Simple and functionalI just want something basic and functional, and this does what I want. I've been using it on my old iPhone. Beeps at start and end of intervals. You can listen to audio tracks at the same time if you want. The default setting is 3 min warm up, 1 min exercise followed by 30 secs cool down (x 10 sets)..Version: 3.3
Great HIIT appI really like this app for doing high intensity interval training. Pros: 1. Easy to set up intervals with various times. 2. Control alert sounds and vibrations. A different app I used had a very loud beep that you couldn’t control. This one you can change the sound effect, or turn it off all together. 3. Allows you to control iTunes from the app. Cons: 1. The ad blocks the time when in landscape mode, but really not a big deal. 2. The numbers indicating which interval you’re on are small and hard to read with certain backgrounds. But again, no biggie..Version: 3.3
Great until ratingThis is a great timer. You can set it up the way that you want. But when the rating app notification came up the the app stopped working. You can get around it. Bottoms don’t work. I had to delete app and reload. Lost all my timers. Also side view is unusable as most of the info is off the screen. I hope having a review now will avoid that issue in the future..Version: 3.3

Great for beginner runningI just took up running so I do intervals of 1 min walk and 3 min run. This app is great in giving me audio cues. Unlike the 5 other timers I tried this one is truly customizable and can save one workout in the free version. I set it to do 10 rounds so I didn't have to set the 1 min/3 min 10 times. The only problem with that is the cool down comes in between each of my intervals instead of at the end. I just don't use the cool down option. It's way to use and doesn't assume what kind of workout you want to do..Version: 2.0

Crossfit and BoxingI've been using this app for over a year and at first it worked great once I figured it out and learned how to manipulate it to do what I wanted. Then after several iOS updates and the fact that I still had a 4s it started to freeze and not save my edits. Now I have updated to a 5s and at first it worked great until two days agao when it froze and wouldn't do anything at all. Nothing I tried fixed it so I had to delete it and reinstall it, but I lost all me workouts. I have spent a considerable amount of time setting up all my routines. I still have the old version because there are no adds and you can save more than one routine. Usually updates make apps better, not worse. If it keeps screwing up I will move on to a different app..Version: 2.0
Makes intervals even more funAWESOME APP!!! I LOVE doing intervals & even more so when I don't have to concerned with watching a timer. The only thing I need is to figure out how to be able set timer to signal when the workout is completed & also to be able to set the rest interval time to be half the time of the active interval time. You can enter and repeat any number of exercisesThis app fills the gap where others fall short...the ability to enter a series of exercises which you can repeat the number of times you specify (also each set can be followed by rest or 'cool down' times if you choose. Most apps I am finding are just high/low interval and that's it. You can name the exercise anything you want, and also choose a picture that will display when it's time for that exercise. Must NeedLove it. Gives me everything I need. Able to set multiple workouts. Allows me to listen to music as loud as I want cause when it's time to switch workouts music dims so I can hear the timer. Great for Sa Ta Na Ma meditation timing.Couldn't find a meditation app customizable enough for setting intervals for my meditation routine. Tried about a dozen which either didn't work or had overly complicated controls. Nice simple interval timer. Just have to put up with jock doing push up while i meditate!
