Was great but no longer works with latest OS VersionThis app was great when it actually worked with the iPhone. But the developer hasn’t updated the app in over 4 years and now the app simply doesn’t work with the latest iPhone OS. Great tool, but one suggestionI work for a national home builder and this app has helped my team tremendously. We use the app to punch out houses and do community audits. One thing that would make this app perfect is if you could sort the items based on the first word in the “Issue” box. We put our contractor’s name in the Issue box then explain the issue in the “comments” box. If we could sort by Issue, this would help us, and I’m sure many more, tremendously. This app could go company wide (instead of Division wide) if it had the option to sort the items by Issue. Overall, big fan of the app, but would love a sort function. FrustratedI was very excited to use this app when I first saw it. I tried out the free version first but was unable to save to a PDF, so I went ahead and bought the full version, unfortunately the list I made on the free version won't pull up on my paid version and there was no way to transfer them. So after spending all that money on the paid version, I had to pay it AGAIN to upgrade the free version in order to make a PDF of the lists I already made. I started this review because I was unable to make a PDF, but I have since learned that slashes in the names must be removed in order for it to work, so I went from 1 star to 3..KeenanbsmeVersion: 1.5.1

Good baseI am a superintendent for a medium sized general contractor. This app gets the job done, but could be better. It would be nice to be able to change the field titles in the settings, i.e. I would like to be able to change "floor" to "unit". Also needs to have a place to assign the item to a contractor. Almost perfect 2 - minor tweakThis is a very good product that is well executed but would more useful if a user could have the option to sort the Lists. Even for small construction projects there could be 20 lists. Although planning ahead is always a good idea it sometimes is not well implemented. Everyone in construction should have this!I had brainstormed this app before, but, like the other 10 Apps I invented, someone beat me to it. This is a very useful tool, and I actually used it the first day to help me finish a job that was killing me with Punchlist details. Decent punch listingThis looks like a good start for a punch list app. A few things I'd like to see would be Dropbox and iCloud support, making the second photograph optional and allowing more room for text, the ability to preset some common elements (for example "missing switch plate cover") and room names. Minimal functionalityWorks for creating punch lists, but not maintaining. Items cannot be marked as completed (or deleted), so this app is only useful for creating your punch lists. Love the appI love this app! It has saved my firm and me so much time! I only have a few minor suggestions for the next update: 1. Allow for mor text characters in the issues box. It's just not enough space for one room 2. Adjust formatting of pdf to allow for more photos... Maybe 4 instead of 2 3. Site RepI really like this app. Being able to create a report on the fly is a time saver. I have to send in to our engineering dept. info for floor and roof truss repairs. This app made it much simpler to get the info in. For me to give it 5 stars there would need to be more space for info. Maybe space for one photo rather than two. Love the app, but...I love the app. It is perfect for work; if you use only one device. It needs iCloud support and syncing. I have made several lists using my iPad but they don't link to my iPhone and vice versa. Emailing the PDFThe app will work on my IPhone 11pro to build a list, I can even get it all the way to begin to email the PDF, it won’t allow me to actually send the email.
