Candy Crush Very FrustratingI do not get why a game is made to be no fun. This game is fun at first BUT it gets to where it is more frustration. Challenging is one thing but playing a level for days or weeks to beat it is absurd and no fun. The levels shouldn't be so hard to pass and from what I read in the reviews, a lot of people feel the same way. All these games are just alike. Start out fun but become impossible. Games are supposed to be fun and relaxing but I guess you never got that memo! I wind up deleting them. Think about easing up a bit please. And it still has the same glitch problems I wrote about before. You pass a level and it doesnt recognize it and you're sent right back. Or even better, I have paid for extra moves because one or two moves and I would finally be done with a level, something happens, money is taken and you're sent right back to start that same level again. Ridiculous! FIX THE GLITCH PLEASE!!! Finally bet a level I had played for several days, saw the sugar crush and thought yes this level is finally over only to have a glitch in the game and it didn't show i'd beat it and took me right back to the level I'd just beat and several days later- stuck again!!!!! This game is fun but losing its appeal because some of the levels are so hard and take to many tries and to much time to beat that it just takes the fun out of it and gets boring and frustrating. I know you are in it to make money and maybe everyone's comments don't matter. But this is a money pit. The wait time is to long between lives and you need to add more lives because you will be still ok in the money department. I finally give up! I won’t make it to 13,000I’ve been playing this game since the beginning. I openly admit to my addiction (and you know that King). I noticed that the game has changed as others have, I now have to spend more $1.99 to finish a level. It seems that you’re calculating the number of attempts and shortening them so that only a player who has stockpiled tools or randomly receives some advantage can finish the level without resorting to paying money. I began noticing this after level 10,000. I really love this game but I think I can put it down now and walk away. I know Candy Crush will stay around for a long time because it’s an endearing game, but knowing that King has been sold to a big company where revenue is King, I’m going to step away now so I don’t feel like a fool for continuing to pay money. The aspect of addiction represented by this game is not healthy and is akin to the slot machines in a casino. Inconsistent rewards together with color, lights, and random cute things, are a powerful and seductive trap. As I let go of candy crush I noticed around me in the United States the pervasive Incursion of casinos, in fact I expect there to be at least one casino in every state if not more. I believe they’re going to replace malls, and as all of us are conditioned to the type of addiction that game like candy crush breed, yeah, Will all flock to those. UnfairI’ve been playing Candy Crush for many years and in the 6000’s level-wise. I’m also a member of the King Royalty program. I am not connected through Facebook. I am connected with my email. I’ve invested quite a bit of money over the years. Any time I’ve contacted King, they’ve always been fair in reimbursing me when the game malfunctions. 3 days ago, I logged into King. I was informed I had 2 gifts to claim. I claimed gold. A lot of it. Literally right after, my game will not load. My computer generated picture is gone. Events are gone. All my boosters and gold are still available. The problem is, I cannot use the gold. In order to “play on” it prompts to use 10 gold bars. I get a “connecting” ring, and nothing ever happens. I’ve also received a “it’s not you, it’s us” or “no connection. Please try back later.” I’ve contacted King in reference to this problem. I’ve done every generic step. I have free space. I have restarted my phone. I have made sure the game is updated. King informed me that I would have to uninstall Candy Crush, and reinstall it. In doing so, I would lose anything I received for free. *cough cough* the gold bars I just claimed, and any boosters I’ve won. The only thing that would remain is what I’ve paid for. Uhhhh, no thanks, Vin (customer service rep). I will continue to complain and review this until my game is functioning correctly. It’s quite obvious to me what’s going on here. Confused on the games objectiveIs the game to relax the mind or to cheat its way into people buying more lives & other things to keep playing. If soo nothing is replacing about that. I’ve been playing this game for years (since it first came out) but I deleted it for about 5 yrs because I noticed it was making it more and more difficult to pass levels but it’s always reminding me to relax and play the game. I relax and play the game but I notice that it gives you two or three good moves during a very hard level then it’s hard to pass the level. Once your out of moves you have to pay for everything. It extra little games to play to get more moves or boosters are trash. For a week straight I’ve been getting the fish for everything I’ve played. Am I suppose to be relaxing orContemplating my whole life trying to win a level. I be soo into a game that my last move or so can determine if I win and the game cheats to wear I keep having to use all my gold bars before in all out and have to pay. It’s no where near relaxing to have to spend money after spending over 50 gold bars to win a single game. I’ve spend some money on trying to win. The game has crashed several times during those times and I can not get my money or those boosters/lives back I’ve bought. This game has to do better than it does. Fav but also frustratingI've been playing for at least a decade so this is my favorite game. I got up to over 11k levels without paying one cent but also watched a heck of alot of commercials. I decide to splurge one day and paid 99 cents and it's been downhill ever since. Why give folks the option to watch ads to get stuff and then stifle progress? I've paid with my time. Also, who wants an update when they'll lose all the lives they've saved up? I've logged in to Facebook so if it saves progress then why can't it save my lives? It needs to get better. I find myself playing more of other games and trying new ones because this one gets frustrating. Keeping me on the same level for a month or longer with WAY less opportunities to earn coins and boosters. I used to have a chance to win weekly competitions but that's been reduced to zero. There was a time when I used to wait for new levels to be developed. Now I can't get past one level. This game was a great stress reliever but now it's becoming a source of stress and frustration. I could deal with the cheating glitches because I wasn't paying cash but I was paying with my time watching a whole bunch of commercials. There's a limit on lives you cam use in a day that are given to you by your friends. There's a monthly limit. I barely have lives, no boosters, not winning any levels or competitions, so what's fun about that? It's almost like I was penalized for actually spending money. Love the game, but not on days where my temper is shortThis game is fun, but can also be annoying at times. The difficulty pacing is really weird. It gives you several normal levels, then throws a really hard one at you every now and then. I’m not really a fan, but it’s ok. My main issue however is the constant pop ups whenever I’m just trying to play the game. And I’m not talking about ads. You can play this game for hours without watching a single ad, I haven’t since install since they’re a choice, but whenever I open the game and go to play a level I have to go through several windows of what’s essentially a repackaged Fortnite battle pass or some event I don’t care about. I really don’t care to buy the Cool version or race random people, so I just skip over it. Overall, it’s mildly annoying at worst, pretty fun at best. It beats other free mobile games, in my opinion, because the only time you’d watch an ad is for rewards. You don’t get forced to in between levels, it’s just that you could watch one to get a boost to the start of your level or extra moves if you fail. I really do hate that the bar is that low that it makes this seem good. Some levels feel like they’re begging you to watch ads/spend money because they’re borderline impossible without it, but maybe that’s just me. Candy Crush ScamCandy crush among many other games generate only whatever it wants to. If you don’t give the game money, it doesn’t let you win. If u got candy stripes or a candy bomb, if the game wants to, it’ll generate specific candies to use your specials at will. It’s a waste of time because in the end, at some point you will rage quit. The theme of the game and stuff is nice, but you get my point. One example of unfairness in this game is when I was on a level, I needed to get one ingredient. The striped candies were all in sap so I needed to get them out. There were two different sections that you could make moves in. One had the majority of the candy, and the other had two striped candies, some peppermint barriers, and the one ingredient. So I proceeded to get rid of the barriers from the other side by using horizontal striped candies. When I was down to my last 10 moves, I only needed one horizontal striped candy to break the last barrier on the other side to get the ingredient. Yet the game proceeded to give me useless moves and candies. When I finally got the striped candy that I needed, then game generated sequences of candies to drop the striped candy all the way to the bottom, where it was then useless. I then only had two lives left which did not help me at all because the game didn’t give me the specific candies and sequences that I needed. I then proceeded to do this level over 20 times with no avail. By the time I started typing this review, I had just deleted the game after trying time and time again to beat the level. Sure you could download this game. You may even beat the level that I had so much trouble with. UpdatesI want to start by saying I’ve been playing this game for a long time and I’m a huge fan. With that being said I’ve reached out several times to complain about the update that gave us the backpack. In my game there is no way to get my boosters out of the backpack. I can be stuck on a level for literally weeks with tons of boosters in there that could help me that I can’t use. Even timed boosters that I win will just stay in there. Once I win the level they will all come pouring out. Is this a gimmick by the developer to get the player to purchase boosters? If so this is really awful and not a great way to market or keep players. I have reloaded the game several times thinking it’s some kind of glitch but it just stays the same. The boosters that I win go into the backpack when I click on them to get them out it prompts me to to click on the purchase button when I do it wants me to purchase this booster that I already have. Again not fair. How can you expect anyone to beat a Nightmarishly Hard Level with no boosters? I’m disappointed and frustrated. I may have to stop playing until the issue can be resolved. Great game! Very addictive! But it could be better.I love this game, especially how it has endless levels unlike most games. However I think some of the things in the game are Ridiculously Annoying. 1: When you play certain levels you get gold bars that fill up a piggy bank & when you reach a certain number you can collect... except there’s one catch, you have to pay (the limited time price of) $2.99. 2: whenever I win or get extra lives from friends & activate/use them, my number of moves never change. 3: The daily spinning wheel never stays consistent & Every time I’m about to get a Jackpot it changes, yet other spins stop immediately. Some stop 5 items after you spin, some 3, some more or less, but you will never get the Jackpot & Rarely extra moves. 4: Level consistency is nonexistent. The first 3 (or 55) times you play a level it might be impossible but on the 4th (56th) try you might beat it in less than half the moves doing the exact same things. Also you may be given a doughnut or other candy at the start for one of the attempts & a different one or none at all the next (not counting the bonus items carried over from other levels when you have a streak). 5: When you worked really hard to beat other levels & carry over bombs & such or use one in existence that you made or grime the ones given you, there are times it will give you no moves (even at the start) except for using your bomb or special candy. Yet if you played the level without them it would Obviously have to give you moves. This becomes a really big deal when you are playing a level with chocolate or blocks where there is only a few candy's free to start with. Fascinating gameSo easy and satisfying. Really meditative for me. I play this game obsessively for weeks or months every few years when life messes with my mind by giving me big personal problems I cannot face or solve and I need something I can do that’s almost mindless but really attractive, not too challenging but still mentally stimulating, requires some low level strategy, an occasional loss with no real consequences or disappointment, very positive and super cheerful. While I’m playing this game I start subconsciously digging into my real life problem and I work a lot of stuff out. Eventually I move on with my real life & set this game aside but I admit that I looooove this game and wish there was a documentary about its creation and the people at HQ. My one word of advice if you don’t want to get frustrated and feel like you have to pay for boosters is ALWAYS glance at the objective of the level in the upper right hand corner. I’m tired of hank.Holy cow am I angry. I open my app today only to find GREEN PUZZLE PIECES in the place of the green candy. HUH?? Omg it almost sent me into a spiraling meltdown. I can’t look at them. They’re giving me a headache. I actually don’t care at all why you decided to change out the green candies. Change them back. Game is frustratingI loved this game when I first started playing, but as I have played, I’m getting more frustrated because you can’t pass a “regular level” let alone a “hard level”. I’m on level 345 and I’ve only gotten this far because I wanted to try to keep with it but I’m ready to delete this game soon. There’s never enough moves in any level-reg or hard level-for example, YOU HAVE 26 moves to delete 3 layers and unbury 4 bears etc…. By the time you get them close to being unburied, you’re out of moves. Even with some of the helpers etc…. They want you to spend $$$ to buy more helpers but they don’t always get you where you want if the candies don’t fall where you need them to. Limited And Makes You Spend Money! Doesn’t Take Stress Away!Okay, if your friends told you, “Hey play this game! It will be fun!” Then they are right. But there is more to this game than meets the eye. For example, you lost a couple of levels and you are getting better and better. But you fail just one more level and suddenly, there is a little sign that says you have no more hearts left. You can’t actually play the game until they recharge. Also, it makes you spend money on gold bars so you can use this fake money to buy spinning wheel turns or lollipop hammers on a level that is particularly hard. It is a good game, but unless you’re willing to spend 7.99 on a special pack, every single time you play, this is not recommended by me. Great game but consider some changesI downloaded this game a few days ago after having off and on (deleting and redownloading. I noticed once u get pass the first level which is just a tutorial the difficulty levels sky rocketed fast and I was struggling getting past levels at level 10. It’s so frustrating when your confident in your ability to pass the level you’ve been struggling on and the game gives u bad switches and the actual game has to pause u to shuffle your board for below average switches and you end up having to use your moves on a switch that is not benefitting you in the level and usually end up dying. I think this happens more than you guys at your headquarters are aware for me it’s like very other level and it’s frustrating when u have two lives left and have to waste one because the game gives u bad switches. I think I would enjoy the game more if I didn’t have the stress of trying to preserve my lives. Very addictive game, can be frustratingI really like the game most of the time. I have been playing for a couple months and it can be addictive. Many of the levels are fun and you do need some strategies. But there is a major flaw to the game, and that is sometimes you and your gameplay don’t matter in it one bit. You will win or lose the level regardless of what you do. I have had levels when I made 1 or 2 simple moves and everything seems to blowup and I completed it. I didn’t even really look at the level yet and have 40 moves left. Other levels, I have played for 5 days straight with no possibility of success and then you just have to wait for lives. I have literally played all 5 lives with only 1 move possible and get nowhere to beating it. Doesn’t matter your strategy or skill, just bad luck...but for days. That is annoying. The other day, I had a puzzle I tried 50+ times over a couple days. I tried boosters, etc. Then the next morning I woke up, first try lucky move after lucky move and beat the level with several moves left. Kind of annoying. WARNING! PAY ATTENTION!I’ve been playing this game for... a long time, and it’s addictive and colorful gameplay never fails to pull me in. There have been times when I will sit down, intending to play only a couple rounds, and end up spending hours playing levels and trying to achieve my ends. I had never bought anything in game and had really considered it, but there was one round I was so close to winning, I gave in and bought a pack of 4 candy hammers for around $1. I impulsively bought the combo, but what happened still has me pulling at my hair. I purchased the pack, immediately receiving a clarified purchase email from Apple, through King. However, I never got my rewards in game, ended up losing the level, and losing money for no good reason. I can’t tell if this was a purposeful scam by the company, or just a glitch, but all that set aside, I am VERY unsatisfied with the in app purchase system and the company, no matter how useful some power ups could be at times. I will no time in the intermediate future be purchasing anything from any King gaming systems, and I write this review with a warning to all future users wanting to buy things from the candy crush store. I did not contact King after this happened, because I was not so intent on getting my $0.99 cents back, but it was still a very frustrating experience. I recommend just working towards your in game rewards and not gambling with this dishonest company with your money. The game can be fun without extra store bought items that you may not even receive. I got of easy with my $1, but future users may not. There are in game backs that can be purchased for a LOT more money. Please be careful!! Overall, I would give this game a three star rating, because my experience was great until that unfortunate experience with the money. Great game, but watch your pocketsI love Candy Crush! I hate how they nickel and dime you with the gold bars and power ups! One day it’s 60 bars to fill up then they drop that to 30 bars for the same price because people are willing to pay. I don’t think they care about anything but that bottom dollar. They need to add an extra step in the process when adding life or hours for life because one mistake and your done. Basically a “are you sure” button to make sure you want to make that transaction. This added feature could be helpful to do many I’m sure. Candy Crush gets over on many with this function. It is ridiculous how they keep going up on the prices of things. I hate that I love it...I read the previous review that had a love-hate relationship with this game, and I completely agree. It is incredibly addicting, but it would be more fun to play if the app designers gave in a little bit and gave people more for their money (1) increase the total number of gold bars that you can buy in your piggy bank (30? Seriously?) without raising the price. It would be nice if you also earned gold bars after you completed so many levels on your first try instead of just boosters. And yes on the daily spin “jackpot!” Why put it on there if you are never going to win? I also think you shouldn’t lose a move when you use a booster - if I’m down to my last move and I’ve got two color bottoms on the game board, I should be able to use up the boosters before I lose my moves to see if that helps clear the board. So small changes would go a long way. People would still spend money on the app. I think people would spend more money if we were getting more things for free occasionally. Absolutely a Pay 2 Play GameLook there’s a reason that this game has rehab centers for addiction. There’s a a reason that your aunt got mad at you for not sending her lives a decade ago. There’s a reason that on your very last turn you almost beat the level. It’s because it’s addicting and king wants your money and they were the first mobile game company to really have people digging into their pockets to buy gold and all of these boosts. Why do you think that as the game progresses every level is either a hard, super hard, nightmare or legendary level that you can either 1. Never clear without buying more turns and/or 2. Almost clear because your last turn a lot of cool stuff happened and so you pay the 10 gold to finish off the level. It’s the biggest cash grab ever. My advice is to just enjoy the first 100 levels or so. Ya you won’t progress in the game but trust me you’re not missing much. They just add dumb things to higher up levels to make them impossible to clear without paying. AIPretty sure AI is now the culprit behind not letting users get past certain levels. At which point there are no balloons that pass to watch ads for boosters and there are also no boosters available to get when you watch ads at the end of a unbeaten level when events like the All Stars comes around. I am quite certain that not all the “users” are real, especially in the tournaments, they are there just to make it look like you’re behind someone sporadically throughout the game play so that you will buy more gold bars, boosters and etc just to get ahead. If you pay once for gold bars the option to get boosters by watching ads never come up again, also the random ballon that would cross on the main part of the app, non existent after paying for boosters. Also the Candy Royale should not even automatically start if don’t have any lives left, what’s the point. Speaking of which, boosters that have a timer should only count down when you are actually playing, and stop when navigating around in the app. Any game that you are forced to buy boosters just to pass to the next level is a money grab. They make you wait 30 minutes after you have used the 5 lives just to get one hoping that you will buy more to continue. If anything it should be another full set of five lives after 30 minutes at least. Don’t buy into it! Don’t feed their greed. This game has become a total scam. A Literal Gamble.I am not a person who goes out of their way to write any kind of review (positive or negative) for any game or app, but if you are reading this before downloading this game, abandon any hope of finding any fun or appropriately challenging game. Level 155. Thats how far I got when I realized that I was not playing any strategy game at all. Level 155 is literally IMPOSSIBLE to beat on your own, you have to buy boosters if you do, otherwise just wither your lives away until literal chance lets you win, the boards are not made for you to win with the amount of turns they give you and even with some of the upgrade you’ll get the WORST starting set up possible EVERY TIME. The game is supposed to have you win on sheer strategy, after all, why would they give you x number of moves if someone hasn’t proven beat it in those moves or less?? But you literally have to keep trying until you somehow happen to get the right candies dropping through, not until you figure out the best strategy for the goal. And don’t even get me started on the “hints,” i played 5 games following JUST the hints, which are supposed to help you win eventually right?? Not. Even. Close. The game literally takes ANY combination of candy, regardless of the goal of the level, and tells you to try it. Good game but levels are poorly designedOnce you get well into the hundreds of levels (120, 140...) the levels start becoming hopelessly difficult. I got stuck on one level that requires like 10 bombs and 10 stripes, only gives you 13 moves, and has only 4 small (4x4) isolated places to work in. On top of that two of those places almost never have any moves in them. I tried with maximum power ups until I ran out, I still fell abysmally short. In total I probably died 100 times on the level and don’t expect I would ever pass it. I’m seasoned in these kind of games, playing Bejeweled and Zookeeper more than I would ever want to admit over the past decade, so I don’t miss good moves and am very good at manipulating the board (thinking ahead). But on this level often you only have one or two moves total anyway, which makes thinking ahead useless and turns the game into a “let’s see if I can flip s coin 20 times and get heads every time” game (actually that game would be easier to win). I even had hints turned on (which I hate) to make extra sure I never missed any opportunities. Clearly the design of this game is to eventually have people pay $10 per level when they get far enough in the game (power ups and extra lives). No game is worth spending money continuously to keep playing it. I was winning in my little weekly competition (and it’s Sunday, the day it ends), but I still uninstalled the game because some levels require a 1-in-14-million luck anomaly (even with maxed power ups) to pass. Pay to passIf you have extreme patients and don’t mind spending weeks playing the same level hoping they’ll finally let you pass this time, then this game is for you! If you like to actually progress through games in a responsible time line, I would not recommend! The game starts off easy enough. But eventually you start getting hit with levels that are next to impossible to beat without boosters. The first few are on the house and they’ll give them to you for free. But as the levels progress even harder, you’ll find yourself needing more boosters because “I was able to beat that one level with them!” But the catch is you done used your few free ones. If you want to get boosters now you have to PAY! And price is crazy high. $8 to buy 50 gold bars that’ll buy you just 1, and if you pick boosters that are cheaper, you can get 2 for $8! Good game but needs to be reviewed on a few subjectsI love this game but it is so annoying when I use the boosters at the bottom (like the red hand, the sucker, the disco thingy that lets out 3 wrapped candies) and they don’t even accomplish what I need to finish the level. Like for example I will have 3 different areas with one jelly in each. And I only have one move left. So theoretically I would use the disco thing that lets out 3 wrapped candies and they SHOULD put each exploding wrapped candy in each area of jelly since you are using a power up it should help you accomplish the goal of the level but more often than not it will maybe put one of the exploding wrapped candies in the area I need it but just puts the other two in areas that don’t help me at all. It’s so annoying especially since it’s hard to achieve those boosters. I’ve seen this problem with Swedish fish and the coconut wheels as well. If it’s not going to actually be helpful then it should let the player choose where the Swedish fish go, or which direction the coconut wheel goes, and where the exploding wrapped candies get placed. I’m on level 700 something and the levels are getting so hard that I need the boosters quite often. But when they aren’t even helpful it’s just annoying. I’ll probably bring quitting the game since I’m getting into the more complicated levels and the boosters don’t even really help. Please fix this issue and I will probably return. Favorite gameI am a amending my past review. Please note: Candy Crush is absolutely packed with ads. They are constant and MOST of them appear to be scams. Fraudulent ads for games or programs promising free money, but every single one of these is a scam or a phishing program looking to steal info from users. Candy Crush developers clearly have ZERO conscience in their marketing and will promote these ads shamelessly as long as they get paid for it. Again: do NOT click on ANY ads in this game. They are phishing scams. To be honest, it’s the only game app I have besides Scrabble. I have played Angry Birds and occasionally have tried other games but have been playing this quite a while now. I like puzzles and to me this is a puzzle game. You can definitely get better at using the boosters and the design and ingredients in each puzzle. I get the frustrations of some reviewers, but my biggest issue is the constant pop up windows trying to get you to buy something or participate in some extra feature. Way too frustrating.I am on level 4000. What I have learned is that every game now takes several days to a week to win unless you pay. I am really, really sick of this. If you enjoy feeling cheated, this game is for you.All the negative reviews that you see are true. They make no effort whatsoever trying to hide their deception, their cheating and their greed. Quickly becomes pay to winI only played up to level 100 and something because this game quickly becomes hard-to-impossible to play without boosters, which are few and far between without paying. Like, half the board is covered with ice cubes and locks and vinyls and growing chocolates that you need to basically blow up multiple times in order to begin to progress against the board. It’s not really a puzzle game. It really stops becoming a matching tiles game. You are desperately trying to get striped and wrapped candies you can combine to try and beat the board. Often times you have to use boosters which aren’t cheating but it does honestly feel like you’re cheating against the puzzles. When you’re doing “good” at a level you’re basically creating chain reactions of effects and just watching them fizzle across screen passively instead of having fun playing the game. The glitzy lights quickly lose their allure as I became stressed knowing I could only fail a puzzle a certain amount of time before getting locked out from trying again for a while. Oftentimes I would run out of moves in a game just a couple visible moves away from beating a puzzle and be offered a chance to buy a few more moves (not even as many moves I needed to beat the puzzle, but sometimes as few as 5 moves). If you play without doing any in-app purchases like me you are basically heavily relying on the game to randomly give you free boosters or the perfect combinations of tiles so you can build the explosive candies and win. I miss when I could actually play the gameI first downloaded this game in July 2022 and loved it for months. I didn’t play it every day but really enjoyed it. Now however it’s become less and less enjoyable to play it — I barely even GET to play it. I’ve been stuck on lvl 687 for about a week. I don’t want to spend any more money on this game but I have no boosters or gold bars and this level is impossible to beat without them. The funny thing is it’s not even labeled as a hard level. Linking Facebook account does NOT save progress across devices!All of my progress from playing this game for YEARS (and spending a decent amount of $$) is now gone. I normally play on my iPad, but decided to play on my iPhone while away from home. I signed in with my Facebook account like I use on my iPad to play, and everything seemed to be fine. Later, when I went to play on my iPad, I was forced to sign in with my Facebook account which was strange. Normally the app recognizes that I am using my Facebook account to play. After I signed in, I was taken to Level 1, instead of where I left off when playing on my phone. I opened the app on my phone and was forced to sign in again with my Facebook account, and again I was taken to Level 1. All of my progress is GONE. I am so furious! Reaching out to their customer support team is useless. No Longer Fun, Just A Money Grab…I’ve been playing this game since it was originally released when it was only available to play on Facebook within a browser. Which is longer than a decade at this point but it’s gotten to the point where I no longer want to play. I will get a booster for unlimited lives only to be stuck on ONE LEVEL the entire time. I have used ALL of my boosters & extra lives on one level only to lose them all because I cannot pass the level. The game has become unfair to a ridiculous point. Too Many Pop-UpsI enjoy the actual game play, but for every level you play there’s about ten things popping up on your screen in between levels, reminding you about every event and deal and collaboration and whatever they have this week. Often times there’s 2 or 3 or 4 popping up before you have an actual chance to do anything with intent. It’s annoying and I really wish there was the ability to turn it off. This is especially with the Candy Royale thing they’re doing now- it would be cool, if it was actually optional to join rather than giving you no other buttons to push or way to avoid it, and if it didn’t pop up with a giant “You got kicked out” animation after every single time you don’t pass a level. Not what it used to be .I’ve been playing this game for yearsss , since the game first launched in 2012 . Im only on level 1144 now but at one point I was on upwards of level 2500 . I wouldve been higher but I’ve always deleted and redownloaded it without saving my progress because sometimes I would either get stuck on a level for too long or find myself playing for to long but I would always come back to it . As of lately I’ve deleted the game because as you start reaching higher levels the game starts getting harder to a point it’s unbearable , I love a good challenge but even now with the chapter I was in there were 3 legendary levels and all other variations of hard levels with only 2 normal levels , and I can only imagine how it would be in higher chapters . This game is advertised to be a stress reliever game and for a while it was before it was ruined with all the challenges and hard variants of levels . It feels like it induces stress for than relieves . Ads are ridiculous!!What’s going on!! Are you not going to stop adding seconds to the ads!! You starting having the ads last either 15 or 30 seconds in order to earn something to help you pass a level! Then you starting raising it a couple seconds here and there. Then I noticed the John Mayer ad for Sirius XM was lasting 33 seconds!! Now today I noticed a new John Mayer Sirius XM ad and it lasts 36 seconds!! I have played this game for years but I am about ready to delete it!! This is getting old! IssuesIts a really fun and addicting game don’t get me wrong, but I have contacting the company of this app many times using contact us website, but they always clear it up saying “it doesn’t transfer to your ipad!!” Let me tell you my problem. I had candy crush on my phone. I had many boosters and extra lives. (50+ extra lives, 99+ candy bombs, 99+ pink donut things, 50+ striped + wrapped candy, and 300+ gold to be exact.) I played a lot so I can use these things whenever I want without having to worry that I’m low on boosters. But ever since I downloaded candy crush on my iPad, I lost all of it even on my phone which doesnt make sense! HUGE RISE OF IN-GAME PURCHASE PRICE IS RIDICULOUS!I’m a huge fan of Candy Crush. It’s my number 1, go-to, fun app. First, I should say, I do not indulge in most “in app” purchases for boosters or “lives”. If I cannot win a level, I will continue to play with what I’ve got. It’s just not satisfying to advance in a game solely from advantages I’ve purchased versus my own effort. That said, occasionally, I WILL treat myself to cashing out the “piggy bank” of gold bars in Candy Crush so I can buy more “lives”. The bank has always held 60 bars...$2.99 to cash out. That amount alone (assuming I had zero bars reserved to supplement this amount) was pretty reasonable considering I could purchase 5 “lives” for 12 bars. A little over a month ago (possibly closer to 2 months), without a word, the “piggy bank” shrank down to 30 bars...cash out price STILL $2.99!!!! False advertisingFirst I would like to say that initially when I downloaded this game it was great. Slowly it got harder not because I was at a higher level but because they wanted you to spend money. They made it almost impossible for you to continue without spending money. That being said, all of the ads and all the little clips of the game I saw, whether in the App Store or an ad some where, I have never seen those scenarios in the actual game. I downloaded the game because I love the things that I saw on those ads. This is not the only game/app that has false videos or ads, making it look way better than it actually is. Glitch!!I will have almost all full gold bars and it keeps wiping it out! This is the 3rd time it has done this!!!!!!! I have contacted the customer service and instead they send me stupid links that take me to other people’s comments on the game.
