I’m on pace to hit more than 200GB saved. 2) My photo albums are now much more fun to look through since all the junk is getting cleared out. 3) Has been really good for taking a daily walk down memory lane. I review that day’s photos throughout the years, remember them, send them to friends to remind them. It’s great for my mental health and just for dusting off old memories. 4) I use it to make sure my digital photo frame gets updated. After sorting through all of the day’s photos and marking favorites I then upload all the best ones to our photo frame. Our kids love it and go to the frame every day to see their memories. I would love for a discount to come once you hit something like 90% sorted. I like the program a lot, it’s worth every penny at the beginning, but once I hit my 1 year mark it would be nice to get offered a lifetime subscription for the price of another year or something like that. The developer is great, they respond quickly and fix things so I want to continue supporting them, but I’m unsure if I would do so at full price once I hit 1 year. Amazing customer service!I don’t think I’ve ever done an app review, but the amazing way I was treated inspired me to do so (and I wasn’t even asked!). I had a small issue with payment and reached out to support. When they responded they quickly got creative with figuring out a solution and were very kind and understanding. AMAZING APP BUT… Y’all better not be selling my data to advertisers 👀This app really turns photo organization into a more scrolling / social media consumption adjacent activity. That has helped me because a large portion of my gallery is just stuff I saved from the web so - it has been nearly as easy as saving all of that was in the first place. I think though I regret signing up for a year because I was able to organize 30,000 items in my gallery down to like 17,000 in a matter of like 10 days. And I just adore how quickly I could add photos to different folders. I have only good things to say for the people who created such a brilliant idea! I think my biggest criticism is the marketing - I remember being extremely bothered by the dismissive attitude toward privacy concerns that was displayed in a few of the advertisements I saw. That felt very anti-consumer and kind of bizarre for a younger brand to not be more cognizant. 85 GB space freed up and countingThis app is one of my favorites that I recommend to everyone who loves to take photos/screenshots but struggles to delete photos. So far, I’ve freed up 85 GB of space on my phone and I’ve only had the app half a year or so. It’s also a fun way to look back on your life in previous years. I’ve never needed to pay and still enjoy the app a lot. Awesome app!One of the best apps I have on my phone. The swipe feature makes it sooooo much easier for me to go through my photos, both old and new. Picnic is a pretty great appAs a mom, even thinking of the amount of pictures I carry in my phone is daunting. This app is great because it encourages me to sort through my library just a little bit at a time. This app saved my lifeMy phone kept flailing because there was NO space and memory left on it. Not even with a terabyte of iCloud space. No supportI tried this app out in an attempt to straighten out my photos. App is ok. Maybe a little too cutsey for my taste but it’s OK since it did allow me to organize my pictures. The app fell apart for me when I decided I wanted to try something else before I decided on what app I would buy. As I deleted within the three day trial (which was a great feature) a message popped up with special offer of three month trial for free, then regular price for year. I accepted the offer and went back to the app, where it said I have a three month trial and the next billing date would be in 3 days, not 3 months. I wrote to support to get verification. Crickets. I'm glad I didn't drop any money on this. Within a couple of weeks as I'm sorting and swiping, and this has happened many times, all of the photos will just appear black. You can see the thumbnails down below, but nothing I do brings the actual photo back from a black square. Update Ruined ItI’ve used picnic for awhile now and had paid for the monthly service. It was great to sort through my photos, I used it daily. I even recommended to friends! $10 a month was steep, but worth it to me. Then, suddenly after an update, the price over DOUBLED! Now there’s swipe limits? Like? What’s the point. $5.99 billed weekly is actually insane… $24 a month to swipe through my own photos? Yikes! I love/hate this app!Since September 8, I have been clearing out photos using SuperPicnic. I paid for a year of the upgrades to Picnic, using a special deal they were running. So far, I’ve deleted 3 gigs worth, according to the app. Unfortunately, about a week ago, I was back to regular Picnic, with none of the additional features of SuperPicnic. It is really difficult to contact a human through Apple or Picnic’s website to remedy this situation. On my Apple subscriptions, it says my SuperPicnic will renew on September 8, 2026. My eyes hurtIdk if this is just me, but half of the videos that show up on there are blank— I have to squint at the little pictures on the bottom to even see what it might be.
