On the privacy side: no account, no sign-up, no ads, no third-party trackers, no data sales. Your location is used to compute a route and never stored or tied to an identity. Map tiles are self-hosted, so requests don't route through Google. The navigation core is open-source, built on Ferrostar.
FlockHopper is built and maintained by one developer with no investors and no subscription. Everything is free. There's an optional Tip Jar if you want to support the project — it unlocks nothing, it's just a tip.
Camera data is community-sourced and coverage varies by region — it won't always be complete or current. FlockHopper is a tool for reducing exposure to ALPR networks, not a guarantee. Follow traffic laws and drive safely.

How do I cancel the FlockHopper subscription?
Open Settings on your iPhone or iPad, tap your Apple ID (your name) at the top, go to Subscriptions, select FlockHopper from the list and tap Cancel Subscription. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period; you can keep using the app until then. See Apple's official subscription management page for details.
How do I delete the FlockHopper app?
Touch and hold the FlockHopper icon on the Home Screen, choose Remove App and then Delete App. Important: if you have an active subscription, deleting the app does not cancel it automatically - you must first cancel your subscription using the steps above.
FlockHopper purchases, refunds and billing issues
