So easy to use!!!!This has been a lifesaver in public. I have Vietnamese and Filipino neighbors now, here in SC, USA. I learned Spanish in high school and college but it was formal, instructors from several Latino countries. So my word usage can get me “the stare”. I use this in short phrases for instant communication. I hand my iPhone back and forth. My suggestion here is because at times I get a funny look. If I translate back into English I’ve discovered my word usage can really be OFF. I can change a couple words, translate back and forth and we both can understand each other. For a legal email in MX I thought I was doing so well until I got my unchecked letter back with ??? in places. Now I write a paragraph, short sentences, translate into Spanish then back into English to check. About 90% it’s perfect but occasionally I need to change a couple words. I’ve been using this app at least 7 years, I’ve tried others, this is the easiest and best even compared to expensive apps. My friends all have this app also. Awesome.Through the years I have made many friends that speak different languages I have some that speak Spanish, some friends are from the Dominican, other friends are from El Salvador. Although I have learned to speak some Spanish etc. through the years, this app makes it so much easier. Some of my friends have left and gone home and we keep in touch. Translator wheel won’t stopI really like this app but one thing that’s really irritating is the little translator wheel doesn’t stop when it can’t translate a word. I have done this several times. Entered a word I want translated, for whatever reason the app can’t translate it. The “translating” banner” lets you know it’s working and the little wheel is turning away but it doesn’t stop. I tried to translate something 2 hours ago. The little banner still says it’s translating and there’s no way to get it to stop. Instruction Manual NeededThe app is very simple, very straightforward and easy to use…once you understand how to use it. I had no idea I was supposed to be pushing the odd symbol in the upper right corner before it would actually translate. I appreciate that it has Mexican Spanish rather than just Spain Spanish, but I still don’t know what the changing numbers on the bottom right corner are for, or if they have any importance at all. I have no idea if I’m using the full potential of the app or not, and nearly deleted it thinking it wasn’t working properly for me. AccuracyI am a fluent, albeit rusty, French speaker that learned to speak French through the JFK Special Warfare Center and School on Ft. Bragg, NC. Because of my "language rating" (3,3+), I can definitely read and understand spoken French better than I can speak it. Therefore, I'll have to use the app when I've forgotten some vocabulary. The app has been accurate 98% of the time and is close enough even when not completely accurate (the app DOES have some problems with slang). Montana Ranching/ Traveling Couple.This is absolutely the best language app we have ever used!! And we do travel abroad quite often! Good app, but ads are really overkillI love this app. The translations seem accurate, it doesn’t take too long to translate it, but I have one issue. The ads, there’s so many! After 2 times of using it, you get an ad. Heck, sometimes just one time! Sure, I get that you need the ads for paid promotions to other apps but you could still cut it down a bit. Getting Assistance with TranslationThe First time that I have used this free app was an awesome experience. I was able to communicate with a spanish speaking tile Business owner fluently in spanish with the help of my language translator app. I had scheduled a tile appointment with him, he was able to put down new tile app completed the job . Bait and switchMight be a good app, but I wouldn't know because it does not include the two languages that I needed. Both of these languages are included in the app description: Tajik and Uzbek. However they are not included in the list of languages once I downloaded the app. At the bottom of the long list of languages is an option that says "my language is not listed." Click on that and, of course, it takes you to where you can pay money to get more languages. Supposedly, the languages I am looking for maybe included in the program. But who knows? Since the description of the free version is not accurate, how would I know what I'm getting if I pay for the "pro" version? No thanks..PherPadVersion: 3.4.0

QuestionableIn translating from French - English there is an issue. The dictionary can’t distinguish the difference from où to ou. One meaning where the other meaning or. That’s a problem.
