Best Quality. Unbeatable Value.I discovered Quince years ago with a few of their italian crossbody purses. LOVED. Still in great condition. Eventually bought a few blouses for work. Then sweaters and finally embraced the down comforters and shoes. Though the down parka, raincoat and Bella kick flare jeans are my hands down best buys. You can’t go wrong with Quince. The quality and FEEL of their clothing is on par with higher end luxury brands. These are classic pieces that will stand the test of time and fading trends. $50 jeans vs $200? Yes please. Unfortunately I end up spending the $200 because I buy them in every color! The times I have exchanged for a different size or made a return, it was a simple fast process. Best online store and accessible appWhen my mom came over to visit me a couple years ago and I hugged her, she was wearing an outfit that was so soft and I asked her where she got it from. When she told me she got it from Quince, I was instantly hooked on them. I got their super soft fleece zip hoodie in light gray for Christmas last year and ordered it in black. I'm also totally blind and find the app to be very accessible with VoiceOver, Apple's screen reader for the blind and visually impaired. If I had to mention one improvement, I would say they should add blind friendly descriptions of their products for people like me who can't see photos of them. I also really love their customer service and appreciate their excellent return policy where you have a full year to try things out. Thank you, Quince! Shopping onlineI do all of my shopping online and I must say that quince is a great place to buy almost everything you need. I say almost because there are a few things that they just don’t sell. My only complaint is that sometimes when I check my account on the website I don’t see all of my orders. I’m waiting for a 14k gold necklace right now but unfortunately I’m not able to track it. I’m hoping that this necklace will be delivered today. Second Chance & WinMy first order from Quince was a bit of a disaster. They ran out the first item I ordered after the original was lost in shipment, and the second item was delayed until who knows when for global shortages. I was admittedly frustrated and left an underwhelmed review. However, I gave them a second chance because they had a linen dress in stock and ready to ship that I really wanted. The item is gorgeous, and such high quality. It arrived quickly, and I am happy to say that I am willing to shop with Quince again. Plus, I’ll be getting the dress in every color.
