If you are a frequent flyer, this app is a must. It gathers all flight information in china, allows you to check in to any airline with no hassle. It also has updates faster than the airport staff at the gate, and is mostly accurate. Sometimes it doesn’t work very well on international flights though

For most of time this App works well. Unlike some of similar apps, this app handles the rebooking smoothly. Occasionally it did make mistake by importing some garbage data, but it only happened twice in last two years.

If you are using air traveling a lot in China, this one is the best. You should have it, it let you check in and push flight information to you on time.

If the system can pull your itinerary automatically, it works well. If you have to manually input one, the process is painful, takes a long time, and customer support is almost nonexistent

Firstly of all I don’t fxxcking understand why I need my passport for everything. One simple use case: if my family members bought the ticket for me through airline website, I’ll not have their passport info. Because of that, I won’t be able to submit a fxxcking purchase proof of my ticket. For manually adding the trip, it requires a ticket number and my own passport info which is verified with a stupid picture of me holding the passport. With all these info I have given to the app, I still won’t be add the itinerary without a proof of purchase. Does the fact that my passport number matches with the password number on the ticket not prove that I’m the fxxcking owner of the ticket? What were the developers/product owners thinking when they made this process so painful?

It is disastrous if you need support particularly for a foreigner in China. The listed support phone # does not work. One place says your identity has been verified, other functions such as adding family members says otherwise. One place says you are a Plus member, but adding a family member says this function is not available. Making you going circles and driving you crazy. I wish I could give a zero star if allowed. Don’t upgrade your membership.

I had enjoyed using this App, but for a while now it hadn’t been able to automatically load my flight itineraries. I checked into it today and realized that, Duh, I had my passport renewed with a new passport number, so of course auto load hadn’t been working. So I proceeded to add another passport information on to my profile. Problem was, it printed both my last and first names onto the entry line for “Last name”, and I can’t change it. The system won’t go on to the next step because my “first name” entry is empty, nor will it recognize a two-word name in the “Last name” line. Ergh!!!!! If this is fixed I’ll be happy to update my review rating.

This app would be much better if there were language options. Seems to work great for locals but not so much for foreigners. That whole passport vs Chinese ID card difference.

What personal location information does a ticketing software want? If you don't allow it, you can't stop popping up prompts, and it's annoying.

Again s racist app which function is solely for Chinese people. Since all Chinese airlines online checkins are bugged, meaning flying regularly in middle seats, since racist Chinese airlines also do not allow non-Chinese sitting in emergency exit.

我是多年航旅纵横的客户 但最近几个月有些行程需要上载机票信息才可以纳入数据统计，但每次都无法上载成功，以前没有这样的问题，系统越升级越不好用了 退步了 请尽快修正

海外绑定不上护照试了两个小时都没成功，然后问客服说人工繁忙。等了十几分钟才接上的人工，但是问题解决的很快

死活添加不了行程
