Doesn’t pull itineraries correctly and absolutely painful to manually add any trip into the appFirstly of all I don’t fxxcking understand why I need my passport for everything. One simple use case: if my family members bought the ticket for me through airline website, I’ll not have their passport info. Because of that, I won’t be able to submit a fxxcking purchase proof of my ticket. For manually adding the trip, it requires a ticket number and my own passport info which is verified with a stupid picture of me holding the passport. With all these info I have given to the app, I still won’t be add the itinerary without a proof of purchase. Does the fact that my passport number matches with the password number on the ticket not prove that I’m the fxxcking owner of the ticket? So many bugs. No support.It is disastrous if you need support particularly for a foreigner in China. The listed support phone # does not work. One place says your identity has been verified, other functions such as adding family members says otherwise. Can’t Update Passport InfoI had enjoyed using this App, but for a while now it hadn’t been able to automatically load my flight itineraries. I checked into it today and realized that, Duh, I had my passport renewed with a new passport number, so of course auto load hadn’t been working. So I proceeded to add another passport information on to my profile. Problem was, it printed both my last and first names onto the entry line for “Last name”, and I can’t change it. The system won’t go on to the next step because my “first name” entry is empty, nor will it recognize a two-word name in the “Last name” line. Ergh!!!!!
