Bug or malfunctionThe app goes away constantly. I have re-downloaded it like 7 times now at this point. I love the app but it’s becoming a headache to keep down loading. I keep losing my place when I go to read the Quran. I click on the app and it doesn’t open. This is so very frustrating. I do need to upgrade my phone. But all my other apps work. Including my other Islamic app I have. Yeah it makes no sense? This concerning when you charge money for a upgrade (I recently unsubscribed from the upgrade). The Best App Ever!This app has improved so much over the years. Even with the free version, you are able to access everything you need for prayer and studying. Finding the Qiblah from wherever you are in the world and the times for prayer is the best of the best. You are also able to locate the Masjids. The daily features for Hadith, Quran and Quote is an added bonus. The app keeps getting updated to work with the latest IOS. A Quranic Ayat ends incorrectly.First of all, the amount of hard work that webt into the making of this app and is still being put in day to day operations is just amazing. I thank ALLAH (SWT) for this. Sadly, i was going through an ayat (4:171) in the verse of the day page, one of the ayat ends wrongly. Perhaps its not the fault of the app. Where the translation might be taken from isnt authentic. The verse “Refrain—it is better for you. Allah is only one God. Better than other Islamic appsI had 2 other Islamic apps with one upgraded subscription, but I only get almost the same what I get here for free, the adds here are easy to cope with unlike on the other apps, they even makes adds for haram stuff😜! I am a student, and I primarily downloaded this app for the widgets for prayer reminders to have some help with getting back on track. Alhamdulillah the app was well made, and as I got used to the navigation a bit more, I enjoyed the other functions such as the ayah every day and the names of Allah widget. However, as of recent, I have been unable to access or add this names of Allah widget and have been wondering if it has been discontinued. Used to be an app for athaanWhat good is an app for calling to prayer when the developers ask you on a DAILY basis to the open or they WILL make you miss the call to prayer due to them wanting ad revenue and for you to subscribe to their subscription. Alhamdulilah I got as much use from this app before their greed become a roadblock to my prayer. I really apologize. The truth is, we should never post a review when something goes wrong and we are freshly under the emotion of it. Especially that we don’t know what the other person/side are doing or going through. I am very touched by how excellent the response have been from the Team, I cannot find it to refer to it, and I replied with a new review but I was in hospital so I’m not sure it went through. I chose to post a new review again because they deserve it. And the app does. Alhamdulillah : I am a new Muslimah and ever since Shahadah this app has been my faithful companion. This will be in shaa Allah my second Ramadan in life.🥰🌟🌙 My days have been and continue to be marked by the sounds and alerts from the Islamic app. If I don’t hear it for some reason, I feel something is missing in my day. For example, I love to pray, and I find the Adhaan here as being a very great and a very powerful reminder during a busy day. It is particularly true my friends say, for when people may not always pray on time : it is really impossible not to pray on time when you hear the Adhaan (and there is a lovely selection of these), maashaAllah. Also, you can choose a beep. Personally, I use that one for suhoor and for sunrise : so I can know when to stop my post-Fajr du’a and adhkar and pray Ishraq. Very useful. Overall, there is so much to the app that it’s impossible to describe all the blessings of it in one review. It just deserves a big Allahu Akbar! MaashaAllah, there are so many features to chose from and countless ways to personalize the way you use this app. So, if anyone is reading this review to decide whether or not they should get it : definitely yes, you should get it!! Ah yes, and my favourite is the calendar and the moon phase. For some reason I love the moon and I also love calendars and planners. In the Islamic App you can see how many days to go till next big holiday - it has a countdown and two very nice calendars : one is the Gregorian-Hijri, the other is a prayer calendar/schedule (you can switch back and forth between weekly and monthly), plus of course there is a schedule for every day, with a choice of sweet beautiful backgrounds. (If you like beautiful, there are also greeting cards : one of the many apps sort of within this app). I definitely recommend this application - I had tried a bunch of different ones before I found this one and it stole my heart. It has all than an islamic app should have - and more (sort of a feesabilillah bonus from the Developers - jazaakumAllahu khayr for that!).
