Route Diary is the travel companion built for motorcycle riders and road trippers. Whether you are crossing a continent or spending a weekend in the mountains, Route Diary helps you document every moment — and gives you something beautiful to hold in your hands when it is over.

Create a trip, log your days, and fill them with entries as you go. At the end of the journey, export a complete PDF diary of everything you experienced, spent, fuelled, and photographed along the way.


ENTRY TYPES

Fuel Log — Record every fuel stop with volume, cost, and odometer reading. The app calculates your consumption automatically in your preferred unit: L/100km, mpg (US or UK), or km/L.

Expense — Track every cost with category, amount, and currency. Supports multiple currencies with live or manual exchange rates, so your expenses always convert back to your main currency.

Service — Log maintenance stops and mechanical work with reason, cost, and photo.

Stop — Capture points of interest, viewpoints, border crossings, or any moment worth remembering, with a photo and location.

Photo — Add standalone photo entries with captions and location data.

Journal — Write free-form diary entries for each day of your trip.

GPX Track — Import GPS tracks from external navigation devices such as Garmin or TomTom and view them on a map with distance, start, and finish details.


MULTI-CURRENCY SUPPORT

Set a main currency for the trip and add as many secondary currencies as you need. Exchange rates can be fetched automatically or entered manually. Set a preferred currency for the country you are riding through and it appears first in the list — no need to select it manually for every expense.


PDF EXPORT

Three export options: PDF with photos, PDF without photos, or a full data export with the PDF plus all photos and GPX files in their original format. The PDF covers every day, every entry, distances, totals, and a photo section — a proper record of the journey.

No account required. No subscriptions. No advertising. Everything is stored on your device and synced privately via your own iCloud account. Face ID protection keeps your trips secure.
