Pretty great 👍🏼Def worth downloading even if u do not sign up for the VIP. There is plenty to choose from to create awesome personalized photos, cards, etc. I had joined their VIP n I loved it. I love how u can create birthday cards to send digitally and calendars, thank you cards n so much more personalized with a photo(s) or just even txt. I used it often & tho this apps VIP payment is reasonable and low cost, with all the others I had signed up for it was well over $150 a month n that’s just crazy. So I canceled them all to c which I genuinely used enough to warrant spending $ on them and if I even needed to. So now not being VIP I most times feel I am still able to create some really cute pics/cards/etc n I am grateful that there r some pretty great options for the templates for all the holidays n cards etc. tho borders and stickers. . . I remember way bck when this app had loads of free download options for stickers, borders etc. so if there were say 10 holiday border options for Halloween, there’d always be at least 1 or 2 FREE ones for u. Not anymore. U have to pay $1.99-$2.99 for one lil set of borders or stickers n it just is a waste IMO since I will use it once n most likely not again so... nah. I still was able to create a super adorable picture of my little guy n u usually can without being VIP. If you are not sure if you want to get this app here’s more info!!So over all I think this app is great but their are some things that I hate about this app. I love how there are so many different themes of the sets of stickers. From women's history month to Easter to pride to cats anything really. But for the stickers well almost all of them cost money or vip ✨✨and if you like buying stuff for apps and games than that’s good. It will get you amazing stuff. But if you don’t (like me) than it is so annoying to only get some of the stuff. And it goes for the background and other add one. Something I like about it is you can be creative with the stuff.🎨🖌 Such as the finger touch where you can draw amazing stuff just with your finger and you can look up any photos and images. 📷I love that you can put your own photos in. There are also amazing temples like birthday cards organizing cards and stuff like family photos witch is great. I personally love the fact you can send them. I send them too my friends and put stickers that remind me of them and add photos of them to mix it up. I also put a lot of photos and save the pictures and I make it my wall paper of my phone.I love that there are NO ADDS like YAY! 🎉If this all sounds nice and fun I think you should get this app but if not that’s okay too. Love the app, but have a frustrating issueMy issue is when I use text on top of my picture or pictures and I spend a lot of time doing that well then all of a sudden all of them are hidden. So I go into the layer button and it has the text that I have written so I hit one of them touch one of them, and, it brings it back up so it is layered on top of my pictures. Well then I go to get the other one and it comes up and layers on top of my picture with the other one leaves so it’s a constant circle. Of course it happens after I’ve spent hours working on the picture making it, perfect for other people that I’ve asked me to do it. I edit the pictures like a whole lot and then I put that text on top of it and imagine how frustrating it is to lose it and then having to start all over so maybe it’s user error which is very well could be or it’s something that I need to do, something that the app has a fly so not only did I want to tell you the issue but only am I frustrated and wanted to let you know that’s why you only got four stars and I wanted to let you know because if I didn’t report it then maybe you wouldn’t know if that was an issue with anyone so I appreciate you listening and I love the app so I will continue to use it but I will make sure that I’m not using a whole lot of text. I hate the newest changesFor almost three years now, Pic Collage has been my favorite photo enhancing app until today. I used to be able to search the backgrounds via the magnifying glass icon, and be able to access anything I’d need to coincide with what I’m selling so it would match the item. Now I type in something to the effect of: ‘Brown textured backgrounds’ and I get pictures of places, people, or items. It doesn’t matter what I type in, it still has similar choices. I don’t know what you did to that feature, but it’s awful now. Please change it back the way it used to be so I can easily access nice background wallpaper for my items for sale. That’s the only reason I’m rating this app three stars now, otherwise it would be five stars again. P.S. Just noticed that ALL of your background categories are also the same as I mentioned above. What happened to my favorite app?!?!?! Your backgrounds are what kept me so enthralled and now it’s AWFUL!! Please change the web background choices back. Quick and simple for anyoneI use this to make quick collages for my online sales and when people want to reserve things I can jump in this app and update it in 60 seconds with a professional looking banner across everything with the name and hold info. The initial collage is easy and quick and it’s actually fun to play around with all the edits until I get my collage looking sharp! I’m updating my initial review because I have recently discovered there are so many more things you can do with this app. I was doing a funny project for my husband from the kid’s and me, and I figured out how to layer pictures so you can actually use the scissors to cut out heads from photos on your reel that you’ve uploaded and put the head on someone else’s body ( switch bodies with the kids, screen shots of animals, etc.). This app is really amazing and I’ve stuck with the free version & there are TONS of other functions…I could spend hours exploring all the different things…so much fun for personal projects, or so professional for business! PCI’m a long time user of PicCollage and I love it! I have an account and have made some lovely friends, which has been incredible. I have a few problems though. There are ads that pop up when you post something, one of them is for a type of birth control. This isn’t an appropriate ad to be showing (it has been the only ad I’ve seen for months). The majority of the PC population is in middle school or high school, and that ad is geared towards people who are older than high school age. As someone in high school, I am uninterested in this ad, and it wastes my time and makes me uncomfortable. I relate to many other users with these feelings. Also, the most recent update (iPhone X compatible) has rendered the app itself virtually useless to me. I don’t know if I am alone in this, but I cannot view my notifications (likes, comments, remixes) or my profile, and I cannot post. When I try to see my notifications, I am directed to the website, and I cannot post or see my notifications there. This is a big problem for me because I’m very active in the PC community. I don’t know if others are affected (I’m assuming they are) but I hope this is fixed as soon as possible..NotgarfunkelVersion: 7.24.8

In-App PurchasesIf you get a new phone your in-app purchase won’t restore and it doesn’t matter if you use the same iTunes account; plus there is no phone number to call so you have to go through an in-app chat to try and get your feature back but nothing gets fixed because the messages keep going back and forth for over a month and all they can say is “did you try to restore purchases.” The in-app messaging is also annoying because it’s hidden and you don’t get notifications so you have to make sure to open the app and search messages to see if there was a response. I have already sent proof of purchase but still nothing. Yes it is only a $1.99 purchase, and I can purchase it again instead of going through the trouble; however, I already purchased the feature twice and refuse to spend a total of $6 on a watermark remove feature. So after 8 years I will be using another collage app that doesn’t still have issue with restoring purchases and doesn’t drag their customers along for a month about a $1.99 credit..Sun RayyVersion: 7.58.1

Great app, but needs work on their interfaceI will rave about PicCollage till the day I die, but it’s not without its flaws in its recent updates. Social media wise, PC is a great place to put out some fun collage art and make genuinely pretty good friends w/o the sketchiness, drama, or unkind formulas of Instagram. It’s a good social media platform for younger kids, too. I’ve been on it for several years and I have many fond memories and several pieces I’m proud of. It’s good for users who just want to use it for practical uses as well. It’s good for beginners and isn’t too complicated, although it’s not the easiest to work with on the iPhone. I use my iPad. CONS: Their recent update has made notification checking and just scrolling through in general very unfriendly. Esp on my iPad, it looks buggy and unorganized and it’s hard to just double tap something without it going weird on me. Definitely a con. Easier on the phone, but it still is frustrating. Idk why they changed it from before. Overall, a good free app. The membership isn’t worth it, though. I know plenty of great collagers who don’t need any of it. Love itI do love this app and I use it so much. You can do a lot of different things with it. I even just edited a video for the first time on there. Some settings I have trouble figuring out how to use them because it doesn’t make sense, but it’s good. After trying different things, I can usually figure out how to make the setting/feature work for me. You can use this app for a lot of things are it’s my favorite pic editing app. I only have one critical thing to say. I do wish they would adjust their settings for when you are choosing an option example-template, font type, sticker, background picture, editing the shape of the picture, etc….. I wish that one of the options would have a “free” option to click on. Right now, that feature isn’t there so when you are looking for options you are also sorting through VIP options too making the list a lot longer. Great!I have used pic collage about 10 times in the past 2 months and it has been amazing. You’re able to shape it how you want it, place it where you want it and able to do it for many photos. I have used pic collage for my Home Screen, Lock Screen and school work too. It’s great for people who don’t want to pay to make a collage( like myself) and for people who are willing to pay. Without VIP access I’m able to get a lot of backgrounds and wallpapers. A lot of other apps charge for making a decent collage and this app is one of the few that you don’t have to charge to have the things pic collage provides. The only recommendation I have for pic collage is for people to be able to see their collages they have posted on their phone. I’m able to see my posts on my computer but not on my phone. I’m not sure why Pic collage has it like this, but please get it fixed soon!! It’s not much of a problem for me but it something that may be more of a problem for other people. Pretty decent! 🙂I heard about this app from my friend because she really liked it, and I started using it and I LOVED IT! I love how you can get images from the web and create cool collages with a variety of tools and stickers. A few things I want to say though. One: I don’t know if it’s my phone being weird or something but lately PicCollage has been just deleting all my collages! It’s not THAT big of a deal since I have most of them saved to my camera roll, but it would be nice if it didn’t do that because some weren’t saved to my camera roll and now I’ve lost them. I would love it if the developers or whoever does bug fixes would look into this and see if it’s a big or if not, just my phone. Second: this might sound petty, but the drawing tool is kinda glitchy on my phone. It works, but its laggy and starts drawing a second after you drag your finger around so then it doesn’t draw the entire way. If at least one of those things are fixed, I would absolutely love to give this app a five star review! An amazingly simple app that does its job to perfectionI’m using the free version and while there are times I’d like to have all the bells and whistles, I find the free version is very robust and satisfies my needs 99% of the time. The controls are intuitive and the ability to manipulate a single pic frame within the collage is pure genius and is crazy practical. I have this app 5 stars because it 100% deserves it and the dev/QA team deserve 5 stars as well. The app is super stable and I’ve never seen the app crash even once. I love only one problemI have had Pic Collage for a couple years now, and it’s great. All of my friends use it and think it’s wonderful. I mean there isn’t much not to like about it. You can choose what platform you want whether it’s a card, grid, or maybe it’s just to mess around a bit in freestyle. There are a variety of fonts you can use, the colors they have for the background and font are all different( like glittery, watercolor, plaid, regular colors, etc.) They also have VIP which is like a upgrade so with VIP you don’t have to buy stickers. Now this is my one thing, so many good stickers cost about a dollar. Which I get it kinda for marketing and such. But so many stickers cost over a dollar even three dollars which is kinda a lot for stickers if you like them all and it just adds up. So eventually you could be paying like 20 bucks for stickers (but if u have VIP then you don’t have to pay) I don’t have VIP, but I still think it’s a great app ♥️♥️♥️👌🏽 I would still recommend this app to anyone who like to collage and explore new things. I need more free things on this app…I want more stickers and stuff so make everything free please. I know you don’t get that then you wouldn’t get a profit out of it but I actually considered deleting pic collage because barely anything is free. My friends also have been deleting this app for that reason. We just DONT want to spend money on apps, and I’m sure a lot of others don’t either. Please at least try to make more things free. Recommend this app!Ok. For starters, this app is SUPER useful. You can add stickers, filter photos, and make invitations, posters, et cetera. And I love all the text colors and styles! A few things: (1 The erasing. Erasing is useful, BUT the size cannot be adjusted without having to zoom in, and when you zoom in, it’s all choppy, laggy, IDEK. Another thing about it is if just one part of your hand touches another part of the screen as you are erasing, it will ZOOM over and cross over your project. You can just add that part back in, I know, but still, pls fix! It’s happened twice, and it’s super annoying. (2 HOW MUCH STUFF IS ONLY AVAILABLE TO PREMIUM. For a while, there was a holiday filter (that was not Silent Night) and it was Holiday Spirit. I didn’t use it much, just when it looked good. For a while I didn’t use PicCollage, but when I finally went back on, HOLIDAY SPIRIT WAS PREMIUM ONLY?!? I was kinda mad, ngl. But at least there’s another holiday themed filter, so I don’t really mind, it just it feels a little unfair to snatch a perfectly good free filter away and make it premium. All the best ones are on there anyway! I’m just wondering if non-premium people like me could have more access to more things like templates or stickers. (3 Cut-out ability. Circling back to the erasing and cut-out stuff, the cutouts are a little unreliable. The one thing is that, if I go to cut out a drawing I made, and didn’t color in, it’ll come out all weird, even though the PENCIL LINES ARE RIGHT THERE. THE END OF THE DRAWING IS RIGHT. THERE! And it leads to the erasing problem that I talked about earlier, since I have to go through all these steps (even OUT of the app) to get a good no-background picture. AMAZING one thing thoughI Pic Collage is a really great app I think lots of people should have it if not everyone. You can make your own collages and use them as backgrounds or you can send them to people as cards and you can make videos and you could probably even make calendars or something with them. I use them to make rounds but it’s your choice. One thing I really wish they had though is the ability to make your own stickers also that you only get one pack of stickers and backgrounds with out having to pay.I wish you could get more without having to get the VIP package which you have to pay for but I think that it’s a really great app but I wish you could make your own stickers because you see other people doing that and I don’t know if you can do it with VIP because I didn’t get it because it’s super expensive butI think that anyone should be able to make their own stickers. In top 3 of the DOZENS of similar apps I have (hundreds I’ve had over time)Super easy to work with, super cute…has something to offer for every need (most of the time for free, especially since you can use the web option). I would recommend a million times over, and I have! I have used this to make flyers for events, to make announcements for different important events/postings, for many types of business purposes (several types of businesses also), personal purposes like party announcements, just picture collages of all kinds, greeting cards of every type you can imagine. I’ve been using the app for years, as has my daughter, and we rarely have to use another app for this type of purpose. The only frustrating thing that I have had issue with is that when I haven’t used the app for a while and it’s been updated, I have to go back and download the different packages again. Great greatI believe that this game is so good because no freaking ads and that is how they make money right so I’m wondering how they make money off this app. If you are real creative get this app you can creat one picture or more that that and make it all colorful or whatever but it’s a great app you can save it look up any pictures you want set it as the background or just as a regulars pic or use your own pics you can also collect pictures so if you really like that pick and do not feel like saving it In your pictures then you can collect it and go to a new blank screen and do whatever but go to your collection and it has the pic you collected also you can type put some stickers on ot it awesome and it has different type of templates which is really cool so I so recommend this app.✌🏼 But this app does not have to have V.I.P cause it reall crazy like a lot of the things are V.I.P which is why I rated this a four star so I would like some changes on that cause there are not a lot of stickers backgrounds templates you can chose from only because of V.I.P.I lovw this💜💜💜Version: 8.10.1

SPLENDID APPThis app is just what I needed and I especially like that you don’t have to pick one layout and stick with it! You can make your own layout or use the templates which I really love! Also, there are lots of special features for free! You can edit your photos, doodle on your photos, cut them out and place them wherever, etc. All this for free! The only thing that I dislike ( its very M I N O R ) is that when you cutout a photo, it’s not exactly correct or accurate. And of course, I’m doing all this on a phone, so it’s hard enough already to trace a line all over the object in the photo, let alone, it doesn’t even line up that much once your done. But, I know that there are hardly any apps that can get your cutout EXACTLY like you want to make you satisfied, but I wish it would line up a bit more. Overall, this app is great! Awesome app! My all time favorite!! Just one little thing though....Ok so I’ve been on Pic Collage for a long time now. But there’s just one thing that made me really upset. I was making a collage for a contest in the remixes. I was making it for about 30 minuets. I wasn’t done yet. Then I accidentally tapped the done button and the whole remixed collage (that I wasn’t finished with) posted on that contest’s post. Now I easily deleted it but I had to re-do the whole collage. Now, I know you can just make the collage and then save it then remix it onto the contest but I honestly don’t like doing that. Is there any way you can make a feature that when your in the remixes and you tap the “done” button it will ask “Are you sure you want to post this collage?” And have the option of “yes” or “no”. Great appWhat else can I can say other than this is the GOAT of free collage apps. There is nothing fancy about it and it gets the job done. 99.9% of the time I just need a simple app to throw some pictures together for a random reason and this is it. I’ve been using it for literally years. I’ve had probably 10+ different phones since I first installed this app and it is one of my instant must have downloads when setting up a new phone. While you do have the option to upgrade, I’ve never found a reason to need to. Like I said, 99.9% of the time I just want a simple quick app to throw some pics together for an equally random reason. With this app I know I can open it and have exactly what I need in less than 5 min. You’re not going to get premier photo editing, but I don’t need that when screenshotting several parts to a random comment I made on Facebook that I want to show a friend but not send 6 separate pictures. It does have some editing feature but they are the same as most ppl have on their phone so I just do it in my gallery app. There is one free editing feature I don’t have on my iPhone that I do appreciate and that is the cut out feature. That baby has come in clutch for so many things not even collage related. I will just use the app for that feature for a single pic! I truly was not paid anything engine anything for this review. The first con is that there are so many ads that sometimes it can get out of hand. There is no better iOS app that that offers freedom with collages.There’s no escaping it pic collage is simply the best tool in iOS to deal with multiple images combinations. Do you want to stitch together making me a simple as wanting to frame two pictures next to each other or much more advanced things such as editing either way PicCollage has your covered. Super disappointedThis was once one of my favorite apps for pictures. After purchasing SOOO MANY sticker packages as well as backgrounds, I get on my phone to see that They are all missing off my device from MY Items. I did a restore of the purchases as well as another way to restore them and none of the ones that I have bought came back nor the ones that I’ve been using so don’t plan on keeping the stuff that you stored for purchase because it’s going to disappear. I probably spent over $100 purchasing individual sticker packages just to find out that they’ve all been taken away. Not what it use to beI’ve had the app for a long time and it was fine and then I accidentally deleted it. But I had an account so I thought it would be fine. Satisfied premium subscriber for years until now.....I’m not sure what can be done as far as tech support for this app, but I just wanted to see if anything can be done about the issues I have been having since the last update. I have no problem paying for an app that I use ALL THE TIME, but for the last week or two it’s been almost impossible to use it for more than a few minutes because it’s soooo slow. It gets even slower the longer I am using it which is frustrating since I have the latest iPad Pro and software. It will take forever to save something I am working on and I have to save very often because the app crashes randomly all the time and I am tired of losing my progress. Also, when I search for web pics it resets every time I choose a picture so I have to retype what I’m searching for each time. I don’t want to uninstall and then reinstall because I have done that in the past and each time all of my saved collages I would work from are not there anymore. I am at a loss 😩😩 This is the ONLY app I have found that lets me do the things I do with cutting and pasting stuff together easily, so I really hope something can be done or a new update will be out soon to fix the issues I have been dealing with. Why..why wasn’t I warnedOkay so I needed to update my phone and all the apps okay. I did the update on my phone. Then I noticed there was some issues with my Apple ID account. Fixed that issue. I used to love it 😔2023 update of my 2017 review: This app used to be amazing. There are still several stickers and backgrounds to choose from but the templates are now limited. You must purchase a subscription to use the VIP templates which comprise 85-90% of all their templates. Now, the background changes and my pictures disappear every time I try to resize/adjust them when making a collage. But the background only disappears when the picture disappears. If I can successfully resize/adjust them, the background remains as it should be. I used to use this app to make birthday and anniversary cards for friends and family. Eh okThis app is really good, and has amazing fonts and layouts and pngs! I can make awesome collages and totally recommend this app! But a lot of good stickers and fonts are only allowed to people with VIP Access! Also the only outline for the word that you can use is black or white, you can’t even chose! Also I would appreciate it if you could add a ombré feature! It’s would be super helpful and people don’t have to use ten different apps at once! Next, I have an account on pic collage (wishing wonders) and pic collage has added a awesome feature where you can remix so like you can remix a icon! There is really nothing wrong with the pic collage account feature but.... Only 1 person gets features like every month! Some collagers really deserve a feature and it’s like pic collage just picks a random collage that’s ok. Are you guys using robots or something? Also they have not posted any contest In like a year and I have not been able to join and pic collage contests since I have joined pc community. To get a refund so buyers beware g else.This app sucks and they rob you. I would give it a zero but that’s not possible. I do permanent make up for a living so I was looking for a top-of-the-line editing and picture taking app When I downloaded the free trial I opened it up immediately and didn’t like it so I canceled two seconds after opening it, i didn’t like it and then cancelled the subscription about a year later almost $100 was taken out of my account. It has been near to impossible to get a refund so buyers beware go somewhere else. All my past collages got deleted (and no I did not delete the app beforehand)I don’t know if this was intentional or a bug, but I just checked my pic collage and noticed that every collage, with exception to two I made yesterday, got completely removed.
