Makes getting around in Paris so easy!I’m a semi-experienced traveler in Paris having gone to school here for a summer, and I wish this app would have been around then. Having the Navigo Easy Travel Card and this app gives the rider the ability to move flawlessly through the city. My only hiccup came when I went to purchase a faire to CDG from Saint Germaine and wouldn’t let me load it on the card: I was sent to a station for that paper ticket. The Easy Travel Card has some limitations (I wanted the RER not the bus). Although, hopefully when the Olympic Games happen next month, visitors will get more choices. Faring options need to be integratedThe app needs to tell users where to buy tickets. For example, if they may or load onto navigo or purchase paper tickets that should be indicated, preferebly even showing station maps where macchines or ticket counters are located. And if navigo load is possible, app should direct through order flow to allow purchase through NFC on mobile phone. Doesn’t allow you to create an account.Ignore people giving this 5 stars. It just doesn’t work. Something with the valid password detection is broken and, even if the password matches their dated and overly-strict criteria it won’t let you advance through account creation. Edit - thank you for the reply, I was able to create an account the following day by manually entering it twice. But using keychain, for whatever reason, made the valid password detection criteria fail even tho the passwords were identical and met the criteria. Edit - dev replied, stating password managers aren't supported. That password are just not accepted for some unstated security reason, without proper notification to the user is broken. It’s probably a cert violation with apple that they just didn’t test - idk maybe cert criteria is different in EU. Still it feel broken. We can’t read your minds and won’t read your policies so I suggest a notification or prompt..Dr. MissileVersion: 8.1.0

Multi-day Pass Not Based On Time Of PurchaseApp works well when adding to apple wallet. However, I am giving a poor rating because the pass is not valid for the number of days purchased base on your time of purchase. So if you buy a multi day pass in the evening, this will essentially waste an entire day of use. Aweful App and WebsiteHands down the worst app and website. We created profiles that never allowed us to verify via email, since the email never came through. We checked all folders and allowed time to pass but the verification email never came through. We then bought a ticket without an account. Again, more issues. We could not find where the ticket was saved within the app. It us showed the tickets were purchased but no where could they be found. After 10 minutes of searching and asking for support from transit staff, who also had no idea where it was found, we stubble across it in our wallet. No notification was given for users to search there. They just appear. Sure enough, we now had two tickets on one device and quickly realized, after I shuffled through the turnstile, that my wife could not get through. Each rider MUST have the ticket on their own device. This might seem like common sense, but given to circumstances, long flight, useless app, unable to login to account, this was not something we considered… so, my wife then squeezed through the turnstile when someone else opened to gate. So now we’re illegally riding the transit. Hahahaha! The French have a great country but seriously need to work on their ability to build a usable apps… and, they also need more freak’n washrooms.
