The app is pretty nice - good odds, a decent amount of sports, and I like the daily wheel. But good luck not throwing your phone out a window when you see the green loading wheel of death. It’s gotten better since the most recent update, but still now and again a loooong loading cycle will happen, stopping your experience dead in its tracks. PotentialBeen using this app for a little over two weeks and I’m liking it so far but there are some underlying issues. Customer service has been non-existent since I’ve had the app. Ran into some small issues-none more frustrating than the daily spins. I’ve had to send a ticket in over 6 times because I’ve never got my daily spin(still have not received 4 days worth of spins) I’ve logged in everyday (after a 24 hour period) and still my daily spin was no where to be found. The spins are very random and I’d recommend using a button or a certain section on the app where the user can go directly to their daily spins. Currently when writing this, the last daily spin I received was two days ago which is why I’m leaving this review. Better than FliffFliff was doing this before and im telling you right now Thrillzz is wayyyyy better. First day trying it out it i submitted a live bet and it went instantly. On Fliff, odds are always changing and it feels like you can never get a bet to go through on live but i did it seamless. Its a new app so sometimes load times are crazy so i exit out an come back with no issues. They give great odds on the sportsbook compared to fliff. I did three bets yesterday and turned 5$ into 50$. When i went to go deposit it didnt go through at first because they didnt take mastercard. But once i put a bank account it worked. Great Customer Support, Got Paid OutI see a lot of people saying they can’t withdraw because their account is pending verification, which was a problem for me as well. I had to contact customer support twice and the second time they apologized and sent a verification link using a 3rd party verifier. My account was verified in a day or so and I was able to withdraw a good amount in winnings. People are saying this is a scam but I’m seeing the cash in my bank account so I don’t believe this is a scam of an app. If you’re patient with customer support, they will get things sorted out. It’s a new app with a small user base currently so I’m sure there are a few wrinkles they need to work out as they grow. Best sports betting all aroundThrillzz is by far the easiest to use and best betting app I have come across. All the widgets are simply placed and easy accessed. They offer many ways to cash out including Skrillz!! They offer ACH transfer as well as INSTANT transfers as well. Any time I have had issues the support team has responded quickly and has successfully resolved them. Winning big is problematic!!!I started off with $1 dollar built it up to 2k just redeemed my first $1000 but the their email system has some flaws like when I was waiting to redeem my wining’s they have to do a verification process to redeem your winning which was fine but they didn’t email me notifying me of it as it stated when it was completed same when I redeem the 1k in my bank it was supposed to send a email about the transaction either it take some Time or the system that send out those emails need to be troubleshooted. Similar to FliffIf you like free betting using fliff, and taking part in the daily challenges & collecting your points for gift cards, then you will also like Thrillz. The main difference is that Thrillz keeps giving you free $ to bet with whereas Fliff stops giving you the daily dollar if your balance exceeds $4.99. Thrillz will also allow you to use your winnings from the promotional $ towards purchasing discounted packages. I’ll add that withdrawing from Fliff is very easy and straight forward, whereas on Thrillz it is not so straight forward - at least from the get go. First hiccupI love the app have won multiple times and typically have no issues until now. I won a bet on 4 games yesterday latest start time at 1pm. My winning bet has still yet to even settle a full 24hrs later which hasn’t happened before. I usually can cash out 30 min after games after everything is settled. I downloaded app and deposited 10$ and started an account through app. That’s was the last and only time I was gained access to my account. I contacted support and told them the app don’t work, it keeps login me out , stated I’am in the restricted area. It would let me do anything. So support keep given me a run around about use another WiFi, to see if that works and some other waste less options. And I key asking for a simple refund cause I never used the platform but the first time. And they kept giving me excuses after excuses. Fliff is betterBeware of this book. They settle wagers incorrectly, odds change (for the worse)right after you make the wager , both of these situations have happened to me and have yet to be resolved. They had an issue with their redemption and accidentally put a extra money in my bank account. I was honest and told them about it, they said due to their error they would basically let me keep the funds, then a couple days later change their minds and do a reverse payment on my bank account and prevent me from redeeming my funds basically forcing me to approve for them to take the funds that they accidentally gave me (which they said I could keep). Marked My Entry Wrong When All Was RightBefore this, I've never had a problem with the app, however, I made a 3 leg NBA prop entry, I'm actively watching the game live to make sure I'm either getting them right or wrong, and by the time the games were done, all my 3 legs were ended with the correct stat line i put the over/under on. Very sketchyI’ve played on Thrillzz for a few months now and have run into multiple issues. First is that you can’t withdraw your money straight to your bank account even though they say you can. Worst Support Team EverI recently downloaded this app and was able to successfully deposit money without any hassle.
