Coins and silverHey Nextdoor neighbors, The last couple of years l've been collecting gold and silver coins and bullion. Im the youngest coin collector that attends the Marietta coin show once every month. As being apart of the younger generation the history behind the currency is just a none stop learning experience as of the earlier assumed date is around 650 BC a still going on today. I'm trying to clear out some of my lower valued coins to invest in coins with higher value. Also it is a great way to start teaching the children how to invest into gold and silver which in this market is rarely a decrease in the face value. With gold and silver coins there's a lot of different ways to price certain coins such as one being either gold or silver value as-well as the coins face or natural coloring in the coin. OUTSTANDING!This is the app that I have needed for a few years now. I really never bothered to look through the App Store because I just assumed there would not be an app that could actually do everything that I needed done. I buy & sale antiques & vintage items & occasionally I will see a good deal on a bulk coin Lot, so I usually have to go thru the whole lot one by one and look up the info on each one, and while it is a lot of fun & very interesting, it’s very time consuming.. so I just happened to look in the App store and this app scans the coin, tells you everything about the coin in a matter of seconds & lists in a collection for you. It can also grade the coin for you and has alot of other features as well. So basically, this App covers any & everything that someone may need done when collecting coins of any kind. Not just American coins… all foreign coins as well. Excellent App for coin collectors or for anyone that may be just needing to identify what type of coin, grade, estimated price, ect… of just a few coins..Version: 1.2.24

Developers please read🔜⬇️Me and my grandpa collect coins together so when I saw a ad for this I knew that it was exactly what I needed and I got it and it did bombard me with subscriptions and premium deals which was really annoying and it also only lets premium members use the extra good identification so I am mad about that but other than that it was pretty good but the developers need to make the extra good identification for everyone because it is not fair and I should not have to pay 9+ dollars a month so that I get a specific answer from the app when I downloaded it to give me specific answers also I was trying to identify one of my grandpas coins that is rare and is from ancient china so I specified the exact dynasty and that coin identifier robot guy denied the empire ever existed and would not give me a straight answer and then at the end it asked me if the results were satisfactory and I said no and it said the developers are always working to improve it wich I do not believe because if that was true then it would have been made completely free a long time ago. The normal coin identification process is actually pretty well made so I can give the developers that but it definitely needs improvement.Version: 1.6.5

It’s amazingly fun and easy📲💯DOWNLOAD THIS APP🪙‼️Its fun cause you can collect and take pictures of all the coins on sets that are officially made already or you can start your own set. And really easy to use and most importantly you get really excited when you take a picture of a coin and the pricing that shows up as like $6,000, yup even I had not just one but maybe like 2 or 3 that said it was worth more than $6,000 so it gets exciting when that happens. There’s a lot more things that this app can do for free so much I can’t really think of all of them lol. It’s and amazing app you learn about coins and have some excitement and some fun as well I highly recommend this app even if your not into coins like that I would just try it out and I’m telling you’ll end up being so into coins, and of course if you are already into coins and some reason you have found or downloaded this is well just say your missing out lol👍💙.Version: 1.12.0

Pretty Awesome so far!Started collecting coins with my kids few years ago, now we’re in the process of cataloging, grading (with our nonprofessional eyes) and valuing the collection..one coin at a time. I spent hours taking photos of coins and looking up specs and history of each coin on the internet. Weighing and measuring, it’s been about 2 coins an hour until I found CoinSnap. We just got the app and have gone through two coins but it’s a fantastic app for what I need. I just put the coin on a flat surface with good light and good contrast between the coin and background. I’m using a black mouse pad, works great. The app guides you through taking the picture, it tells you when to snap the pic. It only took the app 2 or 3 seconds to identify and grade the coin. It presents you with all of the coin attributes you could want, specs (thickness, weight, diameter, scent). I definitely recommend this app based on my use so far..Version: 1.9.0

SO SLOWWThis game is amazing. It’s useful and perfect for me since I love collecting old things because it’s cool to think about- but that’s past the point. All the info on the coins inputted are spectacular, but, I do have one grudge with one of my coins, which, shows up as some different coin when I take a picture of it. The coin is this “library coin” and it’s super interesting. But it just doesn’t look like my coin when I see the actual pictures of it. But anyways- some of my other critiques, are easy to handle. 4/5 for that because it’s SO hard to get the perfect fit for my coins. But it’s amazing and organized and super easy to find what I want to look at. My last problem is that it’s SO SLOWW. It has a few bugs especially when it comes to the loading the coin pages up. Every time it can’t load, I have to double click the button, restart the app and take another picture of it. That’s one of the burg reasons I put a 3. Still, overall a great app to approach if you have a coin collection and you want to know the value. Stay safe :).Version: 1.4.7

Coinsnap review from 0x0AlaskaThis is a pretty good app. I’m impressed with how well the camera on this app picks up the details on the coins. You can start collections of what coins you have and even look up foreign coins. So your able yo do enough without buying. The one thing I would change is the error check. Right now, you snap a pic, then have option to grade the coin or see the know error coins for that year. With in the error coin section it give you the option to ‘check’ but its only a very generic and a bit vague description of the type of error. I’d much rather have a separate ‘learning’ type of section telling about the different kinds of error coins out there and under check have some pictures of the actual error coins or examples of other. It would also be nice to have a daily/streak bonus of some kind to entice me to come back on more of a regular basis. Maybe a silly game type of component, or a daily coin to collect would be sweet..Version: 1.5.8

Great app, could be better tho! This app is great in identifying coins and categorizing them where you can come back to update or decide on sending them to be professionally graded. It would be even better if it could assign a numerical number to the graded coin such as AU58 or MS70, currently the best I can get is the letter designation of the grade. Also it doesn’t distinguish between Mint state or proof grade either only shows results as mint state coins for all of the mints. Another important part of grading a coin is the type of finish on the coin such as cameo or deep cameo which would also be a great improvement to this app. Currently the user has to manually input these selections to correctly log the completed coin entry. With these improvements to the imaging gathering aspect of the app it would definitely be a “have to have” tool for any collector, amateur or professional..Version: 1.4.2

Good but awkward & non-intuitiveGreat app for a novice coin collector. But there are GUI issues. For example, when you “grade” a coin (by taking its photo), and decide to “add it to a collection”, it doesn’t store the photo you just took. Instead, it stores a generic reference photo in your collection in addition to its Grade. If you want the actual photo (without the Grade), you have to use the different camera icon. When you manually add the value of the coin, the pop up window with the number-pad totally covers the rest of the screen & its difficult to close the number-pad (ie, no ‘cancel’, ‘close’ or ‘ok’ button). Overall, good app if you just want simple grading. In fact, I have several PCGS graded coins that the app gave the same grade too. Only real drawback on grading (which is very subjective), is that the app will only grade ranges, not specific values. For example, it will grade a coin as MS but not specifically MS63. This is a bit frustrating since MS runs from MS60-MS70..Version: 1.4.3

ImproveI would first like to say that I love your app! It’s very easy to use and you don’t make me pay loads of money to use it. In fact, I haven’t paid anything as I just use the free version. But what I would like to see more of is, recognizing error coins without having to look them up. After I take pictures of my coin using your app, it identifies the coin and estimates a grade very well, but it would be nice if it simply told me if I had an error coin. I want to Fornieles that I understand you I didn’t find yours very well., But not specific airs on specific coins.. So after I take a picture, you identify and grade it, but you need to look at the error list next. I would like to add that I know you have an error list, but it does not give specific errors on specific coins. So then I pull up the Internet and find out where that particular error is on the coin. It’s just frustrating to do the extra work and I’m lazy..Version: 1.6.4

Carol, new to collectionsI sent a message earlier when asked about if I was a collector. I would like to add a little more to my answer I have saved some coins through out my time. I also have some coins that my mother had saved. I feel the need to update my answers to the questions. I , along with everything I had said, I am kinda starting to get into the mindset that it would be something I would like doing. My eyes are getting so bad it’s hard for me to see the dates on most coins. I believe that is one reason I have such a hard time getting excited. I would like also add that while metal detecting I found a 1989 Indian head Penny from Illinois and a 1890 from Texas. I wish I had more experience as a younger person. I could have really liked it and my brain was a little bit sharper. Thank you again..Version: 1.7.1

Great app, but has it’s problemsI love this app, but it has its problems. First of all I have the premium subscription for this app and it still has the same problems… frustrating! The main problem with this app is that whenever I open the app on my iPad it automatically rotates to the side… meaning that I have to hold my iPad all weird. With it rotated like that it’s really hard to take pictures on this app because of my iPad case. I have tried everything but nothing can fix it. It’s very frustrating to be paying for this and have the same bad issues! It would make sense for it to rotate if this app was for phones alone, but it says that it is a iPhone and iPad app. That’s primarily the only reason that I am giving this app a three star rating. I do love the rating system tho! developers, please read..Version: 1.7.5

Actually impressedI am a coin dealer who has been involved in the hobby for 13 years. I saw the clickbait ads showing pocket change coins being valued at $5-$500 so I figured I’d give the app a shot. The identification works as expected but many apps have done this before. The price guide isn’t accurate but I’d argue no price guide today, even something like Greysheet wholesale bid isn’t accurate to the true market value of a coin as there are so many factors that influence the value. Finally the grading. I’m actually impressed how decently well this app grades. It gives a broad range but I can forgive that as I know grading isn’t an exact science. It shows Goods and Goods, VG’s as VG’s, VF’s as VF’s, AU’s as AU’s. I’m pleasantly surprised it works decently well. I feel it may have a bias for brighter or dipped coins and a bias against darker coins with XF-AU level of detail but the app I feel still grades pretty well to give someone who is not as informed a general idea as to the grade of their coin. Not sure what the subscription thing is for. I hate subscription services. Just let me pay a flat 30 bucks to access all the features permanently dammit! Anyways despite the ads being obnoxious I’m surprised the app is of much higher quality then I expected..Version: 1.4.8

My 2 centsVery impressed with coin snap. I downloaded it from the App Store, entered the required card info, and was checking my first coin all within 5 minutes. I don’t know anything about checking the value of coins but this app seems to know quite a bit. I snapped a picture front and back of a nickel laying on the table and hit “check” within seconds I was provided with all kinds of information including value which as it turns out was worth more than 5 cents five times more actually! The trial period is only 7 days but I’m already contemplating the annual fee of $29. Who knows with this app I might find one coin that can pay that off 😁.Version: 1.6.2

No manual input for rough coinsI have a premium membership and I really have a loved it. Extremely helpful on foreign coins. But the reason I can’t give it five stars is because I can find no way to import the coins that don’t photograph well enough for the app. Some of us collectors have very old, if not ancient coins that we have researched and know what it is, but there’s no way to put it in our collection inside the app because it doesn’t photograph well enough. It would be great to see an option after the photograph is taken that you can click on input coin data if it is wrong. Currently you’re limited to maybe changing a year and a grading but no way to change the name of the type of coin. If there is an option, and I just can’t find it, let me know and I will change my rating, because I do really enjoyed the app!.Version: 1.5.0

CoinsIt’s a very nice app it’s good to get a roundabout price. It would be nice to tell you what the imperfections are in the coins that are worth a lot. For instance, it could be worth between eight cents and $256,000 and that’s with the date, and the mint stamp on it, so then I have to go to a different site and see what people are selling it for and see what the imperfections are. That’s about the only problem I have with the app. It’s been great. I haven’t pulled out my coin collection since I was 13 and now I am 42 and some of the stuff I have seems like it could be worth a lot of money. So now I’m gonna go to a coin specialist and get them appraised. And I wouldn’t have done that without this site I seen it, and it made me remember about my coins in my old hope chest.Version: 1.3.6

Great app to startI got the this app because I recently started my own coin collection. It looks a tiny bit complicated at first, but you can easily figure out the whole app within a few minutes. There’s a collectors guide and a camera feature you can use to learn more about a coin and what it is worth in collectors eyes and basic reference value. But there was just one thing I was a little annoyed at. They used the same picture for a variety of coins that has different montages and dates instead of having individual pictures. If they update that this app is 11/10 for sure. (Comes with a free trial!!).Version: 1.12.4

Good app for beginning coin collectorsI really like this app, works well as far as it goes. However I’m not a gambler and since the developer does not reveal what options you get if you pay for it, I’m unwilling to spend money to find out if you can organize your coins into groups such as country of origin or types of coins and to print out the results. I used the app to identify more than 50 coins and it accurately identified 49 of them. Mint marks were accurately noted in about half, but condition and therefore value were way too generous. You have to scan the coin twice to get the condition and that value isn’t adjustable as the mint mark judgments are. If the above conditions were corrected, this app would be well worth it..Version: 1.4.1

Absolutely love it but maybe sell coins tooThis app is by far the best for coins. It gives you so much details, and I think the last thing to make this app even better would be to add a place to sell them. People have a hard time finding someone to sell coins, at least I do, and I know that if we could sell them that would make it so much easier on me. Please consider it. But even if you don’t sell the coins if we choose to put them up for sale, it’s an amazing app. If I could give it higher than a five out of five I would. Keep it up! And if you read this, thank you..Version: 1.4.12

Excited but then…Read review with excitement I downloaded app and uploaded my first coin thinking this app was gonna help me with my collected coins I’ve gathered over a lifetime but then I realized there wasn’t an option for circulated coins I’ve acquired (which pretty much is my whole collection) -when grading coins this app only allows for uncirculated coins I guess. I didn’t see an option to select ie: pocket change or coins acquired in circulation or found coin from change etc as I believe other downloaders of this app assumed besides me- mislead by advertisements THIS APP DOES NOT GIVE YOU THE VALUE OF YOUR OLD COINS YOU'VE COLLECTED OVER THE YEARS - it only gives the expected value of minted or proof uncirculated collected coins which most people don’t really have or care about I want to know how much value if any my old coins found over the years have -meaning: does this 1965 silver quarter I found while doing laundry have a value more than the 25 cents it’ll credit me in this washing machine right now?! If you add this ”circulated option” to your “grading and value search” in your coin app then I’ll give you five stars and a favorite app of all time review..Version: 1.3.9

Very good but missing some key upgradesI believe the app is well worth the yearly fee but what would make it MUCH better would be ability to organize the collection based on denominations and years. For example, I uploaded a lot of coins. I should be able to click a button to organize it the way I want (denomination/date order) so I can locate specific coins without having to scroll incessantly. This would and should be a huge and easy update. Also, the app gives approximate ‘value’ at the time of scan. That value and auto updated values should be next to the individual coins without having to tap into it. Again, another easy software update. Hopefully we’ll see these soon!.Version: 1.9.2

Hobbies that give you a little something to go onIn my opinion I think it’s safe to say that we all have to have some way to generate the flow of income to have some kind of way to obtain assets and it’s can be somewhat an ordeal The saying that goes “it takes money to get money “ is the best way I can describe how this app approach this saying and very convenient if you ask me Thank you very much Hope this App in particular helps the consumer to invest the time convenience to have the ability to gain the benefit of this method of investing history for gained value as a way to obtaining currency of assets.Version: 1.4.15

1978???It could mean all of the difference in the world by one year or one mint mark recently a 1943 copper penny sold for $1,000,000 if this app told me it was a 1944… You can figure it out from there... I had a 2016 D penny and it came across as a 2019 D I gave it two stars instead of one because it got the mint mark correct which is impressive anyway I am one day into my free trial so I will update this accordingly when I check more coins of different denomination or if I hear back from the developers.......**update** I am changing my review from two stars to four stars I am not giving it five because I suggest you guys snap the photo of your coin in the identifier twice.Version: 1.4.14

Incomplete Catalogue and Unrefined FeaturesThere are many good capabilities in CoinSnap, but the catalogues are incomplete, wherein several common coin types are not linked to values. There are several additional steps to add a coin in some catalogues that are resolved in other catalogues. The value range is nice, but not what I would expect for a product one pays $30 annually for, given the grading feature which should refine the value of your particular coin. I would be curious to see how they accept user feedback to improve the app’s usability. I emailed them yesterday, since no phone number, and did not receive a reply yet. There doesn’t seem to be an option to look up value for sets such as a standard proof set etc..Version: 1.5.3

Great data base of coinsI’m impressed with this app so far. I’ve been a coin collector for about 15 years. Something I have a big bag of world coins. Some of those coins I had no idea where they come from, but with this app so far I’m able to find out. The coin grading tab work well, only a couple coins did I think it was probably wrong on the grade, but 99% of the time I think it spot on. Overall I think this is for sure a great tool for beginner coin collectors. It has a great data base, grading and inventory section. The yearly cost is also reasonable. Well done.Version: 1.4.4

Helpful but missing some simple optionsReally helpful for identifying old coins. Especially ones I had from other counties. After doing all the work to take hundred of pics of my coins with the app, I didn’t realize that there wasn’t a way to download all of the pics of the coins I put into the app without having to go back in and download load each pic individually. The option to download all of the pics at once would be really helpful considering it took a few hours in the first place. Also, to use the “grade my coin” option, I have to take pics again of the same coin instead of just using the pics I just took..Version: 1.4.5

Amazing AppThis App is everything I’ve needed. I’ve never been an avid coin collector. It started with collecting coins with the year of close relative birthdays. I then just thought it was neat to sift through them and see really old dated coins that aren’t circulating anymore. I then realized some could be worth money. I came across this app somehow and started looking through it. It’s so easy to navigate, tells me exactly what my coin is, offers the list of “error coins” that coincides with your certain coin.. I’m very pleased and happy I found this app!!.Version: 1.4.9

First timeJust loaded app. Snapped 4 coins, so far. My lighting where I took pictures is not bright. Yet, every coin was correctly identified as to year and exact description. Impressed so far. All coin estimated values were more than face value. This of course, is exciting to learn. Not high enough to cover cost of next meal, lol. Will be bringing out my coin stash, snap, turn, snap; perhaps one may be the one; changing my future 🙏🏻. Thanks for this app. Do you also have an app for paper notes? I’m giving a 4 star, until I review all my denominations..Version: 1.2.12

Good morning!Very interesting to see how many different kinds of coins are available to be worthy of a certain amount and levels. The best way to get to these coins would have been through an exchange rate system that would have been very different than what is currently being proposed by other coins and would have been more expensive than a regular. Thanks for your sharing and I will continue to look forward for more information about this coin..Version: 1.4.15

Developers please notice! So I like to collect coins and I used this app to help me out! At first it was going really well but then one time I scanned one coin twice in a row by accident but then I realized that it went from $250 to 6 cents… It was a nickel and I scanned it the exact same way I did when it ended up $250. So if you want an exact price I wouldn’t use this app and probably just go to a coin store because if I were to turn this coin in to get actual money I would most likely not be getting $250 because now every time I scan a certain coin two times it just ends up a different price than the first time I scanned it..Version: 1.8.0

Great app foe identification, grading and valuationThis is a wonderful app to grade and value your coins. I haven’t had the need yet to use the identify feature. I wouldn’t recommend the app currently as is today for logging your collection. There is no unique reference number or a wa to get an export or report view of your collection. You can see the total value of all coins but no way to see what is driving the value in your collection without looking at every single coin. Don’t get me wrong this is the best out there for what it does and I applaud the developer for adding a collection function..Version: 1.4.12

AwesomeI love this app. I can finally see all of my coin collection in one place. It’s all at my fingertips. Right now I am collecting foreign coins and it has about a 90% accuracy which saves me an enormous amount of time looking. And for a bonus it gives me a somewhat accurate value of the coins. A couple faults with this is, if it doesn’t recognize the coin (not focused, to far away, poor lighting) it would tell you that the coin is some medieval coin which obviously isn’t correct. I always verify I will definitely recommend this app for any coin collector. Two thumbs up.Version: 1.7.1

Close, but could be a bit betterOverall I like the progress program what is missing is ability to catalog your bullion and also some of the prices that they say are what they found in auctions do not apply in all cases I mean, for example I have a 1957 Franklin half dollar in proof condition that is worth by Greysheet $175well they say it’s worth over $3000 not a chance because I bought it for under 175 that’s just an example but overall close and other devices you can get in the ballpark with us plus it’s a decent cataloging system.Version: 1.12.3

CoinSnap is a lifesaverCoinSnap is an amazing app for corn collectors. I know my grandfather was a huge coin collector now that he’s died I’ve had to go through all of them and value them and honestly I just have to say CoinSnap makes things a whole lot easier only problem is takes a little too much space after you get at least more than 60 coins in your collection. My only criticism is that you make it free to export data. Apart from that five stars!.Version: 1.7.1

Great App! Needs work though.I like the app a lot! It has many features I enjoy and helps me when deciding on buying coins or finding coins to keep with my pocket change or bank rolls. Only issue I really have with the app is the camera when snapping a pic of a coin to identify or grade. Sometimes it’s difficult to center the coin and get a quality photo for the identification process. I’d also like to see estimates and identification of foreign coins too. In all it’s a great app! Fairly priced! Very handy for the collector and easy to use for the new collectors as well!.Version: 1.4.5

Unsure if I should trust the dataI have snapped collected coins that were on a card and clearly identified. Coin snap, however, gave me information about a completely different coin. Different year and everything. Why? We snapped it 3 different times and from different angles but it was wrong every time. Now I don't know whether to trust the data. Another penny I found had 28,800 coins minted. It valued that penny =.01. Which was lower than a regular 2023 penny value that had 3.000,000,000 or lore minted. Doesn't seem right. I wish there was an easy way to check and crossreference between sources..Version: 1.6.5

Best coin collector app! This is a really cool app, it asks you to pay at first but you can press cancel and it still allows you to be in the app for as long as you want. Also it has features the are very helpful for example it has a little robot and you can ask it any questions you want. Like what is the most expensive coin on earth. Overall I love this app and if your a coin collector this is a must need to save time and see how expensive your coin are..Version: 1.5.0

EfficientI have been using CoinSnap for almost two years now. I like the speed and accuracy of their software. I have a small collection but I finally got all my post WWII Europe coins logged in and the money at expensive I had was a $9.00 Swiss coin. Nothing big from Canada or Mexico but they are accounted for at least. I will get one roll of quarters from the bank a month and no “W” quarters for me yet. Though when I get one I will grade it fast!.Version: 1.14.1

Incredible Technology!I was totally blown away by the technology, as the app clearly can identify coins! Not only that but it generates a plethora of information, which by default allows the user to catalog and organize their collection. With that said, I must admit, even as a novice, I am highly skeptical of the app’s grading process, as it seems extremely lenient. Overall, now that I’ve had a chance to experiment with it, it’s an app I would never want to let go!.Version: 1.3.2

GreatI am a coin collector, and I’ve had the hobby for five years. I’ve been looking for an app to look up my coin prices and I found this one. this is a good app overall once you scan the coins, it will show you lots of information about the coin and the price. I also like how it shows the cost of your coin collection. But there is a subscription that is $30. Who knows I might find a coin from this app that’s worth that 😊.Version: 1.6.4

Great potential….I think it’s got great potential, as I like the user interface— but the APP requires some further development….. 1.). Ability to print out collection reports or don’t limit monthly exports to email 2.). Add additional fields to the .csv export (particularly the name field) or allow the user to pick which fields they want to include 3.). Obviously, work on the accuracy of grading 4.). The ability to zoom in more than just once on the photos in a collection. The app doesn’t allow you to see fine details of the photos, which is critical for coins..Version: 1.4.14

Just started usingOk everyone, nice start, does basic stuff. I have coins you do not have variety, I need to share photographs of coins I just photographed and place into collections. I do like the download feature and then I can place into a collection. Stay within the app. Excel not friendly, can’t take collections and place into excel to give more information in each coin. You have a spot for information but I haven’t mastered how to save. I keep sending features Cheers.Version: 1.4.1

Good, not great.Love the premise, and it works ok, but execution needs some work. Couple big call-outs: 1. Would like to be able to print my collection; 2. Value range is way too broad $4 - $8500 what do I do with that? Would be super great to get closer to true value. Also, dislike have to take pictures twice once to identify the coin and a second time to grade it. also found a couple bugs for example trying to enter a value for a given coin when trying to add it to a collection (unable to update it after the fact either)..Version: 1.4.4

Great app.I have downloaded this app mainly to check coins and for fun. It’s a great app. The only reason I’m rating a 4 star is because every so often the app would ask me if the result of the coin was correct. I am not a collector is why I downloaded the app. I couldn’t tell if the coin was correct or not LOL. And the only option I have was a “yes” or “no” option. Please have an “I don’t know option” 🤷🏻‍♀️😂 that’s why I’m using the app to see if my coins are legit or not or is a collectible item..Version: 1.13.4

Wry handyDoesn’t recognize some coins but the camera does all the adjustedments on its own and even snaps the pic when It’s ready so all u have to do is point the phone with one hand and rotate the coin in the other it the app does everything else for u and makes it pretty easy ..Version: 1.2.12

CongratsExcellent app. The only thing I’d like to see is non monetary tokens added. Other then that. I love it. Will recommend to anyone that’ll listen.Version: 1.7.0

Why CoinSnap is coolIt literally thought a coin worth like 0.37cents was an Italian WW1 coin which is like 24$ so CoinSnap is sooo nice😁.Version: 1.6.5

Needs to be updatedI have a 2023 Elsie MacGill Colored BU, One Dollar Loonie, Canadian $1. The app is unable to identify it because the app hasn’t been updated to recognize 2023 coins. Otherwise this app is amazing and you don’t need the pro version to identify coins which is awesome..Version: 1.4.17

AwesomeWorks great for majority of world coins I wish it would have error identifiers under varietys or separate columns.Version: 1.4.16

KrReally good app for collecting.Version: 1.4.17

Value!Love this app. I think some coins should have a little more value since the years are over 15 years old. I wish it could do this for bills as well. Overall love it..Version: 1.3.2

King CharlesCan you please update we are receiving a lot of King Charles coins and the are getting confused with USA coins, he isn’t recognized I love your app I would have for it to fall behind, the 2022year anniversary of Elizabeth II D.G Regina is when our Queen passed away most are under that year.Version: 1.13.2

FunMakes collecting coins easier being a beginner! It’s a lot of fun too!.Version: 1.14.3

AlCanadá 5 cents for 1926 had two separate mintages: far 6 and near 6 with vast numismatic and financial value. Your AI did not recognize this. I’m still on probationary subscription. But this makes me very uneasy about your accuracy..Version: 1.14.3

You do not need to payI don’t know if I’ve just accidentally found a way to bypass the free trial and pay period but I’ve managed to use it fine without paying. It is still very accurate..Version: 1.9.0

Works AmazinglyI received 2 old coins this month and I wanted to know how much they were worth. This app told me what I needed to know, told me the name, the year and everything else. To whoever made this: Keep up the good work and continue making excellent and useful apps..Version: 1.9.0

FANTASTICI have been collecting for years and always wanted to catalog my coins, lately I get out the magnifying glass and light to go over each coin and write down on paper what I have. This tedious job has been replaced today with a snapshot on my phone and I know with in seconds what I have and how much it could be worth. I love this *****.Version: 1.8.0

Accuracy, from user interaction should be encouragedSome coin identifications are completely wrong. Users input should be considered with appropriate verification by App moderators. Allow user labelling before saving to Collections..Version: 1.8.0

Great job’ coin snapKeep up the good work “.Version: 1.7.0

PiècesSuper.Version: 1.6.5

SuggestionsAmazing app. So far has been able to accurately identify my coins. I think the subscription price is fair as well. My two biggest things so far are that you can’t put coins in multiple collections Example. I want to put a coin in my coloured toonie collection AND my favourites collection. Second thing is that there should be a way to sort coins alphabetically so that you can easily see duplicates. That is all I have for now! Keep up the good work!.Version: 1.6.5

Very convenient for new collaboratorsVery easy and trustworthy app.Version: 1.6.5

InterestingWorks like a charm.Version: 1.6.5

Useful Tool for a Coin CollectorWhen you’re in the right lighting, this app will snap an accurate photo of your coin and tell you all you need to know about it. The only downside is just how frequently the app crashes. I’ve used the app for roughly half an hour so far and it’s crashed at least 5 times. It’s not a dealbreaker for me by any means, but it’s definitely a bit annoying. It happens after I snap both photos but before the analyzing screen comes up..Version: 1.6.5
