Odometer+ Lite Customer Service

I am healing from a very extensive fusion of my spine from T1 to S1 and I have three rods in my back and I’m having a really hard go of it. I’m not progressing well and I’ve tried everything I can think of natural, herbal, psychic, and standard medical treatment. Somehow, I remembered that when I used to hike five days a week, I used an app to trap my mileage I had a bad brain injury with one of my falls recently, and I’m having trouble with time and distance and coordinating time and space and decided to try walking my dog using the odometer and estimating times and lengths of time during our hikes This app is so simple to use and simple as what my brain really needs right now. And it has helped me start integrating those broken bridges in my brain and being aware of my time – space integration in my surroundings. It’s also really helped take away my fear of falling again since I’ve had six falls this year. Using the app has given me a sense of freedom and control in my life again and it’s a lot of fun so I highly recommend it for it ease and for it’s really wonderful impact on one’s body and mind

I love the Odometer Free app! It is extremely helpful when I am walking at the track or cycling around town. Now I am able to properly gauge my consistency and progress. I was perturbed when the app had "bugs" and wouldn't give proper listing (e.g., I would have walked 3 miles, but the app would state I walked only 0.25 miles). I just haven't figured how to retrieve my details yet.

I am using this app to take the place of a physical odometer in my 1980 Vanagon. The native odometer has ceased to function, and this is a good substitute. You can start the app when you begin to drive, so it isn’t ON all the time. I transfer the mileage to a log book for using to keep service records for oil changes, etc. One improvement I wish the developer would make - allow users ro combine trips to be out-and-back instead of two one way drives.

It’s nice and simple to use and is very accurate. You can save each trip by a name and description. I like it, I’ve been using it almost every day for the last 2 years.

Does what I want, just mileage only. Tried others with GPS speed, time, etc. Found them to be unreliable. They just quit and needed fussing with to restore. You need mileage only? This works.

This is a great app for accurately determining how far you walk or bike. I downloaded it to determine if my car odometer was accurate. Over a 100 mile car trip, they differed by1 tenth mile. Perfectly accurate!

I use it when I walk to tell me how far I've gone. It is very accurate and easy to use. I would recommend it to anyone.

We use this app to keep track of our golf cart trip miles works grate for this you can also use it to find out where you are.

Recently gave bad review for this app. I must recant that review. Was running ios 11.2.6 and app quit working. Updated to 11.3 and app works great again. Thanks for support.

Simple and easy to use. Does what it says and uses GPS on phone. Press Start to begin trip and Stop to end trip. Add simple description if needed. I only need to log business miles so this works fine for me. Email logs to self at the end of the month in csv format. Love the app.

For accuracy, this app works great. Recent updates however changed the look and functionality of certain features. It will be for this reason that I only give it four stars. Un-clearable notifications, and small bugs surely will be fixed soon enough, so the app is definitely worth having.

I was looking for an accurate Odometer to track mileage for my job. This works perfectly and I can even save and make notes about details of the trip.

It will tell you roughly what you ran but it’s not accurate. You can run exactly a mile and it will tell you you’ve run .8 only for it to later tell you that you’ve run a mile and a half. Let it keep going for about 20 minutes after you stop for most accurate results.

I was super pleased with this app until I noticed the miles going up when I wasn’t moving. I usually take this for a run to map my distances. I forgot to turn it off some day.. it said I ran 1.25 miles (that seemed right). After sitting at home I checked it and it added another mile. Hmmm

I was using this app to track my sales calls. When everyone got audited for miles traveled the app was off by 15-20 on all of my routes... add this up over the last 6 months and I got over paid for 100+ miles. And yes I have to pay all that back to the companies I work for.

Save With Details not able to save after updating to iOS 13.1. Otherwise, good app. Does exactly what I need it to without being overly complicated.

This ap could be great, it's very simple. It's just not great, the tracker is off by 2 miles for every 10 & the ap drops trips. It does not run well in the background.

I ran my 4 mile route and it said 4.19. I walked into my house to drop my dog off and get my other dog for the second half of my run. It said 4.71 so i must have walked a half a mile in my kitchen while dropping off my dog.

It’s an easy to use product but the results are uncertain. A walk can be 1 mile and I can get results from 1/2 to 2 1/2 miles. Not a precision measure.

The colors are pleasant but hard to see outdoors when sunny!

Used to work great. Stopped working. Location services is on. And I tried reloading the app. Still doesn’t work while walking.

Why do these companies keep infringing upon our privacy? The app no business accessing my location when I'm not using the app. To hell with them!

I used to enjoy this app occasionally. Now it crashes every time I use it. I’m sad.

This app is such a joke. I turned it on and set my phone down, completely stationary and it was still counting the miles it was "moving"

Walked over two miles and it didn’t count one step. This thing is useless. Deleted.

If you are OK with 1.4 miles on the App equaling 1 real mile then this is the App for you

The miles are off. it says you ride more than you actually do. i don’t recommend. get a app that’s correct.

This was super accurate when I tapped the screen of my phone every minute or so and didn't switch between apps. However, it would stop tracking if my phone screen would dim to save power. I managed to find out how far a specific path was but it was annoying.

Worked perfect at first, but now when I start the odometer before driving to my destination, it either records only part of the trip or not at all.

Very inaccurate. My wife and I walk the same route and our distances traveled vary wildly. We each use our own phone.

It isn't keeping track of the kilometres. Over the last 3 days, I've tried using the app and it isn't working. Very disappointed.

Used it to track one trip, as soon as I went to save the trip, the app crashed and the trip was lost. Garbage.
