Truck & RV Fuel Stations Customer Service

I have this to be mostly very helpful. However, it did seem to get stuck on my being on Highway 10 in NM, when in fact I was on HWY 25 and would NOT locate ANYTHING other than what was on HWY 10. I don’t know if it was a signal problem, user problem, or what. But I finally just gave up and used a different app. But I prefer this one. I think it would help a lot of people such as myself if you put a video tutorial on YouTube/Rumble to help us “behind the curve” peeps learn the app faster. Your paragraph tutorials are confusing at times.

There needs to be a way to suggest a fuel station. I know of some that surprisingly are not listed, such as Charlton Service Plazas on Rt. 90 in Massachusetts. It’s a full-on rest area/Truck stop with fuel. And there are some that would definitely be RV friendly, but not Tractor Trailer friendly. And there should be a filter to differentiate between those so that many more RV friendly stations could be added.

Just pulled in for gas and to see if it was a place we’d want to stay and we’re staying! There are plenty of spots to park, with several away from the truck parking area (no reefers!) and a beautiful, fenced in area to let your dogs run and play! If you like fast food, there’s a McD’s across the road, and Love’s always has food as well (haven’t been in yet) Thankful to have found this gem!

We just bought an RV and are venturing out on our first trip. This app has been a life saver! Absolutely love it. It helps so much with planning our stops. The only thing that would make it even better would be if it listed what food/restaurants are available in each truck stop. But it’s been a wonderful tool for us while traveling.

I’ve been on an RV trip for two months and found it difficult to obtain propane. Downloaded this app and was able to see where I could obtain propane. Not only that, information was available so I could contact the Loves truck stop and verify via phone that they sold propane. God bless Love truck stops! Fantastic App!!!!!

Good for showing where stops located. Would be even better with current prices

Been using this app for years as we are RVers. It is invaluable! It used to list restaurants at the stations but it doesn’t anymore. I would have given 5 stars if that information was still given.

Update: Flying J is back and all is well. I love this app for our RV travels!! I have used this app for years to find the Flying J’s with RV lanes. Today, it doesn’t have any Flying J’s, and that makes it useless!!! Tried resetting filters, still no Flying J’s. I will keep trying.

This app is part of a great bundle and I only give it four stars because it lacks one filter that I use PACIFIC PRIDE. CFN would be nice to.

Doesn't include some of the best most convenient rest/fuel areas. Waste of $

I sure like this appp. I am pulling a fifth wheel, so it is nice to find the truck stops with an RV lane. Thank you.

Great job helping me find the right place to get good fuel

When in North Central US often see Kwik Trip with truck diesel lanes. Not shown using this app.

On an RV trip from San Diego to Glacier NP, the information on diesel fuel locations and pricing. It even provides availability of DEF.

This app is perfect for the RV traveler. Amenities of fueling stations like “RV Island” and “Dump Station” are amazingly helpful. Great App to have!

Recently travel across the Midwest to Montana with a 5th wheel trailer. Used the app to identify possible fuelling stops. Allowed us to manage our fuelling preferences (T/A stations), with descriptions of services, photos and mileage to location. Made our trip much easier with no stress

Why I’m saying this is, there are many more fuel stops that are not listed , such as Buc-ees, Sheetz and others that are either RV friendly or both for RV’s and truckers. Many more have popped up, new stops or redone. If no one is willing to keep up, then I will find another. Was a good one years ago.

I get it it’s truck stops but I wish I could get some thing like this for all or at least most fuel stations. I really like the connectivity with road trip but I’m ending up using gas buddy. Apps aren’t my thing but I truly miss Microsoft streets and trips

Setting up filters to screen for specific features doesn’t affect the list of stations shown on the map.

I got this app to find the least expensive fuel along my routes but they don’t list pricing. Not too up to date on newer locations either, station near where I live that was built six months ago isn’t listed.

Sadly it excludes the majority of stations my wife and I use. I would like to see more stations options for refueling. No Kwik Trips, BP, Exxon, etc

Ridiculous... can’t create s route without a pin but there’s no button to create one. How do you make any money??? I bought your bundle and now I regret it. Do you ever test with new users??? Show me how to use this thing!!!

I wanted to put in a route. It asked me to “pin” a location but I couldn’t “pin” any location. There were no updates available. I guess I’ll try a different app.

App says there is a + icon to add a location. First off, shouldn’t many if not most locations already be identified? Second, where the hell is the + icon??? Nowhere to be found.. waste of time

I bought this hoping to find diesel fuel and propane for our RV trip in south GA. The only fuel stations listed in this app are Loves, TA and Pilot which are only located at large interstate interchanges. Gas Buddy is better, tho it wasn’t very helpful either.

I got this because it leads you to believe it also tells you the fuel prices but it does not, waste of a dollar

It's does not list/sort by interstate you are on just distance away- in any direction. Not user friendly

Couldn’t figure out how to put in a location and then a tote telling me how far apart the fueling stations are! Very frustrating

App seems good for diesel rigs, but leaves out large gas RVs. Many of the Loves and Flying Js listed are very tight and no better for a large RV than any gas station.

I thought this app was suppose to show RV fuel islands but it doesn’t or at least I couldn’t get it to show any thing having to do with RVs. Not good.

My preferred gas station chain is ignored by this app. Gas Buddy far better.

No information. Don't waste your money. The developer responded to my initial comment.. . . I maintain it. This "app" is garbage.

We are RV'ing between AB & BC, we were hoping to find easy access for our more common fuel stations like Petro Canada, Esso, etc. What little is shown with this app on our particular route is Flying J & primarily cardlocked. I wish I had known before buying the app, hopefully there is an opportunity to provide updates of other fuel stations in the future.
