Webster's 1828 Bible Dictionary:
The 1828 Webster's Dictionary of the English language is based upon God's written word. Noah Webster used the Bible as the foundation for his definitions.
Easton's Bible Dictionary:
The Third Edition of The Illustrated Bible Dictionary by Matthew George Easton, M.A., D.D. (1823-1894), was published in 1897 (three years after Easton's death) by Thomas Nelson. It contains 4,000 entries relating to the Bible, from a 19th century Christian viewpoint.
Smith's Bible Dictionary:
The original dictionary was published as a three volume set in 1863. The dictionary was named after its editor, William Smith. It was so popular that a condensed version was produced soon after.
King James Bible Dictionary:
Authorized in 1611 by James I of England, the King James Version (Authorized Version) is still the most often purchased translation of God's word. However, since that time the English language has evolved. This dictionary defines 6581 words that are not common to modern English
Vine Expository Dictionary:
It is a cross-reference from key English words in the Authorized King James Bible Version to the original words in the Greek texts of the New Testament.
Thompson Chain Reference Bible:
Thompson's study Bible 1908 containing 3,648 entries with KJV verse
Nave's Topical Bible Concordance:
Nave's Topical Bible is a book written by Orville James Nave. Nave was a chaplain in the United States Army and referred to his work as "the result of fourteen years of delight and untiring study of the Word of God." It is a topical concordance of the Bible, and contains Biblical references to over 20,000 topics. Scripture is quoted over 100,000 times; the same Scripture citation may appear under several headings

Bible DictionaryVery detailed explanations which is very helpful and the in depth information consumes my mind which is a blessing! God is good, I hope this helps bring many closer to Jesus! My prayer is that christians will gain more knowledge and share with as many nonbelievers as possible, God is needed so badly in this crazy world we are allowed to live in. I pray this will help nonbelievers to seek Jesus, for this world cannot be tolerated without God’s intervention! Awesome ToolThis has been an awesome tool in my studies and even daily conversation. Being still new to the faith, there is much to learn and discern. I have already lost count if how many times I assumed to know the definition of a word in context and found that I was wrong. That can easily lead to misinterpretation of scripture. Good but needs screen updateI like the simple conciseness of this dictionary even though some words are front the 1828 Webster's. The only problem I find is that the screen is vertical on my iPad and does not switch to horizontal, the method I use the most often, if not all the time, to read and write with my BT keyboard. Fix this issue and it could be a huge improvement. Thanks.Version: 1.3
Love it but need in SpanishMy mom bought the hard cover dictionary I started using it and absolutely love it that decided to look for the app and download it to have it everywhere with me you never know when you may need it to speak the Word the Truth the problem is now I would love it in Spanish RV version 😩.Version: 5.0
A valuable toolI have some pictures from a trip I took in the 80s to Jordan, Israel & Eqypt. Not the sameI used to use Bible gateway all the time. I found it very easy to navigate with my screen reader, it was comforting knowing I could access the Bible using my screen reader since I am blind. A few months ago the platform changed and now I am unable to navigate the app, what a disappointment..Version: 5.0

Incorrect informationThe app is great but there seems to be some incorrect Bible information. In particular, Psalms 34 does not mention “ I was dumb with silence; I held my peace.” In fact psalms 39:9 mentions a verse similar to this.
