Great technical supportI installed the app when it was first released, I admit I had some of the issues other users notated. However after contacting support it seems they were able to correct all my issues, including having to continually login, without having to install a whole new app. Their support seems to have some way of correcting app issue in "real-time". Love this app and the wine!We’ve purchased wine via WTSO for almost 5 years and still going. I set up a daily reminder because I like to see the specials. I have not experienced any technical issues. Login problem work aroundI too had the problem logging in but figured out a workaround. I went to the website and attempted to create the account there, it told me my email address already existed in their system which told me that even though I received an error when creating an account in the app…it actually did create it. Went back to the app, when to the login screen, entered my details and I was able to get in just fine. They do need to update this app though!.RfiddyVersion: 2.1

Better EffortThis is much better than what first came out. Badges and alerts works as expected which is just what I need for when WTSO has one of those rapid-fire sales that they do on occasion. The one shortcoming: clicking on "Purchase" looks like I'm going to be able to purchase in-app -- It even lets me select quantity -- but instead it goes to the web site. It does log me in to my WTSO account, but I'd rather complete my transaction in the app where I don't have to resize the screen to make text readable. Still it's a start. It looks very nice and loads relatively quickly (though it would be better if the app could check for a product change before actually reloading). If they improve the in-app shopping experience, this would be a 5-star implementation for me..IByronVersion: 0

Great - used it weeklyHave had zero problems with the app. Have even called the company to ask what if I don't like the wine (never happened) and they said they would take it back no issues. We have been able to try all sorts of new wines that we would not otherwise think of trying. As for the pricing when you take into account free shipping and no sales tax it becomes a SUPER deal. Enough with the push notificationsI actually really enjoyed this app, it worked just fine for me despite all the negative reviews I'm reading. My issue, however, was the push notifications. Much needed improvementsThis version actually works for me whereas the old one notified me of new product sales but wouldn't let me actually purchase. I made my first purchase last night very quickly and without issue. This could be dangerous ;). Only complaint now is I can't figure out how to turn off the audio alert when there's a new sale. I USED to buy wine hereI have been logged out so many times (my password is not easy to remember/guess) that now I take one whack at typing in my password and if I fail, I just don't buy wine. They have missed out on a sale of four bottles each of Barolo and Rioja. And counting. While I'm still happy with WTSO - when I buy - this version of the app is costing them sales. From me, at least. Interesting idea but not a good dealI downloaded this app a few weeks ago but have yet to place a single order. I have yet to find a single wine that their price is actually the best. Plus I don't like having to purchase multiple bottles to get free shipping of a wine that I have never tried. Frustrating appAgree with other reviews about getting booted out of app to Safari and then need to re-login to purchase. I lost a ton of purchases on the last 2 marathon days ($$ lost in sales for WTSO) during this process (safari logs you out after a certain time, even though I have 'remember me' checked). The app is basically useless without this feature. Plus, their twitter feed updates in live time, whereas the push notifications from the app come up long after the initial offering.
