Worse than googleDownloaded the app to check it out. This system is significantly lacking. When searching for people you know, you are better off using google. As far as deep web searches it lacks even more. Waste of money and wish I could get my $10 back. Don’t download it. I’m guessing all the 5 star ratings are people who still utilize ask Jeeves for a search engine. It could not even find my own mom when I used her full name DOB and address and she’s lived in the same place for 50 years. Nor does it show linked social media or active profiles on apps. My wife and I even downloaded tinder used each of our own facebook profile pic as our main tinder pic and it couldn’t find either one of us. Worst app ever definitely a scamI accidentally purchased this one week trial from them which did not say that it cost anything for a “trial”. But when I went to go try it it all of a sudden told me that the cost would be $7.99 for the “trial” but it was too late for me to stop the purchase from occurring, so I instantly deleted the app and wrote the email to the developer requesting a refund and to Apple requesting the refund and got denied. I never even use the app and never would’ve paid $7.99 for a trial of an app, especially when the cost for the app is $9.99. That is ridiculous! And the fact that I’m being denied, my refund is absolutely absurd. Not worth the timeI uploaded a photo to find a similar outfit. Lens described the photo in a long paragraph, then provided thumbnails of websites only slightly related to clothing. I saw there was a chat so I asked it to help me find a similar shirt. It again described the shirt to me. I answered, don’t describe it to me, I’m looking to shop for a similar item. It answered that my free chat limit was up. I then tried to click on the websites it gave me. None worked. All error messages. It then asked me to rate it 1-5. Do not recommend at all.I put two names in one being myself and was unable to locate any information. This is supposed to be a seven day trial. I’ve had this for five minutes and I’m having trouble canceling it and it was processed for a year. I would not waste your time or money or energy trying to find information on anyone. I can’t believe Apple allows this false advertisement.The bottom line, there is no seven day free trial. Instead of $9.99 a month it charges you $7.99 for the first seven days or first week. Fraudulent chargeSo there are two subscriptions? One is $9.99 and the other is a hidden one that is $7.99. I thought I canceled, which I did but I only canceled the $9.99. Fraudulently charged for thisI never purchased the paid version of this APP. Yet my credit card got charged for a one week subscription. I scrolled through the terms and conditions looking for the refund information and was given an email address where I could request the refund. I didn’t search and took a screenshot of the charge in my Apple account.
And requested the refund telling them what it happened that I never wanted this seven day subscription or the paid version of this app
As soon as I hit, send immediately, I get back a Email telling me that there is no such email address..
So now I will have to cancel the Card for fear that it’s going to be charged again
