Why Subway Surfers is still top 5 best mobile games of all time.First off the gameplay is awesome. The feeling of you being chased by this fat cop and his dog while you try to collect coins is very basic but still awesome gameplay. Plus all the items and boosts you collect to make you go faster and complete your mission. Second the music. The original Subway Surfers music when it first came out was fire and still is today but the fact that every update they continue to change the music up just for the specific amount of time and it’s still usually a bop?! Nothing else is needed, this game has extraordinary music quality props to them for changing it every update. Thirdly the skins. The skins for your player can range into anything you can think of really and they also have tons of different types so you’ll never get board. (Pun intended) The skins for the surfboards are also pretty cool except for a few in my opinion but just like the player skins they’re all in different types with different colors and variations. And finally you can race top players in the game in tournaments for the top record. Nothing needs to be said there because racing is already amazing in of itself. In conclusion Subway Surfers is definitely an amazing game that all ages besides newborns can try out and enjoy playing. There’s really only a few downsides that don’t really matter because of how small they are. Nothing to Criticize, LOVE THIS GAMEI have been playing Subway Surfers for years now, and there is literally NOTHING I don’t like (except for when I die, but that’s part of the game). I don’t know what you could possibly criticize about this game, it’s INCREDIBLE!!! The developer(s) is a genius! I have never experienced bugs or glitches, and I love the game in general. Basically, there’s this this kid who’s spray painting a train in a subway, and a cop comes to chase after them, and you have to guide them through the subway as their running away from the police officer and his little but kind of scary dog, avoiding obstacles along the way like trains (both moving and stationary), barriers, and walls. There are also power ups and coins that you can pick up as you’re going, and you can use the coins to unlock characters and hoverboards! There are three lanes and easy controls, you just swipe up to jump, swipe down to roll, and swipe right and left to switch lanes. Sorry about the long review, but I hope this is helpful. Btw I highly recommend this app for all ages. There is also a leaderboard where you can be in it if you sign in to Facebook but I didn’t because I don’t have Facebook but anyway GREAT GAME LOVE IT there is no way you can’t not love this game unless you get bored but I understand if you do get bored eventually but developer(s) THANK YOU for making this game I’m addicted!!! 5 star game but needs some workOk it’s an amazing game and all but some things can be different. First there is some glitches sometimes there will be nothing and I’m collecting coins and then the guy would just spawn out of no where and will tickle my toes and I would get caught or what I like to call DIE and there needs to be something like a battle pass that you could buy for money or you could get free stuff like keys and will talking about keys your the game needs to be so that it’s easier to get keys and I like that there’s an item shop but there needs to be more in the item shop parents if your kid asks to get this game and your like I need to read the reviews first no need it’s a kid friendly game that is fun and if your bored then you can just play but NO playing games in class because I know it’s addicting but we are all addicted to our phones anyway but id let your kid play it and know back to you owners I don’t remember the name of your company so yeah you need to add something that you can break stuff like the magnet gives you coins and there are the shoes and all the other stuff you need a hammer that will give you a speed buff and if you run into something it will SMASH everything around and Ik Ik there is the the skate board thingy but this item will launch you forward and will make you have a big jump and if the guy is behind you it will launch him back so you will lose him and that is my review but remember I still give this a 5 and if there was a 15 stars I would give it a 15 star that is my review..Version: 3.29.0
Great and occupying game 💜💜💜I love this game!! since I was four I’ve been playing it on my kindle but sadly, my Kindle broke so I recently downloaded it on my new iPad. for yearrrrsss I have I ADORED IT! and I recently downloaded it again after not playing it for a couple years, it was even funner than I remember! 🤯 I think it’s so fun and occupying you don’t need Internet there’s not an overwhelming amount of ads and overall really fun! I love all the different characters and I love how there is different types of the character and styles. The only thing I have to complain about this game. Is that the characters that you don’t have cost like 33 million coins that are extremely hard to get and take time to develop to that level just to get one character!? Me personally I don’t think wasting all those coins on one character is a good quality. Take it from someone who has been playing this game for 10 years so I really don’t like hating on this game I just want to inform people who what to enjoy this fun app. but if that wouldn’t bother you, I think it’s an amazing game for all ages. Good GameI downloaded Subway Surfers since I heard good things about the game. As soon as I opened the game for the first time they gave me 3 missions. After I completed those 3 missions they gave me more. After I completed a handful of missions I unlocked a thing called events. These events always refresh and keep adding new concepts to the game. For example: Don’t touch the ground. Later in the game there was still a lot of progressive gameplay and you were able to compete with friends. As well as this there are new seasons. However one major downside is how there are outrageous prices in in-game currency for “free” items. This ends up causing many people to result into paying real money to get these items. However the game offers a lot of diversity since you can play in Venice beach then go to London and then a Christmas theme area then a winter wonderland and finally the North Pole in just one day. However there are a lot of things that the devs should fix. One example is that there should be a difficulty option in case if you want to make the game harder. As well as this I would consider adding more power-ups like a super speed or slow motion or even a thing that combines the scores of the current game and the next game. As well as this for holidays such as Christmas you should give out free outfits for people who play. As well as this there should be a game mode where you compete live against someone your skill level..Version: 3.39.0
Location and charactersFor the new place, Little Rock, I was a little confused with the Walmart section other then that it looked pretty good but it looked more like it was 20 years in the past... I’m not really sure how many years but the car/board called Betty and the dinner seem a little dated and the Walmart just don’t go together I think maybe something different in that place would be better instead of Walmart. I think you should ask or research for the place and see what they have there because Walmart is all over the U.S I feel like the place that the characters are visiting could be anywhere, it needs to stand out! Along with the black lives matter movement I feel like you should add some representation of characters. In my opinion I feel like the next place should be in India. I feel like the whole game would look great! That way from the places near there you could add cultural characters. Certain characters like Mimi, Ron and Noon are amazing, they have day to day outfits and then their cultural outfits they represent them. I feel like we need more of those characters for guys as well. I actually don’t mind the update other then a change or “frizzy”s name I really feel like with what’s going on now it just seems a little out of place to change the characters name to something more boring, it makes it seem like you don’t like the original which I actually really loved that character. This may be a little long, but I want you to really now what you are getting when you get this app.I got this app for my kids shared iPad about a year ago. They love it, for many reasons, for one the many different challenges make the game always enjoyable. My children especially enjoy the floor is lava type game. They also quite like the fact they can play it anywhere, I don’t know if I like that more if they do. It keeps them distracted for hours on road trips, instead of non stop talking I hear the occasional whispering. Although the reason I give it a 4 is because it is to addicting. My children are on the game instead of homework. One of my children used to read up to 10 books a month and now she reads one. My boy really wanted to be a pianist, he has been planning it since he was 4 and know at 9 he is known as a prodigy and know he wants to be a king after one of the characters. I also see one of my kids getting bored and she has offered suggestions to you to make this game better. First, they are getting bored. They said that they would like it if the characters had abilities. They said they would like it a whole lot better. They also said they wanted more gender neutral ones. They feel as though there is a certain stereotype, for example the girls always have femine roles making them feel as though they, born a girl, but know a they/them can never be anything but the girls they was born as. Best game ever 4 long road tripsSubway surfers is the BEST game ever. It takes ME about 45-60 minutes 4 me to get bored of it (sometimes).This is the BEST game for really long road trips and you might get bored of it if it’s short like 30 minutes, but in like a 30+ minutes of driving it’s so much fun to play and it takes long for you to get bored of it. I really like this game because it just helps me to not feel bored, for ex: if I’m on a like 4 hour car drive and I get bored of just sitting there doing nothing hearing your parents talk about what they should do 4 dinner on Sunday, I just get in Subway Surfers and just have fun. I took a airplane to Las Angles, CA (where I live) to Queens,NY. It was a 7 hour flight and I was watching a show and it ended and I was like “hmmmm I don’t really want to watch another movie…. So what should I do??……” BUT THEN!! I THOUGHT OF IT!!!!!!! “PLAY SUBWAY SURFERS!!!!!!” And we where only like 2 hours into the flight and I’m already playing it. This games good but there are still some bugs..Ok so I love subway surfers, it’s a good game and all but there are some bugs in the game that don’t happen on accident, but happens on purpose if tried to do, this is a list of glitches I found that don’t really affect the gameplay but should be patched, 1. The pogo glitch, so basically when you’re on the pogo stick, you can roll to deactivate the pogo stick, nice feature but if you roll as soon as you grab it like really REALLY fast as you grab it, it makes you not be able to jump at all, no matter how hard you swipe up or push the up arrow key (if on pc) you can’t jump, but to fix it you just have to get a ramp to spawn and go up it or force yourself to die, then it will be fixed, but this should be patched to make the game better. 2. Weird train hit boxes. Sometimes the hotboxes on immobile trains are weird, i don’t know if this needs to be fixed but it is weird though. 3. So if there is a jet pack in front of a immobile train when you grab it, you will phase through the train like it has no collision when your on the jet pack. These glitches are useless and don’t need to be fixed but I plead that you fix them Subway Surfers just to make it so there are no bugs in your mobile game, and if I made you mad because of my message, I apologize and will regret what I said that made you mad but please one more time, fix these..Version: 3.54.0
Forced Ads Now?I used to play this game when I was in middle school and man the game was the thing back then. I just recently got myself to redownload it because mobile games as of recently are just horrible and I have to stick to the tried and true. Now I one hundred perecent understand this game is super old and never really forced ads and got their money by people wanting to continue their record run or doubling loot drops by watching an ad every onece and a while, but now getting forced ads after almost every run is very frustrating. Once again I get that this game has sorta fallen off mainstream or atleast no one really talks about it as much as they used to, which means not as many people are going to be watching an ad to continue a run but please reduce the ads forced. 100% of the mobile games I have don't have forced ads and for good reason. I get companies need to make money and players are going to continue to play the game, even though ads are being shoved down their throats, but seriously I probably will stop playing this game in a week or two if this continues. Nevertheless, the game is mechanically exactly how it used to be and I get so much nostalgia playing now and they even got tons of new skins, most of which are purchased with money, great content like maps, events, drops and everything else is in check. Forcing ads really pushes me away from games personally, and I'm sure many alike. I would suggest reducing forced ads or remove them entirely and make the reward for manually clicking an ad more enticing and rewarding. Pretty GoodThe game is surprisingly easy because the game goes so slow in the beginning. I got 2/3 of the Jacob’s in the first day. Followed up by Trixie .(also on the first day) which wouldn’t have been possible if I didn’t double up the first hat I got via add. Which I know is a new feature because a couple of years ago I played and got trixie after about 4 months. It never gave me the option to double up the hats for free! Which is another thing that is surprising because some if not most games will ask you to pay for something like that to happen. Last thing, a lot of games mocked this one because of how popular it WAS when it first came out plus a couple of years after. Those games are Minnion Rush, Temple Run, Tumple Run 2, Talking Tom Gold Rush, and hundreds of more.( most of them were very unsuccessful. In my opinion no matter how quiet this game has got ‘cause’ of Fortnite, Which is also very fun. But this also one of the best mobile games. (I like the Xbox one game of Fortnite but I hate the mobile version.) Anyways all in all I rate this 3 stars you asked me 5 years ago probably 5 stars. But because Fortnite basically took over every video games success (including this one) The only thing that would make this a 5 star game again...would be something new, something fun, or even something exciting. Absolutely amazing!I downloaded SS a few months ago and played it non-stop. Now a few days ago, i came back to playing it after not for so long and let me say, i was so pleased. First, so many new characters. Second, amazing bundles. And third, IT WAS HAWAII FOR THE WORLD TOUR! I live in Hawai’i and i was very pleased with what they did. They added a Hawaiian character with an outfit using Hawaiian and it was traditional Hawaiian clothing. You could tell that they did their research on Hawai’i. They also included Hawaiian around. The little banners on the side said “Aloha”. I’m also very happy that for Valentine’s Day, they included a crush bundle! I never would’ve expected Charlie and Miss Maia to be in love with each other but i am happy with it. I am grinding to get coins for the bundle. Just, in general, Subway Surfers is AMAZING! But I have a few recommendations! First, have our own little bundles. Like we have a character with a specific hoverboard and we can make little packs so that we can just select them instead of selecting a character and hoverboard every time we want to change. Next, have a button to enable or disable certain power-ups. So we can have only pogos and magnets spawn or no power-ups spawn at all. Last, make our own character. We can choose certain clothing from characters and color it the way we’d like and have our own character we can also name! But, also, a few times, i lost all my hoverboards, coins, and event coins. i had over 150 hoverboards and now it says i have 0. I also had 10,000 event coins but now i have 0. Same thing with coins and ALL MY TOKENS. I only needed like 100 more until Yutani but now i need to restart ALL OF IT..Version: 3.43.3
Super confusedOne minute it's perfectly fine, as free and all but the minute after I update the game to the latest update, I feel disgusted. First of all, the game has some cartoony images which is cute I guess. The game itself is still the same but the organization of it is confusing. I had some money saved for a character in the new updates that I want and I saw one for the Amsterdam update. I think her name was Mei or something but she was the main character of the update. When I click on her in the newly organized game, it only has a view sign under her, no price or time she is in. When I click on it, it leads me to something I have no clue what it means, and I have to buy Jolien instead. I'm super disappointed. Also, the game used to be way more fun when it had mini ads, usually pop up image ads that take less than a second to get rid of, which don't bother me much. But now, I die, I click home, and a stupid 30 second long ad comes and ruins my life. Come on, you know EVERYBODY hates the ads. I had already abandoned a game that used to be fun until they added the lame 30 second ads every single time I die. Just stick with the mini pop up ads. Subway surfers is one of the most popular and addicting games around me. Everybody knows it and have it downloaded on their iPhones or tablets. I bet some people even purchased stuff in the game so why do you need the super long ads? I hate to say it but ads make me abandon games and I don't want to do that with this game. That is it. I Love Subway SurfersI love subway way surf because I was a sad little boy before this game. When I dowloaded this game immediate rushes of adrenaline ran though my body. It was the best feeling I have felt in ages. I also grew a beard and grew huge muscles and 2 feet. I really recommend this game it made me turn from a Tyler to a Tyrone you should download this game. It’s like an addiction I already have a high score of 2,000,000, nobody can compare to me. I have spent around $33,350 on this game and I am proud of it. No one can tell me that it is unhealthy because I spend 20 hours of my day playing this game, with only 4 hours of sleep. Although this game made me look like a chad, I have not gone outside since I downloaded this game and that was 4 years ago. This game is my life. I have gained 457 pounds since downloading this game but it was worth it. I scare my mom when she comes into my room to tell me to take a shower because I am a unit that’s 6’7 and 568 pounds she trembles in fear and my retched grimy smell makes her pass out them I put her in the hallway. Without this game I would be nothing. I gave up my life for this game and all of my relationships and I have got to say, it was worth it. Wait don’t scroll please read this reviewHi so I really really enjoy this game. it’s a very fun game. I love the new update. I’ve read that some people said that they don’t like it too much. I disagree, I love the new update because I don’t like getting bored of the same old thing (like the color of the trains or the places to go- love that btw) and if I do Id probably either delete the game or never play it again and I really like this game because I would used to play when I was younger and it is still super super fun. the updates are great as I said before and I like there’s a new cop: he has a new skin color that’s like very nice for people of other skin colors. I find that very nice I loge the new characters (the fact that a character can have more than one pair of clothes and u need to get like for example hats for tricky) .maybe you guys at Subway surfers could make the characters less expensive because that is very annoying you have to save up for a very very long time and maybe you can make them a bit cheaper so that people can have more characters and so then they can have more fun. Love it. But...I really love this game! It’s so good and you really get addicted to it after awhile. However, I do have only one complaint. Some of the features need to be updated. This game is so good and I really like it, that’s why I rated it five stars and not four and under. But, here are some things that need to be improved: the coins with the outfits. You would think that the outfits in this game are maybe ten to 15 coins, but trust me they are not. It’s about 40,000 for one outfit. One outfit and I have to spend 40,000? Really? And yes, it does come with the new person but honestly I still don’t think it’s worth it for that amount of coins. The only free character is Jack. Don’t get me wrong, this game is like the most amazing and fun game you could ever think of. Whoever made this game is a genius. Because, not many running games like this are fun. I think that this is the only one that I really would see for the first time and get it. Despite reading the reviews. Which is what I do with most apps. Another thing that needs improvement is the keys. They make you pay all your keys just to keep going if you did lose. They give you the option to watch a video, but really? Does every game have to include something within an ad to keep on going? Honestly I’m not going to lie. I thought that was ridiculous when I saw it. I think that we should not have to pay keys and that they should just give you one chance to start over for free without having to pay anything. Not even more then that honestly. Good gameIt was such a good game, but sadly you cannot beat the game, which is a sad part is suggestion I have in my head for this he should probably make it so once you win, one stage you go to chapter 2, and then you go to chapter 3 and then once you get all the way to chapter 100 then you’re all done with the game that’s what I think should I get in the game and I do love this game so much this game is so much fun even when I’m on a long long road trips I think that this game I count on the most and I think so get much for all your service. This game is almost perfect, with one flaw🙂So first of all I just want to say that subway surfers is a great, well made game that really challenges the player to reach high. I really love the update that makes the runner reach for milestones such as your previous high score, or someone else’s high score, it’s very creative and introduces a new goal to the game. Now for my one thing that really bugs me is the price for the characters. If you have been playing subway surfers for a few weeks maybe a month, there’s a likely chance that you will be unable to purchase a new character still. The reason for this is the amount of coins you collect in a single run will never equal the amount of some of the characters costs for a VERY long time. Thus, the players feel the urge to buy coins/keys which I completely understand is the game developers only way to make profit, considering it is a free game, but the least you could do is to lower the prices a little, to the point where it’s actually possible to buy some skins. You don’t have to lower it like 90% of the cost, all I’m saying is to lower it a small bit? Perhaps 30-40%. Completely off topic, as well as having an incredibly colossal price range for the characters, one incredibly small issue I had the other day was when I picked up the boots that make you jump higher, the time for them to activate was not short enough and my character ended up jumping into the train while I just picked up the boots, instead of jumping on top of the train and it ended my run. Maybe if you shortened the activation time for certain power ups such as the boots it would go a long way in helping people..Version: 1.88.0
🤩🤩🤨😎To me the game is fun and sometimes challenging. I like that when you get mystery box’s sometimes you’ll get like objects to unlock different characters. The challenging part for me is when your trying to stay alive as long as possible and try to collect coins plus also trying to beat your score and move up on the leader board. I think that sometimes people just get frustrated at the game and try to make the game look bad just because they don’t really know how to play the game and that makes me mad and they try to act like it’s the games fault by writing a bad review. They say like there are sooooo many adds and ten of them just randomly pop up on their screens but that has never happened to me and when there is an add it’s only one and that’s after you die more than twice in a row . They also say like it takes so many coins to buy a new character or a new board but the starts you off with a player and a board and a free outfit with the character. Sometimes people can really get in my nerves when they do that to me they have some anger issues to work out and if it has so many adds and it’s so bad its probably because there’s something wrong with their phone because there is nothing wrong when I play the game. It’s long but read before getting gameI have been playing subway surfers since last year and it is great! I love how you can see your score while you’re running and you can try to beat other people’s scores and how you can collect coins without having to watch ads. This is a great game but there are a few things that could be better. I was scrolling through the characters and I saw that the character called Boombox was free. I clicked on it and the game showed me pictures of coins that you had to pay for. It said nothing about the character being free. In fact, it said nothing about the character at all. I left the game and went back in and tried it again. It did the exact same thing. I don’t think you should make something free if people aren’t able to get to it. Second, how come when you stumble the cops catch up to you so quick? When you stumble on the tracks I think it should take a couple of seconds for them to catch up. Instead of that though they catch up to you the second you fall. That doesn’t seem right. Also I once went into the game without internet and it said I couldn’t play without internet. Perspective changesOh my did I not realize WHAT an emotional roller coaster I went through playing this game. I was actually on what my son recommended to me, an app called “YouTwo’s” when this life changing ad came up for a game called Subway Surfers! When I first played, I was not impressed one bit. The characters can change when you unlock them, but your default avatar Jake, seemed like a horrible example. I mean, running around through the subway, almost DYING multiple times (I never would let that happen with the “mad gaming skills” my beautiful baby boy had blessed me with 🤗) spraying paint on beautiful architectural pieces, and getting chased by the cops. Why would you every play this game with the high speeds your hands must move and his bad examples. But then I realized how much he is going through and I was inspired must I tell you. This man is poor and desperate for food, and he is left alone with one set of clothes her decorated to make his very OWN style, and he is left exhaustedly running 24/7. As you unlock new characters, you realize all his friends are the same, helpless. You will be moved, crying, fit, AND energized by playing this game. PLEASE download, I highly recommend. Everything you need to knowWe all can agree that subway surfers is a super fun game that we all can enjoy. The game builds strategy, it’s addicting, there aren’t that many adds and it has a lot of other great qualities. Now sure we all get angry at it sometimes when we die after almost getting a new high score but even in a game you can’t live forever. Unless you’re god. (That was a joke) So anyway, although this started as a good review (sort of) all good things must come to an end. So all though subway suffers is great, 10 out of 10, it has flaws. Some of these flaws include it not being able to save your progress if you delete the game or everything being way to expensive or hard to get. Getting keys is super hard but in every game there is always something you have to work hard for. The hard thing you have to get on this game happens to be keys. Now here is something that you can choose if it’s great or terrible. I will call this the “whatever you want it to be”. So, the “whatever you want it to be” is that the longer you stay alive in the game, the faster you go. Now whenever you first start a round yes, it is super slow so it speeding up is not a flaw. But whenever you get further into the game it gets super fast that can make your jumps longer but harder for you to jump from train to train. Now people still like the challenge and they might think it’s easier but for the less experienced it can be super hard. Now if your a pro in the game like me, (that was a lie I’m not a pro. OkayHello! I am a pro game rater and I know good talent when I see it. So the game subway surfers is a nice game. I can tell a lot of thought was put into it. There is a nice well designed home page and a lot of well put little details. But, I still have some problems. One, I know that some people can’t relate to the character choices. I can’t find the one that suits, me so maybe a make your own character would be nice. One with lots of options for sporty people (me), smart people, animal lovers etc. So maybe try to fix that. Another thing is the home page. The tap to play thing isn’t really working well. Like what if I want to hit the store and I mis-click? Then I have to die and go back to the home page. So maybe instead have a play button. Also I noticed that the cop does whatever I do, so if I jump randomly so will the cop. That is a little weak. So maybe try to fix that. And lastly, the cops outfit. I am writing this review during the Easter season. Well there are MANY things I don’t like about it. First of all, what if you don’t celebrate Easter? So many glitchesI just never had a game with so many glitches before. And the funny thing is, this game is old and has NEVER had a lot of the glitches it has now until fairly recently. If you watch an ad to get the reward the game said you were gonna get, 90% of the time you get a different prize. One time I was playing the game, got caught, and watched a video as usual to keep running. But this time after the vid was over I still was able to play — only this time I couldn’t jump on any surfaces above the ground. Every time I tried to do so, I’d go right through what I was trying to land on. A lot of times when my character gets caught by the police officer — the police officer will be invisible but I’ll still see my character getting carried off like usual. It just looks weird. Also, certain mission sets would “restart” themselves once I completed them. Like I’ll complete the set and get my reward but it’ll reset and I’d have to do the missions over again (kind of a bummer). And the achievements (the missions that award you a trophy and keys) for the Top Run never ever seem to update. I got a gold medal last week (yet on Saturday it said that I didn’t score any points...yet I have the gold medal by my name) and the achievement for getting one gold medal in Top Run STILL wasn’t updated. I’m having the same issue with the achievement for getting 5 medals in Top Run...even though I’ve been playing Top Run for weeks. Tbh I’m really surprised that the app’s developers haven’t fixed these issues (that used to be nonexistent for the longest) yet. Best game everI’ve been playing subway surfers since 2016 and every update has been amazing I haven’t had problems with bugs and it’s just an amazing app. Your probably thinking I’m talking about a high score game a little to much but this game controls my life. I play it in the morning before school. During school and after school my high score is 14M I know it’s not the best but I pride myself on having the highest score in school I worked so hard all summer to gain my collection of around 56 characters (not including character outfits) I also have 2M coins that I never spend unless a very nice character is added im also very very happy with the season hunt tokens. They give me a nice challenge and the characters rewarded at the end are always amazing I missed tutti from the last update though and I didn’t want to pay $10 for him. Though that brings me to my only downside of the game. It is rather expensive and I’ve only bought one thing in order to get the no ad’s deal you had. I understand it takes a lot of money to hold a game like this but 10 dollars for tutti was a bit much other then that no issues to complain about. The character range is amazing. Now this is the main thing that has been making this game a amazing hit for me. The only real reason I play is to make stories in my head about anything really I only do this to focus because without the gameplay in the background the characters in the story get very twisted and weird and don’t follow “script” and I’ve been doing this for 2 years now and it’s amazing my life has never been better. Why is every game like this nowThis game is a good game. It’s fun and pretty original and it holds up to today’s standards in the mobile section. However, the game has been receiving a lot of unnecessary things like events, season hunt, and time travel? Let’s start with events. Daily high score, coin hunt, tag team, and whatever it’s called in the new season are all kind of useless and just add more annoying stuff that stops me from just enjoying the game. I almost always still have to watch an ad to collect an earned reward or even just play the game, and it gets on my nerves when I accidentally click the wrong button and have to sit through 30 seconds of an ad for seafood restaurants in Seattle. I don’t even live in Washington! Another big issue I have with actually a lot of games these days is the battle pass. I don’t know why but after Fortnite had it’s short run, EVERY game that you can pay money in has a battle pass. Clash, Halo, Cod, and Valorant are just a few of the games implement this money grab of a reward system into their game. Just use a level system! It’s not that hard. One last thing is the world tour. The world tour has been a part of this game for a while now, and has brought cool boards and surfers to the subway. One issue with this is that each place has new graphics which look debatable and cause lots of glitches. Normally I’m fine with this because there are cool things that go along with it. But recently, it seems as though the devs have really been scraping the bottom of the barrel here. We have been running next to racetracks and even in the future. I’m so confused. BuggedI love subway surfers and use it to pass time especially on long bus drives to sporting events, but lately I have had a few issues with the game. The design is different and I’m not upset with it like others but I don’t love it but that’s not the problem. The problem is that whenever I get going on a pretty good streak the game will glitch. For example, tonight I was playing and had beaten my high score by over 3 million and had died for the second time total. Seeing as I didn’t want to use my limited keys I tried to watch an ad as a revive. When that didn’t work out I decided I would go forward and use the keys seeing as I wanted to continue this incredible game but I was unable to do so. The game would not let me and sent me to the resume page. Once there I tried MULTIPLE times to resume, but to no avail. So in an effort to fix this I paid for the challenges and paid for a $1 set of coins at the resume page which did nothing. I went out of the app and back into it multiple times which did nothing, keep in mind I did not completely close out of the app since it was still part of background apps. I kept on trying and going back to see if it would change but it did not. I had picked up multiple mystery boxes, keys, and 20,000 coins within that run. Not to mention the seasonal items that are needed to be picked up to get prizes which I had collected 40. When I came back to it, it had closed out, restarted and got rid of those items that I had won during the run while saying that I had been rewarded them, which I had not. And I think your game is really nice and I love it but I have a cople of suggestions to make your game tope noch so here they are. I think there should be a costuming place so you can costamise your character to make it unique. I think you should add some hidden places so when you are playing you may come across a hidden passage why if you are looking out when you are playing. And to get Yotomi (I forget her name sorry if I got the name wrong) I think 500 UFOs is a little excessive don’t you think I think you should lower the number 500 to 400 I think you don’t have to do it if you don’t won’t to. SubwaySubway Surf is the best game to play even when you’re bored or long ways to drive. It is amazing game ever inside your world and also it’s just my opinion and I love it forever and ever it’s kind of like a best game to me. Subway surfersThis game is a great game to pass the time and can get addictive to it I mean wow 😱. I like that the background changes and how you can get keys to save your life too. And the score board that you can look on like if you haven’t played in months then ya your probably at the very bottom. But like if you play once and your good then you can land yourself in bronze!!!!!! A couple things that could be changed is when you get on the game we’re the boy is painting the train and to want to start an ad pops up!?! Are you serious?Okay, so i used to be obsessed with the game. i played it all the way up until yesterday, and i got back on my phone this morning to play it again. i get on my phone and the first thing i noticed was the logo. and i'm not usually one to notice these type of things, so my first thought was, “hmm, they probably just changed the location, so they changed the logo to match it.” well, i was COMPLETELY wrong. when i got on the game, i saw the letters in the logo were changed, too. so i was like “oh, okay cool, it looks good.” but then it asked for my age, which was weird since i’d had the game for over a year. then it went to the loading page, and the picture there was different too. so by now i was more than a little concerned. then it had to probably been 10 minutes on the loading screen, and then boom. it crashes. so i get out of the app and get back on. tried this about 4 times. so i just decided “welp maybe i should delete it and download it back again. i can log into my game center account and still have all of my coins.” so i delete it. blah blah blah, i download it & it finally lets me get in. so let me just say real quick that when i got onto the home screen, my OCD kicked in. the whole screen was cluttered and unorganized and i hated it. for one, all of my stuff was gone. second, the “Amsterdam” look was completely too old-fashioned and looked like the old Minecraft. so did the timing bars on the jetpacks and magnets. i went to the store and oh my god, nothing was free anymore! what happened to my videos that give me coins and keys? and most importantly, what happened to the awesome missions that give you those awards & keys (the ones that look like little milkshakes)? sorry developers, but you completely ruined my favorite game, and yes the truth hurts, but bring the game i love back..Version: 2.1.3
FunI like the way it’s it’s fun and it’s it’s a little addicting and I like the way it speeds up the more you play and you can collect keys to keep playing or you can watch an ad but it only gives you so many ads and it doesn’t give you an unlimited mad at that only gives you so many ads and I like that it doesn’t give me so many ads but I love collecting keys to unlock new things you can get coins you can earn coins by playing and you can get new boards you can get boosters you can get flying things and I love it when you need to collect the letters and whenever you spell out another word you get a prize for spelling out that word and that’s really fun and you can open treasure chest and you can either get a new character or you can get a a a booster or of some more flying things or a board but whenever you get bored if you double click and get your bored and then the coins you can use to collect characters 20,000 coins collects like three characters 20,000 coins collect one character look like three but like I really love how you can collect so many characters and collect these boards the only reason it’s not five star is sometimes it can have a couple bugs but not all the time.Version: 2.31.0
Great Overall.Subway Surfers is an original endless-running game. You’re a criminal who was caught by a police officer, and are running away. While you’re running you collect coins and gifts for upgrades and more. You can compete in events, or just attend to them, and there are only ads when you ask for them. (To get free coins, keys, etc.) You can unlock new characters to play with, unlock surfboards, and get daily rewards the more you play. If you don’t like the music, and would like to change it, you can do that in game settings. Or, you may just not want music at all, and you can also manage that in game settings. You could also turn sounds effects off if you would like. Only two suggestions I have is to be able to race your friends. Y'know, see who can survive the longest without reviving. Also, once you get to a certain stage in game, you could unlock a mode where you could be the police officer or dog. And you could also unlock prank materials to pull on the criminal to make him or her slow down. I am aware I have interesting suggestions, but perhaps taking it into thought would improve the game..Version: 2.25.2
Tag time eventHi ok so I have been playing subway surfers for years now and I decided that this time I wanted to try the tag time event to get the character, “elf yutani or the festive Yutani” (I forgot which one) and so I was playing and I was on the last stage to get her and so I only had seven minutes left so I kept playing. I have spent about 100 keys to keep playing for the event and now I only have a few keys left. When I spent 9 more keys so that I would have to wait an hour for the cool down i checked the time and it was a minute and forty five seconds left so I played and then I finished the entire thing. After I saw that I finished, I crashed myself into the trains and when I got to the page after you finish, it was all blank. Jake wasn’t there and I didn’t see it say anything about the event. My screen wouldn’t let me click the button to send me back to the home page but it let me click on something. I am just upset that I have been playing this event for so many days and spent a lot of coins and in the end I didn’t get the character. Really good game But I don’t understand a few thingsIt is a really good game, don’t get me wrong. It is about testing people’s reflexes. I also like that instead of paying money like other budget games, it just asks us to watch ads which are for only half a minute for special priorities in game. The ads system is sometimes buggy tho because it just now and then randomly plays a ad. I don’t know if it purposely does it, I wouldn’t be surprised if that is the case. Although if it is not supposed to, then please fix it asap. I really like the “choice of ads option” as it will stop bugging players and they can choose if they want ads or not. And if they really need something, they can always just wait half a minute of their life. Unless you’re purposely doing it, of course. A thing that I do not understand is there a end to the obby, or is it just infinite. Another thing is what purpose do the coins bring you? Also, should there be an option to change location or music, I kinda don’t like the music currently playing because it is really cringe although I can tolerate it. My reviewI love the game I love trying to beat my score I love the characters but there are bugs and things that I think could make the game better like the score multiplier yer I see that you guys put a limit on it but make it go up a little bit more like up to 50 or 45 or something cause if feels like the games starts off too slow I remember I used to play and had a high multiplier when i was younger and I found it so fun and there are a few bugs that I lose to and it get a little irritating and me I personally don’t watch videos to keep going so that I feel good about myself for doing it in one run one bug is that I have had the officer catch up to me because is said that I bumped into something when I’m reality there was nothing there at all and then I’m just so confused cause it’s sometimes unexpected and I end up getting caught and like one time I was on top of a train and the I jumped and rolled down but at the same time switched to another train the was right next to it and the officer somehow caught up and then again I end up getting cause this is a great game and all but it could get a few improvements.Version: 2.17.3
Favorite childhood game, but could use some other improvementsI love this game, and when me and my sister where younger we used to play this all the time, but the reason why I don’t give this five stars is because that the keys are super rare to find, and if you want to beat your high score but you die a lot, you need keys. (I know theres a free option, but if you click it and die about 3 more times [still using the free option], you have to start using keys.) so maybe make it easier to get keys?? Also, I like a challenge, and the weekly challenges aren’t that hard, I just beat the one that started today, in about an hour, maybe make it a bit harder? I know some people might think that its to hard already, but maybe make an option (like a button) to make it a bit harder for more of a challenge. Because now I have to wait 6 days 😫. Another con is the jump shoes power up. (Is that what it’s called??) they’re pretty useless. Sure you can use it to jump onto trains, but I always avoid getting the power up because I always end up getting killed because of them. (Does anyone else get this problem?) so maybe make it clearer whenever the power ups about to stop? Here are the pros: this game doesn’t pop an add in your face every second, (games still need money, and there still are adds but they come up very rarely, which is good.)you don’t need energy and wait like an hour to refill it even tho you really want to play, (keep that up, here are some examples of this happening: Disney’s emoji blitz, [still love ya tho] and merge dragons!) and that’s all of the ones I could think of off the top of my head even tho I know there’s much more. Problems i had with the game:(Lily coco aina So i have loved this game for a long time i had it in my iPod and played it with my family. But when i lost my iPod and got a new phone i didn’t have it in my new phone and i just forgot to get up until recently when i decided to get it because my family was playing it. So i played it for the Miami world and the Peru world and i had most of the characters but when the Halloween update came out for this new season it wasn’t updating my game. So i asked my cousin what to do and she said since you are logged on to Facebook and Game Center it will save your progress so i deleted the game so it would update and when i did i lost all my characters ( especially my favorite three Coco, Liu, and Aina). I was really sad about this but in the end i guess it’s my fault for deleting the app, but i want to tell people that if this happens to you just wait it out especially if you’re really far in the game sure you will miss out in a season but you won’t loose your progress. Even though this happened i still have a lot of love for the game and anybody debating wether they should get the game or not definitely get this game it’s really good!!!.Version: 2.8.2
Good game overall!I really like this game and I don’t see many problems with it! The ads are skip-able and most of the time only show up if you want them to, like to get a reward or something, which is really nice since most games now have ads like every 2 minutes. It’s also very fun and it updates very often so you don’t get bored of the same thing, items are also not too hard to get but not too easy and the quests are fun! There’s only really one problem and it’s not a big one, anyways, when you lose a round, there’s a pop up that lets you revive with a key or you can watch an ad to let you continue to play, however if you pick the ad option, after you finish the ad the game ends and you end up at the game over page instead of continuing where you left off. And most of the time it works but it’s kinda sad when you want to get a high score and you try to revive yourself but you sorta watched an ad for nothing. So not that big of a deal but just thought to let you guys know! This is a great game though! I recommend those who are considering to download it to try it out!.Version: 2.34.0
Sigh1) If you are going to have 4 or more obtainable surfers an event make the runs easier especially when there are 2 different challenge runs (timed and veins/lava) it’s too much to do 2 10mil runs every event on top of grinding out tokens and event coins. 2) Unlock runs again so we don’t have to kill ourselves in game to progress through challenge runs. 3) Give more benefits to players who buy items. (Ex: Top ups, expand the collections feature) 4) If you are going to sell a character from a previous event sell their board as well. 5) Add a friends feature where we can see how much they have run that week. Let us have a profile where we can display our favorite surfers and our best runs. (Ex: Mario Kart Tour) 6) Add something that shows us how many tiers/stages we have completed for tokens/challenge runs WHILE we are running so we don’t have to remember. 7) Add stories. (Ex: Twisted Wonderlands “Chats” and “Vignettes” feature) Expand the lore of characters. After x amount of miles run with a character or the obtainment of certain character outfits you unlock a story or an interaction that reveals something about them.
