Opening NJ app instead of PAI don’t know why, but I’ve had this app downloaded on my phone for months now and every time I go to open up, it takes me to the Pennsylvania site. Today I tried logging in and it kept telling me that my account wasn’t valid and then it locked me out. The customer service and ask them why my account has been locked and when my password’s been changed and they said to me. To confirm that I am a New Jersey client. I’ve never been a New Jersey client and for some reason the same app is now opening the New Jersey one. Excellent GraphicsI have downloaded this app several times. I go through spurts where I want to gamble with traditional casinos and get the payout. I use the app mainly when I have the money to spend and want to go to the casino, but due to either time limitations or weather conditions, I just can’t make it to the casino. Not great, but not terrible eitherI downloaded this app a few months ago and so far I’m winning more than I’m losing. That being said, despite a few lucky spins, the app definitely skews in the casinos favor. Here are a few things I’ve found; - The app loves to give you free money and a “deposit match” but make sure you read the fine print - there’s usually a 6-25x wager requirement before you can cash out. If you deposit $50, you have to “spend” $1,250 before you can cash out. And where you spend it changes how much is applied to the requirement - slots pay out 100%, table games are much less. I had something like $400 left before I met my requirement and I had a $600 bankroll, so I just started Max betting on a slot and hit the bonus right before my requirement was met, so I was able to withdraw $1,000 on a $50 deposit. - Be careful at the table games, especially blackjack. I can’t prove it, but if I had to guess, the casino has one person at each table there just to hit when no other sane person would just to waste what could be the dealers bust card. Last upgrade is horribleThe app was never great. It did deploy new games relatively often. The return to player was just ok, but would at least allow you to play for a day or two. On a $5, $10, $20 bet the chances of winning are somewhat ok, but still managed by data exchange between the user and their network. I’ve seen the dealer get 20, 8 times in a row followed by Blackjacks and 21’s. The more the wager the lower the odds get. Every large bet $250 $300 $400, $500 etc is almost automatically met with the dealer winning with a 20 or 21 or Blackjack! I’ve seen the dealer get a 21 with 8 cards. If I get a 20 the dealer gets a Blackjack, even 4 times in a row on large bets! I’ve bet pairs 10 times in a row, lost every time and then not bet pairs and pairs will pop up 3 times/4 times in a row when I don’t bet them! Shady and misleadingI signed up with the new customer promotion, which was match deposited amount by 100%. I decided to play blackjack with it. Just to be clear, I deposited $20 to just test the waters with the app since there’s so many and take advantage of the promo. Here’s where the problem lies. I took my $20 got up to over $200. FraudI have been gambling here and there for the past year. I have participated in many promotions so I know how they work. I participated in a deposit match (as I’ve done several times). When I opted into the promotion, the wager requirements were 15X. Horrible customer serviceI sign up for the App and am excited to play a little. Before you even see a game the first thing that pops up is to deposit money. So I deposit $50 into my account to play with and go to click my favorite game dancing drums when I see a message saying it can’t connect. I try a few times and nothing works. Jumping Through HoopsNew Customer Here. I deposited $700 and received a $700 deposit match. I played through $10,500 and ended up winning a total of $7,000. When I tried to withdraw the money, my account got restricted. I received an email saying that I needed to verify my identity. To do this, I had to upload a photo of my state ID, take a selfie with my state ID, send in a photo of the back of my debit card, and take a screenshot of my Apple Pay account (I used Apple Pay to deposit the $700). I received email confirmation today saying, “We thank you for your patience and are pleased to inform you there are now no restrictions on you account. Don’t fall for the bonusesI’ve had this app for a year. I won a good bit and lost a good bit more. I held a vip status on it and at first it was great.
