stretch of probably 6 to 8 years where I didn’t update it even once, and it worked perfectly the entire time. Calculations are reliable. Logs are reliable. Seriously, this app is just rock solid. The data it stores has come incredibly useful, as I was diagnosed with PCOS a couple of years ago. In my case, PCOS made it extremely difficult to start a family, but I’m happy to report that I finally got to turn on “pregnancy mode” in December :) I look forward to seeing my pregnancy mode screen refresh with new, fun information every week!.Version: 11.7.6

Best AppI have been using this app since 2013 it is really amazing app I pay for it and I never regret.. it helps me to family controlling and it is accurate that was really surprised me how much this app is really accurate and all u need is just choose the right information about ur time then click on it now it comes with more feature I havent try them yet ( trying to conceive or pregnant mode) but I try to add notes on my intimate realtion it is really fun —- and there is a choice where u can put ur mooody and the changes per to period which really help me to understand myself and get support of my lovely husband that he will consider my hormonal changes .. I write for review because I have to thank and appreciate your effort ... Thank you all from my heart . I hope my review will guid women who’s interested . ♥️♥️♥️♥️♥️.Version: 11.4.1

LOVE this app - please new designs!!!I have pcos and am ttc. I’ve used every app there is and this one is the best in every way. Accurate every month which is saying a lot for my crazy cycles. None of the other apps could even get close. Plus it has far more logging and input options than the others. None of them have a note section, it’s so simple but makes this app really stand out. But for the love of pete can you PLEASE make a less childish design option? At least one or two for the adults who utilize this app? I won’t stop using it regardless but it would make a long time user very happy. I feel like I’m back in middle school while in the app. For such a comprehensive and effective health tool, the themes feel very out of place. But overall, amazing app. So thankful for it..Version: 9.8.2

So helpful in so many ways!As a health & weight loss coach, I recommend this app to nearly ALL my clients, to help them become more self aware. For my own personal use, it’s been extremely helpful to identify my patterns and cycles, like when migraines are most likely to happen. It also has helped me not take my moods too seriously, when I see I’m feeling low 10 days or 3 days before my period—or just after ovulation. Also helped me realize I get cramps during ovulation-those “mystery cramps” used to scare me, but now they seem totally normal, in context with time of the month. The full version is worth paying for, since it allows you to zoom out and see analytics, like your mood or pain patterns over 6 months, for example. Probably the BEST app I’ve ever used!.Version: 10.1.1

I use it religiously...Very useful! This is one of those apps that you can use as little or as much as you want effectively.(like just to track your periods and/or ovulation, or track all of your symptoms and additional notes in regards to your body or sex life.) You can also make your own symptoms to track, which is very cool. For instance, I have PCOS and like to keep track of my different issues and symptoms here to report to the doctor as needed. each day has a notes section.… so I’ve used that for adding notes in regards to my sex life as well. Anytime there’s a heart on the calendar with a gray dot- I’ll know I made additional notes about intimacy. (Been married 15 years so it’s a great “me” place to log notes in an effort to keep things spicy.).Version: 9.8.2

Why am I eating everything in site? Oh yeah....This app is so helpful and pretty spot on with tracking and predicting your periods. You can track symptoms, emotions, weight etc. to see if you have symptom patterns. It also tracks the length between, duration of and start/end times of each cycle. I like the little tree on the app front page, it will bloom in cherry blossoms to let you know you are fertile/ovulating. Also the calendar is super helpful because you can look into the future to see if your period is about to ruin your trip to Hawaii in 5 months. Definitely a must for any women. It is also helpful when you go to the doctor and they ask “when was your last period?” Whip out your phone and you have the answer..Version: 11.4.4

Excellent! Recommend using!Very customizable! You can add and remove symptoms and moods. I appreciate that it allows you to track ovulation without being in TTC mode. It’s a little clunky in some places but if you experiment and mess around with it, it’s easy to learn how to use it. It’s very forgiving. It also has a ton of other useful functions that I don’t use like sleep, exercise, water intake, etc. It’s definitely a great app for all aspects of your life. I gave it four stars because some aspects are a bit clunky and it’s something you have to experiment with to learn how to use. Definitely recommend! **Updated to 5 stars because it’s still one of the few apps that I have used regularly within the past 2 years.**.Version: 11.7.6

Time for an update?!I love this app I’ve used it for many years, it’s functioning is very simple even a young girl just starting out can use it. But as the other apps develop to be more compatible with the updates to new iPhone systems. This app has remained the same I would really like to see better transfer of information to the heath app even with the share information toggled on I end up having to re-enter the same information again in heath manually. Would also love to see better skins and pre and post period options like when the cramps start to let you know your about to go RED, or after when there is spotting but no period..Version: 11.7.6

Great health toolWhether you are young and just starting your cycles, older and trying to have a baby, or older yet with life changes this app is great for tracking and sharing with your doctor. Being able to track how you feel physically and mentally feel are great things to share with your doctor especially if your cycle is a problem. I have shared this app with many women and they are grateful. Sometimes when I just don't understand why I feel different on a particular day I check and sure enough it's about that time which explains everything. 😉. I will continue to share this with the women I know as women's health is important to me. It is a small thing but has potential..Version: 11.0.2

I love it!I’ve been tracking periods and ovulation with this since 2014. It says I ovulate a few days before I actually do but I test and I easily move the day and it predicts it correctly after awhile. It’s a super easy app and nice to look at. I am using it in ttc mode now trying to get pregnant. I bought the upgraded version and it’s totally worth it. I have tried other apps and I didn’t care for them. It’s been so great to be able to look back at how my cycle has changed over time especially since I’ve turned 30 since I’ve started using it and am trying to get pregnant at 32. I highly recommend it no matter your age or ttc status. It’s useful when you’re trying to PREVENT pregnancy too. Lol..Version: 11.4.5

Getting to know my cycleHave been taking oral birth control for almost 10 years due to painful menstruation and have recently stopped it to get ready to try to conceive. So I really don't know what my cycle is or even symptoms that are experienced at different stages throughout the cycle. This app is just great for educating you on different things you may experience, what to look for, and how to track them. In addition, it's very helpful to improve your chances of getting pregnant (or trying to avoid). I will recommend this to any woman I know either trying to just become familiar with their cycle, trying to conceive, or once they are pregnant. Everything you need in an one app, easy to use too..Version: 9.6

Awesome App!I’ve been using this app for years now. I recommended it to my teenage daughter, & she uses it. I don’t use all of the options or features this app offers, but I like to check the log/chart. It really helps me to see trends or shifts in my period since I’m “older.” ;) Update: This app really helps me be precise on what day of my cycle I’m currently on. I get cystic acne, even at my age, unless I take a hormone pill, but it gets complicated since I take a one pill on days 7-18 & take 2 pills on days 19- the start of my period (day 26 or?), & no pill on days 1-6. With this app you always know what day of the cycle you’re on which helps a lot if your cycle isn’t consistent. Periods aren’t fun, but this app makes it manageable!.Version: 11.7.6

8 years and counting!I love this app! I've been using it forever and it really helps me keep track of everything. Been 4 years and counting! Edit* Its been 8 years now and I still use this app every single day of my life. My husband and I check it together and keep track of our intimacy information. Though my only complaint would be I wish it was a birth control tracker as well. I love how in depth it is for when trying to conceive I wish it would do the same for when you’re on birth control. As someone who is on the pill my periods are irregular and sometimes I don’t have one for months. Besides that I truly love this app and will continue to use it for the rest of my life..Version: 11.4.5

Simple, great appI’ve been using this since 2011. Got the pro version way back then and have been able to transfer it to 3 phones since then. Simple, somewhat customizable, and easy to use. I have used it for tracking periods, during pregnancy, and it’s useful for tracking fertility too (whether you’re trying to or trying to avoid getting pregnant—of course, nothing beats proper protection but I’ve been married a long time so although there have been times I’ve wanted to avoid pregnancy, it wasn’t really a big deal if we had an accident). I also like that it’s not owned by any big company because it kind of weirds me out thinking that they know my menstrual cycle. 🤷‍♀️.Version: 11.7.5

Not Mensural ExclusiveGonna try to make this short and sweet since I tend to ramble. As someone with bipolar, bipolar depression, and ADHD, I’m able to track not only how I feel during a mensural cycle but also not on it. It's commonly recommended to take notes on how you’re feeling day my day— to keep a journal— and this has been the best way to do it. I’m able to add my own moods/symptoms along with jotting down notes, which is exactly what you’d write in a daily journal. Knowing what’s ahead and normal is a huge relief. I can let my doctor know how bad it can get during these times and in result I’m given advice and guidance around it. In summery, this app is more than a period tracker. Thank you developers!.Version: 11.4.5

Obsessed with tracking more then my cycleI love this app! It’s perfect for tracking my cycle and helping know when I’m most likely fertile. But it’s great for so much more. I love that I can enter my weight, temperatures, my moods, my symptoms and so many other things. And then when I’m pregnant it has pregnancy mode. It’s so fun to see how and what the baby is doing as it’s growing. You are also able to track when you were intimate and other things relating to that. I seriously use this app daily. Not just for the above mentioned. You can write notes in it. So I usually wrote stuff about how I’m feeling or symptoms I’m having. Honestly obsessed, over a period tracking app. Who woulda thought?!.Version: 11.4.5

Perfect.I have been using this app since I got my first apple device.. has everything you can need. Easy to use, and premium is definitely worth it! Makes remembering my period, the symptoms, and even family planning, so convenient. Another neat feature is the symptoms, which helps me track how my cycle has been treating me physically and emotionally. There is also a way to add custom symptoms if you’re like me and your cycle throws some weird things at you. I tried newer apps, just to see if maybe they would work for me better, and this is always the app I come back to. I recommend P Tracker to all my friends, and I have never once had an issue with using it!.Version: 11.4.4

Great app but needs more workI’ve been using ptracker for over 6 years and it’s my favorite app. Out of all the period tracking apps I have tried Ptracker has been the closest to accurate when it comes to predicting my period. Although it’s a great app I think there are some things that can be better and some things that need to be fixed. I think it would be really great to be able to have a private chat and I wish the age filter was better because I don’t think it even works! I have mine restricted to 18-24 but I still see post and get responses from people older than 24! It would be great if it was much stricter, I have also seen other people complain about the age filter and I hope it can be fixed soon..Version: 11.0.2

Love the App!Love the App have used it for many years! Only wish they had a way to sync all devices instead of having to save, email, then restore on the other device... I have PCOS, many other apps do not allow you to move your cycle around, mine is crazy so this app made it so easy to add when period came/finished, change my cycle days, ovulation... working on baby #1 and I love the pregnancy mode too... (was lucky to use it 1x, unfortunately miscarried at 8 weeks, our little Blueberry Angel 💙💙) Honestly, the app made it easy to track all and everything and use it to speak with my doctors about things they need to know while we, prayfully, become pregnant!.Version: 11.7.6

The best!I’ve used this app for as long as I’ve had a smart phone, so probably close to 15 years. It is by far the best cycle tracking app I’ve ever used. It’s incredibly accurate, it’s super easy to use, and I love how I can see all my information about the month in one spot. It is really helpful when seeing my doctor. I can just pull up the app and tell her anything I need to remember to discuss just based on the info that I’ve put into the app. I have it connected to Apple health and even though it shares all the information, the Apple period tracker is never as accurate as this app is. I recommend it to everyone..Version: 11.7.6

Menopause?I’ve just had my last regular period, I think. I love this app and have used it for years to assist my gyn in our attempts to get my cycle in order. The app saw me through the transition from wildly irregular periods to ‘steady as a rock’ regular (progesterone seems to have done the trick). Now, 10 years on, it seems my love affair with Period Tracker is about to end because the app does not accommodate my new menstruation mode: menopause. It would be amazing if the developers would just add that in so a woman doesn’t feel now irrelevant at the edge of a cliff. Just some simple additions to language and symptoms, etc. would do the trick. Thank you?.Version: 11.7.6

Great appI wish I'd had this years ago when I was trying to start a family. I'm normally terrible at keeping track which leads to uncertainty and anxiety. Been using this for 7 months and have a much better idea of where I am these days. This app is soooo handy and easy to use. It has everything, from a calendar and prediction tools to cute illustrations for your symptoms and their severity. Can capture temps and weight if you want. Love it. Update: 7 years on, still using this app, and my doctor loves it too. I can email (or just show her) information going back years. I have PCOS and this app has helped me recognize cycle symptoms (it's hard to know why you're so angry when your periods only happen a few times a year, at unpredictable intervals). Because this app lets you track so many different (and customizable) symptoms, I'm much better at recognizing what's going on in my own body. Also, when I had to change my phone and hadn't backed up, the developer was super helpful at getting as much of my info back as possible..Version: 9.6

Meh now.Update: Though this app is pretty good... I’ve been using it four years now and nothing about it has been changed. There are maybe a dozen themes and they’ve stayed the same during those years I’ve been using it. They also seem to be catered to teens. The app itself runs fine but could use a change in look and maybe some new capabilities as well. Unfortunately, I waited so long for anything to change that I’m now in search of a new app. My original post: Only app I've ever needed for tracking my period. Comes in really handy. Love that I can keep up with symptoms and moods as well. I'm not in the baby making years of my life yet but I can tell all those capabilities will be really helpful. Got the deluxe after a year or two for the extra themes. ❤️.Version: 9.8.1

Amazingly completeThis might be my favorite app ever. It's simple to use, but it's also very customizable. You can track anything and it creates these charts and graphs to show trends in your moods or ailments. You can select which symptoms you want to look at and scroll through a graph on them over time to see if they coincide with each other or with your monthly cycle. This app has so many different useful functions that you likely won't find them all right away, like when you look at the calendar month, you can click on a mood or symptom and it will put an icon on each day of the month where that mood appeared. Love it!.Version: 11.4.4

This used to be goodI've had this app for YEARS but now it has become pretty useless to me. Have LONG cycles that you need to keep track of? You are going to have to count up a whole bunch of dates because this app no longer lets you extend it to your actual end dates to get one count. Instead you have to continuously start and restart and restart your date again. If you are planning on getting pregnant, it will count missed days for you so you're okay. Trying to keep easy track of your cycle to see what the heck is wrong with you? Sorry, you're only allowed a maximum of 15 days. You can attach your end cycle date in certain places but you have no visual on it and your logs get all messed up. You're now better off using a different app..Version: 9.6

TrustedI never used a Period Tracker on my phone before so this was my first time trying this and I must say I chose a good app. This app tells my when to punch in when i started my period and it tells me when to punch out when my period ends. Then the best part it shows on the calendar when you will start your next period and it shows the exact date. And i love how you can put on there what mood your in and what symptoms your having. I love this! And if your trying to get pregnant it always shows the little green dots on there which means your fertile and it has this flower which means your ovulating. So no worries you got everything in one.Version: 9.6

Great app!I’ve tried a few other period trackers that were more sleek-looking but they all fell short of the simplicity and reliability of Period Tracker. I like tracking my moods and symptoms each day, too especially during PMS. I like that users can add symptoms that aren’t “classic” PMS symptoms, and I also those to track my health in other ways, like when I have migraines or GI problems. I’ve pulled this app out at appointments to go over things with my doctor and show her patterns that have helped me figure out possible food intolerances and migraine triggers. The notes section is great to get into more detail or even keep a journal of health/body related things..Version: 9.8.2

Awesome App!I love this app. Why people are saying that the reviews are bogus an inaccurate I have no clue. This app helps keep me prepared for Aunt Flow.  Also, I have been diagnosed with depression and it helps me track my moods daily so my therapist can adjust my meds if need be. Absolutely awesome app for those of us who are too busy to write it down. You just tap when you start & tap when you stop so EASY even a cave woman can do it!  The only thing I would add is a reminder to tap the stop period. Sometimes life gets busy Aunt Flow goes back home for the month and you forget. A reminder would be awesome! Still using this app after 7 years! Still LOVE it!!!.Version: 9.6

ThanksI am grateful for this app. I use it to track my period and sexual activity. If I am taking a medication, I track it. At the very least, I like that when I go to the drs and they ask when my last period was, I don’t have to look up in the air and scan my brain to figure it out. I can just say the beginning/ end and can show, on average the length of my cycles. It makes it so much easier to figure out if there are irregularities. I didn’t keep a mental note before of the length of cycles. I just got my period and then, at some point the next month I knew I’d get it. I can now look back over 3yrs in a summary view..Version: 10.2

Absolutely LOVE this app!!This app is GREAT! I’ve had it for several years and just in the last 2 years have I been using the social part of the app. I have met some of my very best friends on there! Overall I’ve had such a great experience with this app. This app actually helped me conceive my child who is 8 months old now. With the helpful tools and in conjunction with the ladies help on the social part I was able to learn about my body even more and starting tracking my cycle and ovulation days. I hope this is helpful to you if you are reading this! I think you would really like it if you give it a try 😊.Version: 10.1.1

Difficult to edit.I have been using this app for a long time and I would generally say it is easy and well thought out. However, as I get older and my cycles change I find it difficult to edit the changing times that they begin and end. The app decided for you when it thinks your period should be over but sometimes they get it wrong and then you can’t go back and change the cycle. I find it extremely frustrating because it screws up when the app tells me when my next period will be..Version: 11.7.6

Must haveI used to be that patient that would go to a physician and never be able to provide the last period's date. Periods were always a surprise and so where my ovulation and symptoms. I have used this app since 2010 and had the previous version as well. I can honestly say it has shown me my periods are not as irregular as I us d o think. It lets me know when yo expect it and to present the symptoms to my gynecologist. The reason I didn't give it the full 5 stars is that there are other apps In the market that have better graphics and analytical tools. This one needs an update soon. Other than that, it's a neat simple tool that has improved my "cycle life".Version: 9.6

Easy to use and it’s freeI’m all about free apps and this app doesn’t have any tricks. You don’t have to pay anything later to use all the content in this app. I can mark the days I start and stop my period, it shows me ovulation days, and you can mark days you are intimate. I have been using this app for about 6 years and I can look back at every month since I downloaded the app. There are different designs for the homepage if you want, and you can make notes like your moods, heaviness of your flow, etc. I have recommended this app to friends and I will continue to use it myself!.Version: 11.4.4

Great app for tracking your cycle and ovulationThis is a great app for tracking your periods and keeping a long term record of start and end dates and when you've used it enough and regularly it also predicts when you should be starting again. I was always terrible about tracking my cycle until I met my husband and then he started tracking it for me and now with this app you don't have to do anything but tell it when you've started and when you've ended your cycle and it had all your important info plus it works with the IOS Health app..Version: 9.6

Great app! Simple to use and very helpful!I tried a lot of different period tracking apps and this one is seriously one of the best. Especially because my periods are so irregular other apps couldn't track it but PTracker could. I also like that it syncs and allows you to keep notes on everything. The editable symptom list is pretty awesome too. Only minor things I'd change are for sync to be available across devices automatically and not have to keep syncing and loading backups, perhaps an option to add custom symptoms & more themes or different options for customizing..Version: 9.8.2

GreatI’ve been using this for around 12 years and I still love it!.Version: 11.7.6

Mostly goodI do love this app and use it regularly, but I am quite annoyed by the fact that after pregnancy when I didn't get my period again for 8 months, the app counts that time as a "cycle length" and it has messed up my stats. I haven't found a way to delete that or fix it. Annoying..Version: 9.6

Great!I love this app and have been using it for many years. However, I have always hoped for an alarm feature. I have PCOS and I need to take meds to produce a cycle and I always forget when I should be starting my meds to begin my cycle. The app is very helpful in telling me how long my cycle should be, but I am always late due to forgetfulness. I hope to get pregnant someday, and to be able to set an alarm on a desired day within the app would be an amazing help! Thanks!!.Version: 11.7.6

Best app for period trackingI have had this app for a long time now and I love it. It’s simple and easy to use!.Version: 11.7.6

Good appHad the deluxe version of this app since 2015. Its worked really well and I haven’t considered another app. However, I recently tried to back up my data, and I cannot. The button foes not work, contact support hyperlink doesnt work, and I reached out to the support email, yet have not gotten a response yet. Good app but the features do not all work now from what i can tell..Version: 11.7.6

AwesomeLove this app!.Version: 11.7.6

Love this appI use it for tracking my cycle and it works very well. I suffer from migraines and also use the app to track those, along with moods and cravings -- helps me see patterns. Save doc visits as well!.Version: 11.7.6

MenopauseI really like this app, it’s been great however, it has a trying to conceive mode and a pregnant mode but it doesn’t have a menopause mode. The app needs to have a menopause mode. That is a natural part of being a women and is a part of her cycles..Version: 11.7.6

EmmaI have been using this app for about 10 years. I really enjoy it and it is very user friendly. Excellent way to track and chart symptoms. I wish it had an option for perimenopause..Version: 11.7.6

AmazingI have had this app for almost 10 years and I love it. I’ve never left a review on an app before but this is 100000% worth it and so accurate.Version: 11.7.6

Lynda..Version: 11.7.6

Love it but datedI’ve had this app for years, going on 8ish. I love the underlying function and how good it is at it, but the app has not changed once in that entire time. It’s very dated looking and could use a style refresh, it looks like it was designed ten years ago. There’s also been no new functionality or material added at all. It hasn’t had a single version update in over a year, even a basic bug fix. Is it a forgotten product at this point?.Version: 11.7.6

Great appOnce you have used this app for a while it really is accurate.. great to plan around vacations etc..Version: 11.7.6

Consistently ReliableI’ve had this app for around 8 years now and it’s always spot on, even when my schedule changes the app has quickly adjusted..Version: 11.7.6

Perfect for the ForgetfulThis app has helped me a lot, as I tend to forget my own birthday let alone my fertility cycle and I’m not trying to create a new birthday for a baby, you know?.Version: 11.7.6

Notifications don’t workGood app overall but I only get bulk notifications when I open the app so that part is unfortunately totally useless..Version: 11.7.6

Great app but...It would be awesome if there was a Perimenopause Mode! Just had a 43 day period, for example, and I can’t make it record a period that long unless I stop and start shorter periods. Which messed up the calculations so that didn’t work.....Version: 11.7.6

I highly recommend it! 👍💯I've been using P Tracker for over 5 years, and I love it. It’s reliable and I print out my yearly history to review my menstruation patterns and it's so easy to follow. And now that I'm entering Peri Meni (I'm 45) I keep daily flow tracking since last year, and I don't need a doctor telling me that I'm entering PM. But I now have precise data to share with the doctor of my flow patterns and any concerning symptoms. I highly recommend it. 👍💯.Version: 11.7.6
