Incredibly UnderwhelmingA somewhat generic app. Incredibly underwhelming. I’m looking to see what version of the Bible it is using. It doesn’t say. You would think that would be important. Church bells going off in the middle of the day is someone irritating. I’m not one to show everyone how holy I may or may not be. My experience with people who do this are most likely to pickpocket you. But I digress. The app is very light on detail. There are great Catholic apps out there. Here we will find many ways to prepare for the day. I only wish I could hear it whilst I am getting ready to depart for the day. Good App Some GlitchesThis app is good for Catholic prayer time but it is buggy. When I pray the angelus, it will not let me scroll and sends me back to the starting page. Again, when I click on the “St. of the Day” it just shows me a blank screen. I appreciate the app and reading scripture has worked so far but I am not too impressed with these app glitches and I believe that there is definite room for improvement in those areas. I enjoy this AppI was pleasantly surprised by this app. It’s easy to use & keeps count of all the prayers you say. I enjoy that it say’s the prayers with you & highlights the words as you go (to better reflect on them). I just wish the advertisements weren’t so many and in your face. Oremus shouldn’t have pop up adsI just recently downloaded this app to help me pray more and I am already wanting to delete it. This morning I opened it and read the morning reflection. Then an ad for BJs popped up and won’t go away. It wants me to follow a link to join BJs. Can’t I worship God without pop up ads?
