A bit of a learning curve but very nice.I have meds that I have to take several times a day and the iOS Reminder tool doesn’t seem to allow less than once a day. I found this app and it lets you add multiple times each day to remind one to take their meds. It took several tries at the setup to get it right, but it’s been working like a charm so for. If there is an audio tone for the alerts, I can’t hear it, but that could just be me. Besides that, this is a great app. Ads are there, but usually not obtrusive. Early on, full page ads popped up, but I haven’t seen one recently. Thank you for the app..Version: 4.2
I use it to also track my symptomsIn the notes under the medicine I can notate my symptoms. This is great for doctors visits. I entered headaches as a drug because I have migraines so recurrently and it helps me to be able to see how often they are happening and to be able to notate the triggers. I have several chronic illnesses and I use this app religiously. It prevents me from overdosing because when you take medicine regularly you sometimes forget if you took it at 3 today or was that yesterday that you took it at 3? I can just open the app and look. I try to track the medicine when I’m taking it and feel I have made it a habit. I love this app..Version: 8.1.1
Big Help for Unexpected ChangesIt’s hard enough getting use to monitoring meds that you’ve taken for years. But can you imagine having surgery and adding multiple medications around the clock? Nightmare! This app keeps up with name, type, quantity and alerting you when it’s time for a dose of each med. You can also document pharmacy, doctor, and how to take the medication with sharing capabilities. Now imagine keeping up with this for someone else unexpectedly? Priceless....Version: 4.2
This is awesomeI’ve only one medication in this app but it can handle many. This would be perfect for a person who forgets and/or has many meds. Let’s face it, everyone has said “did I take my pill this morning”. You can even email your medication taking history. Short & Long term Courses of Meds SupportedI really like the combination of reminders and logging. I can remember taking my medicine, I just can't always remember whether I took it this morning or yesterday morning. So being able to just press a simple button to log when I actually took it is a real plus for somebody as absent minded as me. And I like that I can give an end date so I can track a 10-day course of antibiotics at the same time I tracking an open-ended daily med. and of course it is nice to show the doctor the full log with exact times and dates each medication was taken particularly if there were any skipped doses, or if I was late taking one dose and crowded it too close to the next as a potential reason why I had a bad reaction..Version: 3.1.1

Like but could improveI like the ease of use but need to add to dosage the ability to have the app calculate the pills more accurately ex: pills are 250mg but the dose to take is 1000mg. You actually take 4 pills but the app only decreases by 1 pill because it doesn't know that the 1000mg is more than 1 pill. Also could have option for PRN currently have to put drug in as a scheduled and then skip or change the time taken..Version: 4.0.1

Best one so farSo far the best pill reminder I've tried (tested 30 so far). What most of them lack: 1) options when the reminder pops up... Taken, Skip and Snooze b/c sometimes you can't take your pills because you're in the middle of something. 2) If you missed the reminder, but took your pills, you need to be able to easily note when you took it. For missed reminders, Pill monitor offers: Taken on schedule, Taken now, and Taken another time. Now that's what I need. Some details need to be ironed out + would like to see some features added: 1) if I took my meds 30 min. late, I'd like to be able to delay all the following reminders for that pill for the rest of the day; 2) for meds to be taken every X hours, it would be nice to have a timer showing how much time has passed since the last one; 3) I like that we can see at what time a pill was taken but how about adding the option to calculate the elapsed time between them..Version: 4.1

Great for tracking when meds are takenI'm on a medication called midodrine that is supposed to be taken every 4 hours or so during the day and this is the best app I've found for my iPhone 3GS. I can hit "snooze" (and there are different snooze interval length options) if I'm not ready to take it when my alert goes off. When I mark a dose as "taken," I can choose whether it was taken on schedule, "now," or at a different time. It's good for me to have a log because brain fog often makes me forget whether or not I've taken my medication. The only thing I would love that it doesn't include (at least not with the version I'm using) would be the option to have the alert go off 4 hours after my previous dose instead of always at a set time..Version: 2.1

Simple and usefulAfter my son had a sudden trip to the hospital requiring several different medications as part of his treatment, this app served as a great tool to keep track of his doses and times. I was looking for something with a simple interface, and alarms I could set if necessary, and this app provided both. Very good!I am using this app for a month now. And I am much better in taking my medication on time! The application is very stable, no issues so far. Almost there...The app does everything it is supposed to do, and was exactly what I needed!! Five stars from me!
