My socks my sweatshirts my sweatpants my sweatshirts my hoodies my hats and my T-shirts are all Abercrombie-I love the ABERCROMBIE logo written on my clothing and or the signature icon ; anything so I frequently check the website daily because now I love to shop for anything that has a logo or a signature icon on it -I just wish some item didn’t sell out so fast it doesn’t give everyone a chance . Usually by the time I get to the website everything that was just put up on the site that day that has a signature icon on it , is sold out .Which is always a good thing if you’re able to get your size but either way I still continue my search because the quality of the clothing is superb - wash after wash wear after wear - I hang dry all my clothing . You just won’t regret itI live in an area where the nearest mall is 45 minutes away, which it’s inconvenient to drive there and back anytime I want to go shopping and I was not a fan of online shopping because I believed it to be inconvenient as well, UNTIL I tried the Abercrombie online app. First off, it’s so easy to find a particular style. Second, it’s SO easy to return/ exchange items. Third, when you rack up points you get rewards and if you eventually become a VIP member you get AMAZING benefits- & you don’t have to spend too much in that time frame to remain a VIP member. Abercrombie is my go-to because they also have a great clearance section. I don’t shop anywhere else because I know they’ll never fail me when it comes to my size and style. I sincerely appreciate their gradual progress towards providing more modest options as well. I like the app but there’s a few things that would be good to addMy biggest issue: Abercrombie, PLEASE ADD REVIEW PHOTOS TO THE APP. They are included on the website, but not on the app. I usually have to switch to the web page if I really want to see how an item looks. Images need to be in the app! The app is a pretty standard clothing shopping app. The UI is all good, I have no issue with interacting with the app. However, I think there are two things Abercrombie could add to the shopping experience. For one, I would love if the clothing images had a model wearing every (or at least close to) piece of apparel. I’ve never understood why Abercrombie has never done that — it’s so important and helpful to know what the clothes looks like being worn. On a related note, when there is a model wearing the clothing, it would be nice if they added the model measurements and what size she’s wearing. Add Size & Fit details!!I have adored Abercrombie, from my teenage years into full blown adulthood (20+ years). Aside from the horrendous customer service I received recently, That being said, I probably spend at least 2-3 hours a day browsing the app. I most appreciate having the ability to compare size & fit details of the clothing (I.e., leg opening of wide leg linen pants, 22 inches VS leg opening of Ultra wide leg linen pants, 27 inches, and inseam). Unfortunately the size & fit feature has been made available only online, outside the app. So I spend a lot of time going back and fourth from the app to the website on safari so that I can view the sizing details. This has become very frustrating. Please, please, please, update your app so that the size and fit details are shown like they do on your desktop website. Fantastic clothes, but not user friendlyLove A&F, half my closet is their clothes, but when trying to access purchase history, account settings, etc. it is very difficult. You can’t see the items in your order, just the totals, until you select it. Then you find out that wasn’t the items you were looking for, so you select the back button, only to have it kick you back to the home page to start all over again. For someone who relies on shipped items and returning/exchanging on a regular basis, this is pretty annoying to deal with. Missing necessary buttonsThe app is great and works like the website. I'm not sure if this is a regional technical issue or what, but I've been using this app for a few years now (browsing from Hong Kong) and there seems to be a major flaw in terms of navigation. Whenever I click into a clothing item, I will not be able to find a "back to previous page" button or "move forward to next page" button. It is really frustrating to go back to home page, select the category and start navigating the next item. And I'll have to go back and forth whenever I click on a new item. I wanted to report this issue but the "app support" link is broken somehow, or maybe it only works on a US site? Please fix (same issue is found in the Hollister app too). Great Fit & Colors!My whole family just loves the Abercrombie store. We used to go to the mall, but do most of our shopping online. Although we do still go in to the store es Po especially around the holidays & black Mon & Fri! The body sprays & perfumes smell so elegant & colognes are so manly. If that makes sense. Please fix this fearureI like most things about this app but one thing I find really annoying is that automatically items that come in different colors always have a separate listing in the results for each color. It’s misleading because it creates way more pages of items to scroll through and tricks you into thinking there are more distinct styles than there are. I can understand sometimes wanting to view results this way but I really think this should be a setting you can turn on and off. Amazing is all I can say!The clothing is amazing and beautiful! They are really great prices and I love how they have sales a lot. The app is also really easy to operate, I have a bad memory about certain things so if I like something I can just click the heart button and it will be saved and there is no confusion one bit! Almost greatI use A&F app on a regular basis and I mostly enjoy everything that I purchase on it. However there are a few things on the app that cause me frustration one being that you can’t leave a review of a product from the app you can only do so on the full site. Second, they list full measurements on the app but you can see them on the full site. Third why limit how many products you “save” or “love” to 20 items? For someone like me who is saving an item so I can find it easily after restock it would be nice to be able to favorite many options. If minor changes are made- app would be perfectWhen something becomes sold out that you “hearted” it removes it from your liked bucket instead of keeping it in there and saying “out of stock” so when they do go back in stock it’s easier to read to bag. With the”liked” option in general, it only saves your most recent likes I believe 25-35 of you liked more items than that, it removes it. Please increase to top 50 or 100, really frustrating to go back and add things especially when things get sold out so quickly it would be easier to add back to bag if it saved more items that you liked and kept items that you liked in the “hearted” section even after they are out of stock..JJ THERESAVersion: 9.1.0

Needs improvementThis app could definitely stand to improve in the user experience department. Mainly two things: when I attempt to look at my order details it often goes to a blank page- which either a) doesn’t do anything, or b) eventually shows my order after about 30 seconds of staring at a blank white page. Love this store!I discovered A&F a bit over a year ago now and since then, I’ve loved it and have purchased many times. All of the products are very good quality and are definitely worth the price! There is often sales and discounts as well. The app is super convenient and I have experienced no issues from the couple times ordering. Lastly, it delivers super quickly! Good but room for improvementI have two suggestions for the app. First, it would be great if you could preview items in each order when on the order history tab in the mobile app. If I’m ever trying to see when I ordered something or what I’ve ordered, I have to open each order number and review the items. Then I have to remember which one I was on as I return to the main order history page and continue to search line by line. My second suggestion is: please enable back in stock notifications! Abercrombie AppInstalling the Abercrombie app has honestly been a love hate relationship in the base way possible. It is user friendly, and the display is enjoyable while using the app. Having such easy access through the app has been a experience. I enjoy accumulating points to put towards my next purchase. Abercrombie has a great rewards program for customers, and the quality of their clothing is worth the price. I go through all that trouble of saving stuff on both the website and app only for it to only save 30 of them. I don’t want to be constantly scrolling the website. Love the store- a few qualms with appSo I won’t beat around the bush; Abercrombie is killing it lately with their inventory. My gripe is as a user of the app there’s a few things I wish were different. 1. I wish that we could heart more things than 50. There’s literally just 90 items in your sleepwear collection- have you seen the cute waffle sets? I just need to have a limit of 100 at least! 2. It’s a bit of a bummer that the order history doesn’t go back further than 6 months. Great and easy to use!The app is so straightforward and simple to use. There are many dead spots while shopping instore, sometimes I have to go outside the store to load offers and account information. It always smells amazing in the store and most of the time, the associates are super helpful and nice. Update user interfaceI have been an active Abercrombie shopper for years. I love thé website and i mostly love the app. When you click on a shirt let’s say, and you want to go back to the previous page, normally you can swipe from the far left side and it’ll bring you back. BUT this app does not do that. Instead you have to press the arrow back. I do a lot of shopping on apps and pretty much EVERY other app has this capability. Hate exchange systemClothes are amazing! I’ll give them 5 stars, app user experience is also good. The three stars is there new return/ exchange policy is terrible compared to the old method. They used to refund and process your return right away, as soon at the return shipment was sent as USPS. Now it takes about 2 weeks to arrive back at the warehouse and then they process your return/ exchange, making it a full 3 weeks before you get your exchange items delivered. Why forgot canadian.I have been buying from abercrombie for 5 years now. I have seen the application changed over the years but the Canadian site is still forgotten. Data leakI have never had a bad issue with the app - aside from sizes constantly being sold out and not being able to select your specific size you’d like to save if it is sold out - until yesterday. I noticed two items in my cart that were not put there by me. They were men’s items - I have never bought men’s items from Abercrombie. I had also made purchases earlier in the day so my cart should have been empty. I deleted the items and then later on realized how weird it was, so needless to say I started to freak out a bit. I contacted A&F who said they have “never heard of this happening” and suggested I change my password. Lo-and-behold, after checking my settings on my phone and going into “passwords”, the first password on there was from the A&F app saying there had been a data leak and my info was included in it. No notice from Abercrombie about this prior. My personal info - including name (required), birthday, address, preferred store, phone number (required), past orders, and CC info - was in this app. I feel completely violated and am unsure how this happened without Abercrombie knowing…seems like their security clearly isn’t great. I have usually had no issues with them, but after this I am pretty upset. I know these things can happen, but they really shouldn’t and a little heads up from Abercrombie should’ve been provided immediately..Tld731Version: 10.2.0

Love Abercrombie - HATE their app!I want to start off by saying that I love shopping Abercrombie. Love their style, their fits, this review is not about the quality of their clothes. This review is about their app. Specifically, how horrible the app is! I would say that the app probably works about 50% of the time that I use it. The other 50% consists of me potentially loading the homepage and when I try and click on something - whether that just be categories or my bag - the screen is blank. Can’t go through the clothes, can’t see anything on my screen at all. Sometimes half of the screen will show up - like if I try and click on my past orders it will show the order info, but then I can’t scroll down to look at any of the products I ordered. It has honestly stopped me from ordering once or twice because I wasn’t even able to add items to my bag or fully check out! It’s crazy! The app said that the cost wasn’t covered but the balance that i owed reflected $0.00. I even tried twice. Called Costumer service to ask if everything was ok. They said it was and that some times takes time to reflect on the app. I checked for updates over the weekend. Today (Monday), the order was cancelled and I have a pending reversal from my bank. I’m trying again but lost one of the items that I intended to buy. The app is very glitchy, extremely annoying shopping experience, and it’s only because I really wanted the items that I came back. Needs SERIOUS improvementSet up “back in stock” notifications so people can get notified when items become available. When something that you favorited, sells out, still allow people to click on it. Don’t grey it out and make it unclickable with a big “SOLD OUT” on it. Get better at updating your inventory via your app and make it easier for people to check their local stores via the app, for sizes, styles and different prints!!! When something sells out online or on the app, it no longer allows you to search. And lastly, make your “purchase history” more user friendly and more viewable. Why is the scrolling weird?If you scroll in iOS, you know what to expect. Scrolling in this app, however, is so unpredictable. You scroll a little bit and release your finger, and then you press down again to stop the scrolling, you would expect it to stop scrolling but that is not the case. AnnoyingLove this store and forever will but the amount of times it asks for feedback is unreal. I moved far from a store and downloaded the app to shop and only had it about 5 min n was asked at least 10 times for feedback. Finally gave in and left feedback about how annoyingly often it asks for feedback thinking it would stop the notification so I could continue shopping but it continued even after to pop up stopping me from shopping. Regardless of update, impossible to load photos!I love shopping A&F and apps make it so much easier than browser sites however I’m constantly having issues with the A&F app- regardless of updating to the most current version. Can’t checkout and other technical issuesI’ve been an in-store and virtual customer for over 15 years and not to say their online presence needed freshening up but their mobile app has really taken the fall. I have technical issues all of the time. I update my app whenever it tells me an update is needed soooo what’s the problem?? So frustratingSo many of the things I want are rarely in stock, and for whatever reason I can't sign up to get notifications for restocks. So instead, I check the site often to see if things are restocked. The app will tell me that something is in stock, and I get excited when it allows me to add it to my cart, only for it to immediately tell me the product is out of stock. Product image loading issuesFor the past few months, the app has been having issues with its product images taking a long time to load or not loading altogether. This happens frequently when I’m on an item and want to check another color of the same items. I tried signing out and back in as well as deleting and reinstalling the app, but the issues remain. Worst customer serviceThe worst customer service ever experienced. I had placed an order for One of the crochet that my brother really liked. Unfortunately the size didn’t fit him well and so I initiated an exchange. I live in a small town and I was only given 4 days to return the original item. I somehow managed and waited over a month for my exchange item to be delivered. After calling customer service I was told that the item will be delivered after one more month as it was unavailable. Few days out of the blue they cancelled my order without asking me and the representative kept saying that this was a general cancellation and that they couldn’t do anything.
