Longtime User and Great Lover of AppI’m always curious. I really like this app because it just feeds my curiosity. With the exception of the other daily use apps, like Safari/Google, time clock, and calendar, this is my most used app. I love having verbal pronunciation because I’m not always right with the phonetic written pronunciation. As another reviewer stated, I really appreciate this app because before I used to keep notes on words to look up later that I had come across in writing or audio that I didn’t really know the definition of. But by the time I’d great to looking up the word on the net, I’d likely forget the provenance of the word’s usage. Most of the time I have an idiomatic or casual knowledge about the word but I like to know truly what is the definition. Along the way I’ve been very surprised to find that the definition is completely different than what I’ve thought. In fact recently I discovered that there is a word I often hear used and have used it as well but completely incorrectly. Long time ago Dictionary integrated the Thesaurus which is excellent since I also always like to see the synonyms and antonyms of the word I’m looking up to not only solidify the definition but also to expand my vocabulary. I would recommend this app to any wordsmith like me..Version: 7.5.18

Little Accessibility/Disability AccommodationThe accessibility for this app for people who have low vision is remarkably bad. For an app that requires reading, the text options must be fixed. For example, if the text size reflects that of the iOS user, the thesaurus words all become unreadable and only show maybe 1 letter each. Similarly, the definition word will reflect the iOS settings and be enlarged (which is pointless because I already know the word I’m searching…); however, the text in parts of the app that actually require reading (i.e., the definitions, learners, examples, etc.) do not enlarge…I am further confused because the non-pro version of this app you are able to pinch zoom to read (great!), yet the pro version does not allow this feature?? So, if I want to be able to pinch zoom to read better, I have to use the non-pro version and re-purchase the upgrades, which I have already purchased with the pro version. The failure of the developers to fix these issues is borderline discriminatory. It is a simple fix that is well overdue..Version: 9.7.2

What's in a word?Another problem cropped up. Now the App keeps telling me no network connection, yet when I check the connection in WiFi it shows I have an excellent connection! This only happens in this app, which I use all the time! Update: I am not happy with this latest Ext update!!! Why do I know how to go back to switch a button so I can view the thesaurus? The whole app was much easier to use before. Why change what users are happy with?! My first review: Use this paid version on my iPhone & iPad all the time. Most complete dictionary & thesaurus out there. No glitches. Can hear proper pronunciations. Luv this and word of the day and slideshows! FYI I have the Pro version. I’ve disliked the changes made, I think a couple years ago, including the new logo. The pre updated look and app were much more user friendly and had zero glitches! Ever since then I’ve had problems.Version: 9.11.0

Valuable tool for people labeled as learning disabledI am 64 years old and process dominantly with my long term memory and very little with short term memory. As such spelling for me has always been an issue that frequently leaves, friends, family, and work positions I interact confused, requiring them to confront if I am “learning disabled”. The use of this app with the voice activation provides those of us sidelined by others, who require “social normality” a more comfortable way to interact - it’s greatly appreciated. In my professional occupation I am an Architect and Builder of Custom Projects, with my spelling people will categorize people like myself as incompetent, artistic, or genius. Using your app. I am provided the opportunity of being perceived as “Normal” when and if I choose to be seen as “Normal” and not seen an individual. Thank you. Mark.Version: 11.1.3

Improve use & enjoyment of language, with this perfect blend of conciseness & thoroughnessI use this app all the time, and it’s right at the top of my list of favs (surpassed perhaps only by Blue Letter Bible’s app). I have always loved words, and a mentor once gave me a sage admonition never to use a word I couldn’t define. He insisted it was arrogant. I’ve found his challenge has helped me be more precise in my thinking, humble in my attitude, and appreciative of others’ wordsmithing skills. And it makes learning from others more fun. Well, this program just facilitates all these. In the world of language, it allows for real-time, “point of care” use and learning. I’ve looked up things while in hospital meetings (I’m a physician), while waiting in line, writing emails or other documents, and writing reviews for iPhone apps. I love the etymology tool, as it helps make definitions and nuances easier for me to remember, and the words themselves more vivid & enriching. I suggested the app to my son recently, as I’ve found that regardless of what kind of work we do, communication that shows attention to word usage (as well as grammar) captures people’s attention — and rightly so. If you want to improve your use, understanding and enjoyment of language, I think you’ll find this program very valuable. Strongly recommended!.Version: 7.5.7

Tired of politically correct & liberal agendaI agree w/ the about the ads being ridiculously pc & always pushing the liberal agenda. The truth is no longer spoken or taught & democracy is out the door. These articles are so skewed to the left it is sickening. Unfortunately, in this new far left era there is no room for thought, consideration, or fairness for all. The rhetoric, like our rights & lives, are no longer equal. Equality should be for all people, all voices & all opinions. This should be seen in the information, entertainment, media, & on line venues as well. The new left equality is only for the left & truth, honesty, & fairness are being ‘left’ out. Try equality, the founders of this country found it to be worth fighting for as we all should..Version: 7.5.1

Should stick to definitions not opinionI have really enjoyed this app for the most part. I share the word of the day with a friend almost every morning and we really like it. She is an avid crossword player. What I find unacceptable is that the extra articles tend to lean on the trendy politically correct or just downright liberal end of the spectrum. Since I'm not one of the millennials it seems to target, I actually know a bit of historical context for many of these articles and it's not as they portray them. It's not "balanced" or objective. I would like to see these little tidbits of interest be just informative not simply opinionated, trendy and vapid. If your going to include these at all do a better job. Or maybe include one of those disclaimers that says this is just an opinion..Version: 7.5

Has my approvalI’ve been using this app since I can remember having my first iPhone. (2010) I mostly use the thesaurus. It use to be to write my college term papers, as a teacher my students were required to have it, as a mom with a brilliant minded child w Autism it is used to provide a tangible/visible way for him to understand when one word can have two different meanings. I enjoy learning a new word a day. I love that feature. This app also allows you hear how words are pronounced. This feature is incredibly helpful for people who may have learning disabilities, learning a new language - for me it helps because reading aloud is not my strongest attribute..Version: 11.6.0

What if???This app is amazing and I use it all the time. It provides so much more than a regular dictionary. Now, the question is what if??? I recently began learning Spanish and my question is what if they were to make it possible where the word (in 2nd language of choice, such as if you were learning Spanish) can be presented with the word you were looking up and if selected be pronounced??? This could be a huge breakthrough if this were to happen and there could be a small fee paid for this monthly or yearly for being an additional service. It would only make this app so much better and far more popular!!! I hope they read this..Version: 7.5.15

Good but not ExceptionalI have always loved the origin of words. I always liked my dictionary nearby to look up meanings while reading. Since I purchased my first iPhone, I downloaded “Dictionary” on the recommendation of a magazine article, and like a lot of your reviewers, the dictionary and thesaurus did not disappoint. However, like many of your reviewers, I find that the examples of partisan politics in many of your articles disturbing. Those of us who enjoy using your app are bright enough to understand that arguments and examples from both sides of the “aisle” can be brought to bear in many of your otherwise informative articles. Bringing politics into a subject where it has no specific role is cheap, gratuitous, and beneath the purveyors of such a wonderful app..Version: 7.5.20

New version less usefulHad the pro version of this app for years. I loved it because with the offline dictionary I could use it for finding the proper spellings of words when there was no wifi or cell service. Unfortunately now the offline dictionary doesn't give suggestions as you type unless you have wifi or cell data, just get the annoying message saying “Oops something went wrong! Please try again in a moment.” With wifi or cell I can just use google. Don’t care what it looks like, just wish they would fix this issue! 1/20/‘21: Looks like my suggested word issue has been resolved. Thanks! I bumped it to 4 stars. It works, that’s good enough for me. BTY please don’t change the iPad version..Version: 8.10.0

Was better before so many modifications with updates the past 2 yearsThis dictionary app was selected because of Oxfords reputation with their printed book dictionary. I have used an Oxford dictionary for over 50 years. They include the origin of most words below the definitions. I find origins interesting. So it was with this app until early 2019. Now along with the word of the day are several other "features". Apparently these are for people with time on their hands. That said I did enjoy the feature to make 10 words with 8 letters. However, many words were not acceptable in this challenge but were included in the dictionary part of this app. Where is the logic in that? I'll be looking for another dictionary app for my phone that contains JUST a dictionary and word origins..Version: 9.0.0

Really helpful appI have to look up words I see or read that I’m not familiar with. It drives me crazy to not know what something means. I have a long list of words to look up and learn which at the time I heard them, I didn’t have time to stop and look up. I like that I can have the words in question voiced to me also. That’s a big help. And it keeps me from embarrassing myself by pronouncing words incorrectly. I rarely pay for a lot of apps that charge you to get rid of the ad’s, but this one was worth it. It’s very easy to navigate when you’re in the app. I just love having a Dictionary in hand whenever I need one. There isn’t a downside to having this..Version: 7.5.1

Organize Favorites? So far I really like this app! But to take this to the next level I recommend having a way to organize favorites somehow. When learning vocabulary it has been proven that we learn more effectively by organizing words by ‘meaning’. Why not allow users to custom make a folder or place holder? Additionally syncing to iCloud in this respect would be ideal. Developers please take note and consider this tweak for your paid supporters. Would be worth 10 stars if they could add this feature... I hope I don’t get asked again during my session(s) to rate your app, especially since I denied notifications at the root level..Version: 7.5

Good But Needs Badges! My home screen shows all alert info including "Dictionary" word of the day. However my first impulse when I log into my iPhone is to clear all badges then review their associated information. Because there are no Alert badges with dictionary it is often missed and subsequently forgotten. Now my go to dictionary for those words you “think you know the meanings of but just want to be certain”. For example: Are we experiencing inflation or conflation? We’ll both are true do to the myriad of reasons given for why the inflation is occurring in the first place!.Version: 10.0.6

Incredible toolI've been writing and teaching writing for more than 50 years and regret that this powerhouse was not available sooner. This is not just a dictionary, it's a plunge into the heart of the language. I was delighted when it was just a dictionary but the add-ons make it much more useful. I seldom use the add-ons, but when I do, I find them incredibly useful. I am anxious to support these developers in their work. These latest improvements make it even more intuitive. I can get lost in the app like others playing Halo. Thanks for keeping the language fascinating and inviting..Version: 11.6.0

So handy to useAs an avid reader I encounter words whose meaning escapes me on a daily basis. Although I am not glued to it like some, My iPhone is always handy. (I still like reading “old fashioned” books!) I use this app almost as much as the HP calculator app and its so convenient not to have the physical dictionary and calculator on a table wherever I am reading. My phone is always in my pocket. My only wish is that the contents were downloadable so when out of range of the internet it was still usable. My phone has oodles of unused memory so that should not be an issue..Version: 11.2.1

I love my dictionaryI use my dictionary every day when I read a book, or a magazine, or newspaper. I love the fact that my dictionary is always at my fingertips whenever I need it. I wish they had electronic dictionaries when I was growing up, because it would’ve made it so much easier to learn new words. I have had my dictionary now for about five years and I will still love it since the day I bought it. If you love learning new words, I recommend that you get an (app) electronic dictionary on your cell phone. You will love it!.Version: 8.13.1

So Appreciated!I so appreciate the features of this dictionary, it's huge vocabulary of new words, Latin maxims, and words and phrases from medicine and law. I also appreciate being able to hear the correct pronunciation of every word. This app comes in handy so often I placed it in a cluster called Reference which I put in the fixed row at the bottom so my fav search / reference tools are readily available from any screen. This app is so appreciated I which you could license it to Apple to make it standard equipment on every iPhone..Version: 11.6.0

Dictionary Offers Historical ContextDictionary offers linguistically, historical context in word origin for words you are looking up. While this can simply be just a fun little tidbit of information, often times I find it provides better clarity in how I’m conveying my own ideas. In other words, sometimes, when I see how a word originated in meaning & perhaps historically changed over time, I’ll look up other words to see if they offer better, more direct clarity for concepts & ideas I wish to covey..Version: 10.0.0

The Best!Suggestion: need a copy button to copy the correct spelling of a word so I can paste it in my email or wherever For example, I dictated the word “Hallelujah “ because I did not know how to spell it. It immediately came up with the correct spelling, however I was not able to copy the spelling in order to paste it where desired. Please give us a copy button. Thank you. Love it! Always has my needed answer. I upgraded--well worth it. Efficient. Thorough. Superior app. So handy. Easy to use! Handy dependable..Version: 11.5.0

I love this app, but. . .I would gladly give this 5 stars, however, after having to sign in every time and finding it almost impossible to restore my purchased status, it’s so difficult to access to my saved word lists and the practice modes that I became accustomed to. The ads are very disruptive. This app is well worth the premium, when it works. I would even consider paying an annual subscription, but the experience has become really tiresome over the past couple of weeks. I sent the developer a problem email regarding this issue, but have never received a reply or any assistance..Version: 11.6.0

Enjoying to use and comprehensiveI love using this app. This app is not a one trick pony and does it all in a user-friendly environment. To further improve the usability of the app, I think all sections (e.g. definitions, thesaurus, learners) which are divided by tabs can be put together on one swipeable “General” tab. In that case, you don’t have to press 12 tabs one by one for a thorough investigation of a term considering the fact that many of them are irrelevant or without entry. Tabs can remain there as anchors for faster access to a specific part of the General tab..Version: 7.5.1

Still learningI had a fabulous English teacher in high school who introduced me to the love of learning new words, their origins and use. It wasn't always fun at the time because I was a kid. Still, the year long have to turned into a lifetime of want to. This website is just awesome. I love everything about it and enjoy the quizzes too. I love being able to hear a new word or look up a word using the microphone when I'm uncertain about the spelling. I'm old but still learning. 👍👍❤️.Version: 11.1.3

Old UI was betterI hadn’t updated this app in over a year because of the bad reviews. I liked it the way it was and the icon was more pleasing. Somehow the app got updated on its own today automatically after I changed some settings, and good lord! The dictionary still works fine but the thesaurus gives me headaches. It’s all flashy and colorful. Why the change? This is a reference app not a gaming app. Simple and clean like a regular dictionary makes it easier to read. Now I gatta look through all the circled words trying not to get distracted. Kind of annoying. Wish I could downgrade just the thesaurus..Version: 9.11.0

Tweaking idea for great app.I find this app heads and shoulders over most dictionary apps, however, I’d like to see some major updates and improvements in the area of utility beyond the conventional word-search mode. For instance, it’d come in very handy if words saved by the user under favorites could pop up every once in a while - along with their definitions - at a user defined frequency. This will keep that section dynamic instead of “dead in the drawer” awaiting exploration via a very cumbersome scrolling process. I do so hope someone in the development team is listening. Thanks..Version: 7.5.3

Good with some annoying issuesI really want to give it a 5 star but there are problems prevent me from giving a satisfied review. The dictionary itself is great but the app is terrible. It got frozen and crash every now and then. I can never download offline dictionary, it gives an error message every time I tried saying there is an error when communicating with server. I emailed the support team but never got response. Fix the problem! The problem is solved I got offline dictionary now..Version: 7.5.16

Dictionary applicationDictionary application is user-friendly and it provides multiples of services. The design of the app is also user-friendly. I enjoy using the app at least 20 to 30 times a day either for looking up the definitions of words, for exploring how the word is use in sentence and looking at the thesaurus. I would recommend anyone to use this application whether it be for school or for personal use..Version: 10.0.0

New logo better without pro labelFour updates later pro label was finally removed. Thanks. On another note, app looked classier in the past, there was no need to adopt the “cheap Urban Dictionary” look. Maybe update that as well? Duuudes, why?? I know I have the pro version, no need to remind me every time I look at my Home Screen, plus, it makes the app look like the cheap or free ones... at least add the option to turn it off. Two updates later, label is still there. Horrible. Moving app to a folder where I don’t have to look at your UGLY pro label every day....Version: 8.11.2

Doesn’t function independent of the internetHello, Your dictionary is generally very helpful, but only when used under the umbrella of the internet. I’m certain I have a paid version, and it was my understanding that it would also function as a stand-alone app, not dependent upon the internet. I am frequently working at remote locations, and am unable to use it in those situations. As I recall, I “downloaded” the dictionary in the past, but to no avail. When the internet is available, I can throw any word I want out there for spelling and definition just by doing a random internet search. However, I’d like something that is readily available when the internet is not. I don’t mind upgrading or paying extra for such a feature, but I abhor the idea of needing a quick confirmation of (what is typically) a simple word or idiom only to be told an internet connection is required. Please advise..Version: 7.5.11

Is it possible to just ‘flip through the dictionary’?It seems to be impossible to just flip through and find words. I open the app and only get access to “The Word of the Day” not exactly the only reason one needs to access a dictionary. The settings don’t seem to work either. My faulty memory seems to recall a better app than what I’ve seen over the past few months..Version: 7.5.10

Outstanding resource, well designedEven the most erudite writer will occasionally need to verify spelling, or confirm the meaning of words or phrases. The Dictionary app is as close to perfection as you can get. It has a gargantuan number of words. The synonyms are a life saver when your memory has drawn a blank. It won't teach you grammar or polish your shoes, but it will keep you out of trouble at least 99 percent of the time. Do you know a better way to spend a few bucks? I don't..Version: 7.5.1

Great app but disappointedI payed for this app and use it often, love it! Although I can’t give a 5 star rating because I was very disappointed when I opened it on my ipad it wanted me to PAY AGAIN! I have many paid apps that the full version works on both iphone and iPad WITHOUT AN EXTRA “DOUBLE” CHARGE! I just cant justify this greed. I paid a LOT for the FULL VERSION of this app and would expect to be able to use it on either of MY devices..Version: 7.5

Always there as a great tool for the Lifelong LearnerBeyond the passive, standardized ‘spellcheck’ apps’, ~ that can be as misleading as your ordinary ‘GPS’ is, while driving the backroads ~ this Dictionary application is great. As an avid writer and poet , it’s been an indispensable tool since I first downloaded it. The thesaurus is very handy as well, as are myriad other tools included in this particular digital Dictionary!!! I use it regularly and it was free, (-and I’m really grateful. ) “ ***** “5 ~ star’s, easily.....!!!..Version: 11.5.0

Used for many yearsUpdate: The software glitch has been fixed and I am able to use app. Pleased that developer took time to email an updated version was available. Paid for upgraded version and have been using since 2012 and have always loved until today. Cannot use due to pop up saying “We need your support” to allow tracking ads..Version: 9.10.1

Last update broke it! FixFWB, 2020: Do people never test out their updates on actual devices. Can’t understand it. There is a message about privacy or something but the screen is frozen and can’t go past this. Infuriating. I hate being annoyed by constant reminders to upgrade especially after I have already paid for the application. One reminder is more than enough!.Version: 7.5.27

FixDictionary pro is my go to source if I’m looking at learning a new word/phrase.. it’s been excellent so far until the recent update. After updating, all the features that comes with it vanished into thin air.. can’t tell if it’s a glitch or it was intentional on the part of the developers.. I can’t find the idioms, example, learners encyclopedia and all the other functions that it came with.. would be glad if this could be fixed in the next update..Version: 8.4.4

Absolutely a great aidI use the app with all options since I am an avid reader, and if if I don't understand a word, I can't get the full benefit of what I'm trying to understand!!! Wish I had such a great resource when involved in my high school and college days instead of having to find a book dictionary! Great app!!!! The options thesaurus, encyclopedia, etc. are a great help for "deeper learning". And so convenient!.Version: 10.0.6

ADs?!😵😱🤯I’ve used this dictionary app for years and found it to be useful and enjoyable. Unfortunately, I began seeing advertisements several times whenever I read an article, took a quiz, or viewed the words of the day. I thought I mistakenly downloaded the free version, as this is a new iPhone, but it was indeed the Pro version. I deleted the app and I’m purchasing it again- believe me, the app is worth the onetime small fee- and if I continue to see advertisements, I’ll contact customer service..Version: 7.5.10

Good and not so goodAs a normal (not linguistics or writer or anything serious) but everyday user of this app, I like that it has pretty much every word I look up. I also like their packages like rhyme dictionary, etc. What I don’t like is how sluggish it is. When I’m busy I just need to look up a word really quick and move on. But sometimes it takes forever to load—I’m guessing because it wants to load the other app features like the word of the day. I think there should be an option to not load that stuff and get to the core business of looking up a word. One feature suggestion is maybe including word relationship (not sure what this is called), but I’m talking about parent words and child words. “Language” would be a parent or grandparent of “word”, conceptually. I hope this make sense. Once again, I’m not a linguist or anything like that. :).Version: 11.6.0

Network ManagerGood product. It works great for looking up definitions, which is the primary purpose of any dictionary. This app promises an additional feature, Word of the Day, to help improve your vocabulary and educate. Every time I try to look at the word of the day, I'm presented with the word from the past (apparently the last time I looked at it). Refreshing it to the current date is extremely difficult and often not worth the time and effort. There is room for improvement here..Version: 7.5

One touch definition and reverse button wishedThis app has saved much time in conversation over the years. Adding a feature which enables ... 1) touching a word 2) proceeding to ask whether or not to open a new window(screen) for that diction 3) once opening that diction, offering an option to return to original screen via reverse button on top left ... Would help greatly. Keep doing the daily word..Version: 7.5.18

Better than the othersThis app is definitly the easiest to use. Being able to switch quickly from dictionary to thesaurus and being able to quickly jump from one entry to another from the lists makes it seamless to look up a few words very quickly. great for writers, english langauge learners, or rememerbing that word that was on the tip of your tongue! no phone is complete without it!.Version: 7.5.29

Good definitions, often terrible examplesI cannot give this app five stars because the examples often seem to have been picked randomly by some algorithm with no understanding of the context. For example, when I looked up “meme” today the example given was in French, and the only relationship with the definition given was the occurrence of the four letters MEME. Needless to say, that four-letter word in French has a completely different meaning. This is an extreme example, but English instances are quite common..Version: 7.5.1

I use this for everythingGreat app, always provides multiple well-labled definitions and I love the word of the day feature..Version: 7.4.4

A Word Lover's DreamUnfortunately the new update came with a problem - part of the entire page is cut off on the right side of the screen. Please fix! This is one of my favourite apps, and now I can’t see part of the definition, extremely irksome!.Version: 7.4.5

The OneThis is the one. Was displeased that paid for the no-ads upgrade on iPad, and iPod/iPhone is a different version where the purchase doesn’t carry over. Found there were two different ones that work here - one with ads you can’t get rid of, and this one that has no ads. Perfect. Thus, this is the one. 😎.Version: 11.6.0

Please fix some problems after updateGreat app! It had became painfully slow when I decided to check whether there was an update, and I was glad I did. There are some problems after the update though. I can no longer add words to favorites. The star icon beside each word is gone. Also, every time I search for a word, even a simple word like “restaurant”, it jumps to “DID YOU MEAN” after I click search whiling showing “no results found”, when it should just directly show the meaning of the word. Then I have to click “DEFINITION” to get the definition. My final complaint is that the app did not remind me to update, or simply update itself automatically. My app had become painfully slow, and I had to search for “Dictionary.com pro” to see if there was an update, and trust me it was not easy, because it is not among the first few results and I have to scroll all the way down to find it..Version: 9.8.0

Swipe to go back and fav wordsI love the app. I would recommend two major updates: 1) swipe to go back. I would love it if we could swipe to go our previous page. Right now that arrow at the top left is hard to reach and not very intuitive to the iOS experience. 2) a more organized favourite words list. Perhaps creating a feature to have different folders to group words (legal, buzz words, Latin, Greek, etc).Version: 9.4.0

DictionaryBest thing I have ever had. Takes few seconds to check word or spelling..Version: 9.3.0

EffectiveThis user friendly dictionary is very effective and you go to in any time that you need an assistance with your writing- listening or reading..Version: 9.0.0

Dictionary ReviewI like to be certain I choose the right words when I converse with friends - written or verbally. Since I am aging I use the dictionary daily. When reading a book, so easy to check the meaning of a word. The new format works for me..Version: 8.13.1

Not that greatI’ve been using the free version for years but decided to upgrade when I couldn’t find the word kae (a jackdaw or jay). So, it turns out that the first word I entered wasn’t in the dictionary. Also, bident is not in the dictionary. A two-pronged implement like pitchfork. A weapon associated with Hades the ruler of the underworld..Version: 7.5.29

Love itAnytime I hear a new word, and want to know it’s meaning, I have it in a touch!.Version: 7.5.29

Unfailing useful. When not sure about word context this app helps tremendously. I expect that its’ data is supported by web sources and therefore is contemporary in its results. No faults found on any searches. If this review appears unexciting that’s only because of how well the app works..Version: 7.5.27

PamdrewOne of the best apps on my phone.Version: 7.5.16

A pronunciation problem.Love this app however recently the "pronounce" option is not working. Could you fix this as my wife who is a francophone uses it often and I lately for strange name ... how to pronounce: Uyghur for example. Thanks for your attention Christian.Version: 7.5.19

Pretty goodVery useful app indeed.Version: 7.5.13

Heavy userI’ve relied on this app for several years, big fan. A minor but constant annoyance would be that the far right side of the search bar doesn’t “listen” to taps... I am someone who is inclined to use my right thumb, and every time I want to search for a word I end up stabbing hopelessly before remembering that I have to reach or use my left thumb. MINOR flaw, I know.. but just making a note....Version: 7.5.13

Great app. Vocabulary builder?I use the app often. One thing I could use within the app is a vocabulary builder type function (flash cards come to mind)..Version: 7.5.13

Love itLove it.Version: 7.5.7

My Go-To Dictionary...I can’t fault this app in any way. It’s more than a dictionary: word games/quizzes, videos about things like their “Word of the Year”, also, the Word of the Day (which most of these have, tbh) is actually very educational. Love it!.Version: 7.5.1

Great appGreat app. Comes in very handy..Version: 7.5.1
