Excellent AppI’m new to sending in my own cards to PSA, and am genuinely happy with this app. The up-to-date information on the orders is great, and the images of the cards then they are both in the grading process, and then completed, are really breathtaking. You quite literally get the opportunity to follow the image of each specific card as it goes through the process. The line of communication that this app opens between the card owner and the graders and authenticators during the grading phase adds an extra level of ease and comfort that any hiccups that could arise are able to be discussed prior to finalization and shipping of each order. Great app, still room for improvement, a frustrating iPad bugI am really enjoying this app to track my collection. I especially enjoy the sales and pricing data that I can use to track the values of my cards. On iPad though, I find one very frustrating behavior that negatively impacts my experience. On the Collection tab, after you have tapped on one of your cards, clicking the back button to return to your collection always scrolls you back to the top of your collection. I do not experience this behavior on iPhone. A further feature that would be extremely helpful would be sorting options in the Collection tab. The filtering options are well done and useful, but I would find it very beneficial to be able to sort my collection in different ways. If there was a user-editable field called My Value that you could sort on, that would be perfect (similar to Set Registry Inventory on the web)..SJ_CardsVersion: 7.9.2

Don’t do the update yetI use this app multiple times a day and have always loved it. It’s a great tool to track card values and check pop reports but ever since the new update it’s been a nightmare. Sometimes it won’t show a certain card in the listings or say that cards not been graded when I have one in my hand. Hard to navigate and definitely hit and miss. Then I’ll search the same card later and find it. I liked the way the old version was set up. Way easier to use and user friendly. Magazine SupportFor the most part I really enjoy using this app. I do have a couple of things that annoy me though. 1. I have noticed that my magazine submissions don’t show up properly in the app. First look images and final grading images don’t show up, I need to log onto the website to view those. 2. When I’m in the “Orders” tab some of my submissions show the correct step in the grading phase and some don’t. I have to click on the individual order to double check and sometimes they don’t match up. When I check on the website it is always 100% accurate. Would love to see patches for these issues. Overall good app but could use some workThis app is definitely worth it if you’re keeping track of all your cards. Submitting is easy and looking at your submissions and orders is even easier. It does give you a hard time when searching up different sports, mostly soccer. I feel like everytime i’ve tried to use the picture feature with a soccer card it either doesn’t give me the correct card or does not find it at all. The app gives me alittle trouble when looking up pop reports but other than that everything else works as it should. Grading transparencyI appreciate PSA for maintaining the standard in the hobby. Their slabs carry real value, and their brand is still the most trusted in the sports card industry. That said, I would like more transparency in the grading process itself. There is a lot of chatter across the hobby about inconsistency. People talk about graders being “on” one day and “off” the next, cards returning with unexplained lower grades, or clean pack-fresh cards coming back with only one gem out of five with no insight given. I have also heard concerns about cards returning with damage that wasn’t present when they were sent in. For a company that sets the tone for the entire industry, I believe collectors deserve more clarity about how grades are determined and why specific deductions are made. This would help reduce the perception that only large influencer channels receive the highest grades to showcase online. I value PSA and what they bring to the hobby. PSAI enjoy PSA but they take way too long in grading and returning cards back. Why can’t the be more efficient? SGC is very effective and efficient in not only grading but getting it done quicker. I understand that most collectors prefer PSA grades over other companies, but come on guys. We send in our cards for grading so that we can sell them on the market. If our cards and memorabilia is kept captive for months then our proceeds is hampered because by the time we get our cards back and sold our profit margin is less because of it. Could be better but….So the app is good. Checking on your items like dominos pizza style but the app is good. That’s it. It could be better but they won’t do it. Is gonna take 3 years for them to add the phone of the slab features like they have on the website. And it’s gonna take 5years for them to add way to let the grader know that they are taking their sweet time on some items. Grading is Safer Doing it YourselfMy first submission that I mailed myself. One numbered baseball card I submitted I couldn’t find the exact match in the card system so maybe it’s the first one to be sent in but I was intrigued by the different variations there were and psa keeps up well I’d say. PSA website made its very easy and had very instructional photos on how to ship items. Safe to say I will just do my own grading for now own instead of paying someone else or worrying about if someone swapped out a worse version of the card. Stolen PSA cardsPeople aren’t very bright these days. Everyone loves a PSA slab but yet none of these “collectors” take advantage of the registry provided by the very company adding all this extra value to their collectibles. They do however use this app to make sure that what they are buying from someone is certified . There is an increase on theft as well im sure it already existed.. if a person has their card registered, and it is stolen. Better Than BeckettAlthough prices and fees have gone through the roof, at least PSA doesn’t take forever, like some of the others. With all of the competition out there, I’ve started using companies that use AI, and I trust them more. I got back a PSA 4 last time and then it got a 10 from an AI company. All in all, PSA is the best old school grading company. But, they’re way behind the times and have too many flaws in their grading processes. Plus, they’re overpriced. Still like them though. MidI think this app has a lot of potential, but one thing I really don’t like is that it pretty much forces you to sell the cards you scan or collect. I’d rather just be able to make cool collections of my cards and show them to my friends without feeling like I have to trade or sell them. It would be awesome if the app let you organize your cards into collections or albums and even share them easily. I love when apps show if the cards are Legendary, Epic, Rare, Uncommon, or Common—that’s super fun and helps show off your best finds. Good at grading, poor website and appHere are the reasons why it is not 5 star. 1) it is now taking much longer to get your merch appraised as there are more submissions. 2) website and app does not reply in time when it comes to 2 Factor Authentication (or 2FA for short). PSA is Still KingI have been hearing nightmare stories about PSA wait times and delays. I can tell you that my most recent submission was completed 2 days ahead of scheduled completion date. This was for a regular 30+ business day grading. The card deserved a 10 Gem Mint and that is the grading it earned. I personally have not experienced any of the issues many people are complaining about. Grading1st time grading, i was able to reveal the grades before actually receiving my graded and labeled cards through the mail. They give you the option to auction your cards before having them in hand, and/or sending them to their vault for your own safe and personal collection. It’s pretty neat, and although i waited three months. It wasn’t too long after that that i had other things in mind. The first experience is always the best! You can get graded a 8 or something and re grade it and it can come back as a 10 sometimes. They’re very unprofessional. Errors for daysIf you are a serious card seller or vendor, then you are better off continuing business through your own outlets. The current amount of errors being made by PSA is just outrageous. Not listing cards then having to wait a week, listing cards with only a photo of the back of the card (that sells well), listing cards that are /25 as /50, they don’t bring more competitive buyers (2 rare PSA 10 wemby cards barely pulled more than raw value), then you pair it with how long it takes to get paid out. Absolute Garbage Unless You Already Own PSA Cards Or If You Know The Basics.How and where do I send cards to be graded? Oh you just ignore all those customers who aren’t even customers yet making your entire app development irrelevant for the purpose of gaining potential customers? Surely You don’t assume everyone downloading your app already sent their collections in to be graded THEN they decided to download your app? You say I can just whip out the app and scan my cards but you forgot one little thing: NONE OF MY CARDS ARE GRADED YET SO YOUR APP IS POINTLESS UNTIL YOU’VE PROVIDED THE INFO ON HOW TO SEND IN CARDS AND GIVE ME A REASON TO DO SO WHILE MAKING IT CONVENIENT AND INEXPENSIVE. Unless you just expect your potential customers to whip out a magic wand and transform all of my ungraded cards into PSA-Graded and then download the app. Maybe I’ll go see if BGS is also ignoring the collectors considering to finally breakdown and send in their cards to be graded. Logic says they probably also skipped past the massive amount of uninformed customers because that would require effort. Who needs sales growth when you can just go straight to experienced collectors and sell them more products and services even though they probably cant afford it but they’ll bite the bullet anyways if those are the only bullets your pistol is compatible with. A long way to go.The app is plagued with glitches and it freezes often. Several issues need to be addressed: 1. Searching and selecting items to go to the vault can be cumbersome for large volume slab holders. (Possible solution): Increase the number of sorting options. 2. Vault offers do not appear if your item is currently listed on eBay. 3. When there is an offer and you select accept you’ll often get the message for you to vault your item even when you’re item is already vaulted. 4. Users need more controls over their listings through the app. Like ability to end an auction. 5. (Opinion) Low value items are not worth selling to the vault if your intention is to sell them. The $3 charge on top of the eBay fees is too high of a percentage for those items. (Possible solution): Charge a slightly higher fee for higher value items to offset lower fee collections on lesser valued items sold. OR A general vault subscription specifically for people who want to sell via vault/eBay. This may be perceived by users better instead of a charge for every item. Subscriptions range in price categorized by volume. Conclusion: The enormous amount of glitches and lack of user options make this app extremely frustrating to use/navigate smoothly..This app:/Version: 7.8.3

Grading RevealI have been using Psa services for a little over 2 years now and have had problems since the start with grading and the app, countless times my cards have been damaged, I do understand that there is a lengthy process where multiple graders look over your order. This past order I opened the app to reveal my grades and was excited that most came back the grade I was expecting. Until a couple days after I found out the wrong image and grade had been posted for my order. No compensation no communication until I had reached out. Letting me know that they had reviewed it one last time before shipping it out to me, which changed the final grade. With cards going through months and lengthy waiting periods I would believe a company as big as Psa would have caught that sooner rather than show me false information..WhatDeCarpVersion: 7.4.4

Poor quality and assuranceFor the amount they charge for express 10, you would think they do better. My order details were wrong through the entire process, even after they were modified. The image shown while my order was prepared showed damage to the sleeve that was not present when I submitted it. I couldn’t be sure that this was even the card I submitted. The order took well beyond the estimated 10 business day service, and the expanded 14 business day service advertised. All customer service had to say was “the process can be nerve wracking, if no progress by X date please reach out again.”. This experience was so confusing that it was rage inducing. Do not choose express, pay regular price and expect to wait longer than they advertise. It’s been over a month since I sent the card, and it just completed today.JustBec0zVersion: 7.7.2

Everything Good ‘Must’ GoLooks like Management thinks the new colors and design looks good with the new update. It looks really BAD. Now you have annoying flashing of cards. An ugly red from the cool red white and blue which was easy on the eyes design with a white background. Now it looks like a third grader was involved with this update. So besides the annoying specials flashing, now you have helpful articles thats taking up the majority of the space and you can’t get rid of. This these should not be on the home page. Order Status Tracking is HorribleChecking the status of your order is horrible. No clear way to see where your order is in the process. Furthermore one area says they haven’t received your order, while the other says in progress. No clear communication on if your order has even been received. Just very sloppy, the highest rates for grading in the industry with the longest turnaround times with the POOR order tracking. Much room for improvement here especially with all of the require ask of the customer for packaging and submission, along with extra fees for “special handling” if the customer does not meet the laundry list of requirements. First Time Sending Cards to be graded.My experience so far is not good has all the earmarks of corruption, fraud, and scams. I honestly worry about my cards and keeps me up at night to be honest. From the submission process, to tracking the process. The grading system is flawed and I would rather a robot grade my items than someone with a lazy eye. I watched a video where they said it takes less than a minute to grade a card so my six card submission should take 6 min or less, but completion date is 3 months. So madThey sent a card from Jersey City and it was packed tight. But a card that was wayyyyyy more expensive and coming across the country came from Santa Ana. They put a very expensive patch auto, that was authenticated by them, in too big of a box. It bounced all around and the card if kinda messed up. This shows me they let people who shouldn’t handle cards handle very expensive cards. They literally can’t handle it. I’m sending my cards to someone else when I get them graded from now on. ScammersMy first time grading cards with PSA was horrible!!! I sent them five cards to get graded under my better judgment because people were saying how great PSA is which all I ever read is bad things about them. So anyway I sent them a first edition Typhlosion that was pulled freshly from a pack no scratches and perfectly centered along with four other cards that were from the 1998 to 2005. Tell me why PSA send me pictures of all the cards with physical scratches on them, which was not there before 🤔 seems a little suspicious to me like my cards were switched out or they damaged them. Consumer beware , horrible business practicesLiterally changed where an entire order was being shipped to so they could keep the cards either to force me to let them sell them to make commission , or to force the early withdrawal and shipping fees from their vault. Email responses are cookie cutter stating they are sorry , and attempting to blame me for their decisions. Search is awfulI actually like a lot of this app, so it gets a pity extra star. But searching for a card is awful. I often search for cards I don’t have handy for a scan and it is clear that card name is not prioritized. For example, searching “Mega Charizard X ex” does not return any cards with that name in the 20 results provided even though there are several potential matches. There needs to be a way for the app to know what the card’s actual name is outside of the full PSA-given name including the set, release year, etc..CatmeaslesVersion: 7.9.2

POP CONTROLObvious population control and no I’m not JUST upset with my graded cards. I’ve sent MANY orders through PSA and know what to look for for POTENTIAL 10’s. I sent about 10 of the same card all with VERY good 10 chances but like 3-4 for sure 10’s….all come back 8-9?? Also it’s funny how out of an order of 30+ meticulously surveyed cards the 2 “cheap” filler ones are the 10’s?…..and just adding one card must have been damaged on the bottom by them and received a 5 grade…I know this because it was fine when packed and none of the other 35 cards packed with it were damaged?.Shabalabadingdong4828052Version: 7.6.3

Not a fanThis service is not worth it!!! Don’t know if they are over working the people they have but consistency has gone out the window. I only send the best of the best of the best cards pre screening diligently and have been getting 8’s and 7’s. Would never waste my money again with this service. Oh and they have a built in reason to grade low in first submission because they actually offer a review service that cost more than the grading service if you feel it wasn’t graded properly. TERRIBLEWasted money paying extra for expedited service. This company is such a scam. They always claim it’s “unusually busy” no matter what service, what year, what time it is. It allows them to have an excuse to not do your sub on time. It’s now 12 days past my completed date. I got charged over a week ago. Still no label made nothing. There is no standard to get a 10, just if they feel like giving one. It just doesnt workI’m supposed to trust this company with (potentially) thousands of dollars of my collectibles and they cant even get a simple account login to function. On the website, you just get a 404 error page when trying to start a submission. On the app, youre never able to login. Terrible grading serviceI have submitted many cards and it seems the Canadian location is pumping out very inconsistent results.
