This is the iPad version of Breviarium Meum, which allows you to pray the traditional (1962 or earlier) Latin breviary of the Catholic Church wherever you go. You can download the texts up to a week in advance, so you can pray even when you don't have a network connection. A parallel translation of the breviary (English, Danish*, French, German, Hungarian, Italian, Polish, Portuguese*, or Spanish) and an collection of Latin prayers and blessings are also included. Select the background color and text size you prefer.
Pray the breviary you know in a new way, or get to know for the first time the Roman Liturgy in the Usus Antiquior, considered by Summorum Pontificum as a precious treasure to be preserved and made accessible to all the faithful.
* The Danish and Portuguese translations are still incomplete. Several languages lack a translation of the martyrology. An English translation is used for those portions of the office not available in the selected language.

PerfectionI do a lot of traveling, and this is the perfect way for me to pray Divine Office. How i would love for Giovanni Manelli to creat a Roman Rite (Tridentine) missal with the readings in Latin and English/French/Spanish/Italian/German. That would be perfectly perfect! Fantastic, but with one complaintThis app is magnificent. It’s affordable, easy to use, and compiles all the parts of each office hour into a very user friendly interface. I am particularly grateful for its inclusion of other Office versions which are very hard to get physical copies of, such as the Divino Afflatu, and Trent versions. I am also grateful for its parallel translations that it prints right alongside the Latin text, since most Liturgical books do not include a translation. My one wish for this app is to see it include the votive offices as an option, e.g. the Little Office of Our Lady, and the Office of the Dead. These offices are already on the DivinumOfficium website, so it should be relatively easy to incorporate these offices into the app..Version: 1.8
EXCELLENT APPLICATIONThis Application is fantastic! If I could I would humbly suggest another application similar to this one (or that could be built upon it): an application that included all the Gregorian Chant for the office - so that we could not only recite the breviary but also sing the antiphons and psalms. Indespensable!This app is wonderful! It is so much easier to use than a print Breviary! No fumbling over pages and ribbons and trying to figure out which office to use for a particular day. Excellent app.The app is very nice and getting better all the time as typos are corrected. The ability to cache several days worth of offices is terrific for those of us who use WiFi only. I have a couple of suggestions, though, that make it virtually perfect: 1. Add the Little Office of the BVM, the Office of the Dead, the Gradual Psalms, and the Penitential Psalms and Litany. 2. Add the Commons - it would be nice to observe local feasts in-app. Neither of these detract from the app, though. Worth the download..Version: 1.0
Traditional BreviaryExcellent...Traditional Breviary, not much else to ask for on a liturgical side of things. Technology wise, it'd be nice to be able to download readings within the week for times of no Internet connectivity..Version: 1.2
Very good updateI have deeply appreciated this update, mostly the additions for the "orationes". I hope that the next up grade will include the ritual of communion of the sick. It will be very useful going to bring communion to hospitals..Version: 1.2

Beautiful Breviary App.This is a very nice app for praying the Traditional Breviary. I use it pretty much every day to fulfill my daily obligations. The only thing which gets me about this app is the disappearing "Orationes" option. Pretty much every time you want to pray some of the prayers or blessings the option is not there to press. But is there just about any other time. Over all the best Breviary app I have found yet, and very affordable. Keep up the good work..Version: 1.3

Fr.This is a great app. Thank you very much for this work. Please, keep it up. Many depend upon you for the correct recitation of the Breviary. If I had a few wishes which would make the app 5 stars, they would be that one could have the option to turn the pages like in a book instead of scrolling, that the corresponding translation for a verse or a strophe of hymn, or a saint in the Martyrology be aligned with the original, and finally that in portrait orientation, the menu with the list of offices not pop up so easily while one is scrolling down through an hour. That would improve the app immensely even if the cost with higher..Version: 1.3
