Not there yetMost of the functionality is just buttons that links to outside websites in a browser. It’s not functional as a true app yet. I’m not sure how I feel about this standalone concept yet. I would rather have seen it integrated into the existing Alaska Airlines app. Other companies are consolidating their apps into a single user experience wherever practical. Hate it, would give a zero stars if I couldATMOS created a new second “duplicate” account. The mileage desk is closed Sundays. Their number overrode my AK Air number. It did not merge accounts. Four hours trying to book mileage tickets because ATMOS said I had no miles. My upcoming flight was no longer in the APP either. I had to reload upcoming travel. It’s been a total pain. Multiple AI chats which were worthless. Several phone calls. On hold. Finally found an agent who could book my mileage tickets with my AK Air account number. Totally dissatisfied with everythingUnable to contact Atmos. Took forever for me to be able to login to their website to book a flight. Tried to book a flight for $700 something from PHX to HNL. Minutes later, trying to book a flight they raise the price $100. What used to take six hours now takes six hours (if you’re willing to pay the price) to more than 14 hours plus with extended delays at Alaska airline hubs in San Francisco, Seattle and elsewhere. What is the point?Maybe it’s b/c they are continuing with the Hawaiian airlines merge and they are still working on things, but for now, I find it very redundant to have this app if every time I need to view my info. or book a flight, I am then redirected to the online site where I have to login yet again. The AK airlines app is still far more useful for booking etc. and I find that app far more useful, though I admit redirection to the URL is still needed for things. Downloaded then DeletedDisappointed. As of Oct 4th this “app” is just a portal to Alaska airlines website pages. Everything you click on sends you to the Alaska website with an error page or a request to log into your account in a browser. Lousy excuse for an appIt’s only slightly better than a web wrapper disguised as an app. Everything you click just opens a Safari page to the associated Alaska Airlines webpage. You can’t do anything in the app and might as well use the mobile website..MxbxeVersion: 1.2.2
