Love Old NavyI’m 63 and have been wearing old navy since my 30s. When I found the app I’d moved somewhere there wasn’t an old navy and was I ever pleased. My daughter is 33 and we used to do mom daughter trips to the mall and we’d always hit old navy. The prices were great and the quality was spectacular! I’ve been shopping off those apps from other countries and it wasn’t till I got my first old navy older that I realized the quality difference. I just hit a 4th of July sale and got my favorite old navy flip flops for $2 a pair!! I got black and hit order before realizing they had my old favorites cheery on the sole and polka dots. I made a separate order and got those too. Of course I bought some poplin sleep shorts and can’t wait for fall to get them in long legs instead lol shorts. The prices online are VERY reasonable! And don’t forget the ribbed tank tops a staple for summer. I could go on and on how I love Old Navy. But go do a haul you won’t regret it. There clothes really hold up for years too. BEST CUSTOMER SERVICEI had placed two orders same day. One went through and one was canceled. I received an email about potential fraud concerns. I called and did everything the email told me. Their customer service was AMAZING!! Every item I had ordered was part of a 60% off sale that was two days only. I was just certain that because it was canceled the day after the sale ended that I wouldn’t get those items for the sale price when I reordered. Not only did I get them at the sale price, but the woman on the phone (I think her name was Kate) copied my order over right then on the phone. She did tell me one item was no longer available in the color I requested. That was disappointing, but she told me the item number so I could look it up on the app and pick a different color. The whole thing took only 5-7 minutes. She was also able to determine what triggered my account and we fixed that on the phone as well. I was beyond happy to have that fixed to prevent future issues, but more importantly that they honored the sale price and reordered everything for me. That is service!!!.Version: 12.5.0

Please fix your app!!!!I’m incredibly frustrated. I next to never write reviews for apps but was compelled to do so today. I love Old Navy. I buy my entire family's outfits from there. But Old Navy, your app STINKS. You have some great features that are easy to use and actually work most times leading to a positive user experience. However your settings area could use some work. I am trying to redeem my expired Old Navy cash for points and the app keeps shutting down on me. I downloaded the Gap app to do this and same thing. Sometimes, I am in my cart and it crashes. I just don't get it. I've restarted my phone, shut down and reopened the app and attempted to do these tasks during various times of the day in case the app was experiencing some known issues. I lead a very busy life and don't have the extra even few minutes to go onto a computer to accomplish these tasks. I rely heavily on my phone to shop because of the convenience and swiftness it provides. Please fix the crash issues in your app..Version: 10.3.0

Impossible creating, or changing, log on situationsI was so frustrated I could scream, but ended up calling the number given. After a long phone call with Miguel, whose thick accent was more times than not, was impossible to understand at all. When he spoke he would speed up his speech causing his sentences sound like one, singular word. There were no mini pauses between words. Then after a long phone call, I could tell he had no idea what I was trying to tell him myself. Nor did he have the ability to solve my issue (which had happened twice before in the last six months but didn’t want the hassle of talking to IT SUPPORT who is unable to help me place my order MYSELF not just for today, but for the next time and the time after that. I don’t want to call someone else to place my order every time I shopped. Anyway at the end of my still broken situation he read from a cheat sheet saying essentially he was not Support Dept. They won’t be in until tomorrow!!!!! I asked him why he didn’t say that in the beginning. It could’ve saved both of us a lot of time, without mentioning Old Navy’s time they’re paying Miguel for. This was absolutely a huge waste of time and a reflection of an uninvolved lower management unaware of places in the process there are problems. Also I knew from experience what Miguel was telling me to do wouldn’t do what I was calling him for. Twice I asked him if what he was telling me was it a fix for my problem. He’d say the old same old “are you using a cell phone or a computer”? Remember years ago when that was their answer for everything?? Two other things he told me to do was COMPLETELY IMPOSSIBLE TO DO because of the same programming. Anyway I’ll quit shopping in the clothing conglomerate or hopefully someone will realize their s/w needs debugging. Is that too much to ask???.Version: 11.6.2

Hope you get all of your stuffI order 7 things, only 5 came. Also got a random pair of women’s pajama pants. Called customer support and they told me to bring it back and return it at a local store. I’m like there is nothing to return other than the wrong thing which is fine, it didn’t seem to click with the person I was talking to that my entire order didn’t arrive. So I tried what they advised and the store was willing to give me $11 back for the item I had, which I didn’t order but couldn’t do anything about the jeans and shorts I didn’t get and told me to call customer service. Do you see the loop I’m stuck in? Lol I guess Old Navy just scammed me unintentionally for $60, because nobody will resolve it. And they all act like I’m the crazy one because in their mind there is no way that they wouldn’t send what I ordered. Need more fun age appropriate styles for big girlsWe shop here because the prices are great and everything is great quality however the big girls styles are to grown looking. There’s some moms who have 5-6 year olds that no longer wear toddler sizes and there isn’t a lot of cute age appropriate options. The toddler clothes are so cute and I feel like there needs to be more duplicates of those styles in bigger sizes. H&M for example does a really good job at this by offering the same kind of little girl friendly styles but in bigger sizes. You will see the same fun and adorable outfits in ranges 2T all the way up to a girls size 10 to be exact. Some moms don’t want there little girls wearing mesh shorts and tops with key hole designs as well as crop tops. There is a also no matches sets for girls. It would be so nice if they had ribbed two piece tank top and short sets in solid colors and some fun prints like watermelon or strawberries and ice cream cone designs. The dresses and rompers for toddler girls should also be made in sizes 2T- girls size 10. I feel as though last year styles for girls where also a tad bit better then this years styles..Version: 13.0.0

Where did the model size selector go?I agree with everyone else about all the issues with logging in, getting logged out, face recognition turning off again and again… the app resetting or refreshing too frequently, losing your place, etc. But I mostly came here to ask where the feature went when browsing or searching where you could pick the model size you wanted to see (I think it was S, L, or XL). That feature is pretty much the whole reason I’ve shopping with Old Navy recently. It makes them stand out among other brands! I still appreciate the size diversity in models (can always have more diversity though…) but now I’m stuck looking at page after page of skinny ladies, and it makes it so I have no interest in clicking on any of the items and potentially purchasing them. It’s a huge shopping turn off for me! If the feature is still there and I just can’t find it anymore… that is also a problem. It needs to be there AND be easily accessible..Version: 5.7.0

App just doesn’t workEver since they started to update the app and change their credit card company they deal with my app doesn’t work. I have deleted the app and reinstalled plus rebooted my phone still doesn’t work. 1. It doesn’t recognize me and constantly tells me it’s having problems. 2. It will come up but hit shop or wallet, bag or acct. at the bottom the app just spins and won’t go anywhere. I can go to google and go to old navy and it will accept my sign in and let me shop and check out. What is the point of the app if I have to constantly go to google and search to look for anything. Before the change over never had problems. I used to love the app. Shopped and paid bill, did everything on it. Now it’s junk and hardly shop because of it..Version: 9.2.0

Love the clothes but SO HARD to buy!!Im a new old navy CC holder, 3 months approx. I’m a busy working 31 year old toddler Mom. I don’t have a lot of time to go out shopping so I like to order Christmas online on my lunch break. Every other time I go to log in it makes me change my password. Every time you change your password it tells you for your convenience we’ve erased all your credit card information... I know for a fact my password is correct. I even screen shot what I changed it to and made sure I re-entered correctly and it still told me it was wrong! How annoying to re-type all of your credit card and billing info each time you want to buy something! I don’t bring every single one of my credit cards to work with me so this time I could not check out. I’ve never had so many problems trying to buy online ever except with this site and app. I cannot stand how much work this is to try to give old navy my money so I’m considering canceling my card and giving up on them altogether at this point..Version: 4.9.0

Horrible, Horrible, Unusable Useless App!I used to be able to use the app now I am unable to use the app. It’s saying an error has occurred please retry later it has been saying this for weeks now every time I try to login I am unable to login. This is so frustrating that I am unable to use this app anymore not sure what is going on with the app, but at this point I am very frustrated however when I go online I can use my same user ID and password and get signed right with no problem. I love the ease of being able to just browse through the app select what I want to order and pick it up or have it delivered someone needs to look into why this app is not letting me sign in with my username/password on the App which is literally useless at this point.Version: 10.0.1

Seamless experience between app and webI was shopping at athleta web and old navy app for back to school clothes for my niece’s birthday. I was bouncing between my two shopping carts trying to compare prices and pieces. When I finally logged into athleta with my gap family login and then quickly realized that my shopping cart consolidated both athleta and old navy into one. This was expected from web experience but an unexpected joy to experience seamless user interface and experience between app and web. I just had to come here and leave a review. I hate bad web or e shopping experience designs so much that I will shop elsewhere, but likewise for a good user interface, it makes e shopping enjoyable not to mention the amazing clothes and deals!!.Version: 15.5.0

I love Old NavyBut… they need to change how they do business with the super cash, your clients come and shop to earn that wonderful discount only to find they can’t use them when they want on the items they want. Also, I do wish you could add a guide to the reviews section that has measurements added for the clients to add. Really, some shoppers have never learned how to leave informative reviews to help others shop. Height, weight, inseam, waist, breast, these measurements matter, giving body measurements helps others to know if the item will fit them. Saying, fits true to size is only saying it fits true to your size. We can have the same measurements but our proportions may be different. Or better yet, update your sizing guide with the correct measurements of each garment sold instead of a guide that is basic for everything because not every small, medium or large is the same in your products. Although I am thankful for the choice of regular, petite and tall. And why is everything made so boxy and big, you have cute stuff, but, for us girls who like to look cuter, most of the products are matronly or for larger women. Great store but app need LOTS of work!I’ve been shopping at ON for over 10 years now and I like the styles and deal they got but their app has major problems! It asks me to put in my address and phone number every single time I place an order even though I’m logged in to my account and use their credit card. It never seems to remember me. Such a time waster! Secondly, for the past several weeks every time I press the Place Order button it says that there’s been a misconnection and to call customer service to check if the order has been received. App doesn’t function wellWhenever I try to save an item to my favorites, it shows that I hearted the item but it says something was removed from my favorites because of a sold out item (even though it wasn’t sold out). Nothing ever comes up in my favorites when I want to go back to an item I really liked to purchase. And that alone is very very bothersome because when I spend a lot of time looking through the app its very convenient to go right to my favorites to purchase things that I’m interested in. And depending on how long you’re on the app, the app will close itself out in the middle of you browsing. And the app lags like crazy. Please fix this!!!.Version: 10.3.0

Not User FriendlyI’ve had this app for awhile, and always hope it will get better. From the beginning it has made me sign in multiple times, even while already signed in and using. It has erased things saved in my cart. It has had me signed in while shopping and then when I go to check out it has me sign back in, sometimes up to 5 times before I can complete purchase. And each time I sign back in I have to go through the entire walk through of the app. Including deleting a product from my cart in order to get through the guide on “how to delete things from your cart”, even though I’ve had the app for a few years and know how it works..Version: 8.2.1

Personal stylistAloha I’ve been a personal stylist for my daughter started a new position and has a little time to shop and doesn’t enjoy shopping as much as she used to therefore I’ve committed to helping her put together a wardrobe for casual work clothes, we live in Hawaii it’s very warm hot at times in since summer is arriving I’ve picked items for her to go to work in and also work remotely at her place she seems to enjoy 🏄🏽‍♀️my selections and if there is anything that doesn’t appeal to her I can always return it to the Alamoana store and check out the inventory there she does work for a nonprofit therefore her work attire is very casual laid-back low-key and usually I find what she’s looking for at the Old Navy store. Receiving ordersI love using the Old Navy App but unfortunately, several times I have placed an order and a few days later, have received an email telling me it cannot be fulfilled. Just recently I called to complain due to my whole order not being available, but it allowed me to select and order the items. The representative I spoke with was very helpful and reordered everything and said it was available. I, once again received an email saying it was not available. I’m using rewards and ordering on 50% off days hoping to get some deals and merchandise and it’s VERY frustrating. I placed another order today. I’m HOPING the order is fulfilled. No order history in app??????????????????I like how all four stores can be used in one app, however when I place orders through the app or online, app doesn’t save my order history. The only thing I see is two old orders I placed several years ago..none of my recents show up at all unless I log into the website. So why even have an order history option in the app if it serves no purpose. I don’t care about my orders from 2-3 years ago..but even with that it’s not all the orders I’ve made in that past 2-3 years I’d say have at least 25-30 not 2. It annoys me because I can’t check my order status and it’s so inconvenient to have to log into the website when I do! PLEASE FIX THAT!.Version: 5.7.1

Great App but deceiving pricesLove shopping online through this app. But beware, during a sale, online will have huge mark ups on items to make it seem like a “better deal”. I’ve gone in store and have been told this is what they do. I’ve even spoken to managers over the phone about this and their “super cash” savings scam. You’re required to spend a certain amount to even use the money they reward you with for spending so much already. So if you really want to make sure you are getting the best deal when they do have “sales”, go in store and compare prices by using the search bar to scan Bar codes. App is so-so/old navy cash is the bestI have mixed feelings about old navy. They do offer lots of options and many sizes including tall, which is great. But the pricing can be a little over and above what it should be when not discounted or when considered a “hot buy” or whatever they call the special pricing not eligible for further discounts. The app itself is pretty buggy so I understand the frustration. But I love the super cash. Not sure why everyone hates on it. $10 off of $25 is 40% off which is pretty great. And to anyone that prefers kohl’s cash, just try returning something that you earned kohl’s cash with. Good luck figuring out why you only got back $8 for $28 jeans! App has issuesFirst I was having the same problem others were reporting — it wouldn’t let me stay signed in, kept signing me out, would ask if I wanted to enable Touch ID and then wouldn’t give a prompt for it, etc. I updated the app and that issue seems to have been resolved for the time being. Now I keep trying to checkout and keep getting a “something went wrong” page, no matter how many times I refresh it. I gave it a few hours, came back, and it was the same thing. Also my “bag” (aka cart) is emptied every time I leave the app. All my items waiting in the bag either get deleted or moved to saved items. Finally had enough and tried to complete my purchase through browser on my phone and though I signed in, it again told me my bag was empty. I gave up..Version: 8.2.0
