They charged me!Sooo i got the app, there was a 3 day free trial that i wanted to try out, didnt like it much, whatever, so i cancelled the subscription literally 10-20 mins later. Then a couple days go by and yesterday i find that they charged my card 7.99. Which wouldve been whatever wouldve just emailed and try to rectify the issue. BUT i got onto their page got their customer service email- WHICH doesnt work. And so i tried everything and everything has been a lose end. Maybe there was an issue in their system but still it was some money spent. False advertising. It states: 1 week trial, then $X. A trial means FREE use for a certain period of time to see if you like to commit or keep using the app. No it’s not true. If you look at their terms, if you use more than one features, it will assume you want the service of the app and charge you for that 1 week.
