Fantastic when it worksWhen I first downloaded this app, I was amazed at its accuracy in summarising several meetings.
The only issue is that it is not reliable. I have the latest update, but it will sometimes not record, giving a failed format message. I am paying attention to the meeting and cannot monitor whether the app is working or not. Tonight, I received a phone call in the middle of a meeting. This caused the app to stop recording and delete everything it had already recorded.

Good for a few timesAfter scanning notes to create a summary for some times, you will have to get the subscription to continue, and while scanning very long pages, it kicks you out the app! It’s very frustrating, as once it kicks you out, i loose the progress of all the slides i scanned. The notes are pretty good but sometimes the words also glitch while scanning. Works well but export pdf is blankI like the recording option as well as the summarization, but when I go to export the notes of the call the pdf is blank. It doesn’t pick up any of the text. I reached out to support with no response regarding this. Took My Money and Ignored My EmailsI purchased a lifetime membership for AI Note Taker, and this has turned into a completely unacceptable experience. The app no longer recognizes my lifetime membership, and despite trying to restore my purchase multiple times, I still cannot access what I paid for. I’ve deleted and reinstalled the app, attempted the restore process repeatedly, and nothing has worked.
What makes this even worse is the complete lack of customer support. I have emailed the company three separate times asking for help, and not once have they responded. When a company is willing to take your money for a lifetime membership but cannot be bothered to provide basic support when something goes wrong, that raises serious concerns.
At this point, I’m left wondering whether I’ve simply been scammed out of my money. Paying customers should not have to chase down access to a product they already purchased, especially when the company offers no communication or accountability. Extremely disappointing..MadTownWIVersion: 1.3.3

Lifetime Purchase Access Not Honored (titled Premium at Purchase)Do not purchase this app.
I purchased a lifetime (non-consumable) “Premium” upgrade for this app on Jan. 15, 2025.
After later updates, the app started glitching and crashing and now no longer recognizes or restores that lifetime purchase.
The developer, Evolly, has since removed references to lifetime access on the app and now offers “Premium” as an annual subscription, even though my original purchase, also titled Premium, was a lifetime purchase, not a subscription.
I contacted the developer twice via email for support, but my lifetime access was not restored. I also contacted Apple Support (whom the developer said I had to contact for refund requests), however Apple treated the issue as a subscription renewal dispute and refused to refund me. Instead they tried to convince me to issue a chargeback on my credit card as a last resort. I did not take that option.
Summary: the developer violates Apples Guidelines (2.3.1) without repercussions and the customer is refused a refund..Jdep244Version: 1.3.1

This removed the purpose of the app for me considering the free alternative I found.
