So my mom put my remote in the washer and dryer and my remote did not worked and I was so sad and I was mad because it HAD IN APP Perches so I had a up and down button and was so happy and it works this app is worth it I love this app

I like this app bucuse when you lose a remote you can just download this and I love it but am still getting used to it

I wished this app didn’t cost so much!! And I hope I don’t miss the 6 day free trial and get charged an arm and leg while my remote is at my Mother in Law’s house a 4 days!!

But I did find it funny that you need a remote to set up the smart remote’s first usage, lol

I lost my remote and no app could turn my 65in Samsung tv on but this app here did the trick, thanks so much, life saver !!

The whole point of getting this app, as was directed to me from the official Samsung help pages, was to allow me to adjust the volume of the TV, since that barely works with my remote, even after changing the batteries and completing factory resets. The volume controls are the only functions that are not working on the remote, unless I use the voice control to say “turn volume up (x) percent”. At that point, it will allow me to manually adjust the volume but only for a brief period of time. After downloading the app, I come to find that all other functions, which, again, are not the issue, work just fine but in order to adjust the volume, I have to pay a monthly fee. Absolute garbage.

Bought a lifetime purchase of the remote. Used it everyday. Updated the app after using it for 2 years and all of a sudden they forgot I payed for the app. Went to restore purchase and it had no history I ever purchased the app (been using same Apple/email account the entire time so no excuse there). Tried contacting them with no results. Wouldn’t recommend spending over 30 bucks for it to conveniently forget your purchase. Worst of all is my wife ended up being right about it all!! Lol. She told me it was a waste from the start. Jokes on me..

Purchased lifetime subscription, but when I try to use the app, it acts like I never made a purchase so I cannot use the app at all. So I checked my credit card statement and I could not find the purchase.. So I tried to purchase it again and it said I already purchased it. And would I like it again for free. So I clicked OK and then tried to use it again. I got put back in the same vicious circle. It actually works for a while then it just stopped.

Just purchased lifetime purchase 3 DAYS AGO and no longer recognizes my purchase. So stupid. I read another customers review and hoped it was one offs, bit after 3 days??? Also, I got this remote for when I can’t find the physical remote, but you have to have the physical remote to pair this remote to the tv. That’s stupid when you can find the tv on the app. Will be getting with iTunes for a refund for this stupid app

When it worked it was great I bought one year plan. Then after a month they disregarded my purchase. Then charged me for multiple lifetime plans but app continued to not work. I tried remedies with app developer but despite immediate response via email non of there trouble shooting steps worked. They wouldn’t refund my purchase I’m now hoping Apple will refund me for the 3 charges they put through on my account for roughly $100.

It doesn’t work. I have one of the best Samsung tv’s on the market. This ripoff app charged me three times and doesn’t even work. If I try to use it, it tries to make me pay again. It also puts a popup on the screen that tells me to use my Samsung remote to make this app work. EVERY TIME! Even if it did work, what’s the point of this stupid app if I have to use the Samsung remote to make the app work each time. What a rip. Don’t do it!

I paid for the app and my subscription doesn’t expire until September 2nd. I’ve been using it for months. The app took away my subscription randomly yesterday and they want me to pay to start another subscription. What a joke lol. I want my money back. I tried to restore my purchase and it said I have nothing to restore even though Apple still shows I have my year long subscription with them. Ridiculous.

Everything work’s about the remote and it works without me having to pay I just hate that I can’t turn my volume up and down without having to pay. That’s stupid why let everything else work but not one of the MOST important flaws, THE VOLUME I have to get up and press buttons OM MY TV for the volume. I find that highly outrageous

Downloaded the app a while ago, and did not go through with use since of network issues. The service started a subscription without notifying my account. Only recently noticed when reviewing the credit card purchases. Will need to forward an Apple support request for a refund.

It doesn’t work. I have a top‑of‑the‑line TV and this app still charged me multiple times and delivered nothing. Every attempt to use it just leads to more payment requests. On top of that, it spams me with pop‑ups telling me to use my actual TV remote. Feels like a complete scam. I’ve contacted support team and would like to be refunded.

I purchased the app because I have a remote that works perfectly fine. Just sometimes, the volume button stops working for a couple of days. I’ve changed the battery, reset it, cleaned the sensor and I’m tired of it. Everything works except, yup, the volume. Ridiculous. Don’t buy, wouldn’t recommend.

This is the move expensive of all bought the lifetime subscription but every time I open the app I have go through the purchase process. Apple protects me from repurchasing the lifetime subscription. If accidentally touch one of the other levels I am paying again.

This app tries to charge me again every time I use it. It's really frustrating. I've paid for it twice. I have the subscription, but it does not acknowledge that I have the subscription so it doesn't work, it wants me to buy it again every time I open it.

Doesn’t always connect to TVs. Very sporadic. When it does works great. They should also have a button to switch between multiple monitors and not have to close the app out to access another monitor.

You are all scammers, i paid for one year subscription and you deducted it from my account and yet i can’t access anything on the app. You should do better. You all are thieves. 😡😡😡😡. You are asking me to pay for another subscription after you have debited the first payment

I have had to cancel and renew my subscriptions around 6 times. And each time I chose a different subscription. The app only works for a few days, and then it tells me I need to subscribe when I already HAVE. I’ve written them emails and they still haven’t given me money back.

Not only is the remote not free, when you play for the one-time “lifetime subscription” to avoid recurring charges, the app will conveniently charge you, but not grant you access to the remote. I feel like an idiot and hope you won’t do the same. Find a different app.

Deleting the app to reinstall and try again will not work because the app doesn’t recognize my previous purchase.

Worked great on my Roku TV and then it just stopped working. I also have a Samsung TV and you have to have the physical remote to except connection to this app. So kind of defeats the purpose.

I purchased the app. It stops working periodically and makes me purchase it again (for free) in App Store.

It was ok but you would have to pay for it and just to use it for a replacement for a remote (not worth to pay) it you do start the free trial just cancel it before you have to pay

Gotta pay just to use the remote and when you do it connects and that’s all not working at all it’s pointless make sure you use the free trial button and cancel your subscription immediately to see for yourself huge scam

You need the original remote to allow access on the TV. It would not let me use it unless the other remote was present. which was the reason I downloaded this remote because I lost the remote.

Whatever they are smoking must be good because paying weekly or even paying 30$ for a remote app is absolutely insane they need to go back to the drawing board and realize its ignorance im not hurting for money but thats insane i wont even use it now 🤷🏻‍♂️

I paid for the life time and it was working fine, and from one day to another started asking me for a payment. When i reach out to support they just told me that the app is not perfect and now they are ignoring my emails. "Don't get scammed"

I purchased a lifetime deal and every time I open the app it acts like I never purchased it. When I repeat the purchase process, it recognizes that I have already Purchased it and gives me access. Very annoying.

I regret buying the Samsung tv. The remote control is garbage and you have to download an app and pay fees to use functions like voice search other cheaper tvs provide for free. This will be my last Samsung purchase

I bought a lifetime subscription was wasted $35 on this thing and emailed and complained because all of a sudden it’s taught me to subscribe again and I’m already subscribed. No one has responded to my emails. I even sent proof of purchase.

Used the free trial to see if it was compatible with my TV… It is not compatible with my TV but there’s no clear way to cancel. I don’t want to get charged for a service. I can’t use, but there’s no clear way to cancel the free trial period

Tried to connect Samsung sound bar to the network. App is not intuitive. Plus you have to pay monthly to use full functions. Deleted that garbage app off my phone.

Bought the lifetime subscription and it won’t work. Was quick to take my money though. Looks like others had same problem

Took money out of my account- so be it. I didn’t cancel but when I try to open the application I purchased it says I have nothing to restore. Are you kidding me. There is no way to contact the developers. Please contact me.

I also paid for the lifetime and it’s gone with the Restore option saying “Nothing to Restore. No previous purchases were found” TBH the app wasn’t great anyway but being scammed is infuriating.

This app would be great if it stopped trying to charge me unnecessarily. I paid for a year subscription and a few weeks in the app kept making me re-subscribe. Save my purchase history or don’t charge me!!!

I downloaded this app because my son lost the physical remote to the tv. In order to use the app you need your physical remote. I wouldn’t need the app if I had the remote. Pointless and a waste of time

I downloaded this app because it said it was free. The app lets you download it but when you touch any button it directs you to subscribe for free for a 3 day trial. Than you have to pay.

This app is trash! It does not work as a full remote. Every time I open the app it opens as a full remote and quickly switch. This was a waste! Please fix!!!!!!

It’s a paid app that doesn’t even offer access to basic remote functionality. No settings. No brightness. No contrast. Nothing. Do not pay for this trash.

What garbage. Not a particularly good remote. Maybe it would be worth it for .99cent But TEN DOLARS A MONTH… this is couple garbage. I strongly recommend finding a different option.
