Where has this app been all my life?I spent 2.5 weeks starting in early December to catalogue and inventory 45 years of Christmas ornaments and decorations. More than that when you consider that I inherited both from my mother and my grandmother. Without this app, I was daunted by the enormity of the task. Now that the holiday season has passed, it was a breeze to find the containers to where the ornaments needed to be returned. Above and beyond that, I am able to include information about the origin of each item, the current value, and to whom I would like it to go to should I no longer wish to keep it in my possession. I'm going to use this app for more than just seasonal things. I've already started including all new acquisitions. This is so much more than I expected from a mobile app!!.NHelkVersion: 1.983

Theater folks this is the one!‘Member not so long ago you could get all kinds of apps for free and if you liked them you’d pay a small one time fee? Now apps are barely functional unless you upgrade to a monthly reoccurring charge or they’re so full of ads they’re impossible to use. Well not this lovely, wonderful, brilliant, well thought out, easy to use, multi-functional database app. This baby is free with no ads popping up and boy is it amazing for inventorying your costumes and props. I don’t mind paying for something that actually works well I just don’t like being forced into paying just to see if something works. That said I would pay in a heartbeat for this app. In it it speaks of paying for a pro version but I can’t find that anywhere cause I was gonna so maybe it’s in the works but trust me for costume and prop inventory this is hands down the best. Better than some $500 costume inventory software I’ve worked with before that can only be installed on one computer and can’t be stored online and you pay yearly for upgrades ($75) and $100 to put it on another computer. A Strong Inventory DatabaseAfter playing around with the features, I get the sense that this can be used not only for basic inventory organization—by installing on an iPhone or iPad it’s perfect for inventory recording mobility, but it also has the ability for deeper use. Features such as a barcode scanner, stock keeping reminders for low stock, lending, general locations and the subsets such as specific drawers, etc. Valuations and an in-app calculator help generate reports. It’s nice that you can set up separate databases, e.g. books, software, any collections you can imagine. I’d like to see a full CSV export, a way to use WiFi to import/export rather than having to use iTunes, and a sync feature between other users that might share the database..Account UnknownVersion: 1.989

Best AppThis is one of my favorite apps. I have been using the tool since 2011. Over the years I have pretty much identified, itemized and located all my possessions. I can tell when I purchased the item, how much I paid, who I purchased it from and where it is located in my house. Pretty much all my possessions are at my fingertips and when I need to know where something is, it is easy to find. Invaluable and totally unique application for my phone. Very UsefulWe live on our sailboat and I've been using this app for almost a year to catalogue and record where each item is stowed. Given the type of storage available, as well as how frequently we reorganize, this app is proving invaluable. What is frustrating is that the app has markedly decreased in speed while in use and frequently shuts itself down while I am taking a photo of an item. If I don't save the entry immediately upon starting that profile, I'll lose whatever I've recorded when app shuts down. Feedback from app developer is that I have too much memory dedicated to pics. Very Very Helpful!Great app! This app makes the tedious job of cleaning out and getting a handle on your possessions rewarding because your labor becomes lasting. It allows you to sort into up to 5 levels (Hall>Closet>Bottom Shelf>Blue Bin) of storage, adding item detail with photos and bar codes. Whenever you change the location you stow something it's easy to update the app. There's a line drawn between an item and storage. A bucket could be an item but if you keep cleaning tools in it, it would be storage, and it is "storage" that breaks down into no more than 5 levels..CailohVersion: 1.988

"Where the $@&#! did I put that..."This is a super handy little app for those of us who can never seem to remember where we have stored things. Although it’s not really a customizable database it has a slew of handy features including if you loan an item to someone, the value, etc. With a few tweaks it could probably be used to help with insurance claims (allow multiple photos, attachments, etc.) though I know that's not its intended purpose. Confusing in setting upSetup location, categories, then try to add (listing) my items and pressing '+' a keyboard doesn't appear to type in items. Went through other pages & same thing happened (no keyboard). 2 be tine happened having to delete app and reinstall & started over. Easy to figure out and useIt took a little time to figure my way through it, especially how my spouse and I could both sync the inventory through his MacBook rather than through the cloud, but once I got it, it’s a breeze! Does as advertisedThe only downside I have and I feel like this would be useful for many members is to allow more than one phone. For some items a front and read photo documenting special features or tags can help in recovery if the items are stolen. 2-3 photos may be a helpful option. Best Inventory App...PeriodThe flexibility of this app is amazing. Barcode scanning, asset assignment, values, google-like search, multiple photos, pdf and CSV export, the list goes on... I would be happy to pay for a version with slightly more features. Biggest drawback is no cloud storage so you can’t share live database with multiple people. Great way to know your inventoryThere's one thing I'd really love, though, because I categorise everything. I want a way to add categories within categories, just like storages. I have all my electronics in one cabinet, but my power cables are in one box, audio equipment in another. I love how I can setup a database that says which box in which cabinet my audio equipment is, but I want to be able to see that my audio equipment counts as part of the electronics category. Great Inventory Record Keeping App!This is a great app and I’ve been using it for years. I maintain 3 separate databases, 1 for items in my storage unit, 1 for food inventory in my freezers, and 1 to keep track of my Charcuterie Hobby products on hand. The one caveat I’ve realized is when you share data bases between devices you have to export to iTunes or to iCloud and if you’re not careful you can overwrite the wrong database on the importing device. Just make sure you have the proper database open on the receiving device before you import the file. The only thing this app is lacking is an auto-syncing of same named databases via the iCloud. Great value for the moneyEasy to use and flexible. I am using this app to document home inventory. Works wonderfully. The feature of adding multiple notes and photos to each item is a plus. It helps me add to my collection without duplication. I pull up my app and know exactly what I have. You can export to a spreadsheet as well. Great appI just got the app and have been using it to inventory my farm tools and supplies. I have a lot of different storage places and no time to be looking for things, so it’s good to know exactly where things are. It’s also great to not have little notes all over reminding me to buy something and when I make a trip to the farm supply store, I have my list all ready! It’s also a helpful process to itemize and get rid of what I don’t need. The only suggestions I’d have for improvement would be 1. To have a unit option for quantities (kgs, lbs, each, custom size, etc) and 2. to be able to record different locations for the same item. I have multiples of some tools, for example, and keep them in different locations. Very Useful!The free version only lets you log 15 items. It was enough though to have me buy the full version, it has all the features I was looking for in an inventory control app. Unfortunately, as many ways as I tried to import what I had already logged in the free version to the full version, it wasn't happening and I had to log them all again. Almost There ...I am a pack rat with a storage locker full of boxes as well as my basement. I use this app to keep track of all of my storage boxes and so far it's been great. Needs a bit more work before it gets 5 stars. More than one photo per item would be nice, Dropbox support and a link to a sample import CSV would be nice. Oh and also collapsible storage locations would be nice, I have over 300 boxes and need to scroll through all of them to find the one I'm looking for. Great for tracking your stuffI have worked with inventory databases of all sorts and this one is is easy to use and great for tracking all your stuff. You have be aware the more stuff you have and pictures you take will use up memory. Although I like the reports the database will make it would be nice if you could name them or if they could put the date in the name. Otherwise you end up with a bunch of reports with the same name. This is good for both personal inventory and business inventory. Great, but...This app is great and packed with awesome features - However, I am using this app to archive books, and it does NOT read the additional barcode info that books use beside the UPC. Good but...Since writing the review below I have YET to see one update. This could be so much more but the developers don't seem to want to improve it. I paid for the upgrade so now I'm stuck with it I guess...until I find a better app. Jan12, 2017 ------- 1. I'd love to be able re-name databases. 2. Syncing between devices is too complicated with the saving to Dropbox etc And even emailing the files I'd hit-n-miss. Live updates would make this app stellar!!! 3. I use (my paid version) for my home based business, finished products, and I'd love a "sold" feature 4. Needs improvementI just started trying to use this app. The photos seemed to be a good idea but I can't enlarge the photos in the sample Db. They are way too small/low resolution to be useful. I don't think I'm going to continue trying to use it..Cyclista55Version: 1.983

Don't Waste Your Money 👎I downloaded the lite version and found it fairly simple to use, but it allowed you a very limited no. of items you could inventory, so of course I caved a bought the paid version. I put in a number of items in my paid version, but still had about 13 items in the lite. Customer support gave me instructions for importing into the paid version but failed to mention that it ERASES all the data in the paid version. So angry, customer service gave a curt sorry, there's nothing we can do! Do yourself a favor and get a version that allows you to save to Dropbox and has a customer service team that is not quite so flippant! I really wish that apps could be refunded..Gaps55Version: 1.73
