Subscription Issues - How to Cancel for IOSLike a lot of the reviews say, it does take you out of the app to subscribe and thus you cannot unsubscribe with the instructions provided in the app. (Can’t go through settings and subscriptions) However, when you use the provided customer service email (I used the feedback link or some of the responses on reviews have provided the email) they cancel it promptly when you give them your user ID and tell them the issue. Not a bad app, just need to rework that portion so you don’t get redirected and HAVE to contact customer service for cancellation. I received prompt service when I used it though, so just a minor inconvenience more than anything. Had an issue, VibeShort helped me out almost immediately! 10/10First and foremost, the dramas on here are ADDICTIVE! I just can’t stop watching them. So I bought the $3.99 day pass to try out the app to it’s fullest extent, I just don’t have the availability for a full weekly/monthly subscription at the moment, and when i went to cancel it was nowhere to be found! I emailed support and in less than 5 minutes (less than 4 minutes to be precise) I received a response from support. It took a total of 15 minutes between me being a little distracted and replying to support to get it cancelled and all my concerns addressed! I will definitely be coming back to VibeShort when I can allocate some funds specifically for it! A few hiccupsLoving the stories so far. I saw one of their ads and I’ve been hooked since. However, there are three things that I’ve found annoying. The ad links for points to open the next chp don’t always work. After clicking you head back to the app and it’ll say something like null or disconnected. The captions don’t always match the speaker and the voice over will switch up from an American English speaking accent to a Brit. Good App So FarThe Anime storylines are good so far. The ability to watch show’s via achieving credits or money through missions. Example watching ads, playing games, reading different company ads is excellent. Paying a subscription I can not say, as I’m not a subscriber. Horrible App/CompanyDO NOT DOWNLOAD THIS APP!!!! This app is not worth downloading or subscribing to. If you do make the mistake of subscribing, or even making a one time purchase, they automatically subscribe you and you’re not able to cancel the subscription. I attempted to unsubscribe and was still charged for another week. When I attempted to reach out via email to have to money returned, instead of returning my money, they charged me AGAIN!!! Don’t give them your business and give them the chance to steal from you. UPDATE: I find it hilarious that the company responded to everyone’s negative reviews with the exact same message. They want you to provide the UID in order to issue a refund or cancel your subscription, but when the UID is provided, they tell you that they are unable to locate that UID as it doesn’t exist. I had to provide them with a screenshot of the UID within the app to prove that it was correct. Then they have the audacity to ask you to give them a 5 star review or update your review in the hopes that it will be more positive. I was charged and I can see the subscription when I check under settings in my phone but all episodes were not unlocked like promised. Money grabThis company/app will lead you to believe that you have complete access with the paid subscription. First, if you do the trial they will charge you for the trial and then the next day charge you for the weekly, eliminating the days of the trial. Second. They advertise shorts and then when you get to them in the paid app, they cut them off well before even the advertised chapters. Can’t purchase with Apple Pay.Not able to purchase coins using ApplePay as is stated clearly that the site takes it. Difficult to cancelI have been trying to be very careful about subscribing to apps that I am not able to cancel through my Apple subscriptions.
