App won’t loadI love this service, but lately I have had to use the website in-browser because the app just won’t load. It won’t budge from the loading screen. I haven’t been able to access it in a couple of months now, so I am hoping there is a fix soon!

Buggy and illogicalI was a long time subscriber to Scott’s Cheap Flights, although admittedly I haven’t had a paid subscription in the last year or so. I recently decided to give it another go after completing some recent travel that I booked on my own. Downloaded the app today after being prompted to do so through email and can already see this is not the service for me anymore.
I prefer email to the app. I don’t need yet another app on my phone. And in particular I don’t need one that doesn’t work. Filters in the same category (for at least some) are treated as “and” rather than “or” leading to no return results. In addition, the app has constantly been crashing and I’ve only had it for a few hours. Not really functionalI took the trial on the full version as I am an international traveller and get exhausted looking for deals. Once installed I put in my next destination, Manila in the Philippines. Not found. Then put in five more recent ones that are more off the beaten path: Yerevan, Tashkent, etc. App did not recognize any of them. I plan to go to Dubai next year so figured that would be more popular and yes it found that airport. But none of the other airports were found and I was not able to save any future alerts even for Dubai. So far I see no value and cancelled my subscription. Great deals… but they never work for youIf you have no set plans and literally nothing to do and can look on this app all the time and find deals on flights then it’s perfect but if you have any sort of dates in mind or like have to be somewhere to be or an event at a certain time this app is pretty useless. Says I’m Elite but only shows free offers!Paid $49+tax for Premium then paid another $199+tax to upgrade to Elite a few days later so I could see international deals (with that said, Going should be refunding me my initial $49+tax).

Launched this app way too earlyThe website is great to find deals. This app is not. I could take a flight to the other side of the country and come back before this app loads. I get notifications about flight deals but when I click it it just gets stuck on the opening logo animation screen.
The 2 stars is mainly because you offer a great free trial unlike many other companies and the website is good.
However, It’s clear you invested more in UI Design than you did in UX or Engineering.
