Thank you !!!My therapist who works with EMDR recommended this to me and has helped a great deal with daily triggers.. I would recommend if you have had deep rooted trauma you don’t remember and or from childhood should work with a therapist first childhood trauma has many layers and like a diet or cleanse should be done in a certain order otherwise it can surface things the body has stored for protection and try to all come out at once that’s how powerful a d simple this method is it has changed my life in so many positive ways !!!! Really worksI found this no-frills app recommended by a therapist to be really well thought out and extremely effective: as a bedtime meditation, to get back to sleep from a 3am panic attack, or to a calmer state in difficult ongoing/triggering situations. This app has shifted my answer to the question, if you were stranded on a desert island and could only take one thing… ;-) Try it! It took me a few listens to really grok it and feel the effects. Very useful and calmingAuthor even replied to me regarding iOS compatibility. I can run this app on iOS 12.2 without issue. When I can’t sleep, even medication didn’t help enough. I put on headphones, turned this on... next thing I knew it was morning. I have 30 years of anxiety, sleep disorder, and depression. Works for meI use it exclusively when there is an external crisis that causes me intense anxiety. I use a different app for day-to-day stress and insomnia, Relax & Sleep Well ͏b͏y Glenn Harold. This EMDR app is an amazing health tool for me. I have had a trained EMDR therapist session once and I know how effective these tools can be. This one will take anxiety down a few notches. EssentialThis app is the most helpful app I have ever downloaded. I have PTSD and Anxiety. Great for help with anxietyHelps me when I'm feeling anxious. I really like the audio along with the visual effect. I have done EMDR in the past. I'm not sure if it would be as effective for someone who hasn't experienced EMDR. The app is a little buggy or I would have given 5 stars. The volume slider was all the way to the left so at first I thought it wasn't working. It doesn't work in conjunction with my phone's volume controls the way other audio apps do. The forward/back buttons don't work at all. And if I turn off the phone's display because I don't want anyone to see "Anxiety Release" across the top of the screen the app pauses. I'm hoping these bugs get fixed in future updates. But app is well worth the $5..Version: 1.0.3

LOVE IT.I can think of a lot of purchases that I hoped would be "life changing" and very few that actually were, but this is one. I try to use it daily, it helps with a generalized anxiety disorder (GAD) and PTSD. It is really quite incredible. I have recommended it to a number of people. I really think it helps ease anxiety and increase confidence. Honestly, it works better than all of the anti-anxiety meds I've ever tried (which don't really work for PTSD).
