My opinion about this gameOverall I think this game is great. There’s lots of active members, usually an event going on, it’s very engaging (unlike others like this game), and overall it’s pretty fun. Of course there are some flaws to every game but in my opinion this game has just a few. Like not having many hero’s. There are a few hero’s all you can easily unlock but I would like to see even more hero’s it just feels like a lack when I go to the hero area and just see the few that are there. I also believe certain events that are held should be longer like the fishing event felt very short and the regeneration rate of the items was very slow. I know they want you to spend money which I will admit I have on this game but I think they could improve the events. Another thing is maybe even expanding our kingdoms even more. I have unlocked and leveled up everything to a decent level in my kingdom and it just is kinda sad to see it all done. Maybe they can figure something out and add more to build and stuff into the kingdom. Like I said i genuinely love this game it’s engaging and fun and I usually don’t spend money on games but this one for some reason made me want to do it. But the game feels very short and not a lot of content. I truly believe there is a lot they could add making it one of the better mobile games out there. Surprisingly in DepthI downloaded this game cuz I love tower defense and I liked the little ad of the king riding around on a horse but this is a lot more then your aréage tower defense. You have a whole little town you can build and upgrade and people to keep happy. There is even a suggestion box where you help villagers with their issues and get approval rating up. It’s little things like that which make games feel more alive to me. Also after a while you get to not just defend but attack your enemies with hero’s in a little autobattler. I haven’t played for a super long time but so far there have been no crazy micotransaction pushes or a bunch of annoying ads either. Great GameI love the game but the only thing I don’t like not understand is why do the leaders of the alliance groups have you add them on discord and if you don’t they kick you from the alliance. I have been getting kicked since I started playing this game. I feel like something should be done about that because at this point it’s very annoying. I have to start my own alliance just to avoid that and I feel like I shouldn’t have to. More coins should be given as well when it comes to the exploration battle. All in all, it’s a pretty solid game.Everyone writing reviews saying it’s just another pay to win game is full of it. Yes you can spend money in this game just like every other game nowadays. There’s no one special item you can get that’s better than everything else by spending money. You can be good at the game without spending a dime. There’s multiple styles of gameplay all mashed into this one game which makes it very fun. You’re less likely to get bored quickly because of it. In Game GameplayTo say the least of course no add is always great. Very very Similar to ROK with being slightly behind on its mechanics. Not exactly like the ads but more like a kingdom power chase from the surrounding governors and alliances. Start game is very civilization based and then later just turns into world resource domination. What powers beats what and what’s the best attacking strategy. Nothing to where it’s super details or difficult but it’s a pay to win game or at-least pay to get boosted. Just goodNobody’s probably ever going to read this, but after seeing this game everywhere I had to do Download it, which is a great game. I love the voice, acting and pretty much zero ads love the conquest mode all that I ask is for the game to have a translation. I cannot read the chat. Game is Not at All like the Ads, but It’s Still FunTo summarize, the game is basically rise of kingdom meets clash of clans with a bunch of mini-games strapped on. Amazing Game!I first saw this game on an ad and just ignored it. but then, i saw it a second time and actually decided to watch the ad. it looked amazing so i downloaded it. as soon as i opened up the app, the game looked EXACTLY as it did in the ad. i started this morning, and already have 4 hours on the game. Some false advertising but still fun!The adds show running around, defeating enemies, and taking the money that drops to buy towers to help attack. Where some of these elements are present in the game, it’s not exactly as advertised. The game is half city builder; half tower defense. It does have quite a few different minigames within but these are only available periodically after the idle periods. Fine, just not what the ad promisedThe ad made it look like an awesome tower defense, but it’s 95% city building and upgrading people’s bed lamps and such, then if you’re in a menu doing that upgrading when the enemy decides to attack, it auto plays the battle for you and decides if you win. DisappointedThere first thing I noticed was the ads were misleading pertaining to game play, but I didn’t discount the game immediately because it could still be fun… and it was in the beginning! It has a good development story, fun characters and compelling potential of advancement. I didn’t even mind the grind of repeated tasks and long wait times to build and train. Then the p2w beast started panhandling for EVERYTHING!! I’ve played plenty of games with micro-purchasing, but this game brings it to another level. I love maximizing efficiency to compete with those that just pay to overcome their inefficiencies, but it is impossible with this one. Unless you’re willing to invest a ton of time to not even place in the top 100 in anything, move on to another game. I eventually caved in and spent some money, but quickly realized I was unwilling to spend the amount others were to compete in this game of ‘financial chicken’. So I decided to leave the game and tried to unbind my account from my credit card and pass it to my daughter who wanted to try it without purchases… after the in-game “help” asked me for the same information 3 times (which I provided with screenshots) it became obvious they would not unbind it. I deleted and moved on. To make it clear, I do not mind spending a little on games. Like to remove ads or cosmetics, but this one is 100% pay to win… or even compete! This game is horrible and so are the ads.I’m completely rewriting my original review because of how awful this game is inside and out. I’ll start with everything outside the game: I’ve seen multiple fully ai generated ads. Multiple ads that contain fake gameplay that doesn’t exist within the app. Multiple ads that feature real people showing them “playing” the fake gameplay but again it doesn’t exist. Ads that straight up steal content from other creators and have nothing to do with the game (I’m talking about the bamboo weapon one). Now everything inside of the game: It is a 95% RTS game and 5% tower defense game. Being an RTS game, it naturally is P2W. It’s not even a fun RTS game, there’s barely anything to do past level 13 which is when I stopped playing. There’s like 10 hero’s total, but you can only unlock maybe 7-8 if you play for free. 3 troops types, lack of buffs or interactive elements. There really isn’t a single good thing about this game. The fake scammy ads misrepresent this game so much that it’s not worth playing at all, and yet somehow this app has a 4.7/5.0 rating. Makes no sense to me. This app absolutely does not deserve being #1 on the strategy ranking. I didn’t even mention the game “Thronefall” that this game is trying to be like in the ads..PE.OW.Version: 1.4

Definitely MisleadingThe game is truly nothing like the ads. It’s actually quite impressive how different the game is to how they portray the game in the advertisement. Major disappointmentI was shown the game in an advertisement and though it was a new tower defense type game which honestly is one of my favorite types of games. I downloaded knowing it wasn’t a true tower defense game but was hopeful. It started out with the usual training but several levels in and it’s still a whole bunch of tap here and only here training. Had to quit. This is the dumbest RTG ever!I’ve played Last Shelter for years and this one is even worse. The events overlap, causes errors and conceptualy make no sense. Whoever spends the most wins as most of these end up. You’re just giving free money to fund foreign countries. It’s a credit card buster. Buyer beware! They also partake in fraudulent credit card charging practices. They double charge you by charging your initial purchases, then they combine those same purchases into one bill, and charge them again at the end of the billing period. Not as advertisedSame story as always — the ads show a decently fun tower defense game, but when you actually start playing, it's mostly building and upgrading a town, managing residents, dealing with building timers, unlocking "heroes", fending off their attempts to sell you gems, yadda yadda. I tried to hang in there for a bit but after spending most of my time clicking upgrade buttons instead of anything TD-related, I deleted the game and here I am. Don't waste your time if you were hoping for a game that matches the ads. P2W, not Tower Defense, Not FunThought this was going to be a TD game. Turned out it’s a grinding city builder/ alliance game like CoC, but worse. Literally just grinding to improve your alliance, very little skill required. It’s just not fun when you can even have a chance of succeeding. Rules and game mechanics are not explained at all, you have to figure it all out yourself, especially mid and late game. Also each time you upgrade a building or a research item it should take less time and be completed faster, not slower. This where the fun of the game disappears. Also shopping items are too expensive! My Argument about this is as you develop, you get better and faster so it should take less time! Copy with no pointCute at first, but it’s just like Ebony and all the others that start ultra quick and then take days for upgrades. There’s no clear game in the game. It started in city and those fights went away. Then there’s a hero path you can reasonably take to lvl25 before getting stuck. You already have to AFK before the world view starts, and you have to upgrade troops after the first fight. I found the in city fight icon came back, but then I had to train up again for those too. Amount of pay to winYou have to use so much money to even slightly compete in the events they have. There’s so many 5 star bot ratings that gets rid of the true rating completely. There’s surveys in the game but they stop showing up after a while. It also seems like they don’t even look at the surveys. Very thing gets progressively more and more expensive too. And if it doesn’t get more expensive then you’ll need to buy more to get the desired result. Pay to playThe game is fun and entertaining. Unfortunately, there is a paywall on almost everything in it. There are several events running at the same time all asking for money. Countless times this game has pop ups asking for purchases. The best characters can only be unlocked or upgraded by spending real money. On PrincipalThis game is ok. The tutorial gives you gems and rushed you through the first 4 stages of building your town. Theres only like 12 characters. Not as advertisedThe first picture depicting the game as a tower defense, doesn’t exist in the game at all. Had I known that this was a battle of big guilds clashing and destroying others, I wouldn’t have ever joined. Yes there are no ads, but there is no reason to have a game world where a level 10 struggling to lvl up should be crushed by 3+ lvl 25s. It was fun until...The game was fun up until players who bloated their accounts by buying all the packs started attacking little players. That's when I called it quits. I want to enjoy these games as much as the next player, but these types of games are only interested in making money and don't include all players’ enjoyment. Fake adsI downloaded the game because I wanted a real time war strategy game like the command and conquer PC games, and the ads seemed kinda close to that concept. PvP incentivizes large licking on small.Just like the title says - the game really makes it easy and beneficial for the large players to pick on the small players, and there nothing you can really do about it except move to a different “island.” Where you’ll more than likely find the same exact thing.
