AwesomeI always loved going to Cicis on battleground. Went there for years and then stopped going for a while because when it first went under new management the food quality went down. After a little time passed went back and it had gotten better. Now I go several times a month and I like the app. You have to take in the fact that you’re getting all you can eat for $5.99 and frankly you don’t get that any place else. They have to make money to pay for help. They can’t give away all the time. I mean if they charged you $9.99 or more then they could change the freebies. You go there because it’s good food at a reasonable price. Golden Corral doesn’t give you any freebies but you don’t complain about that. I love the app and Cicis. They do a great job and have great people working there. The manager Keith is awesome too..Version: 2.5.2
The app works, Cici’s is great!Most people are giving reviews on their experience with a specific restaurant location, but this is supposed to be for the app. The app itself has worked great, IMO. I haven’t had an issue with it yet! My family loves eating at CiCi’s. I really craved the original breadsticks ((bring them back!!!!!)) with one of my pregnancies, so we were here allll the time. As a family, we definitely spend more than the $7 minimum. So it’s a non-issue for us, although I see how that’s annoying to individuals coming in to eat..Version: 2.5.2
Eating the app not the restaurantI love CiCis! We eat here AT LEAST twice a month. I do not like the app and I hate the new reward program. I'm sure CiCis benefits greatly from the reward program (which is probably the point) but customers get shafted! You now only get one pie piece for every visit over $7. (If you dine alone and get water, the bill isn't enough so you don't get any credit.) For those of us that spend a lot of money there, we still only get one pie piece. I have hosted MULTIPLE family dinners at CiCis. Eleven parties in the past 14 months. Each time, the bill was over $100. Each time, only one pie piece. The program stinks. Sometimes I forget to add my receipt. They should go back to the punch cards. Or have it based on dollars spent. And there should be a scanning device so the cashier can just scan my phone and the rewards are added..Version: 2.5.2
Cici’s AppThe app itself gets the job done. The app lets you locate locations near you and shows you all the locations in the us. You can look at a menu of buffet offerings. The reward program itself is straight forward and simple to use. Every 5 buffet purchases you get one free. You simply submit a picture or your receipts to get credit. On my birthday they gave out a free buffet coupon! All in all I gave the app 5 stars for doing all it is supposed to do and the program bring simple to use and rewarding..Version: 2.5.2
Better than some apps but not the bestYou get one credit per visit and you have to spend a minimum of $7. The first time I used the app I couldn’t get credit because as a new user I got a free drink and didn’t spend $7! The second time I went I paid for my kids and myself and then later my husband arrived with our son and paid for them. Well two receipts, two credits right? Nope. Only one receipt every 4 hours. I suppose everyone needs their own app and we’ll all pay separately. Also, I have a free drink in my app and it puts a notification (1) on my app. It won’t go away! lol, I’m annoyed by notifications that can’t be cleared!.Version: 2.5.2
Please return the inbox!I love the app, and enjoy bringing my son to eat here. But since the latest app update, the inbox remains empty, even when we get notifications. I don’t always remember what a notification says when it pops up, especially if I’m already using my phone when it arrives. But when I check later, and it doesn’t show up in the inbox, then I have no idea what was offered. Please, have those messages retained in the inbox, at least until their expiration date..Version: 3.0
Rockstar managerWhen I went in to pick up my order it was not ready yet because there was a man in there screaming and acting belligerent at the manager. The manager remained calm and asked him to leave because he started cussing really loud in front of his children and disrupting the entire place. She kept her cool and was very professional. I drove along way to come here because we don’t have a Cicis close to my house. But I will definitely be back! Great job..Version: 4.2
Love this place!!My kids love going to Cicis and this by far is one of the best ones we’ve been too!! Always friendly, they keep the buffet full with a variety. They keep your tables cleared and always asking if you need anything. They ask your name when taking specialty orders and use it the whole time your there. My daughter just loves the older gentleman that works here, he is always in the greatest moods and laughs and jokes with the kids!!.Version: 4.1
Wonderful locationUnder manager Jess this location has drastically improved!!!! She has a beautiful display for Breast Cancer Awareness at the entrance. Also fun Halloween decorations throughout the restaurant. The food has gotten much better. Jess herself was picking up used dishes & checking the salad bar making sure everything was in good condition for patrons! We thoroughly enjoyed & had a pleasant experience & will return often!!!!.Version: 5.1
Good serviceThe manager was very nice and accommodating. He made the speciality pizzas and deserts we asked for and gave us coupons for our next visit. The food was fresh which I loved and the salad bar was also also very fresh. Overall all it was wonderful. Love CicisWe luv the pizza . But I don’t get the credit I deserve ..I will have more then one buffet on my receipt but only get one credit... more then once .. and I was supposed to get double credit one time that I got in email but didn’t do it after scanning... We also visit the one in spring, Tx and it doesn’t come up on the app....My kids and I come there every other week so I’d like to get the right credit... How to get the most out of Cici’sI enjoy going to CiCi’s… as with anyone… There’s certain types of pizza I like best… now I am in the habit of calling ahead on my way to the restaurant…… I ask Russell to put on flatbread meat eater with bacon… When I get there within 2 to 3 minutes pizza is ready… And I already have my drink and other items at my table..Version: 4.0
Not SatisfiedCici’s makes you use the app to take advantage of their specials. But when you order on the app you pay on the app. So when you pick up your pizza there isnt a receipt available so you can’t earn loyalty credits. The employee today told me their prices are less expensive on the app (when I decided to call in my order so I could get a receipt) but I think she just overcharged me.Version: 4.2
Childhood MemoriesI’ve always gone to Cici’s with my family as long as I can remember! My parents likes the free kids nights.. now that there’s an app to earn a free adult meal!?! That’s the most amazing thing for me and my little growing family 😍 the staff here is always quick to refill pizzas, do customs orders and fix mess ups if there are any! I wish notifications would clear.When there is a coupon the notification will not clear until after it expires. So I’ll have that little 1 showing for weeks. Can you please make it clear? If I go to the restaurant, I am more than capable of checking the app for deals. I don’t need a constant reminder to go to the restaurant. Not badPlace is real clean. People are friendly. Pizza is fresh. I like that I can order a personal pizza but it’s the salad bar that needs some revamping. Some of the toppings are not used by the masses like banana peppers and olives and then you freeze some of the unused vegetables. Onions, bell peppers, and cucumbers do not freeze well. They come out soggy and wilted. They taste terrible too. You are not saving money if no one eats them..Version: 4.2

Missing a featureI can’t use the app to place our orders because it does not have a feature to order 1/2 and 1/2 of the specialty pizzas. Any store we’ve ever ordered from has had no problem doing it when we call in a phone order, so why isn’t that an option through the app? Also... PLEASE bring back the old bbq pizza..Version: 3.2

What happened to multiple credits?When they had the paper punch cards you got one punch for each Buffet you purchased. Four people go, four punches. Now you get one credit per visit no matter how many buffets you purchase (unless you buy just one without a drink, then you get NOTHING). Ripoff!.Version: 2.5.2
Dried out pizzasThey were very slow on having fresh pizzas out They gave 1 customer a to go container when she was eating in I asked for a to go for the rest of my 2 cinnamon rolls and they said they didn’t have any. Looked at me crazy when I said they had one for the other customer Pretty sure we won’t return to this Cicis After we drove 15 miles because we were so excited they opened back up when the Thornton & Westminster didn’t open back up We won’t be back they for sure.Version: 4.0
